What a find! A chief after my own heart. I'll be back...

First off, great pizza . Recommended . Also want to say how lovely and considerate the staff are to visiting cyclists . Only 5 minutes from the fallowfield loop . Will be recommending to everyone I know .

This is the best vegan breakfast I've ever had, and I've had a lot of them! Lovely atmosphere and brilliant staff but most of all amazing food!

Small, friendly, chilled vibe. Good selection of food and drink, cheap prices, friendly and helpful staff.

Used to visit all the time as a student and absolutely loved it , went back yesterday and was met with the same wonderful experience. Food was delicious and had the most attentive and kind server, Hermione. Would highly recommend for vegans too! Very accommodating 💖💖💗

Visited on Sunday evening. The staff told me that myself and my husband cannot be served as they only serve students. Absolutely ridiculous. On top I had an Unidays student card and told me that is not valid, has to be a physical card. These people are going to ruin your business. If you are not student only you should really fire them. We went across the road and spent 30 pounds on drinks there. Another loss for Haus.

One of the few places with a balcony, good food and people

We turned up at 10pm to meet friends who were already there watching a band, only to be told we weren't allowed in as only students were allowed after 9.30pm. This is nowhere specified on the website and is discriminatory. We won't be back!

Good place, quiet, food banging, good customer service, 100%. Full English is a proper one, not the artisan rubbish most of Fallowfield passes as breakfast. Pizzas good as well.

The food and atmosphere are good, but the service really brings it up for me! The staff are really friendly and helpful with recommendations! Elisa went the extra mile and even gave my pup some water! She had really good energy and interacted well with all the customers! 10/10 would recommend :)

I cannot rate my experience at HAUS highly enough. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and really set the tone. Two staff members who really stood out for me were Zoe and Tess , who added to the fun and informal atmosphere. The food quality was excellent and well priced. Would recommend to any students and family parents visiting !

Staff clearly don’t care, food and drinks were slammed down on the table and they didn’t say a word. My sandwich was barren with no butter and was so dry, make sure you double up on the sauce! Coffee was tiny. Four toilets and only one of them was in use, but had no toilet roll or soap, so unhygienic! I had to wipe with a napkin :(

Always amazing food at haus, it's Michelin food on a uni student budget, the baristas are wonderful there was a beautiful barista called Hermione that served me the best coffee I've ever had, can't wait to go back, I think I'm in love with her and with haus

Cool vibe and a large soft sofa

Came with a couple of mates for a quick bite, ordered some drinks and happened that I wanted the same drink as my friend, but hadn’t realised this until the rude barista had already made my friends… so when I asked for mine she rolled her eyes at me. Anyways 20 mins later our food comes, my friend ordered a hash brown roll which for £7 you’d expect to be more than literally one hash brown in a piece of bread in a plastic basket. Mango smoothie tastes great though even if you do get your eyes rolled at for ordering it. Not even like she had to clean the blender in between! Upstairs smelled of BO but that may not have been the fault of the establishment…

Staff were so moody and horrible towards costumers. For a student bar prices are too high for bellow average food and service. A waitress flung the food at me and said there DONT GO until they have better staff

The moodiest and rude staff you will ever come across. Showed no interest in you at all and looked angry when you ask them something. Food was below average as well. Don’t go

Food was cold and tasted average. Staff are very rude, asked for a glass of water and received a dirty look in return. Stood at the bar to give my order and pay and they ignored me left me standing for 4 minutes. Service is horrendous.

Used to be great service in here but the new staff are incredibly rude. No greet on arrival, had to go and get our own menus and got ignored at the till when waiting to order. Mid-order, the girl turned around and continued her conversation with her colleague like we weren’t there? The food was crap, overpriced and overall we just felt like we were interrupting them by being there. Very uncomfortable atmosphere and half the menu was ‘out of stock’, apparently.

Absolutely awful! On arrival they told us only 3 things were available on the whole menu. When we went up to order they had no smoothies. Then I ordered a hot chocolate which the woman had to make twice because she made it wrong, sat down to drink it and it was cold. Then my friends food came but they forgot to put mine through so I had to wait and eat separately. The food was not nice, eggs barely cooked and sausages stank. My friends said their food was cold as well! Don’t eat here!

Lots of good value variety for everyone, including vegans. Grateful I was allowed a garlic-free vegan brunch option! Thank you! HAUS is very definitely a hidden gem with friendly, helpful, staff and apparently only one chef who works carefully and quickly - impressive!

Came in with friends to enjoy some dinner. Super quick service, amazing pizzas and friendly staff. Definitely recommend for a cozy meal!

I really like Haus as a simple drink spot, however, I went for breakfast the other day and the food was appalling. I ordered a veggie breakfast and everything was cold and tasteless (beans hadn’t been heated at all). My friend ordered pancakes they tasted like they were toaster pancakes and they were cold (perhaps had been sitting around). Low quality for the price, better off going to Wetherspoons.

Great portions and good quality food. Service a little slow if I had to be picky. Easily as good as the uber trendy Federal with none of the queue or the over pricing.

There is a weekly jazz night which I chose to attend as celebration for an important birthday. We were told they don't take reservations but when we explained the occasion they bent over backwards to accommodate us which was very kind. The evening food consists of pizza which included some nice-sounding g vegan options but the one I had my eye on - vegan hoisin duck - they had run out of the main component. The waiter saw I was very disappointed and got me a free drink which was extremely kind. It was hot but they had air-con, thr music was great and it was an extremely good birthday party! Thanks a lot.

The garlic and herb dip is nothing like the picture. It's basically just a standard garlicy mayonnaise dip, and I ordered one portion of skin on fries but got 2, each of them containing about 3 days of my recommended salt intake so they're barely edible, and this is from someone who has a clinical condition that means they need to eat extra salt!

Got one tiny waffle with my chicken and waffle(s). Drowning in chilli sauce and ranch might as well have gone to kfc for a better price and meal. Ice coffee was warm and staff unhelpful.

Food is good and cheap but the staff are so rude and it ruins the experience. I understand nobody likes to work, especially in customer facing jobs but please don’t take it out on the customer.

Great quality pizzas and beer at really good value prices

We had a lovely Sunday afternoon at Haus and recommend it 100%. Staff were very busy but still welcoming, helpful and courteous. There was a delay with our order which can always happen..... but we were generously compensated with a complimentary round of drinks which made us feel they really care. Looking forward to visiting again for Pizzas... Thankyou HAUS.

Waited 45 minutes for a coffee that was warm not hot, the food was underwhelming, the smashed avocado which came with the breakfast wasn’t smashed but whole and the poached eggs basically boiled. Overall a really underwhelming breakfast that did not live up to the 4 stars on this review site when looking.

Nice little bar, just of the main street. Somewhat reasonable prices, especially with deals, such as 2 for £7 on the Haus Lager or £10 for Drink and Pizza. Not a lot of seating and standing room however, especially if societies are there.

They allow too many people in, it becomes packed and impossible to find a seat or get a drink. Overall just a tacky place with lacklustre performances. Untrained staff and lots of mistakes.

Discovered this place when looking for somewhere for breakfast on Saturday. Coffee was great, as were the freshly squeezed smoothies. Thoroughly enjoyed my 'Smoked Salmon Royale'; It was delicious (see picture). My husband had the 'Full English' and daughter the 'Fried chicken and waffles' both of which they thought were lovely. A good selection to choose from to suit different tastes. It looked busy when we arrived, full of Park Runners treating themselves to a well-earned coffee, but there is also a large area upstairs so there was plenty of space. There were tables and chairs downstairs along with a large comfy sofa. It is a shame that there are a number of poor reviews on here because we thought it was an excellent choice for breakfast. It all looked and tasted delicious so go and check it out for yourself. I am pretty certain you won't be disappointed!!

I've been coming here for years now and never had an issue, they have really good pizza and a promo to get a beer as well for cheap. But the last few times I've been there I haven't been allowed or they just decide to close the kitchen early, and you can see the cooks just sitting there on their phones. I was recently told it's "students only" at a time where there are no students in Fallowfield, the city is deserted right now...

Amazing staff, so lovely and accommodating. Tony the security guard made me feel so safe and welcomed. My favourite bar in Fallowfield - amazing foods, amazing drinks, amazing staff. Love❤️

went for breakfast to celebrate today and was really disappointed. The veggie breakfasts had half a mushroom, 1 sausage and 1 hashbrown!! and measly portion of beans. all of that for £9? not gonna lie, the guac was good but its qualities bleak in comparison to the shortage components of a full brekkie. if it was £7 I would have kept my mouth shut, but such injustice and disrespect to their customers make me hangry and sad. if anyone wants good pizza they should go to the orion inn in withington, better value for price and cheaper pints.

Delicious pizza with great veggie and vegan options, reasonably priced drinks. A very friendly atmosphere, and the bouncer was a ray of sunshine! A class act all the way and a must-visit if you're in Fallowfield.

Great pizza, not too expensive. Awesome interior, feels very cozy. Location and smoking balcony are great, good view of the church. Service does take a little while and the staff have made occasional mistakes, but it doesn’t detract from the enjoyment of the place.

Went for a jazz night fundraiser for Ukraine. Was initially turned away at the door, despite having a ticket for the event, because the room in which the event was taking place was far too overcrowded. Through talking to management, we managed to get in, and even get a free pint, but the situation upstairs was horrendous. No where to sit, people packed in everywhere, difficult to hear the actual music over the sound of people and generally not comfortable. Unsure as to why management thought it would be a good idea to sell more tickets than there is space to fit people.

Quite chilly and the Scrabble is in Spanish.. different 😘

Extremely Rude People I ordered a Sunday roast for delivery and paid £21.90 online and the order was accepted then a few minutes later I received a message stating " HAUS Fallowfield marked your order as rejected" no reason given. Unbelievable how people like this can stay in business, I'm giving one star because I can't post this review without it.

I have to say a really nice quality breakfast if a little expensive, £9 for a decent breakfast and a cup of tea was £2.20 extra. Looking at the decor I would say the prices are helping to pay for refurbishment in the future. However, if you don’t mind paying a bit extra the breakfast was quality.

Had breakfast from here a few times and it's usually really good. Went to order again today and thought I'd check the hygiene on a whim. 1 star. Absolute tramps. Don't know why I'm surprised, last time I went in everyone looked like they needed a good wash. Just because you're students/in a student area doesn't mean you have to be scruffy. Sort it out.

Food was really good but took over an hour to arrive. The chefs seemed to be unbothered and staff were prioritising delivery or in person customers. Gave complimentary drinks for the wait but still unacceptable.

Ordered on Valentines and pizza just never turned up, we were waiting for hours. Nobody answering our calls on the phone line and then was told by ubereats that they have out-sourced a driver, and had to send us a refund. Very unhappy.

Went today for coffee and bacon sandwich and was so so sadly disappointed with the place. Greasy, and almost foisty aftertaste, shame cos the building is lovely. Won't be going back again ever.

Hostile, pretentious attitude and overpriced drinks. £5 for a disappointing pint this far out of town is not worth your time.

Friendly place. Nice vegan burger but just the burger for £7.50 without any fries or salad is a bit expensive.

You can always count on HAUS to deliver, fantastic food and drinks and not badly priced at all. Get a takeaway pizza and go to Platt Fields Park on a sunny day or you can chill with outdoor and indoor seating it’s all goood

We ordered online and were so disappointed. We paid £10 for the vegan breakfast and it was worth nowhere near that amount. I know restaurants put a mark up on food but this was ridiculous. ONE hash brown, one vegan sausage that was one of those mushed up vegetable sausages that you get in cheap supermarket freezers. I at least thought it would be a Linda Mac or something. Not even any scrambled tofu or anything, there wasn’t much food there and I didn’t even finish it because it wasn’t even very nice. So annoyed.

Great Experience, Amazing staff and calm and friendly environment. I would recommend this place for a Date or Dinning with friends.

Came here for breakfast, there was only 2 other tables occupied. Ordered through the app as told, waited half an hour to then see my order had been refunded. The staff didn't even come up to explain what had gone on. Had to go down to the bar 3 times to ask what was going on. Re-ordered the breakfasts and drinks. These took another half an hour to arrive. The iced coffee was £4 and was in a half pint glass which was half full with ice so a complete rip off. Vegan breakfast was cold, avocado was hard and basically not edible. Vegan sausages tasted of really stale fat. Still a few drinks were missing which we had informed the waitress about around 5 times. Eventually my friends cup of tea was brought up about 40 minutes after initially ordering. Service was a joke and no apology for messing us around. Been here several times before for beer and pizza and its usually great but after that bad breakfast experience I wouldn't go back in a hurry.

Just a great place. Pancakes and coffee are tasty. House beer is well priced and decent. Homemade pizza is some of the best around. Always enjoy coming back and introducing to friends.

Do NOT order through Uber Eats or even at all with these guys, on the second occasion it took 2 and a half hours for our pizza to arrive. No offer of refund or compensation and only advice given to pass the complaint through Uber eats, where you can’t chase anything up. Absolutely useless restaurant, avoid.

Ordered through deliveroo (order no. 480) at 22.45 and cancelled at 01.30, thanks for that Haus. We waited twice the wait of our expected delivery time only to have it cancelled without contact.
