We ordered a take out and we realised an item of food was missing when we got home, we called the venue and our missing item was delivered within 20 mins

Absolute rip off, never had a kebabs an chips and been in the fridge 10 minutes later, still hungry an feel robbed

You always get a warm welcome from the staff and the food is fantastic what more can you ask for.

Super unfriendly, wanted a large doner lamb kebab, I got a lamb wrap, paid £5. Then I asked if that was a joke. 3 bites and the thing was gone. So never again for me.

Ordered my food off Uber eats chips where soggy, ordered a chilli burger and just got a cheese burger with jalapeños thrown on top and the supposed buffalo chicken wings where absolutely vile you can taste the grease and they where dry I don't know how they managed to to do that

I ordered thw lamb and chicken kebab which was dry and tasteless the cheesy chips was stone cold I telephoned to ask for a refund and got told to put it through just eat I said it was not through them then they put the phone down on me.

Never arrived, no answer on the phone 🤷

Never again would I order from Billy's waiting still 2 hours and they keep saying it will arrive in 10 minutes then put the phone down before I can speak. Used to be accurate on the phone and with timing. Never again. .plenty more places to eat the same with better service.

Arrived half hour early than booked, no cheese garlic bread with order, kebabs half filled. Good quality but lacking amount.

Popped in with my kid's when I noticed they had tables and chairs. Kid's enjoyed their food and they let the children use their toilet when it was clear they didn't have a customer toilet. Very friendly staff who made a little fuss over the children

Ordered food 21:28pm and live in a block of flats so thought if they couldn't get in touch with me via the phone they would ring the buzzer. No, no buzzer rang and when we called up to query where the food was they said they had attempted delivery and had tried calling my mobile. I had to go outside my building to make the call to query this due to signal to be told that it was completely our fault we missed it that the delivery driver attempted to contact me too when they did not, but they seemed willing to send the food back out again so we were content. A few minutes later my phone rings again, so again I have to try and get somewhere with signal but my partner went out to grab the food... No wonder we didn't manage to get the delivery on the first attempt, the driver was down the other side of the road trying to call me when I didn't get signal. At this point the food is cold, so we've called up in regards to the cold food and the man on the other end of the phone was awfully rude saying it was our fault the food was cold, saying that he gives the driver X amount each delivery so it was now more than the cost of the order, kept talking over me and it felt like an all round dreadful experience which is disappointing really as I can usually never knock the food and service here. He then tried calling me back so I answered to be told he was sending out a fresh order as an apology, it came quickly but it was only a replacement wrap meaning the cheesy chips were cold and inedible at this point. I appreciate the fact that they attempted to amend their mistake, not sure I'd be coming back.

Nice kebab, couldn't fault it. The cashier tried to scam me for £10 though because my friends were a little tipsy. Must've assumed I wouldn't notice

I ordered a takeaway and when I got home 5 minutes later, I found the apple pies dampened and cold! Ridiculous! I had to drive back to the shop again to for hot ones! What a waste of time and petrol!

Cool, non greasy kebabs. Not long for delivery ,awesome.

Owner was very rude and shouted at me down the phone after I rang up to ask how long my replacement burger was going to be after they messed up my order the first place. (it was after 11pm I just wanted to eat and go to bed). Absolutely disgusting manners and the food wasn't the best either. Never again

Love the burgers from this place nice big juicy bits of beef cooked just right the chicken strips are a beast aswell defo recommend.

Billy’s scran is top tire and the staff are lovely got free chips both time’s waiting. Will scran again 🤌🏼

Nice kebab but don't make proper tahini sauce just pure sesemi paste yuk no lemon slowly mixed in yuk

Waited 2.5 hours, no answer when we were trying to contact restaurant. Chicken wrap and chicken strips freezing cold, fries pale and soggy. Absolutely the worst takeaway we've had. DO NOT ORDER from here

So was running late then when it did arrive 2 portions of chips missing still waiting kebab was like chewing on old leather boots. Terrible waste of money and time me and my partner will never return. DON'T GO EVER

The burgers are good. The chips were freezing cold and soggy though. The delivery man said to us upon delivering "the garlic bread with cheese is on us" (as in free) This was totally untrue, we paid over £3 for it. It was on our order. This is disappointing, why have customers off 😒

Really nice pizzas and burger. I ordered a cheesy chips pizza, a hot veggie pizza, and a chicken burger, all were very tasty. The pizzas were especially nice, the toppings were generous, not too much crust (which I like). The cheesy chips really were lovely and cheesy. The chicken in the burger was tender, although I think that I maybe over-ordered the sauce option on the burger because it was dripping out quite a lot. The salad fillings in the burger were also very generous, I ordered gherkins which there were definitely plenty of! I even had to take some out and out them onto my pizza. I also got a free garlic pizza which was a surprise! I'd definitely order here again. Thank you!

The pasta was not fresh, not tasty . They put 3 pasta différents ( fusilli, spaghetti and penne ) you can see it in the picture the color is not normal , the meat had strange tasty and salt . The pizza was not good too , it was like a Quich or i dont know .. i was waiting 15-20 min for this … unbelievable I can’t accept this !!!

Ordered for the first time earlier, the food quality was good, portion size was ok but can't complain for the price. Didn't have to wait that long either for delivery. Would order again!

Ordered from here twice now. Both times the order was late by 30 and 45 min. Both times the orders been slightly wrong. The foods alright quality but I won't be going back because they're just so painfully slow.

1 star is too many it wont let me!! waited over 2 and half hours for food order which is burnt and incomplete which is decribed as gourmet/ homemade. Food is not fresh or homemade clearly pre packed frozen! Food portions for price very small. That was not the real issue, the food was burnt and missing 3 items of food. When contacted the resturant manager no offers made to resolve not even an apology. No offer to replace burnt items that wasnt even a meal as was missing the chips and the drink that made it a meal. Told can contact just eat for a refund "if that makes us happy". Kids gone to bed over an hour late with an alternative tea having to be made leaving two hangry very unhappy parents to with no food to eat totally unacceptable. Dont waste your time glad to say never again from us even if offered lifetime free food!
