Brilliant service, 1 down point was not enough selection of real ales

Basic pub, pizza/burger/goujons food served in Styrofoam/pizzabox. Helpful staff, dog friendly. All on ground floor, free parking.

A beautifully decorated pub for Halloween, lots of effort has clearly been put in. Decent selection of drinks on tap, and TVs for sport, and even pool tables so it makes a good place for a Saturday/Sunday afternoon. Dirty fries were really good and a reasonable price for the amount you get!

Good reasonably priced food, brilliant kids play area. Will definitely go again.

Staff were very friendly.. opened up the other bar room so we could watch the rugby. Food was nice and was hot.. my daughter loved the play area to..

Only one beer on, absolutely no atmosphere, gents toilets a disgrace, last orders 9.20pm, don't dare get up without your mask or you will get shouted down, and it was bloody freezing with the door wide open.

Getting very tatty toilets need to improve they stink . now the prices have gone up 15p on a pint and we have not had the budget see why a lot of pubs are closing will think twice about going in there again .

I love the crabtree pub in lancing its so lovely and clean and friendly and kind and happy and caring people who work there and the toilets are clean and the food is so wonderful and beautiful and mouthwatering and the staff got good sense of humour and u can have a good laugh with them and its a Wonderful good old fashion family pub as well. Especially the Sunday lunch oh my god its so mouth watering and the meat just melt in your mouth and the roast pots are so beautiful to eat and the Yorkshire pudding oh yeah they r so yummy and the beer is nice too. And Steve and his family r a wonderful family indeed keep going you lot rock on 10/10 yeah so come to the crabtree pub in lancing people u will have a wonderful welcome from the crabtree people

Lovely pub, great sized garden, kids play area, pool tables and jukebox, beer was good too.

Decided to visit for the first time as I heard about a Karaoke taking place here, which was brilliant fun. This is a great pub overall with a really good nice friendly atmosphere. Will be returning again soon to sing more songs on the Karaoke, and maybe even check out the live entertainment and Open Mic nights they have here too.

I like the Crabtree Inn because the atmosphere is nice. The landlady and the staff are really polite and helpful. They also do very nice meals. Couldn't fault the sunday roast.

Not ever been here , sorry , I can't say . Never even been through the door . Phones think they know everything , but not been here . The stars came up themselves.

Only went to visit to vote in local election. But the pub was clean and very welcoming.

Awful! Waited over an hour for food when the pub was practically empty, my husband did not like the beer and his food was fried to an inch of its life. The staff were so unprofessional and openly moaned to each other that they couldn't be bothered to work, when we were asked just before we left if everything was alright and I said no she replied well at least the children had fun.

I love this place because we had a reception here and their staff are really nice.

Steve and his staff provided a buffet for our Father's wake and it was terrific. Thanks to all of you for making a difficult day so much easier.

Serve London Pride very well, not too cold. This is a proper boozer in the nicest sense. Nice selection of ales and lagers.

Great local pub, opening times 12 not 11am o'clock.

We have had lovely Sunday dinners down there.Staff are friendly, the place is clean,plenty of parking.

Friendly with simple fare. A bit like the pub in "The Hobbit".

Nicely decorated and modernised Both Tiae and English food served great Sunday lunch at only £6.95 .aircraft enthusiasts will like the spitfire bar and enthusiastic landlord.
