Very good store and very good service Food was very tasty

Extremely rude staff meat on the pizza that theyv used was off and mold on the doh base. It had a pungent smell of urine, they refused any refunds but after a lengthy difficult process I eventually got refunded. Avoid all costs if you don't want food that will leave you with a 3rd world disease.

Worst branch ever never order over there

Such a disappointment - so poor on quality. Had a deal for large pizza - Ham and pineapple. There was no cheese on pizza. It's not worth sacrificing quality because it's a deal. Hardly any cheese. Just thick tomato base. Too much tomato base. Ruined evening as was looking forward to meal meal. Will not use again.

Food was undercooked, in fairness it was a late order however it was ordered nearly 30 minutes before closing, clearly the food was cooked in a cooling oven - cooling I might add AHEAD of closing time. Ordered at 1130, delivered by 1155 which is quick. Shame it’s undercooked and not edible. Asking for a refund.

Ordered for collection. Pizza made very quickly and ready within 15-20 minutes. Convenient parking available immediately behind the shop. Used the domino’s app to get a good deal. No waiting at the store.

We had had a family issue and hadn’t eaten all day. We found Dominoes to be open so we put our order in for £35. Knocked on the door at 12.15am delivering the pizza. My son answered & immediately he said ‘why are you ordering so late?’ My son shrugged his shoulders as he was uncomfortable. Delivery guy shrugged his shoulders, mimicking him, then walked off - rudeness not acceptable!

Love domino’s but this branch doesn’t accept cash and employee had no idea about allergens when my partner told him he had a nut & egg allergy. It was like we was talking alien to him! Shocking!

Ordered on the app last night at about 11 o’clock, the restaurant closes at 12. We waited and heard no knocking, I kept checking the app as was taking a while and was still saying “out for delivery” it got closer to 12 and I missed a phone call, I have a baby in bed my phone won’t ring loudly in case I wake him up. We have dogs that would have been alerted by someone walking past let alone a knock at the door. There was nothing. We rang the store, employer was rude and didn’t want to hear anything we were saying as the store was closing and hung up on us. We spoke to someone after many attempts to call them & the delivery driver in which they said call back tomorrow. Today we have rang them, and been spoken to rudely by the manager. He hung up the phone on us 2 times and can either offer the food or a refund. He didn’t explain when the refund would be or any other options for wasted time then hung up. He wasn’t being very understanding and was rude.

Don't deliver and food isn't good

Worst experience from the staff, incredibly rude and disrespectful behaviour, which left me shocked and upset. I will be raising a formal complaint. Please avoid!

Sometimes fine, sometimes not. I’ve ordered from here semi regularly for a year now, and when the order is right it’s good. However, occasionally an item doesn’t arrive, or for instance recently vegan pizzas arrived with non vegan dips. When you call up they don’t particularly seem to care or want to put it right - which is pretty poor at 30 quid for a couple of pizzas

Good value for money and quick service, staff are always friendly.

We’ve used this dominos numerous times now and never had a problem or issue. Food always hot when delivered or collected. We are picky too and always make changes to the orders with different toppings and they’ve always had it spot on. Love the huge amount of deals they always have on too- unfortunately at the moment we are taking a break as we need to lose a few pounds! Will be back soon ;-)

The Indian chap that took my order was brilliant, very cool, calm and collected.

4 pizza's and sides at 50% off, Used the drive collection option and had order delivered to the car which worked well as they track where you are and you use your hazards to signal your there, I needed to get some bits from Aldi next door and then I put my hazard lights on, they delivered immediately, Pizza was as Domino's normally is..... Perfect and a good meal cold the next day too. Brilliant 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Delivery service was poor . Pizza arrived late and barely warm. Less toppings than usual . Paid for extra dips did not arrive with order. Chased the late delivery and was met with a rude male with an Eastern European accent said the carry bags keep food warm for up to 30 minutes. Guess what NO IT DOES NOT! Will never buy again

Staff don’t speak any English other than names of pizzas and prices. Entirely staffed by immigrants.

Good pizza, but accidently ordered to the wrong store with the app. I immediately phoned the store to be told that I'd need to order again with correct store and I'd receive a refund for the original order in a week. 2 months on, no refund.

Since moving here a few months ago we have ordered from this Domino's on a weekly basis. We have been disappointed by other branches in the past but we are always delighted with what we get from here. We always order online for delivery as we find the prices are just as good for delivery. From clicking the place order button online, our pizzas are always delivered in 20 minutes (usually less) to my address, the temperature is perfect, the pizzas are never too heavily or too lightly topped or sauced which is the main issue we have in other dominoes. There are always a great selection of deals online, so we are never paying more than half of the menu price. The delivery drivers we get always have a smile on their faces and are friendly which makes it even better. This has got to be one of the best and most consistent branch of Dominos we have been to and we have lived all over the country! We are looking forward to when Dominos as a company brings back half and half so we can have more variety :)

Pizza like pizza even good but it's not hard to notice waiting in line to pick up the service speaks in not English, first of all. Sometimes you have the impression that they are making fun of clients, and secondly, you can suspect them by observing looks, words ... that suggest harassment. Are the workers in this place not dealing with it?

Ordered a collection order, and paid online. Couldn’t get to them as somebody has inconsiderately blocked in my car. Before forking over £20 on taxis I called the store. I explained the situation and they were great. Despite being a collection only deal they agreed to drop the food to me, for no charge. It was with me in 5 minutes, and was delicious. Well done!

Tryed to order online but system wouldnt let me update my details so I had to phone my order through.I spoke to the women and explained this but she would NOT honour the online price.Shame on you!!!... Tried to order a pizza online, the money was taking out of my bank but the payment on their website said it didn't go through. Called to sort it out and they said to call the bank and refused to do anything about it.

The pizzas are always good from here, but they can be pricey. Get vouchers or online deals before you order them.

You can't beat Dominos. This is take out only but great deals, and excellent pizza

Very poor service /Stratford upon Avon/ We ordered (2) cheese,(2) mushrooms but we received just Italian base + ketchup and some cheese and mushrooms AWFUL!

Ordered pizza from here, when opened up it wasn’t what I ordered and it was all crushed up. Luckily delivery driver hadn’t left yet. So he called the shop and the guy and the end of the phone was very aggressive. Saying he personally made my order and it was correct very intimidating and shall be making a formal complaint against him. Needless to say I didn’t want another pizza and just wanted a refund.

Called here as had to book in for food at the hotel I was stopping in. The food was good, serve quickly and no issues. Not much you can ask for

They don't use gloves and with same hands they handle cash... Health and safety???

Standard dominos, one thing bad about it tho asked for extra cheese both of the times i went there and they didnt add.

It would be great to finally see some vegan options on your menus. Vegan cheese would be a great start with some other vegan toppings. Plenty of options for vegetarians but none for vegans unless its made without cheese. Now we know it's no pizza without cheese. Its 2018 and vegan options are everywhere. Please make some options. Really yummy, convenient. As take away pizzas go it is easy and fast. Staff are helpful, app males ordering really simple.

The staff were very polite but my wedges were frozen inside. Pizza wasn’t great either. Also, why don’t they do tuna and anchovies? Been a Domino’s customer for years in another location but won’t be using again.

Already had 2 previous orders wrong so we were credited £15 on our account but told we had to phone the order through to use the credit on the account (we would normally use the app). Ordered food over the phone. The staff receiving the order didn't appear to understand me when I told them about the £15 credit we had on the account but the order was placed and the discount was applied. When I got home it turned out that one of the pizzas was wrong so phoned the store to ask them to deliver us the correct pizza (after having a 30 minute round trip I was not prepared to go back because of their mistake). They told us they would deliver so we waited 50 minutes and decided to call to find out where the pizza was only to be told that they were not prepared to deliver! But no-one had let us know this after they had originally promised us delivery. There was no duty manager available in store to speak to. We have basically been ripped off by Dominos because we paid for a product that they failed to provide. Would not recommend at all and will NOT be using them again.

Very polite staff. Food very good - although it is a fast food restaurant, so you have to expect it is not the same as perhaps a sit down restaurant. Price OK - various deals - for a large pizza it was £8.99 which is OK Kids seemed to like it.

Gluten free pizzas are to small also a bit pricey that’s it on the bad side but totally worth it I’d say the best pizza shop I’ve ever been to.

Placed a large order for 22 pizzas at 10am needing delivery by 1pm. The guy I spoke to was really friendly, and arrived early with piping hot pizzas that went down a treat with our team! Couldn't ask for better service, thank you.

Got my name wrong, pizza came first then the starters (10 min). Unorganised and all over the shop. Heard another customers pizza was taken by the driver in mistake. Really poor experience of running a dominos franchise

Very convenient if you're staying at the travel lodge, and like us, didn't fancy the bar at the hotel. A good pizza, we collected and was quick and very tasty.

I ate two diffrent type of pizza in this place taste very very good but bins outside full of things from restaurant and pizza box is disgusting.

Pedir una pizza y lo localizó en línea, nos tomó 30 minutos llegar desde cuando dice "para entregar "el servicio es generalmente muy bueno y la pizza está bien caliente que no fue el caso de la pizza estaba prácticamente fría!! Esta es la segunda vez que esto ha ocurrido no creo que hacer con todo el proceso de cocina creo que hacer con el conductor!

so, MY FRIEND AND I ORDERED a large half and half but it did not arrive on time . we waited about an hour and a half while workers kept saying 10 minutes about three times!!!! so we walked over there which i did not appreciate seeing as it was late in the night!!! then we ordered "any size deal" we wanted large but ended up getting two regulars with free garlic bread!!!. i demand a change immediately and cut the bullshit

Quality of the pizza is consistently good and they often have promotions or deals which makes it very affordable. They deliver too which takes a hassle away and the choice of toppings is good. My favorite pizza outlet by some distance

I travel around Britain a lot for work and always have pizza wherever I go. This is by far the best Domino's I have ever been to. Friendly staff, food well cooked. I have been served by Liuba and Tomasz. Really nice people. Very helpful.

The staff were good and the food was great cooked fresh and all cheesy after spending the after noon in hospital and not getting back till late it was a great to see it open

After finding it nearly impossible to find food at 01:30 on a Saturday night we gave up and walked back to our hotel. Imagine our delight when the lights were still on at Dominos! The staff were clearly about to close and cleaning up but they welcomed us in and cooked us a quality pizza. They even pointed out an offer saving us about a tenner. Top marks!

Dominos have some good pizzas on offer, an all-time favourite of mine is the Texas BBQ. Their online service is good, much better than Pizza Hut (which doesn't offer delivery). However, the only criticism I can give is to try and improve those exclusive offers at Stratford (since they are really not all that good).
