Always top quality from this place but I’m no longer in the west end or I’d still use them every night. Infact I’m gonna find out if they will deliver to my new location it’s that nice

Barely warm and tough tasteless base.

I ordered a chicken Parmesan and a tuna pizza and when they arrived they were completely inedible. The chicken Parmesan was dried chicken with a lot and I mean a lot of bechemal sauce and what looked to be cheddar cheese over the top. I don’t even think the sauce had been heated. The worst Parmesan I have ever had! Took one bite and left it… then the pizza was laced in salt to the point I couldn’t eat that either. The whole thing was binned and I would never order from here again. (I never normally review but felt I had to on this occasion) !!!

Garlic and cheese mushrooms VERY VERY GREASY……chips were like cardboard, fish overcooked, overall 1/10 won’t be using these again

Food was very stale! Pizza was like cardboard, garlic bread wasn’t cooked properly. Definitely a reheated pizza.

We ordered a meal deal 3 which was 2 12 inch pizzas, a 10 inch garlic bread, chips, sauces, and a large bottle of pop. We didn't receive the pop, I asked for no mushrooms and added anchovies. My pizza came with mushrooms (and peppers which weren't mentioned as toppings) and no anchovies. My brother asked for mushrooms to be added to his pizza, and got no mushrooms at all. After removing both the mushrooms and peppers, the pizza itself was ok, but was not good enough to offset the annoyance of the wrong order Be very clear when ordering here, make sure they read back what you ordered and double check at the shop that you got what you ordered.

Food very reasonably priced. Literally half the price as most takeaways. Arrived promptly, delivery guy was lovely and polite. Big portions. I couldn't eat it all. Kebab for breakfast 😸 salad lovely and fresh and crunchy. Garlic sauce good. I'd maybe suggest some dried mint added to it...?? lamb and mint classic English dish. Only criticism is that the shish was slightly over cooked. My cat thought it was lovely 😸 xx

Really enjoyed this. They do an excellent Shish Kebab at a very fair price. Will be getting this regularly now. 5 stars

The food was fairly good to be totally honest. It was just the service that let it down. When it arrived the deliver driver handed it over and said "bye" not even a smile or anytbing then I said thankyou and he replied again "bye" very blunt. But food was average at best.

Used to get food from this Turkish takeaway about couple of times every week and food was really delicious but Last visited this shop about 7,8 months ago and found new staff and food tastes wasn't as expected. Last week visited the shop when I found the same old staff and got the same delicious taste. Will visit the shop again soon as the Best Kabab is the best again.

No free garlic bread as stated for spending over 20 pound

Food wasnt tasty, i ordered bbq chicken but they gave fried chicken and only 1 piece when i ordered half chicken. Rang the takeaway but they said thats how it is, i was shocked then got told to call back after 5 mins as manager is not here. I rang back twice but no answer! Kebab was hard and not fresh at all. Overall bad service.

After a few beers in town there is no better kebab shop to head too before you go home. Nice spicy chilli, tasty nicely cut meat and service is pretty quick.

My friend first introduced me to best kebab. I live not far from here so often head after a night out. The staff are always attentive and fast to take your order. You can see everything being cooked in front of your eyes. I would recommend to any other evening venturer in newcastle

12 inch Stuffed crust Chicken Kiev pizza was lovely I ve got to say. However the kebab wasn't up to much. Didn't get much and salad wasn't the best either.

I have been a regular customer of this shop for over 8 years now and tonight I ordered the same order I have been ordering since day 1 which appeared to have been received. I was then charged 8.60 for an upfront payment but was then asked for another 9.99 which I knew was wrong because the pizza is always 12. When I tried to sort out whatever miscommunication had taken place I got told I was wrong, I couldn't understand, it was my fault and I was not to get my food without paying the extra 9.99 I have essentially had my money stolen by this business beacause I refused to pay for an order I did not place. I am very upset because this is used to be my favorite takeaway but I feel insulted by this interaction.

My mixed kebab was cold as were the chips so had to heat up in the oven pizza was ok but again cold had to heat up

Was missing chicken and only 3 pieces of lamb shocking standard used this take away regularly for years it’s never been this bad plus was cold won’t order from here again for 18 pound in total expect a better standard than this was terrible

Worse good I ever have kebab was terrible. Chip and cheese had the cheapest cheese on it might had been able to save it the had included my garlic sauce both went in bin worse takeaway I had £16 straight in the bin.

Only part of my order was delivered (missed off the chips and curry sauce) and the pizza was thin crust instead of the deep pan that I ordered. The pizza was also cold around the edge and only slightly warm in the middle.

Food was decent but 2 cans of pop missing from the order

Although the order was around 20 minutes early than expected which is brilliant service, the pizza was cold and stale. The kebab wrap wasn’t the greatest either, the salad was dry and didnt feel fresh, however when I took the kebab meat out the wrap, the meat was nice and the spices in the meat were nice. Not great about the food, but the service and delivery was great.

I wouldn't call it the Best Kebab, more like cold budget kebab. Called in early Saturday night and took our food back to the suit over the road. When I started to eat the kebab the meat was luke warm / cold, so had to microwave it. The salad was limited too. An employee walked in off the street to help prepare our food and got to work without any PPE or washing his hands. We were only visiting, but won't us again when next in the city.

The kebab was ok - but waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too expensive for what you get - this is an average, generic doner kebab place, not a decent one - for those who care about what they eat avoid. I will never go here again.

Waited 3 hours for food via uber eats and it never came In. Very rude blocked my friends number and got angry when we called for updates.

The donor kebab is way bigger than anyway else. For £6.50 it will feed two of you. The owner is also a happy chappy. What's not to love.

Whenever I'm in Newcastle I always come here. The Donna wraps are just amazing. The owner always gives me extra green chillies. Awesome!

The best fresg food I've had in a long while. Just had the chef special kebab, mozzarella pizza and nuggets. Being from the midlands I thought I'd give this place a try and test out the kebabs. The chef special was a top notch kebab. 10" garlic bread topped with 1 skewer each of kofte, lamb, chicken and then a bit of doner meat with salad and chips. This was the absolutely the best I've tried and would defo beat some of the best places in the midlands. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Staff where great aswell friendly and do that bit extra for you. I didn't try the pizza or nuggets but was told they was very good also. A*******. If in Newcastle again I would only go to this place.

6.50 for a mixed kebab. Easily the worst takeaway ive ever had. That is embarassing. How a chef could let that leave thier kitchen is beyond me. Getting a takeaway at 2am. Im not expecting the world. Im not expecting gourmet. I expect it to be pretty bad. And normally I would never complain about a bad takeaway. But that is beyond shocking. If you cant cook. Dont run a takeaway

5 stars from me , 2am Large Doner Kebab + salad & chilli , can of Pepsi. Delivered over 4 miles away & for less than a tenner ... 😊 a little late but I'm a delivery driver so I know you can't please all the people all the time. The reviews that say small portions must be written by honey monsters because they definitely aren't. Defo using again

Bought a 12 inch pizza, from here late last night charged me £7.50 absolute disgrace of a pizza. Hardly any cheese and 1,slice of pepperoni per slice if pizza come on. People trying to put a bit money in your pockets and you skimp on there pizza like that. Av had better pizzas for a fiver don't go here all your going to get is robbed trust me never again a wouldn't give it any stars if I could help it stay well clear

Keep well away from this place what a rip off. If you want as little as possible for your money then go here because that's what your going to get very little for your money absolute disgrace and the foods not good either

Best kebab by name at least 310th by taste. Ordered two different kebabs a parmo and bottle of coke to my hotel. Driver was that lazy he never even got out the car just waved me across. Got to my room only to feel they were cold. Phoned to explain that my food was cold and then he says its because the sauce I had on my kebab makes it cold. Told him they forgot my juice and said ill give you £5 off next time. Ram your £5 off. I don't stay here. I rely on reviews so here's an honest one......YOUR NOT THE BEST

Ok food. I would class it as late night kebab shop style food. Nothing to write home about. We ordered 6.30pm on a Thursday evening. Delivery was only 5-6 minutes after expected time, which was fine. Plenty of better places with better food around.

Moved away from newcastle 13 years ago but I was so pleased this place is still open when I visited last week. Only my persian nana can make better kebabs than these guys. Dont ever close

I would avoid at all costs. Only buy if you're about to die from starvation, even if you did this - I doubt the food would ever arrive and then you'll still die, so pretty much a pointless experience. On the upside though; the Indian I ate that night was exceptional, so thank you for delivering my food 2 hours late and forcing me to order from elsewhere.

Chicken kebab cooked and seasoned ok. Salad was little to write about ...and the smallest salad I've ever had for a kebab. ( Like a side salad on a plate !) For £5.90 I expected more . Thus not great value . Three stars because it stays open late .
