Iv never had such a dry and tasteless shish kebab in my life. Advice to others, if u like dry tasteless food then this is ur place.

being late us something I'm used to living in a village and on this occasion it really didn't matter. The food was absolutely amazing! clearly freshly cooked cod and chips. really lovely quality.

obviously end of service chips. lots of hard ones that had been kicking around a bit. Fish was fabulous. part of the order was missing.

Have used Dolphin many times over the last 3/4 years, although the frontage needs improvement, the staff are very pleasant, and the food has been very good on every occasion we’ve just them. One of our “must go places”, recommended.

Just had mini fish n chips from Dolphin -often closed when I pass after theatre visit. Absolutely delicious, freshly cooked and great value! I will be back 😋

called 4 times for ETA. was told each time would be 5 mins. Food wasn't up to scratch. hardly any chicken in mixed kebab. Chicken wings are shocking. never again.

The battered sausages wasn’t very battered and didn’t taste very nice and the wraps was shocking

no salad, last time my kebab was covered in mayo when I said no sauce

Dined at this restaurant today, ordered the family meal, fish cod is really big and there's so much fries. The food taste good. Also the staff is super nice, highly recommend this restaurant:)

Amazing!! Brought my family here for dinner and did not regret. The family size meal is just 👍👍 The chips and cod fish were really delicious. We were worried it wouldn't be enough for 4 people but the very kind chef reassured us it would be more than enough. He was very friendly and humorous, we had a great time! Menu prices wrong and misleading. Nearly £8 for pie and chips. Pie stale and scraggy chips!!

I normally do not have problems with my order. However, I placed my order 30 minutes before they opened which is 12pm , and still waiting for my order which has stilled been delivered and it’s 23:51pm

Food was not the same as normal was cold and not adequate

Food was late, when rang to ask how long i received the most blunt and short answer ‘on way’ when it eventually got here obviously food was cold, quality of the chips were shocking!! Didn’t even attempt to eat my chicken burger, and the cheeses garlic bread came with a soggy bottom, will not be returning

I was told the delivery would arrive between 18.15 & 18.35, it turned up at 19.15 no communication had to phone them twice. Not much garlic sauce on the donna kebab not very warm & the chips were cold & not very fresh. I'd never order from them again I've learnt from my mistake & wasted £20.

Part of our order was missing and we were too late to stop the driver driving away, however a lady knocked on the door about half hour later with our missing items… above and beyond service

Fast and friendly service, very polite staff and efficient service throughout. Fresh Cod always tastes fresh, would recommend to anyone who likes tasty food.

Unfortunately not the nicest of chicken, dry and overcooked. Not really idea for a meal that cost over £40!!

Very rude left part of my order out after spending nearly £90 on food. Ring to report and the gets delivered for the driver to moan at my daughter that if things are missing we have to go to the shop. It’s called just eats so it gets delivered. Will not be coming back. Always burnt and chips are awful.

Well another season ends. We have been using Dolphin fish bar and recommending to our guests for the last 9 years and now we thought it was time to write a review. We have a take away treat at least once a week and have found the food very hit and miss (particularly this year), in fact at times we ask for the food to be cooked fresh. Tonight we ordered Battered sausage, Chips, Gravy, Mushy Peas and Fishcake-Everything was luke warm and the chips were dry and rubbery...Not Good at all. We are back next year for another season and will be looking for another take away to use.

Food disgusting also charging people to pay by card online and in shop they also advertise on their leaflets they charge people to use card it's illegal to do this!!

Pretty yuk, sorry. Long long wait but the chips were not well cooked, all stuck together and no crunch whatsoever. The sausage had a weird texture and was poorly battered and the curry sauce was sparse and didn't taste nice. They also left the food packaged for several minutes before handing over. Not tried their pizzas, burgers, kebabs or other dishes so, maybe they're better at those dishes than sausage, chips n curry sauce 🤷🏻‍♀️

Had to wait after collection time. Very misleading menu saying “fish and chips” but doesn’t actually include chips. Leaving my dad & fiancée with just a piece of fish. Rude staff when I called them.

Food was really nice it was missing 1 lot of chips a little annoying but it was still all really nice. Food size was a little small so next time will order more but suppose if the other lot of chips had come there would have been enough

You didn’t even deliver the food which was already paid for via bank payment!! When we rang you tried to fob us off and didn’t even offer to fix the situation! Absolutely disgusting customer service will never order again.
