Ordered on the app, never delivered or sent anything to indicate the order had been cancelled.

Absolutely poor. Ordered the 32 inch pizza to split between 8. Took an hour to get to us which is fair enough. Opened the box the pizza was cold. Rung up asking for a refund they said they couldn’t do anything. Poor customer service. AVOID

I ordered food from here and it didn’t show up two hours later (on the Pizzaholic app it was showing as delivered) so I contacted the store who asked if I could wait 2 minutes while they checked where my order was and left me waiting for 15 minutes before I hung up and tried to call again multiple times - all of which got declined. When I went to the store I was met with deceitful staff who claimed they had rang my doorbell, knocked at my door and tried to call me - none of which was true. They also tried to tell me they weren’t able to refund my order in store, which was a lie as they were easily able to do it 5 minutes later when it suited them. We regularly order from Pizzaholic, but absolutely NEVER again - disgusting service.

Great for pizza with very friendly staff. Definitely my go to.

Massive 32 inch pizza very nice!

Ordered a 14inch pizza and chips and can honestly say the food was incredible. I live about 5mile away and the food was on time and still very warm. Pizza was perfect and the chips were fantastic. The sauces were incredible. Very nice and would highly recommend it. Will definitely be ordering again. Thank you very much!!!!

Just had 32 inch half half. Half margarita other half chicken pepperoni peppers and jalepenos. Really tasty. Got piri piri chips, wedges and garlic sauce. All well worth the price

Do not order from here even if is the last place open! Ordered from here over 4 hours ago now and every time I call them asking where my food is, they either completely blank the call or come up with some crazy excuse of why it hasn’t arrived. Most commonly blaming the customer for not answering the phone or providing the wrong contact number. Utter disgrace and going to bed hungry, so at no cost should you buy from here.

Used to work security at tescos across the road Staff at pizza police was always going the extra mile to sort a man his supper Pizzas very well cooked and size of the 30inch ones had some fun watching folks squeeze those in their cars :p Haven't had one before get yourselfs along oh and try their nacho cheese nommmnommmmmm

Average pizzas used a couple of times. Garlic bread with cheese was burnt, hard and cheese was crunchy. It was overcooked and not enough cheese.

Made an order 1.50am into Thursday morning its now 3.34am. Order was supposed to be here at 2.45am latest. After 2 phonecalls with staff and apparently my order being out for delivery at 3am although I live 5 minutes down road they are now blanking my calls. Absolute joke of a shop wouldn't attempt to ever order from here again. Go elsewhere ladies and gents.

Food delivery was extremely late and upon first delivery the vast majority of the order was missing and upon second delivery the food was under cooked and items were still. So all in all it took roughly 2 and a half hours to receive part of our order. Was the price that we paid we would expect a better quality of food and service. I will not be ordering from here again.

Spent 40 quid on an order that never came

Pizza and kebab was nice. Chips weren't too bad, but the salad wasnt good and the pitta bread was stale. Would've been 5 star otherwise. Staff were pleasant. The customer side of the take away is run down with the door almost hanging off its hinges. Not a big deal since we were only there 15 minutes.

Delivery £15 for two items, however arrived late. Both pizza and garlic bread stone cold, garlic bread tough and bland. Pizza might have been OK if hot or warm, but nothing to write home about. Over double the price of my usual takeaway for very subpar food. No offence.

I ordered food last week Thursday with my girlfriend, we got home and it was cold we rang up and said there’s a problem… they said come in throughout the week next week I have came today and no refund or new wrap. The guys are clueless in here SHOCKING

Massively over priced. Mediocre food at best. Pizzas are bogo standard and way too expensive. Sundries are massively overpriced. £5 for 6 frozen soggy onion rings. WHAT??? And they cant even make gravy 🤣 It's only popular coz of its 32" pizza. Go somewhere else unless you want to overpay for a bog standard novelty. Shame tho coz the staff are nice.

Pizzaholic! Where Pizza Dreams Come True! I stumbled upon Pizzaholic in search of a slice of heaven, and boy, did they deliver! My taste buds are still doing the happy dance after devouring their pizza and kebab combo. It's like they've unlocked the secret to culinary bliss. The pizza was so good; I almost considered proposing to it. And the kebab? Let's just say it's the real MVP – a flavor explosion that left me questioning why I ever settled for plain old salads. Boss man has converted this place into one of the best "british style" pizza in the North East, if not the UK. Very attentive staff who will ring if there is any issues with your order. For example, we ordered a Vegan Pizza, and bought a dip with milk in - they rang to ask if we knew about this and offered to change it for something else. If they get something wrong with the order they are very helpful in replacing it - I think the ownership has changed, as I believe the quality has gotten much better in the past year. Also they do a 32 inch pizza which is crazy, 50 cent order 2 of them - absolute mad man.

The worst pizza which I had till now. I took chicken tikka pizza and chicken tandoori both were worst and within 2 mins both pizza were cool and I took donner kebab and it was dry. Worst food which I had till now in UK. King’s pizza which is in Walker is the best. Even single star is waste for it.

I never write reviews, but this is THE place for late night vegan food. There is so many choices and I’ve ordered a few times (which i normally really dont like takeaway food) and every time it’s been delicious. Thank you for sorting us vegans out with some properly good food !

The worst place I have ever ordered from ! The chips were raw and most of the food we ordered inedible. As for the milkshake it was disgusting ! Please avoid at all costs

DO NOT PAY BY CARD ON THEIR WEBSITE. A few weeks ago I ordered 2 vegan nutella tower cakes and a vegan cheese burger. Pizzaholic phoned just after we ordered and paid for our food to let us know that there was no cakes left in stock. We cancelled because we just wanted cake really and they only had cheesecake (which neither of us wanted). I asked how long it would take for the refund of nearly £15 (they even charged for delivery lol). They said they didn't know maybe a couple of weeks. So, today I phoned them and asked what the problem is since there is no refund in my bank still after nearly 3 weeks. They told me that they don't know anything from 3 weeks ago, I should just call Feed Me Online and ask what the refund issue is. Feed Me Online can only offer a refund if the restaurant requests it. The refund wasn't requested and Pizzaholic are saying they delivered the food. I asked Feed Me Online to investigate further since they are the ones taking my money. All they need to do is look at the receipts. If they didn't have the cakes in stock and they delivered something to me then what did they deliver to me? Why didn't I get a refund for the cakes if they delivered the burger? The company is so dodgy. I wish I had looked at Trip Advisor before ordering lol. My advice, if you really want to spend your money with these disgusting scammer liars then do it through another app. You might have more chance of getting a refund or even a delivery if you use something like Just Eat. I'm not 100% sure about that of course. And watch out for other companies. I ordered once from Burgerholic which is Pizzaholic. Apparently Wicked is also Pizzaholic. In any case just pay by cash if you can. I lost nearly 2 hours wages and they just lie like it's nothing. I literally feel sick.

Placed on order on app for my family, paying by cash , leaving a note to say I lived in block of flat and how to get access into building then for them to accept the order to call 5 minutes later saying I cant pay cash due to previous drivers going to flats and people not paying them because the drivers won't go upstairs and to get told I needed to cancel order and pay by card. I advised I cant pay by card I only have cash he then continued to say that I only can pay card and I need to meet the driver downstairs. So I advised I had no issue meeting him downstairs with the order and paying by cash and again to get told I cant and need to pay by card at this point I just advised them to cancel the order and ill go elsewhere and I got no apology other then thats okay. (I can understand the fact the driver doesn't want to come upstairs that was not an issue but the fact I cant pay cash for my order due to other customers who live in flats saying there not going to pay them unless they bring it up in this case you may aswell ban people from paying cash?? , I've used them prior to this and payed by cash and never ever had this issue ! Will not be using again!

We regularly order vegan pizza from here and usually satisfied. Tonight however a tuna pizza turned up, I called up to query it and after some just saying "yeah, what's the problem" got hung up on. In fairness they rang back, said they would make one and send the driver out. The driver turned up with a stone cold pizza. The error is fine, we're all human. But the customer service was quite shocking.

First visit and Ordered two pizzas to take away, a bbq chicken and a meat feast. On arriving home the meat feast was scarce on the meat the chicken was still as cold as it was just out of fridge while the dough was warm. The meat was very salty in both pizzas and very unappetising. Won’t be visiting again anytime soon.

This is where Wicked Kitchen is actually based and they get the orders wrong EVERY time. Not even worth ordering from when they can't follow basic instructions. Disappointing experiences, we gave them another chance but won't be ordering again.

Ordered the food, set to be delivered at 01:17. At 01:35 I called to ask where it was and was told it's with the driver. At 02:10 I called again, I was told they were waiting for a driver to come and get it. At this stage I asked if it was even still hot and if not to refund me. They hung up, and rejected all following calls.
