Este es el peor establecimiento de comida que he visitado. Los propietarios / personal eran arrogantes, antipáticos, groseros e impacientes cuando se les preguntó sobre ciertos platos (ingredientes ). No les gustó. Sus expresiones faciales lo dicen todo. Además, la calidad de la comida es mediocre y sobrevalorada. (Roti curry cordero barato y graso) ). Este lugar no se trata de servir a los clientes en un ambiente agradable y acogedor. Este es un ambiente frío e incómodo de caras sin sonrisas tomando su pedido antes de terminar de leer el menú. Te sientes apresurado a hacer el pedido aunque ese día el lugar estaba prácticamente vacío. He solicitado específicamente dobles SIN pimientos picantes para mis dos hijos pequeños (4 años y 6 años). Cuando les entregué la merienda a los niños hambrientos ambos terminaron tosiendo y ahogándose. ¡Ambos niños gritaban y lloraban quema, quema! De repente me di cuenta de que el dueño servía los dobles con chiles picantes! Logré calmar a los niños con un poco de leche fría comprada en la tienda de al lado. Luego devolví los productos explicando el error cometido y la angustia causada a mis hijos pero rotundamente se negaron a reemplazar el pedido porque HE PEDIDO DOBLES CON PIMIENTOS CALIENTES ?? La dueña se hizo un espectáculo gesticulando sus brazos, gritando en lo alto de su voz con golosinas quedas PROHIBIDO de mi tienda, ¡¡QUEDAS PROHIBIDO!! Listo para escoltarme físicamente si pudiera... Desconcertado por el horror, pedí ayuda a los transeúntes, quienes amablemente nos ofrecieron su apoyo a mí y a mis hijos y horrorizado por lo que acaban de presenciar. Dejamos el lugar Roti sacudido y prometimos que nunca volveríamos allí.

My Daughter & I enjoyed nicely cooked, well presented and very flavoursome meals. This restaurant is under rated. I will certainly return. All of the staff were kind, friendly and very attentive more so the lovely restaurant Manageress, despite a well known mature football Manager on the next table.

Lovely aesthetic inside however I was disappointed with our experience during bottomless brunch. The staff seemed reluctant to let us order more drinks, and we only managed to have four in total, which falls short compared to other places where we've had up to 10 drinks. Additionally, the breakfast was subpar with overcooked bacon. Plus the choice of only 2 different cocktails was a shame. Overall, not the enjoyable brunch we were hoping for. For £80 I certainly didn’t feel like we got our moneys worth.

Very simple lunch menu. Sandwiches, pizza and burgers. Not much choice but the food was superb. Really tasty! Only drops a mark because it’s also very expensive!

The BEST jerk in north west London! It doesn’t look great from the outside, but the food is top notch! Suggest ordering early to ensure they have everything you’d like (they normally sell out of patties!). It’s not always open for some reason but it’s a sure fire win for hubby and me on takeaway nights ❤️

Worst breakfast known to man kind. This is literally the worst buffet breakfast over ever seen. 4 plain options for cereal. Coco pops, rice crispies, cornflakes, weatabix. No variety or options kid friendly at all. Very boring. No bread buns, just dry slices of bread being fingered by the masses, staff standing by and not asking people to use the serving tongs. So no sausage/bacon buns. Strawberry jam, butter and margarine for the bread. Never been for a family buffer that offered one flavour of jam with no other options. No coffee machine and no option to order coffee. Just hot water and instant coffee. Utterly vile. Brining out one small plate with 10 eggs on every half an hour. For an entire buffet… so no eggs.

Used to like going here but it seems the management is new, the selection is half what it used to be and the prices are up. The chefs have a very bad attitude problem- if you want a better all you can eat for less go to Drummond street , easiest 1 star review I've had to give

Recuerdo este restaurante hace 4 años. Pensé que todavía era lo mismo, así que llevé a mi invitado a cenar. ¡Qué decepción! a pesar de ser el viernes por la noche, el restaurante estaba completamente vacío. Después de cenar, entendí por qué. Mi entrante descrito como paquete de queso era algo lleno de maíz y ni siquiera se podía probar un queso. Para las principales pedí Fosh y papas fritas y comí un pescado congelado que entró en los cantones del personal. ¡Sin sabor ni nada! ¡Asqueroso!

I arrived in a wheelchair and needed to use the toilet one of the managers there helped me through the pub amongst other people as I was really busy. Opened the door for me and when I came out he served me at the bar then I went to order some food. When the food was ready it got brought over to my table for me with a drink also. Thank you very much

Got called a f***ing idiot by a member of staff called Claire, never in my life has anyone got away with something like that and she has to be the most unprofessional person I’ve met, not once did anyone say sorry and sort her out which is disgusting, the place is so unsafe after watching baby’s fall onto a hard floor outside the 1 yo ball bit and also the place is not clean at all, had to ask the rude young woman behind the bar for a clean cloth to clean the table only to be met with dirty looks Don’t take your kids here This company is awful and disgusting

Girls behind the bar upstairs were absolutely miserable like they didn’t even want to be there . No smile when greeted just a yeah what do you want .

Amazing staff here, really did their absolute best, and just made our night! Fantastic place to go out

At an event attended by a member of the Royal Family the dinner service was disastrous. There was no organisation, the food was poor and the waiting staff totally out of their depth. Many guests had to leave before dessert was served as the service was so slow. Totally unacceptable for a venue and event of this type. Many people travelled great distances across the country to be present at this event and meal afterwards. To have to experience such a poor meal is unacceptable. A total disgrace!

Muy agradable. el servicio es muy bueno. La dupiza de pollo era excelente. . muy buena ubicación. También comí pollo tikka. Muy bien.
