Absolute joke of a business, the staff were rude and disrespectful regarding my order in which i have waited more then 2 hours for with no sign of delivery!!, avoid this business at all costs.

I have no clue why this place is rated low. Just pay at the counter. Wait for your food and eat either inside or somewhere. Every time the food is hot from the past 15 visits this 2024.

Absolutely disgusting, chips were stale and tasteless and the burger was wrong. But regardless, the chicken burger was covered with onions so much so you couldn't taste anything else. Absolutely rancid, save your money. Called store and the guy on the phone was disgracefully rude

DO NOT ORDER. My order online would have cost £18 delivered. I looked at prices online first then rang up because I thought the online charges were too much. The driver gets to the door and says £21.30 please. I paid and rang the shop to ask how much it should have been and he confirms £21.30. I explained it was cheaper online how is it so much more expensive direct he said "well what do you expect we are a late night takeaway did you really expect anything different". Yes, yes I did. Asked for no sauce extra cheese got no cheese and sauce . P.S. Why is Marco, clearly the owner based on customers reviews leaving such positive reviews himself... ,Hmmm pathetic.

I wouldn't go here, they overcharged me while I was drunk. They thought I wouldn't be able to read the menu. Unadulterated exploitation at its finest. Don't trust them, check the price before ordering, that's all I'm saying.

Decent chips and doner wrap, generous portions, and hit the spot after going to a concert. Very fast service. The food is better than its current google star ratings is (most of the google reviews are about delivery issues so I feel not reflective of the food )

The staff where totally rude. Music was too loud so couldn't here them speak and then they had a go and the donar kebab tasted awwful and wasn't fresh. Pizza was also bad. And they couldn't get my order correctly

I was appalled by the experience at this establishment. My card was initially declined, and rather than displaying even a hint of professionalism, the older gentleman at the counter was outright rude to my friend. When the payment eventually went through, he saw fit to insult my friend further. The behavior exhibited by the staff is nothing short of disgraceful, particularly coming from men of their age. The condition of the restaurant only compounds the issue. The furniture is bolted down and shockingly unhygienic—a clear reflection of the disregard for basic standards. The food, if it can be called that, was equally substandard. The burger was dry, topped with a single, pathetic slice of cheese, and the meat tasted like cardboard, bearing no resemblance to real food. The salad was carelessly assembled, and to top it off, the buns were practically incinerated. This place is an absolute mockery of what a dining establishment should be. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The behavior of the staff and the quality of the food are beyond unacceptable. Don't go Here instead Visit Muchies instead a few steps down the road alot better honestly

very rude person who answered the phone,we asked where our order was and how long it would take as it was 30 mins late the person who answered the phone then proceeded to tell us to just wait then ended the phone

The staff are rude. Waited 40 minutes for 2 pizzas and a garlic bread, delivery driver said he rang me twice and had been to the address, he hadn’t as I was standing out the back and my girlfriend was at the front as it’s usually tricky for drivers as it’s a big flat,then when calling shop itself (for the third time) was told he was minutes away and to go downstairs, as apparently the issue for the lack of calls from the driver was on my end as I had no service (I was outside for 30 minutes and the last 10 I had full bars) then decided to cancel the order.

Decidió venir aquí con algunos amigos para una comida previa al partido antes del partido del Newcastle. Mis amigos tienen un kebab donner y un kebab de pollo. La estética de la comida se veía bastante promedio, si no un poco por debajo. La higiene era el mayor problema para mí. Decidió ir al baño para recibirse con un olor apestoso y paredes cubiertas de lo que puedo describir como podrido. Las arañas se escondían en el techo como ninjas. Pero en general creo que este restaurante no es un lugar que no odiaría visitar de nuevo, la comida sabía bien como cualquier otro lugar de kebab. El servicio al cliente estaba bien nada demasiado especial. En general calificaría esto con un 3/5

-extremely aggressive delivery driver -was beeping at me on his way in and out -confrontational and was raising his voice -accused me of calling him a liar all because i didn't pick up a call from him telling me he's on his way? (that i returned not even under a minute later with no response) Ordered here for the second time as I gave them the benefit of the doubt before. After placing my order on JustEat I wanted to add pepperoni on both the pizzas which was confirmed on a phone call that it was £4 (which is a rip off as its only £1 on the app). I called them a minute later to change it and they said it was too late which I said Ok to. When the driver arrived I handed him the £4 and he was overly polite and contrasted significantly to my last encounter with him. Only to find out that one of the pizzas had pepperoni and the other one was plain. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! THEY WILL GASLIGHT YOU into thinking you are in the wrong. They have a psychology and business degree in knowing how to scam and trick the minds of us decent citizens!! They scammed me for my money, time, happiness and forgiveness. I hope that £4 was worth that despicable and unethical behavior towards uni student who are new to the city.

Ordered two pizzas, two chips, two cans of pop and a garlic sauce at 12:10am and never received the order, had to contact uber eats after calling the restaurant multiple times to chase up the order at around 2.30am, absolute waste of time ordering from the place even after they apparently gave my number to the driver about 30 minutes prior. Don't bother you're wasting time and money

For me, the taste is not bad, also not outstanding. However the service is not good, the staffs are somehow not friendly. Yet, the condition inside is clean and it seems they concerned about the hygiene. The price is also standard, similar to the other kebab restaurants.

My order from this place was very very sad. Peperoni pizza just crust with small amount of Peperoni and cheese on the top overdone on the top some of it was burned. Chicken wings were definitely old tasted like has been done the day before and then just grilled until get burned and it's still tasted as old chicken meat. Chips very very sad soggy. Salad has been out of the fridge super cold not even freshly cut. Never again ordering from this place.

I have very little to say about this place …food is sub-standard….soggy chips….weird taste to the Donna meat…rock hard pitta bread.garlic bread was too overpowering and to top it all…the only thing that was hot, or mildly tepid was the drink ! Safe to say avoid at all costs

Hey guys for context, last night me and my boyfriend ordered a take away last night. First of all the order was late and the delivery guy calls us to say "I'm a minute away come downstairs" (we live on the first floor we are both in bed as it's 1.35am) to which my boyfriend handled the situation perfectly and says "nah mate I'm not getting dressed come to the door" the delivery guy causes and argument and then my boyfriend calls the pizza place to tell them what happened they then tell us its illegal for delivery guys to enter tower blocks after midnight 🙄 we are both confused then my boyfriend thinks eff this grabs the keys and goes outside to wait only to find out the delivery guy is not even in our street he's waiting in his car around the corner (also the said on just eat they delivered around 1.15am I have proof they delivered at 1.35am on top of all this the food was cold and I ended up with the runs from the bland chicken I have never had to write a bad review before and I hope it is the last.

This guys sold sharwarma that was bad and smelly covertly to me, and I discovered it when I get home to eat it. When I call to complain, they threatened me saying : "if you are a man, come here and tell us let us beat you up". Ensure you observed their food wel before eating it because they are not honest people.

I had an bad experience on yesterday(13/june) at night around 12:45 am. I visited get stuffed and ordered ckicken parmesan which tastes like rotten fish or something, and when i complaint about this to the staff, the person over there behaved me back very rudely and when i hesitate to take it back, he compelled me to have it. The food and service over there is a complete failure.

Hoy hemos pedido un “parmesano de pollo” y una “pizza rellena” para cenar. Se honesto, la pizza estaba buena. Pero el PARMESAN sabía a podrido👀. Cuando les informamos sobre esto, su respuesta fue bastante dura y nos obligaron a tener eso. Incluso dijeron que usaban el mismo aceite para freír pescado y pollo, y podría ser por eso. *Super fast delivery. *Curry and chips were cold (with a strange aftertaste). *Cold pizza with very little topping 🍕(the pizza base was nice. Despite the lack of topping - it was still very tasty and probably a lot more healthy without the usual copious amounts of cheese 🧀). *The delivery driver was extremely polite and accommodating.

Nearly 2 hours from ordering food it arrives (ice cream and a cake) Ice cream more like just cool cream now for £6 pound 🙄. Cake is premade stuff from a shop so confused how it take 2 hours to arrive if im honest pretty poor to say the least

Order from this place at least 3 times a week due to late working hours never normally have a problem but recently the orders have been wrong and when I've called the restaurant I've been called a liar even after providing evidence that I haven't received the food I've paid for and been told to take my custom elsewhere

Cakes were very expensive, but very dry, verging on stale. Driver could/would not wait for me to answer the door so left the cakes on the doorstep for anyone to pick up. All in all, not an experience I will repeat.
