The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Pizza pasta food

I paid for stuff crust and didn't get it as well asked for a tomato base and there was very little tomato on the pizza.

this restaurant has a bad delivery status and needless to say they don't even deliver your food I am really disappointed with this restaurant if any one is ordering form this restaurant get ready to be disappointed thank you.

Raw pizza and rude staff Ordered a romana It came soggy/ floppy with see through dough which was still stretchable. Clearly under cooked. I sent it back and saw the “chef” say it wasn’t undercooked and if I wanted it more cooked I’d have to have a classic. All 3 staff looked at me funny. The waitress didn’t come back to say they were changing my order. I’ve eaten romana before. Clearly the pizza stone wasn’t hot enough. So I cancelled my order and tried to pay just for the drink. The waitress got half way through serving me then went off again to talk to the chef. I’d already explained I didn’t have much time. After again complaining someone came and put the coke through the till. Bad food accompanied by rude service. In a service station with lots of choice they should be on their game. Would never return

Absolutely amazing service from Jake and Kate, the restaurant was so clean and such a friendly atmosphere. We will definitely be returning. Jake and Kate need recognition for their hard work and amazing service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have visited this Pizza Hut several times in the last month for their “Bluffets”. They currently offer unlimited pizzas served to your table when ordering through the app, alongside a pasta dish and the sals of your choice. The pizzas are small but cooked fresh and hot!! On one occasion they ran out of the deep pan option after ordering which was annoying as I have never been a fan of thin base and therefore our lunch was not as enjoyable. However, staff here are lovely and hospitable. They work extremely hard attending to everyone’s requests with the new buffet system. Last week we were served by a waitress with red hair (who previously worked at the leisure park Hut) and she was just brilliant and an absolute asset to this branch, which made our dining experience even better. I hadn’t returned to this specific restaurant in years as the other hut would always be my go to as I felt the standards were much higher but this one has definitely improved over time.

Not Hot Stuff any more that was 5 star got a chicken kebab today with all the trimmings and seeing pre cooked chicken warmed up thrown onto a bread with only mayo was a joke

Probably the rudest staff member I’ve ever come across rolling eyes at everything, just couldn’t be bothered tbh , had a bottle of wine and 2 really good pizzas then they couldn’t wait to get rid of us and even had the cheek to say I’m shutting the till so pay the bill, no thanks for coming no manners ,won’t be going back again thank god , also some screaming coming from the back kitchen while eating, very very uncomfortable dining experience

Has someone taken over the Firezza we have known and loved for 2 years and replaced it with someone who doesn't know how to make pizza? I ask this as a return customer of many years. Our most recent order even arrived in unmarked pizza boxes (they have previously come in branded firezza ones) and didn't include a quarter of the toppings we had specified. What happened guys?? We really expected better and probably won't be ordering from you again after receiving such terrible acidic, uncooked, largely inedible pizzas. Did you just hand this order over to someone who hasn't never cooked a pizza at Firezza before? We usually love your pizza, which is why this order was so disappointing. One pizza was just sauce - no base to speak of and was so liquid it was seeping through the box when it arrived. The other pizza included bacon (which I hadn't asked for) and had replaced the usual high quality ingredients with the slop I'd expect from a late night pizza joint I used to frequent on a night out, as a plastered student (who couldn't tell the difference between pizza and cardboard with some sauce on top). You nearly ruined our romantic night in. Thank goodness we aren't one of those couples that solely rely on good food to set the mood.

Ordered two kebabs from here which have just arrived via just eat. What was delivered was a pathetic amount of meat on both, photos shown. I've ordered food from here in person before and the portion sizes have been decent but this is a disgrace, barely any meat on both kebabs and a bit of salad. Will swerve this place again. Absolute disgrace ripping people off like this. Called the shop to complain and was completely ignored by whoever I spoke to who rudely carried on serving others. Will be requesting a full refund via Just Eat for this. Avoid.

Fish small, overcooked & tasteless. Chips all small broken bits,cold and tasted refried. Chicken burger burnt and chewy around edges.NEVER got extra chips I paid for.

The pizza was super delicious and yummy. The staff are so humble and caring with the Resturant itself very neat and clean.

Food was fresh and delicious staff were friendly and chatty, all in all we enjoyed all our food and would highly recommend

Cold 25 mins plus wait after app said food was ready to collect. Wrong food given. Store was a mess staff had no idea what they were doing . And when you complain via email as it was so late in the evening and store was closed. you get told because you didn't call the store we can't help you. Food ended up in the bin and no refund. A complete joke of a company.
