KFC in Stratford-on-Avon

Filthiest zinger I've ever seen. Threw it out.

Consistently rubbish. My latest experience ordering a chocolate krushems ended with me trying to explain that mint chocolate is not what I ordered and is not the same as chocolate which is what I ordered. Gave up when it appeared the staff had no idea what they were doing and just told them to chuck it in the bin and walked out. Not worth the aggro trying to get them to get it right.

Live local and come in quite regularly, quick service and food always the same as other KFC’s in the chain that I have visited. If using the KFC app can check in at the car park and by time u get into the services and to the counter food is ready for you or not far off being ready 👍

Bought two zings for £12.98. Came with couple leaves salad, bun and chicken tasted absolutely horrible. Not like KFC at all. Horrible experience and a waste of my money

Great KFC on this occasion. Chicken fillets were large, fresh, hot and delicious. New(ish) fries also good, big improvement on previous recipe.

They served expired and cold food. Went to the till and changed it but if we had been taking food away it would have been thrown out. The corn turned gray with expired date. And the food served cold.

The food has gone downhill fast

Delicious succulent melt in the mouth chicken in the Colonel's coating recipe of herbs and spices. With all the sides, gravy which is a delicacy, beans, coleslaw, mash. How can you resist!?

Soggy fries, cold burgers, service (which service?), tired atmosphere. Do not order soft drinks, Pepsi was just coloured tasteless liquid with ice cubes.

This KFC on the motorway disappoints with its sluggish service and overinflated prices, compounded by the inability to use their app. For a better experience, I'd recommend visiting an off-motorway location instead.

The KFC at Ashorne offers quick and efficient service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The sweet corn and chips have a delightful taste, perfectly complementing the main dishes. Lightning fast service, sometimes chicken is a bit mushy. I guess it’s hard to estimate how much people you’ll get in a motorway KFC. However it’s my first option living in Leamington

Avoid!!! They will not give you the exact amount of food if you buy a lot.😤😤😤Order 40 hot wings for takeaway, as they are doing promotion now (£5.99 for 20 hot wings). However, when I back home, I found ONLY 15 WINGS for one of buckets!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED 😰😰😰😰 Dear KFC, if you don't have enough budget for your business then please don't do promotions and lie to your customers. This is ridiculous!!!!

Located in a motorway service. Good enough to have a bite while travelling.

Good fast service at a high peak time of the day, this is a busy service station but good food served well and very helpful friendly staff.

Vegan burger cold in the middle. Staff just nodded and went out the back. Then came back and said it would be two and a half minutes. No apology.

The Cournel needs to provide Napkins . Or are we still doing the Finger lickin good thing?

Worst fast food place I have ever been to. Impossible to place an order at the counter as none of the employees speak good enough English, and the one employee who does (short haired woman with tattoos) is the rudest person I've ever encountered. Absolutely appalling place, should be closed down. Also the food is foul.

Machines often don't work or error part or at end of order. Would be nice to have had sanitiser stands close to screens seeing as everyone touches them and the hygiene of the staff is questionable. Food is pretty good and tried the vegan burger and surprisingly nice! Better than burger Kings vegan burger but you can't beat the corn in the cob with KFC bbq sauce, yum!

Was utterly disgusting, chicken was stringy, old and smelt wrong. Was not cooked enough. Worst kfc experience
