Quality Pizza in Newcastle upon Tyne

Recently ordered. always nice food but tonight chips had burnt and black ends on not the best kebab meat was dry

I had the chicken and sweetcorn 8” pizza with wedges and garlic mushrooms and they were very nice. For the price you get a lot of wedges and mushrooms so that was good. Cheap and cheerful. Only thing I had a problem with was the website because it was counting down from 20 minutes when it hit zero I thought it would move to ready to collect but it didn’t so I had to ring 10 minutes later to see if it was ready but I’m assuming it was a problem with food hub and not the takeaway. I also got 10% off if I spent more then £10. Would definitely be ordering again as they are cheaper than anywhere in the local area and the food is good.

Food was ok no complaints on taste 2 hours had to wait on Tuesday 23rd ordered 8.10 arrived at 10.20 I called ate 9.15 and was told on way 10 mins I then called 9.45 I was told 10 min I then called 10.00 and can imagine my frustration to be told 5 min 10.20 arrived MISSING ITEMS I then called asking for refund as waste of time to get sent out time it took for food as claiming to be super busy he said leave In notes I give next time I said no I want refund you have lied to me on 3 occasions telling me 10-15 In each time my house is 15 min max away from the shop. He then said I give u free margarita next order I said no I won’t be ordering here again I want refund he then said I send now free pop and missing items. Sick of asking refund I said go on then. ( it’s now the next day and these have not come I stayed up till 11.30 incase it turned up and no one came any later as I checked my security cameras this morning nothing. I don’t care how busy a place is but to lie to me on times 3 times then miss my items is not good from first call rather than telling me on its way he could have told me be a while I could have either went to pick up or went somewhere else but no. Shame as the food is good I won’t lie there even though the shop is ran in a appalling manner

Over 2 hours for a kebab to be delivered this is the 2nd week in a row will never ever use this place again what a joke everytime we ring wont be long its a joke of a takeaway avoid

Absolutely disgusting waited over 2 hours for delivery less than 3 mile from the shop and it looks like it’s been chucked all over and it was freezing cold. Every time we rang it was 5 minutes away still not here. Disgusting service and attitude

Accepting a order, update said delivery at 11:35/11:55pm, when you shut at 11pm! Ridiculous

Food is always spot on here cooked to perfection. Great staff really good meal deals and the happy hour prices are definitely second to none. Definitely earns the 5 star rating hands down the best pizza takeaway around

Seriously if you're trying to run a business get someone who knows how to do it, had to repeat what we wanted, owner rang bk as the lass hadnt a clue on what the order was once off the phone, then forgot some of our order.....when hubby rang to complain and to ask where the stuff was that was missing we got told to come and get it!! Never going bk here again.

Top quality Kebabs whatever type you choose. Decent prices and portion sizes. Some good deals regularly on Uber Eats too.

Rang up to get deliverd, waited over 1 hrs just to find up and collect it saying they were to busy when I got their they hadn't even started it bearing in mind the order was placed over 1 hrs ago. This is twice its happened now so I foe 1 won't be going back

Good bunch of lads and they all looked very busy. Got my pizzas and they were fine, not loads of toppings but fine for a average pizza. They gave me a free can of pop on my way out so that's a plus. Cheers. 👍😁

I come here all of the time so don't know why i ordered a 8 inch pizza, it was tiny lesson learned. However it was very tasty and with the side of chips which unfortunately didn't really have much taste filled me up. Friendly staff, very clean shop, reasonable prices although I do think they have gone up recently because I used to get a 10 inch for like £4 in happy hour now it was £5 odd for an 8 inch......despite this I will keep coming back for my pizza fix!

Still searching for the quality within ‘Quality Pizza’. Our usual takeaway was closed so we ordered from here. The food was 40 minutes late and arrived cold and had items missing. In all fairness to Quality Pizza, we received a full refund. But found this only fair as we had to use our oven to re-heat our food. I will not be ordering again.

I always come here because I have tried loads of supermarket pizzas and nothing is as good as the food from here. Quick to make, super tasty, hot, cheap, friendly staff and clean shop. Bolognese is the only one for me....

This is the only place I go to for my pizza fix, friendly staff, quick service, delicious bolognese pizza and its like £4 for a 10" if you collect before 8pm. Love it.....

Been a few times a had small issues however tonight will be last order. My wife ordered 2 pizzas one came correct the other was missing the correct toppings so I called and guy on phone said sorry I'll sent the correct pizza. That was at 7pm they have just been with replacement that is stone cold as are the chips that I order in the first place due to delay.

Should have listened to the comments left by others. Brought the completely wrong wraps from my order. Food was of a low standard. Hate to say it but if you cant even get an order right, your in the wrong business....

the food was late which meant everything was luke-warm. The chips were soggy and the chicken wrap was lacking in flavour with too much salad. Will not be ordering from here again.

The pizzas were nice, liked the nice touch of a lollipop each for the kids, didn't receive my garlic bread which was meant to be added free as I spent over £15.
