Si esperas algún tipo de servicio al cliente o quieres que se encarguen de tus REQUISITOS DE ALERGIA, nunca vayas a Domino's PIZZA. NO LES IMPORTAN TUS ALERGIAS/TOLERANCIA A LOS ALIMENTOS. Hoy, alrededor de las 6: 30 pm, pedí una pizza de Domino's @ Stratford Upon Avon, tuve el peor servicio al cliente de un tipo muy grosero que me sirvió. Tenía una actitud, no estaba presente, y usaba un lenguaje sucio. Además, hablaba en su propio idioma muy groseramente. Todo comenzó cuando estaba mencionando los requisitos de alergia. Mi hija, que tiene 9 años, tiene alergias severas a la carne de res y cerdo. Por lo tanto, les pedí que se encargaran de mi pedido y hicieran una pizza con algunas verduras y pollo. Se enojó conmigo y me pidió que me apurara y ordenara, pero no me respondió sobre mis necesidades de alergia. Entonces pedí una pizza vegetariana con pollo. No informó ni tomó notas sobre mis requerimientos en cuanto a alergias al personal , y no se comunicó con los pizzeros. Pasaba por alto cómo hacían la pizza, y podía ver claramente que se había producido contaminación, y no prestaban atención a las alergias. Al final, no dejé que mi hija tocara esa pizza. Estaba muy decepcionado con su servicio, y me sorprendió mucho ver a una persona con una mala actitud trabajando y destruyendo una buena marca. Además, es muy divertido verlos hablando en su propio idioma insultantemente frente a los clientes. Domino's debe invertir en capacitación, específicamente en sensibilización sobre alergias y servicio al cliente. Estoy muy decepcionado, y solicito a todos que no vayan allí cuando hay tantas otras opciones. Definitivamente, no saben cómo cuidar de las alergias, y NO hay servicio al cliente en los llamados DOMINO'S.

Pizza with hair! As you can see in the picture, got 3 boxes of pizza and one of them had hair in it. I call the owner to complain and he says “I guess two pizzas was enough then”. Completely disrespectful. I’ve been coming here for the last 7 years, but I’m sure i won’t be returning.

£33 spend food to be on delivered, no reply to what the delay was, call shop told it be another hour until delivery

Turned away for not being a student. Grew up locally, never seen such blatant division of communities in Fallowfield. They never have a problem serving me outside term time when it's quiet. At best rude, at worst, age discrimination.

Adding another Branded name to Cartertons choice, but ive not had a chance to use this place yet, has parking up front for take away offers or use delivery services

Pizza is always nice and hot when I recieve it and the driver Danish is always super friendly when he delivers to me with a smile, saying to enjoy and god bless when he leaves.

I mean this in the nicest possible way; Proper local old-school place. Decent beer. Vape inside like a champion. Pool tables. Darts. Screen showing sport. Lovely. How it should be.

After booking online for 7pm delivery my order arrived 45 minutes later which isn't great. Though the food was nice I am doubtful to place an order with them again. If I do I will pick it up myself. I had mix meat, cheesy chips and salad, with mild chilli and mint sauce. Drink I had ferrero Roche milk shake.

They are just horrible to the staff and their food was cold by the time I got it

Honestly very disappointed with our order. The store forgot half of our order resulting in the poor delivery driver to have to come back, in result the second half was stone cold and dry and our loaded fries had what appeared to be mould on. Would not order from here again, but the driver was lovely.

Would give 0 stars if possible worst customer service ive ever recived, please get your staff to understand english this is a customer service based job. The girl on the phone was very rude and did not deliver any kind service was very rude.
