This is discusting, they are using premade pizza base. Dominos Shoreham got so far down with quality of their pizzas that I am surprised they are still opened!!

Drivers don’t have any clue what they’re doing!! Took over 30 mins to deliver it and I live a 7 minute drive away! I only ordered for my sisters at home and they waited forover 30 minutes! That’s insane! Driver went all the way to a PARK past the house when I looked at the tracking- never order from here again!! The only okay thing was the team back at the branch answering my calls about where the driver was.

Disgraceful just checked my bank statement and been overcharged massively for 2 pizzas and a side. £58.00 didn't realise until a month later as no receipt give as made payment contact less. Look forward to your reply

Always forgetting drinks and dips takes 45 mins to wait for a drink I order or a dip the place is a joke, where are the old managers of 2021 food and customer service is terrible

Just because you have a brand name, you don't have to make such bad pizza. The pizza I got was really awful.

This is my first ever Google review. I never bother doing reviews but had to vent on this occasion!!!! Firstly, dont bother just go to another branch, even if you have to drive further. I walked in, stood for a full 5 minutes and not one person acknowledged I was there! Not one person said hello, asked if i had placed an order or even looked at me for the over 5 minutes. I had preordered and i could see my pizza on the shelf. The 3 staff that i could see all had their backs to the entance and were talking away between each other, if i were their managed they'd all be on a warning now for neglecting customers. When a lad finally came to the counter it was because the phone was ringing, not because i was clearly standing there in a bright blue wooly hat! After he put the phone down, i asked him if i could pick up my pizza (all he had to do was turn around and pass it to me with no actaul steps involved) but he palmed me off to another colleague who looked even less interested and he barely said a word either, not even a 'thank you for you order'. My food was cold by the time i managed to actually collect it. I WILL NEVER BE USING THAT BRANCH AGAIN!! TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE FOOD!!

If you value customer service and the food you actually order, go somewhere which is NOT Dominos. I ordered a mighty meaty through the app with a couple of topping changes and changed the sauce to BBQ as I can't have tomato (yep I'm one of those guys). Needles to say, I didn't get the pizza I ordered!! When I called up and explained my situation, the unhelpful halfwit on the phone couldn't come up with a solution who then had to speak to his manager. Well....... The manager was about as much use as a chocolate tea pot on a hot day!! After having to explain the situation again the manager paused for a second, had the cheek to tell me to order another pizza as he was and I quote "were too busy and can't do another one". Normally I would understand that being a weekend and all BUT when I went to collect the pizza, I saw around 3-4 people standing around watching!!! It's safe to say thus place has gone downhill rapidly! I'm not one to have a moan up about a divvy manager but to be spoken to like that, is simply unprofessional and unacceptable! All in all, if you want a nice night in with the family and fancy a takeaway..... go anywhere else other than dominos.

Wouldn't deliver after 7 pm!! Couldn't explain and put the phone down.

Usually pretty good but they seemed to have stopped doing ‘the cheeseburger’ so annoyingly I now have to make a trip to the portslade store.

This is the second time I ordered from this place the first time I ordered it took over two hours to arrive so I figured that may have been a one off issue and with the benefit of doubt I would try again a year later in the vain hope they had their act together. Ordered a pizza over an hour ago and still waiting . What an utter shambles never again. Go elsewhere there's tons of places that are far quicker then these amateurs sloths.

Placed an order just past midday and it arrived after 1 hr! And when it arrived it wasn’t the dominos that used to be! Pizza burned and no taste. Never order from them again.

Absolute joke. Order pizza and 2 x Frank's hot wings. Pizza was cold with only 3 toppings on! And wings didn't have any Frank's hot sauce on them!! Phoned up and was told they will remake our order and it get it out to us straight away. After an Hour wait, phoned up again to find out where it was. And was told they have not remade the order!!!! And they had ran out of hot sauce!!! We should of been notified that there was no hot sauce when we phoned the first time before being told that they were going to remake it. However this was not done. And our meal was not re-made. So after waiting for an hour expecting food to be delivered and to ring up and be told it hasn't even been remade it being almost closing time, it's a complete joke. Will not order from them again. Should of read the other reviews and stayed clear. UPDATE:- Ordered again today 11 March 2023, as it is my daughter birthday and she really likes domino's, I was hesitant but placed the order regardless. Glad I did... order arrived within time stated. Pizzas hot, and my daughter and all her friends enjoyed the pizzas. Delivery driver was friendly and polite. And we got everything we asked for Hot and tasty. Thank-you for this service. And will order from again if this standard continues

Great pizza last night, delivered quickly, even though not that local, friendly delivery driver, pizza hot.. and good price..

Delivery driver phones me moaning that he's been outside for 10 minutes despite the fact he never called me. Turns out he's in the wrong place. Took me another 10 mins for the guy to find me. Driver turns up still with an attitude, does t apologise then proceeds to drop my big garlic dip on the floor. He looks me in the eyes and just walks off still with no apology. I phoned dominos who most graciously offered me a free dip on my NEXT order. What a bunch of jokers. A company the size of dominos and that's all they offer.

40-45 minute's phoned 1-1/2 hours later to ask where the pizza was coming from told another 20 minute's minimum must be from Italy cancelled and asked for refund should have ordered from farmhouse never more than 1 hour. Terrible service.

got on the bus in Steyning 11:35 and ordered a pizza arrived in Shoreham at 12:08 and took it without problems. You guys are cool

If you want a pizza from the shoreham branch, your best bet is to order 24 hours in advance of being hungry. So glad they now charge for delivery too, they definitely deserve it!

Utter incompetence. Been waiting an hour only to be told another 45 minutes. Avoid this place if you want a quick meal. Quicker getting to London by train and that says a lot the way Southern run a service!

I Placed an order @ 19:39 I phoned @ 21:05 asking if my pizza was in transit. Here I was arrogantly informed that I ordered my pizza @ 20:30. (I have screen shot of my order @ 19:39) :Fact: (also a screen shot of the call @ 21:05) 15 minutes later a delivery person hammered on my door with my delivery, and I mean banging on my front door as if I needed to hear him from two roads up. The delivery was one hour and a forty five minutes after I ordered. (When ordering by phone, I was informed it would be delivered in about an hour) We order food from these companies because its convenient, and we order because we are hungry. This delivery/customer service was unacceptable. I live a 60 second drive from domino's, however, on this occasion we just fancied staying in, and being delivered to. We wont be ordering again. Sorry, but this was my experience with them.

I was really disappointed with the customer service at this Domino's earlier today. I made a mistake with my order. When I realised and phoned them to speak to them about this they were really rude and totally not understanding of the mistake I made. I asked them if this mistake happens a lot as I was really shocked by the way they were speaking to me, tone and manner etc, and they simply answered "No", which then made me feel really belittled. Considering this is a Monday night and happened around 5pm and I assume not very busy for them, I was really disappointed with how it was handled and their lack of service. I can 100% confirm that I will never use this Domino's again and it has really left me wondering if I will continue to be a customer at all!

Disappointing on this occasion, arrived to collect pizzas only to be told delivery driver had taken part of my order by mistake. So I waited for a new one to be made and raised concerns about the other part of the order getting cold. Was reassured that it was being kept warm but by the time I was home (5 min drive) the pizza was cold

Rubbish pizzas. One was completely cold. The Other had Hardly any ingredients, except drowning In sauce. Never again.

Really hit and miss, mostly miss. Orders are wrong 90% of the time, vouchers and promises to resolve are never honoured

Terrible service last night waited two hours for delivery then drove to shop only to be told that the computer system failed and they could not do the orders no phone call also they told me the lancing shop was going to do the order when i phoned them they knew nothing about it result fifty pound out of account and no food went to papa johns. Missed the football

Ordered a pizza in advanced for 21:15 currently 10:03 pizza has still not been delivered tried calling up no answer rung for 4 mins straight. Pizza says out for delivery. Finally got through at 21:45 said it would be 5 mins still not here. Cannot believe the service. Unacceptable

Delivered half of my order. Had to wait 3 hours for the remaining of my order to turn up.

Rude staff on the phone, didn’t give me a chance to explain that the app said it had been delivered. Order most weeks and usually do not have a problem. As I write this I’m still waiting for a delivery and by now it will be cold.

Delivery unavailable for over a week despite roadworks being finished. They can’t override this in the store in the 21st century!!! Ignore complaints from customers as well

Consistently the worst pizza place ever for over 10 years 👏🏻 I made the mistake of giving them another chance and the food is so bad it’s unbelievable. NOTHING they make is cooked properly, raw potato wedges, soggy pizza and chicken. I don’t get how people can be that bad at such a brainless job, I can only assume these are the rejects from the sh*thole McDonalds that’s also in shoreham. In fact, I can’t remember ever having a nice meal from any restaurant or eatery in shore 🤔

Worst Dominos store I have had the misfortune to encounter. Messed up simple 2 pizza order, then terrible customer service response when we rang up to highlight their error.

I rang up the shop as I was unsure on the new menu and I was advised by a nice man on getting the mega mix deal which I ordered, got told 45 minutes for delivery came within half hour unfortunately the pizza came with bbq sauce not tomato sauce as I ordered but I spoke to a very nice worker named Elliott who offered to make the pizza again with tomato sauce and was very apologetic and said that I’ll have to give back the wrong pizza which I was happy to do in replacement for the correct one the delivery man was efficient and fast, food arrived piping hot one of the best orders I’ve due to not ordering since August last year but I thought I would give it a try again would totally recommend to all

What can I say? It's Domino's! Lost 3 stars because of multiple recent deliveries turning up cold and/or ruined and poor dealing of the complaints afterwards. But I have been assured it is soon to change and improve

Ordered 2 pizzas with sides , they forgot my sides and thank god we checked called the driver back and they just refunded the sides , thought ok things happen not a big deal , then we opened our pizza’s and surprise bbq pizza🤢 , when we specified tomato , so that’s why I’m leaving this review , get your act together.

I ordered the pizza online. 1 small, personal pizza, plus coleslaw and a drink. The driver arrives and says sorry we don’t have any coleslaw and they do do refunds here is your pizza. The next noise was my jaw hitting the floor, I was so gobsmacked I seriously had to ask her to repeat what she said as I truly couldn’t believe what I was hearing.. After 2 phone calls I begrudgingly got them to send a driver round with the £2.50 in cash. After all that the pizza wasn’t great. Avoid like the plague

Worst dominos in Brighton.my Order is rarely 100% correct. Stuff is either forgotten,done wrong or replaced without them informing me first.

We ordered two pizza's using the app for collection. When my mum went in to collect the pizza, she said hello to a young man working behind the counter, to which he responded "Hi" then looked down to continue whatever task he was doing. After a few moments of silence, he turned to a colleague and said "Can one of you serve her please?" To which no one responded. After a few minutes, she was given a single pizza when we had ordered two, after waiting a few minutes again, my mum asked where the pizza and dessert was "Oh...There is another one coming." Again, a few minutes later "Oh, there's an ice cream too." Whilst waiting for the remainder of the order, everyone was just talking amongst themselves and messing around in the back. I've worked in Cafés before, I know it's not the same, but it's catering and customer service, it's also not fun, but you have to actually respond to someone properly?

We went and picked up our pizzas at Dominos Pizza in Shoreham-by-Sea it looked filthy dirty and disgusting there was food all over the floor in the cooking area and they did not attempt to clean it up but just walked all over it.

Poor service, management severely under trained, inexperienced and very unhelpful. Disgrace to Dominoes name. Ruined 2 meals for families ly due to mistakes in orders, discount provided after first but then refused to honour discount next time round and then got that order wrong too. Needs an overhaul and some training. Plus the management lie without any concern for customers. Avoid this branch

Spend a fortune for terrible service. There will be two thing wrong with your order everytime. Dominos is good, the Shoreham branch not so much

I have to give you one star because google says I have to, but in reality this has to be the worst take away in shoreham, the store manager, Anna, has absolutely no concept of customer service, after waiting over 2 hours for half my order to arrive I rang up to complain and was hung up on, I then had to go drive to them to fight for my refund, awful food, awful service and awful staff, will never use again, EVER

The order never showed. Would give zero rating but not an option for zero. They lost our order and just got offered a refund. I can only hope the refund turns up!!!! My kids are so disappointed. We will never order from here again

Awful asked for cheapest individual pizza price they said £10.99 such is a complete lie ...trying to make money as I only needed an individual one for a child I care for...robbers....needless to say we walked out and bought food elsewhere

A few friends and I stayed over last weekend in an air b n b nd decided to order pizza. I always order from Dominoes where I live so I though the service would be the same over there. When it came to check out and the delivery address I put in the post code where we were staying and it automated the rest of the address... no problems there. 45 mins later I receive a call from an completely rude & angry driver, he said I had given him the wrong address and I was lying... I was waiting for my food actually. Where we were staying was in flats so I came down stairs to see if I could spot him with my friend, he eventually found us and got out the car so aggressively, looked me up and down with disgust and shoved the pizza in my arms. He ever so rudely shouted at me, ‘you gave me the address for over there NOT here, you are HERE, NOT there’ I was so shocked by this lack of customer service. I explained to him we wasn’t from the area and that’s what the website automatically put in from the address. He screwed his face up at us again and got in his car. No word of a lie he started me out from his car window like a serial killer. All over a pizza!! Appalled by this service. They got our order wrong as well by sending us the wrong drink. Couldn’t be bothered to say anything as I felt like he was going to punch me!!

Don't bother, 2 hours to get a pizza delivered. Was showing in quality control for nearly an hour. Please don't waste your time and money with this lot, you'll end up hungry and disappointed. Tried to call to chase up delivery and phone goes unanswered.

son ordered vegetarian pizza, pepperoni pizza arrives, I complain, they send replacement of 2 x beef pizzas. Girl stressed on phone. No refund. Absolutely shocking

My daughter ordered a pizza from the Shoreham Domino's. She was eating it and noticed mould on the crust. Turned it over and mould on the base. Contacted Shoreham and they arranged for a driver to come back and collect. Wouldn't give a refund and my daughter contacted head office who arranged for her money back, I got her to contact environmental heath and the council regarding this. We also had an article published with picture's of said pizza, in Argus, Brighton. The premises should be closed down and a full inspection & investigation taking place. Disgusting. They also said it had gone through ' quality control' ! If the bases are like this, what hope is there for the toppings? A small child or someone with weak immune system, could have been very very ill.

I love pizza and I like most dominos pizza places but in Shoreham where I live it’s the worst possible it’s like they just don’t care the customer service is terrible if you order in it will get there cold and late if not sat on it’s a new experience btw and if you complain it’s like they were never taught how to keep the customers satisfied they just don’t care yesterday they brought me the completely wrong Order but I was so hungery from waiting it took me eating half the pizza to notice I took a pic and will complain but I don’t expect anything to actually happen dominos is great and all but only if the staff care about what it is they are doing

Listen up peeps, I found a long curly ginger pubic hair in my chorizo pizza. I thought it was part of the chorizo at the start until I started to chomp then realised after I had extract it from my lower molars. I AM DISGUSTED. I found that it was indeed Callum Mcavoy Smith's pube! After later experiences. Promote him!

The below request and subsequent chaser was totally ignored by head office to which this branch directed us. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. ROBBED! On 13/11/2018 I ordered the above pizza (Shoreham store) for 16.99 which didn't arrive, due to lack of driver even though the order was accepted and fully paid. A refund was promised but never took place. Please could you reimburse me in full. Thanks. For the record, this pizza was waited for a very long time and only when queried twice was the reason of no driver given, leaving everyone hungry until the next day. Not a good story. It's really put us off using the service again. Please could you let us know next steps as soon as possible. - Attached are the order details.

This branch is understaffed and consistently late on deliveries. My last order wasnt even delivered but i was still charged and then had to chase up the refund. All head office said was thank you for your feedback. Dominoes uaed to be great pizza but sadly going downhill, ill be going elsewhere from now on.

We've ordered our pizzas, but the rocket and extra big dip we paid for wasn't with the pizzas! The Driver said he would go back & get it! Pizza's getting cold and were fed up waiting !! Called the store and an apology was made but still we haven't had what we ordered!! Cold pizza isn't really that enjoyable & to be honest it isn't the best . Disappointed Dominoes. 😕

It used to be good about half a year ago, but then clearly something happened, as pizzas started to arrive cold, poorly cut, with missing toppings in any random combination. Another reason to cook something healthier at home.

We were in the shop for 35 minutes after suggested by the app, because name a reason. And were given free coke, which I don't drink and free undercooked wedges to make up for it. Boo

Dominoes need proper customer service training

Counter staff left the phone off the hook in front of me deliberately...messed up my order then left my pizzas sitting on the shelf for nearly 10 mins...always used dominoes every Friday but think I'll be going papa John's next time.

Tonight's order just delivered . Meat ones eaten by the fam but the margarita pizza was awful. Overcooked cheese. Should be almost falling off. Could of got better in Tesco. How Dominos can charge what they do for a basic one is beyond me. Worst 25 quid I've spent this week!!!

Been a regular customer for the past 3 years, ordered my pizza at 20:12 tonight, it's now nearly 11pm and still never received it, called twice and both Times the management has told me it's a couple of minutes away! Absolute joke

Ordered via the app and food arrived at the required time. One of the pizzas was wrong so rang to get corrected. Over an hour later and the replacement pizza had not arrived. Rang to chase and it was apparently on route . Birthday tea for son ruined as couldn't all eat together!!

Honestly get your pizza elsewhere. Now Pizza Hut are delivering almost everywhere they literally are the new dominos. Ordered a pizza for me and my lad at 19.30, after three phone calls and talking to manager the pizza arrived at 22.00. After realising they messed up, the manager (who sounded baked) offered us a free side (which is pathetic). The pizza come with no extra side and wasn't half as good as Pizza Huts the week before that took about 25 minutes to arrive. We won't be using Dominos again.
