Pizza Hut is supposed to be the same where ever you go, However this is not the case. This branch is fantastic, the pizza are amazing, the toppings are very fresh, there’s plenty of cheese. The staff are always very friendly. I called in here last early last year for my lunch & was so impressed with how tasty the pizza’s are, we now travel from Consett when we fancy a pizza.

Service was pretty fast and the staff were nice, nothing to complain. Size of the small pizza was still massive lol so very pleased, tasted great too and definitely well priced. The sides were okay, nothing bad. Would happily go again :))

Be aware. Do not make the mistake of ordering from here. I placed my order on Wednesday night while visiting Newcastle. My food was all cold. And burnt- incompetent staff and so called managers have taken two days to call me back after a numerous number of calls to them. They expect to me to have the food to return 2 days later after I’ve left. She had the cheek to tell me I’ve probably ate the food and want a refund. Disgusting behaviour. Rude incompetent. Found her to be very incompetent. At first I thought it was her English giving the ‘manager’ the benefit of the doubt till she used profanity. Highly recommend you to avoid this store or it’s staff

Excellent service and tasty pizza

One of few Pizza Hut had that put decent amount of cheese on nachos. Piping hot when arrived.

The side's & dessert were better than the pizza. Sorry to say but the quality doesn't match up to Domino's

Always the best pizza around. Far better than dominos across the road. Chicken sizzler deep pan with spicy chicken strips 😍

By far the worst pizza we’ve ever ordered. Pooled Grease pooled on the top and made the bottom ridiculously soggy. Went to call to complain about it and no answer even though they should still be open. Go to dominos instead

Haven't been here for years, it was a weekly visit when we lived in High Heaton. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was very tasty and well worth the price and travel....Will be returning very soon.

We were staying at the Staybridge Suites, and fancied a pizza. On googling, Pizza Hut was the first place to come up and it said we could have it delivered via Uber. Placed an order for 2 pizzas, 2 sides and a bottle of juice. I was kept updated on delivery times, and 2 minutes before it said it was due to be delivered, I received a call from the delivery driver as he was unsure of where to go - so I told him to just leave it at reception and my husband would go and collect it. My husband was so quick, he actually met the driver as he came into the building. There was no issue with the food - it was exactly the same as from any other pizza hut. Even with the offers, it feels expensive - we were almost £35 for our meal. On the plus side, it was delivered to our accommodation. Would I use this branch again? Don't know is the honest answer....nothing wrong with it, but it wasn't amazing either.

Ordered 2 pizzas, they were nice and as expected. Woman serving was friendly. Got 2 hot dips to try for free.

Garlic bread was cold and soggy. Pizza was passable. Garlic sauce was out of date. Overpriced.

Absolutely disgusting for the price! Food was stone cold! £30 for one pizzas fries and chickens wings! All freezing cold! hardly any topping on pizza! Shared between 2 people! And were both still starving! Will never ever order from here again

Placed an order through Uber eats waited over an hour for the order where 3 delivery drivers were assigned to the order according to the app. After waiting over an hour we find out our order was now cancelled by the restaurant with no explanation. Tried to ring multiple times and no answer at all. Think it’s ridiculous the order should not have been accepted if they couldn’t make it for whatever reason

It's pizza hut innit bruv. Better than most of the guff on just eat. Best off paying and collecting tho it's less than half the price!

This store does not answer the phone and leaves you on hold until you hang up.

Pizza was ok for the price but the wedges were horrendous, no flavour and most of them where undercooked and hard in the middle. seriously disappointed with this!!

This tasteless wet bread that you people insist on calling pizza is a disgrace for all Italian cuisines. please shutdown and sell something else. Just took a takeout the other day and got stomach upset. The pizza was not well cooked. Very little toppings given.

Disgusting attitude and customer service from the manager. It’s no surprise this establishment gets very bad reviews overall. I can’t believe this women has a job in any customer facing or interacting role. Management and any senior people need to look into her attitude and behaviour and how she is very rude and nasty.

Love this pizza freshly and amazing

Ordered from here a few times and never had any problems. If you like Pizza Hut then this does the job, you can normally get some decent discounts online.

I picked up a pizza from here on Friday night. The pizza was massively overpriced, but worse than that the girl behind the counter was searing using every expletive under the sun ! Absolutely appalling behavior from a staff member ( especially font of house ) Will never return or recommend to anyone. Pizza Hut, maybe take note of the appalling reviews on here.

The 1 star is only because of the good deals they do. I only decided to visit because I seen a 50% off deal online. The food was apsolultey discounting. We ordered the meat feast pizza and some wedges. The wedges were cold and lumpy. The pizza looked like it was cut by a child and it was extremely greasy. One of the sauce pots I ordered had popped inside the pizza box because they were all shoved in together. I will never be visiting here again!

Very good service ordered 3 large meat feast and 1 margareta. Picked up myself they were boxed ready and cooked to perfection. I found the staff very helpful and extremely efficient 😀

Me and my flatmate decided to the order the two medium pizzas for £5 each, the delivery time was amazing but we were both disappointed to find that both of our pizzas were very very greasy, to the point that the pizza box was soaked. It ruined the pizza entirely as it made eating the pizza turn into an experience that felt similar to coating ourselves in bottles of oil.

Ordered two pizzas to arrive at 9pm at 7:45 pm. Didn't arrive on time ...when I called to query stating I had to nip out to at 9:30 pm I was just dismissed by the telephone operator staff. Extremely rude and not professional. Don't offer a service if you can't provide one

When you order create your own online, they send plain cheese, because toppings dont show on the system as if it were my fault, not be using them again. Thank you very much pizza Hut Chillingham Rd.

The tiny branch of Pizza Hut offers take out food to the Heaton area of Newcastle upon Tyne. I placed my order with a fantastically friendly attendant, and waited no more than ten minutes for my food to be ready. A small pizza, but still a good size for an individual (even a hungry one like myself) came to £3.99. Fantastic value! I left very happy, and would happily return here again, if I felt the need for some late night pizza.

Really good quality food and quick service most of the time unfortunately sometimes it takes a while but the food is always good

Very very impressed!!! Hadn't used this pizza Hut before but ordered online and my order arrived within 30 mins!! Had cheese garlic bread, loaded skins (bacon and cheese) and a chicken supreme pizza. I phoned the restaurant to see how long it would take as soon as my order was completed and the manager said within 30 mins and it arrived in 25. All of the food was delicious....good portion sizes and hot. I usually use Another pizza place in Heaton but no more. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Chillingham Rd pizza Hut to anyone!!!

Viewed the pizza Hut website and decided that the £5.99 deal was good for us Drove to the shop Could not have the deal despite the advert and being there ready to place an order Offer according to the shop is not available unless ordered online No mention of this on the initial promotion must be in hidden in small print on another email address Walked out of shop and bought food elsewhere I don't need the hassle just something for my evening meal

What can I say.. Always consistent! Some of the girls have a bit of an attitude but I like that. Ha.

We have usually had good service and food quality from this pizza hut but our latest was unfortunately below average. The service was ok but the quality of the pizza was disappointing. We had a large standard crust and large cheesy bites pizza and both were over cooked and a bit dry as a result. We will eat here again as I'm hoping this was a one off

Takeaway Pizza Hut. Not really sure what to say other than it's what you'd expected - heavily-processed pizza at hugely inflated prices. I would never pay full price here - only ever order if I have a voucher as full-price is such a rip-off.

Absolutely atrocious I'm not happy at all I ordered a half and half pizza from the shop and they got my order wrong three times and the women on the phone argued with me on the phone I'm very disappointed and will not be ordering from there ever again

Delivery was quick but upon arrival I noticed that the dough was completely different to what I was used to from Pizza Hut, it was also burnt, but I let it go. Half way through I noticed a short, thick curly black hair sticking out of the cheese...definitely not from someones head! I called up and was told that there was only 2 options, either I have another Pizza sent out (After finding a pubic hair in the 1st one? No thanks!) or they would come and pick up the pizza and refund it (but only if it hadn't been touched) After more complaining they offered to come and pick up the pizza half eaten and refund me for however many slices were left and refused to do anything else.. absolute joke! I will be calling head office first thing in the morning to make an official complaint.. After finding a pubic hair in my food I expect a full refund..the people on the phone didn't even seem shocked!

We ordered 4 pizzas from Chillingham road and they arrived very late and stone cold, because of this we were promised a credit to our account for the same value. When we tried to cash this in we were told we could have 1 pizza free of charge, we asked to speak to the manager as this is not what we had been told earlier. The manager Emily was extremely rude and talked over us, hung up on us on several occasions and even swore at us! She then passed our number on to a third party without permission. We will be complaining to head office about Emily and her lack of customer service Emily ranted that she was better than her customers as she has a masters degree and that she would be happy to both receive and deliver poor service to customers! Can not believe Pizza Hut have such rude staff as we have always been happy in the past.

Rang and delivered a buy one and get one half price pizza and it was delivered on time but the pizza was over browned on the base and toppings this happened on both occasions and do not recommend ringing for a delivery at the chillingham road, heaton branch again.
