Quality Pizza in Newcastle upon Tyne

Ordered 2 meal deals both Pizzas arrived squashed in the corner of the box 2 kebabs no salad but 7 portions of chips freezing cold bill was over 40 pounds never ordering again 😡

Awful Chips were over cooked dry amd tasted burnt Kebab was very rubbery Pizza came with mushrooms on never asked for mushrooms can't stand mushrooms at all so never touched the pizza sp paid over 20pound plus delivery for can pop rest went In bin the shop said next time I order they will give me free pizza no good now when I'm hungry now and I won't ever order from here again food is awful all of it except the can pop.

quality pizza has been delivering amazing food on time to us at most of occasions. we have been a customer for last few years and they never failed on quality.

The pizza we ordered was 5 stars but the chicken kebab and salad was the worst I’ve ever had. The salad was just red and white cabbage with a wedge of red onion, a wedge of lemon and a chilli. Some lettuce and a bit cucumber could have been included. The chicken had a weird curry style marinade, it was awful, I would have preferred plain chicken. I’d definitely get the pizza again but I won’t be buying the chicken kebab or wrap from there.

Ordered x2 chicken wraps and we opened them as we couldn’t seem to taste any chicken and on gods name they had 2 and a half pieces of chicken in them for £7 is an absolute disgrace the chips in the wrap weren’t even cooked properly they had hard pieces all throughout been a customer for years this is the worst I’ve ever experienced from quality

I love this establishment. Not only are the pizzas delicious but the man that delivers them is always wearing a suit and that is unbelievably awesome.

Sweaty chips in fact absolutely soaking shall I say in moiste soggy pizza with a hard cheese topping like it's been sat for ages absolutely awful will not be ordering again

Order was placed at 8pm, food arrived at 9.30pm, 20 minutes after it should have. Pizza was freezing, had to be heated up in microwave which then took away most of the taste! Chicken was dry and chips were cold. Such a shame but a reminder why we stopped ordering from here in the past.

Delicious, great delivery time, the delivery man had impeccable drip, awesome linen suit. Would highly recommend.

Food hasn't beeb delivered at all

The food was great and delivered promptly. The only issue was the delivery person delivered to my block but not my flat. As is becoming more and more regular they called my mobile from outside and had me collect it from the entrance to the block.

Delivered on time but food quality was really poor tonight no seasoning on the chicken and it was 85% grissle pizza had next to no tomato base on will give another try as this is the first bad takeout I’ve had from here

When I order a meatball pizza, I expect it to be loaded with meatballs, not just about 5 with cheese on a big base

I had the chicken and sweetcorn 8” pizza with wedges and garlic mushrooms and they were very nice. For the price you get a lot of wedges and mushrooms so that was good. Cheap and cheerful. Only thing I had a problem with was the website because it was counting down from 20 minutes when it hit zero I thought it would move to ready to collect but it didn’t so I had to ring 10 minutes later to see if it was ready but I’m assuming it was a problem with food hub and not the takeaway. I also got 10% off if I spent more then £10. Would definitely be ordering again as they are cheaper than anywhere in the local area and the food is good.

Food was ok no complaints on taste 2 hours had to wait on Tuesday 23rd ordered 8.10 arrived at 10.20 I called ate 9.15 and was told on way 10 mins I then called 9.45 I was told 10 min I then called 10.00 and can imagine my frustration to be told 5 min 10.20 arrived MISSING ITEMS I then called asking for refund as waste of time to get sent out time it took for food as claiming to be super busy he said leave In notes I give next time I said no I want refund you have lied to me on 3 occasions telling me 10-15 In each time my house is 15 min max away from the shop. He then said I give u free margarita next order I said no I won’t be ordering here again I want refund he then said I send now free pop and missing items. Sick of asking refund I said go on then. ( it’s now the next day and these have not come I stayed up till 11.30 incase it turned up and no one came any later as I checked my security cameras this morning nothing. I don’t care how busy a place is but to lie to me on times 3 times then miss my items is not good from first call rather than telling me on its way he could have told me be a while I could have either went to pick up or went somewhere else but no. Shame as the food is good I won’t lie there even though the shop is ran in a appalling manner

This was my first time ordering from here, I am very picky when it comes to my food but my pizzas were outstanding! Delivery driver was nice and smart plus polite which was another good thing! Will definitely order again

Bbq parmo was unreal ! Everything came piping hot and was all delicious! Delivery driver was really polite aswell . 100% recommend 👌

The Chips were steamed, Cold and stale in the Polystyrene packaging the Donner meat was floating in loads of fat also in Polystyrene packaging The so called Garlic bread had no Garlic taste and it was also cold..... Most of it ended up in the bin.... Last point the use of Polystyrene packaging was banned back in October 2023 and should no longer be used but 2 of 3 of my items turned up in Polystyrene Packaging.... I will not be ordering from you again......

Burgers advertise as comes with salad which it didn't,also were greasy we found,chips were poor and barley warm,garlic bread was a bit rubbery as it wasn't hot either,bolognes and chips was OK though,all in all with late delivery to add we will not order from here again.

Order food came on time the first time but they had forgot the kids pizza so we rang up and we couldnt eat are food cause my child didn't have food so we waited another 45mins for a kids pizza that they forgot to send out. Ordered kebab wrap with no sauce, it was covered with garlic. Ordered chocolate cake and was given cheese cake. Pitta bread was like concrete. Disappointing.

Thought I would give this place ago due to good reviews, what a disappointment. The pizza was soggy greasy and cold. The kebab meat was like jelly and also lathered in grease and really thick. The salad wasn’t salad ir was just red and white cabbage with one cherry tomato thrown on top. And it smelt like cleaning products. It’s gone in the bin absolute waste of money!
