Anglo Adana Pizza & Kebab in Newcastle upon Tyne

Kebab was burnt in ended and ended up throwing it away and Gaelic sauce was off

Got the wrong pizza; I ordered a plain margarita with pepperoni and received a pepper and onion covered pepperoni pizza. Other than that service was excellent

Got pizzas came really hot came 20mins thay were delicious 😋 definitely will be ordering again

Fantastic meal, chicken kebab nicely marinated and flavoursome & chips nicely light brown and crisp, no grease. Pizza nicely done and fresh ingredients, salads are the best absolutely fresh and bountiful. A+++++

Ordered food for 7.15pm, arrived at 6.10pm. Contected restaurant. Driver returned and took food away ( to do what with? ) Driver returned with food at 7.30pm.

Really annoying. Garlic sauce in bottom of bag. Kebab and chips all just wrapped in paper, no box or anything. Kebab was on top of sauce so the sauce opened in the bag while I was walking home. Absolute mess. No care taken at all.

Order from here all the time always hot and fresh but tonight my pizzas that undercooked I've had to put it in the oven. I understand it's Xmas eve and busy etc but when you pay nearly 20 quid for 2 pizzas you'd expect them to be hot enough. Let down tonight.

No sooner ordered it and was told it would be about an hour it was here in 15mins or so... made us feel it was re heated quickly.

Food wasn’t the best. Pizza was soggy, the kebab was like rubber and tasted vile and the garlic sauce smelt sour and when a had a taste of it didn’t have any garlic taste to it. Wasn’t impressed as it’s somewhere I always order for food. Won’t be ordering again.

Wrong food sent, rang them and they blamed the driver. Then said they’d send out right food. Driver turned up and moaned that Adanas got the order wrong & that he doesn’t get paid for re delivery. Ridiculous. In total had to wait two hours just to get the correct food.

The food was amazing as usual we order from here quite a bit ans are always very satisfied with the quality of the food, it is aslo great value for money. The driver was very polite and we will be ordering from here again as usual as never had anything bad.

Adana pizza is one of the best takeaway's I've ever seen. The prices are ridiculously cheap, but the food is still amazing quality. My personal favourites are Donner Pizza with Garlic Sauce, or the BBQ chicken pizza. I'd rate this place 5 stars, but Adana only takes cash, which is a bit behind the times really. A lot of people don't carry cash there's days, and the only reason this isn't a huge inconvenience is because this is next to a Lloyds Bank, which has cash points. The staff here are amazing, and they have a superhuman memory. The amount of people I know who have walked in here and the staff have just asked if they're having X order again. It really shows how much they care about their customers. A lot of super cheap takeaways are usually cheap because of poor quality, but this isn't the case here. I've ordered probably 30+ times from here, and the food has always consistently been correct, warm, tasty, and hasn't made me ill. Top quality! But it needs to get itself a card machine.

I have used this takeaway for year's always get a Calzone Pizza 🍕 which are beautiful best in town however they take no notice of your extras and the pizza is the same as a normal Calzone toppings that cost £4.80 to add on they don't read your notes to the restaurant they deliver over half an hour earlier than stated and if you put that you would like a tub of chilli NOT chilli on your pizza as there isn't an option for adding a tub but you pay the £1 extra for the chilli but state you don't want it on your pizza you want a tub but isn't an option so you tell them you've paid for chilli but want a tub not on the pizza and when call the restaurant he just says I ordered a chill base which I didn't I paid for it but asked on the note to have a tub separate so was waste time calling him and couldn't eat the pizza with chilli base on it so wasted £15.50p..Very sad as this is 4th time been wrong with my order and they are the BEST Calzone in Newcastle ..Next time I'll call and let him know I want a tub not chilli base as I've tried again and nothing comes up to add a tub of chilli and wasted all that money again as last week was 45 minutes too early and no extras in the 🍕. Please read the customer notes and wouldn't happen or call the customer to make sure its correct and on time I order for my partner coming home at stated time and comes 45 minutes too early so got heat it up they make gorgeous pizzas just don't read the Note to the restaurant so spoil the pizzas otherwise awesome takeaway ive used for year's

Food was great lush and hot couldn’t eat it all

Kebab was rock solid and cold pitta bread was all soggy with grease. Margarita pizza had a grease coating on top disgusting

My food did not come but says delivered on my email, not happy at all

Opened the box and the chicken had been taken off the pizza as there was gaps where it had been removed. Phoned the restaurant and was told that it wasn’t possible and that there was chicken on the pizza. Person I spoke to was very rude, however they did send out another pizza within 20 minutes which was much better and did have chicken on. Probably won’t order again.

Ordered food for 2130 so would arrive on time when I was on my break, food arrived early by 1 hour contacted the shop to notify and they said they would send it back out at the correct time. Food then arrived at 2135 and was fresh and piping hot! 5 ⭐ as always

They have a bad customer services and the person who answering the phone is very rude and refused to transfer the call to their manager and giving me his own name so as to complain. I usually buy my pizza and kebab from this shop but it seems that is not anymore. Very disappointed !!

After getting our order wrong 2 weeks ago I phoned and complained I was speaking to Shane who assured me the next time I ordered we would got a chicken kebab for free so tonight I ordered and they were true to there word not only it was 1 of the best chicken kebabs I have had thanks to Shane

Absolutely disgusted with the order and delivery,2 weeks in a row they have got our order wrong and all they do is blame just eat.They get the order from just eat so how do they get the order wrong and when you ring up and complain they don’t want to know I will not be useing Anglo Adana again and I would advise everyone to do the same

Use Adanas all the time as fantastic food with reasonable prices and delivery always very good.

Remember when their chilli burgers used to be really nice. The burger actually cooked on the grill in chilli sauce and the buns toasted. These days a chilli burger constitutes a burger wacked in a bun and a big dollop of chilli sauce on top which is a shame because their burgers are nice. Pure laziness on behalf of the staff in my opinion, get back to basics Mr Adana coz there's plenty alternatives out there.

Pizza was ok but pepperoni was under cooked, Kabab meat was really thick and chicken was like rubber, everything went in the bin

Lovely thin crust, topping was a little sparse but overall a delicious pizza that was quick in arrival.

I ordered a kebab meat with chips and a tub of garlic sauce, I am looking at my food right now, the tub of garlic sauce is tiny, the chips are cold and so is the kebab and the pita bread I got to go along with it was placed underneath the kebab so all of the grease has soaked into it, we got told 45 minutes for my food and it took 1 hour and 30 minutes to arrive, not impressed at all

Worst kebab and pizza I've had in newcastle. Very bad quality chicken, and terrible salad. Paper wrapping was all soggy falling apart into the kebab. Dont go here if you want pizza/kebab go to Uno's down the road instead.
