Got called a f***ing idiot by a member of staff called Claire, never in my life has anyone got away with something like that and she has to be the most unprofessional person I’ve met, not once did anyone say sorry and sort her out which is disgusting, the place is so unsafe after watching baby’s fall onto a hard floor outside the 1 yo ball bit and also the place is not clean at all, had to ask the rude young woman behind the bar for a clean cloth to clean the table only to be met with dirty looks Don’t take your kids here This company is awful and disgusting

Have been to this place on a couple of occasions but never a Roast. Not sure I'd rush back for another one, but I would for the other food!

My visit was amazing. Jen and Hayley are commendable to the the staff and they knkw their stuff. Give them promotions :)

Came here to meet up with family hardly anyone in here,staff are very sweet only two ladies covering both the pub and kids play area food is pretty average but cheap enough.

Had our Granddaughters 2nd Birthday family get together here, 12 of us in total. Firstly we did try to book online via a booking request but we were never contacted, we still decided to hold the family get together here. So we arrived, and received an apology for the lack of contact via the online booking request. We all wanted to have some lunch, so we all chose what we wanted and went to the bar to order, we were then told there maybe a wait because there was only 1 chef ? Sorry but this was no fault of ours, anyway we ordered food,sure enough there was a wait, but the food didn’t all come out at the same time, some of us had finished when the last of us got served. The food was a very poor standard, chips stone cold, and chicken skewers were like a jelly mush in the middle, spoke to the manager regarding the skewers to which she replied “oh yes a lot of other people have said that” Surely that’s an indication of something going wrong. The standard of the food was very poor indeed and I wouldn’t recommend having a meal here at any time. The barman who was the only member of staff that we saw working, including waiting on us was fantastic. Sorry Greene King but you need to sort this out. ACOID AT ALL COSTS

Popped in while walking by ordered a burger it was amazing how juicy it was talked to the assistant manager Paul nice guy and the acting kitchen manager Gail popped out to see how my was so friendly the team was there would highly recommend coming here

We had never been out as a large family for xmas day dinner before so we were a little apprehensive . We had never had a bad meal at the Punch/Judy and the price was very encouraging.. The welcome was prefect ! Our table was laid out beautifully ie selection packs/Novelty cups 4 the Children as well as colouring gift sets & build a bear and painting money box's ,they really had gone full out to keep the little ones happy .. The food didn't disappoint! all was served fresh and hot and we were not rushed at all .. All in all good meal and would defo recommend this venue ..

Stopped in here on our way home and totally loved the food. Not a super busy pub but friendly staff and good drinks. We've been back a couple of times and love the way we are treated. Thank you

We went in at 7-40 Sunday evening to a deserted pub (apart from 2 people). Sat down only for a member of staff to come over and say sorry no food as the kitchen closes at 7-30 as we now have new hours. We were very disappointed as this wasn't advertised anywhere in the pub or online.

When did you ever choose where to sit depending on how clean your chair was? Well you need to do it here. For some reason the assortment of seating are mainly fabric or leather look.Over the years many hundreds of hands have pulled chairs out ,moved them,helď onto their arms. Unfortunately the dirt and oils these hands have left behind have never been cleaned off and the arms and backs of the chairs are absolutely filthy.How the management don't see it i don't know. The food however was actually hot and well cooked. But...when i asked if i could have something to take home the remainder of my meal i was told they weren't a take away restaurant! The server did get me some foil but told me they have to be careful as some people ask for it and then go and use it to do drugs. So,based on the fact that the chairs are filthy,they don't do takehome boxes and they are frequented by drug addicts desperate for their foil, i don't recommend you go there and i certainly won't be returning.

Came in to book a table .go in to the cue to be told that I had to wait till everyone was severed first. Not good how ever busy thay are.

Was passing through town and needed to fill our bellies. Parked up realising that Ipswich town had just played. Thankfully they won so all was friendly. Watched the Liverpool game just about. Maybe a couple more tv's wouldn't hurt. Plastic glasses but that's understandable. Staff were chatty and friendly. Food was spot on. Would happily return if in the area again.

We I posted last season that the time for food was very long so as we had Sunderland at home we got there early. And the staff said one hour wait so that was alright. But sorry to say one hour later our food came my father in law order Mushroom pie it came with mashed potatoes gravy all over it but they never cooked the pie stone cold with hot gravy all over it. With only 30 minutes before kick off we had to leave with money back. Thank goodness the burger still have is out side the ground.

Came last week for the first time in a while, a lot has changed. Where has hayley gone!? She was the nicest and most friendly staff you had, was such a shame she wasn’t there anymore. Always made us laugh and feel welcome. Food was ok, bit of a long wait but cheap and a chilled atmosphere

I understand that on the day we visited the temperature outside was 38 degrees and this can make people miserable, we were feeling it too, however, that does not excuse the bad customer service. After spending 4 hours at the A&E we had eaten no lunch so we decided to have an early dinner. It was around 3.30pm and when we arrived here the pub was empty, we were the only people in the place. Two members of staff were sitting at a table near to the bar chatting, one was eating. I walked to the bar, the staff looked at me and continued their conversation. I stood for 5 minutes when one stood up, walked behind bar to grab something (without so much as acknowledging my presence), and then left through a door next to the bar (i think to the kitchen). By this point, the kids were coming up to the bar asking why I was being so long and asking for drinks as they were so hot. I loudly told my kids to sit back at the table and that I was waiting to be served. The lady who was eating watched this exchange but offered no assistance. I stood for another few minutes before the lady stood and went to take her plate into the kitchen, on her way she apologised for the wait and told me that she is unable to serve me as she had clocked off but she would tell the other woman that I was waiting. Eventually, both women emerged and my order was taken, no apology or explanation was offered about my wait. I had been standing there for almost 10 minutes to get served. The wait for food was a further 30 minutes, we had to ask for cutlery and sauces as none was offered, and nobody approached us again to ask how our meals were or clear our plates. In fact, we didn't see the 2 members of staff or another person the whole time we were there. The food was OK but not great. The children wanted ice cream but there was no way that I was going to the bar again so we went to Tesco instead.

Me and my family visit here often and on average the food is ok if your looking for something quick and cheap and somewhere relaxed. However we went for my sisters birthday and the food wasn’t good at all! I ordered the hunters chicken and paid £1 extra to go large. I don’t know why I bothered because if that was what large looked like I dread to see what small was! There’s around 7 chips on one side of the plate with a great deal of peas and 3 chicken breast with some burnt bacon and cheese! My mums gammon meal was literally swimming in grease and she had to send it back and the gammon was so chewy! She asked for the cod and chips and by the time her new meal come out we had all finished ours! Manager seemed annoyed that my mum wasn’t happy with her meal and this isn’t the first time I’ve got this impression when your dissatisfied with the meal after all we are paying for it and got to eat it! Wouldn’t say it’s the worst restaurant but it’s definitely gone down hill. Staff don’t seem to smile and overall a-bit of an uncomfortable experience this particular day..

Terrible in every way imaginable. Get some decent staff, embarrassing service. Save yourselves the hassle and go to Nando’s.

Used to visit this place years ago on the entertaiment complex in Ipswich and it was always vibrant but on a Saturday night in JUne it was DEAD, pumps for all draught beers were broken awaiting service, a wacky wharehouse that has signs on the door discouraging children due to customer complaints, surely if children are a problem then don't go to a WW. Around twenty customers in venue at tops. That said food was well priced and acceptable, but think before visiting.

Called in on the day of Rod Stewart concert..we arrived & was quite empty .but a que for food and another que for a drink qued 30mins for food to be told an hour wait . Food arrived very greasy burgers etc & fries no better than McDonald's another 20min wait for a drink.two people working ( hard to be fair) but not a way to run a pub the amount of people that walked out must have been embarrassing for the owners. Obviously staffing issues but will not be returning in a hurry

I booked a table before going to see Rod stewart and expected it to be busy but the pub can not cope. We was told food would take an hour and that was before you queued for 40 minutes so we decided to get a drink as no time for dinner. After waiting in a queue for 25 minutes and not moving far we gave up.

We went here Saturday lunchtime. Ipswich were playing football at home but we still managed to get a table.. lots of tables were reserved but no one appeared to be sitting at them. We did eventually find a table.

I used to come in a lot over the last 18months, always enjoyed a Tuesday night in the Punch & Judy, Hayley and Kyle were great. The chefs always came out to say hello as well, it was just so welcoming and we enjoyed spending our time here.

Food was amazing staff went above and beyond wouldn’t hesitate to come back again would highly recommend

Sorry to say we all ways try to get there by 1pm or it's one hours wait. Just no good for 3pm kick off. Used to be ok but this season only had 3 meals

I frequently visit here with my family. We regularly go to Wacky and order food for the children and from the snack menu for us. The children enjoy Wacky and love it when Gail is working as she makes time to play with them, even though she is often busy.

Ensure your staff are always watching what tables are doing, as nobody was ever at the bar people were waiting 5-10 minutes before even being seen then told they’d have somebody with them soon, this is not acceptable given the fact the establishment was not at all busy, also waiting 5 minutes for a starter then a further 50 for our mains, when they arrived 2 burgers were burnt and tasted awful we left both and nobody even ask if everything was ok paid £7.00 for a chicken burger I would’ve though was a child’s meal, another burger came raw therefore also wasn’t eaten best part of the meal was the burger sauce which the whole table agreed Everything I have mentioned previously needs to be changed, my whole experience today was awful and embarrassing given the fact I recommenced to friends we eat there cause usually the service and the food is 1000% better, we would have complained and expected something for the awful events however were never asked if everything was ok, we ordered two of the same burgers and one came wrong MISSING A WHOLE BURGER! Another burger was raw and the rest were burnt!, honestly couldn’t believe the way things were run today I work in an establishment near by and we would never see this as acceptable the place all together needs close monitoring and people to manage the staff better as CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS PRIORITY! not making drinks for chefs and seeing to them before serving waiting customers! The establishment was busy therefore 1 member of staff should’ve been on the floor/bar at all times! We love eating there and after this awful event we won’t be returning, cannot believe we paid £60+ for a meal that was all round disgraceful service, food, and the chef couldn’t have been more rude slamming the door when he heard us talking amongst ourselves about our time there! Also taking desserts and when I said excuse me someone’s waiting at the bar, he responded yeah I’ll sort it in a minute! No go and get the front of house out of the kitchen and get them to do there job correctly!! Also given the fact someone approached the bar pushed in between me and my friend and was served before my friend meant we ate at different times and the lady taking the order served the man after watching him push in! With no apology!!!!

I am a regular visitor here. I come here with both my family and the children I care for. Everyone always has fun, the staff are all friendly, especially Gail who looks after us on our regular Friday night visit. She plays with the children, running around with them and hiding so they can find her. She remembers all the customers names, both parents and children. Despite often being busy running a party (on a Friday night), Gail still makes time for the other visitors and meets their needs.

I regularly visit Wacky Warehouse with my son and other family members. I believe that that service I recieve is extraordinary and that we are always well looked after, especially by Gail. Gail is very helpful and approachable, and always interacts with the children who are playing at wacky. She manages to make time to engage with all customers even when hosting parties and manning the front desk on her own.

I have been a childminder for 13 years & have been coming to Wacky warehouse Ipswich for about 10 years. The staff are all so friendly & helpful. I love the idea of the monthly unlimited card as it means I can bring the children as much as I would like & I get a discount on my morning coffee (10%). The child have so much fun & cheer when I say we are going to see Clare at wacky.

Just been to the punch & Judy after a lovely walk along the Orwell shore & had the best chicken Fajitas ever ! Don’t just take our word for it treat yourself & try them you won’t be disappointed, and if you are fortunate enough to be served by Jen then you are in for an excellent experience of customer care, enjoy you won’t regret it !!

Absolutely great place food is good and reasonably priced and the service was fantastic two lovely girls serving me a big thanks to jen and Gail I'd recommended this place to anyone.

Just had the meal deal 2 for £9-99 The wife had Cod and Chips , and I had Steak and Ale Pie. ,and. WOT A PIE Huge and full of meat , couldn’t eat it all , and all served up by our lovely,pleasant and attentive staff member Gail Well worth the visit .

Me my wife and Mum visited today the 3rd Febuary me and mum had steak and my wife had a burger at it was delicious Highly reccomend the 10 oz ribeye supeb flavour and extremely tender

Me and my partner have come out to meet up with family, only wishing to have something picky to eat while catching up and were appalled when our food came out on a baking tray covered in tin foil. I hope that this was just a first but they need to sort out their way of running this place, especially when it was busy and there is only one member of staff in the kitchen.

Myself and my wife popped into the Punch & Judy on Friday 28th December for a spot of lunch we decided to have the pub platter it was simply delicious the staff were fantastic in every way extremely efficient very polite and nothing was too much trouble will go back soon for another great meal

We come in for Christmas dinner for the last 4 years. We both hate the chicken liver parfait, I liked it but Claire did not. Maine meal to die for and plenty of cranberry sauce. Good Christmas pudding and custerd. Claire had a white chocolate cheesecake.

Popped into the Punch and Judy for a bite to eat. Myself, wife and 2 kids. The food was served promptly and was hot, tasty and fantastic value for money. 2 adults mains were on offer so our total food/drink bill was near enough £20. Cant fault that. They also have a soft play area. I thought it was just going to be tucked away in a corner but it’s a huge stand alone business almost. Kids loved it and kept them entertained. Will be back in the new year

Came here for Christmas dinner with my Boyfriend, first time I’ve gone out at Xmas before and wow, just wow. Amazing food, great portion sizes and brilliant atmosphere. Can not wait to book up for next year. Thank you to all the team who worked, and a merry Christmas to you all!

Came in for Christmas Dinner and the food was lovely, all courses made to how I expected and the service was quick and friendly. Considering it’s christmas Day the staff were all enjoying themselves and making the whole day really enjoyable for us all

Me and my friend have travelled to Ipswich many times (we are from Sweden) and we have a growing list of visited pubs. This is not one of the best. It was very cold inside, there was a funny smell (think it came from the toilets) and the place look worn. An extra star for the staff.

Came here for family celebration, never again. Waited an hour for meal, most ppl had eaten their meal long before me and hubby got ours. When we did finally get to eat, steak was terrible, full of fat. Couldn't eat it. Also price of lagers were ridiculously expensive. Will never come here again

My other half and me went to the Punch and Judy for food before watching a film. The staff are all really friendly and helpful! The service is really fast and the food is great. We had a waitress called Hayley and she was so helpful and chatty, would defiantly go back!

Cold inside. Food took over 1hour and others received theirs before us. Not overly busy. Usually faster than this!

Great place to eat and drink. Kyle was my server and he was very lovely would come again. Thanks Kyle and the dream team.

Lovely pub to chat with friends but something has to be done about the terrible smell from the toilets. Always smells like wee 😖

The Punch and Judy is seriously convenient and even better when combined with a Bogof Burger. J and H were very attentive servers.

This place is awesome! Went with a mate and we took our grandsons, chose here because one of cheapest places of that type to go in Ipswich, the kids loved it and got free drinks.

Firstly, although we sat at a cleared and prepared table it was so sticky we had to get it wiped down again but it was little better. The staff seem more intent on chatting to each other than making sure that customers are promptly served and to top it all, they closed the food service at 8pm instead of 9pm as advertised, even though I had enquired what was available on the menu and bought a bottle of wine.

Had my sons birthday here and this is the second time in a row, excellent service and they always make me feel welcome and interact with the children. They do a fantastic party package! Will recommend to everyone I know.

Food might be cheap but drinks are not. 2 pints cost me just shy of £10. For a chain pub, it's pricy on the drinks. Nice decour, pool table but very quiet in midweek. Ok, just a standard chain.

We have been catching up with family and have found our self here twice in a week. The first experience was not the best with service being very slow and what looked to be one person running the bar and food on there own. When our food finally came out the first 2 meals were nearly finished before the rest came out, the last meal came 5 mins after all the others and we were told the fried egg for the gammon would be out shortly! A few mins later the egg came, how can you deliver a meal with part missing then have it come on a separate plate? In all we had 6 adults and 3 kids, the place was not busy so not sure why the hold ups. Our second visit was much better, this time 4 adults and 3 kids, the service was quicker and the food arrived in a timely manner and complete. Not a bad place to get a meal but nothing outstanding. Good value for money with some good deals on weekly.

Came here for the first time since refurb last night, menu is amazing. And the food comes out just as good as it looks on the menu. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Quick service, and just how it should be. Perfect

We visit punch & judy from time the staff are very polite and helpful with nothing being to much trouble a lady call Jen introduced herself to us and she kept the drinks flowing which saved having to queue at the bar. We all left satisfied and probably ate to much but it was good. We will not hesitate to recommend the punch and will be visiting again very soon

Decided on a family meal out tonight

When this was the ‘2 for 1’ place the good was always good and at the level you would expect for the price you pay.

Melissa was so friendly and could not do enough. We will definitely be recommending. The refurb is a big improvement and food was worth the money. Very nice and child friendly.

Come here every week for dinner and drinks, prices are reasonable looking forward to the refurb. The bar maid hayley is great always has a laugh and makes us feel welcome

I receive my food still frozen and my partners was only just warm. When I complained the manager refunded me for a meal but didn’t take it very seriously! The heated my food up still didn’t really want to eat it after it arrived frozen on my plate! Ended up missing our film as we were so delayed! Not happy!!

Went here before the cinema. 2 main meals for £8.99. We had a burger and scampi. They happily swapped the chips for a jacket. Although the food was cheap and good value for money we found the drinks expensive.

Group of 8, all served quickly food came out quickly and all correct and tasted great. Friendly staff, good service. We always book here when we come out for family meals

Came in with my wife, sister, nephew and grate niece. Come in a lot for Sunday lunch and the wife and I realy like the new menu. The stew in a Yorkshire was very good

Came down with partner to get an all day everyday roast dinner and was told by staff they don't sell them today! Con artists

I’ve had a fantastic evening here. The atmosphere was positively sublime and the service was spectacular - particularly Jen, who needs to change her name to ‘Jenstone’ because she’s an absolute diamond!

Just wanted to a massive thank you to Jen for being so accommodating! Large group of us in after works having a few beverages for a colleague’s birthday! Thanks so much Jen, absolute top quality service!!

I have use this restaurant a few times friendly staff, but the food is not good. I am very sorry to say menu reads good but does not live up to expectations, it's just fast food you get what you pay for. Will not use again I don't enjoy writing bad reviews.

It was ok. cheap food and low expectations saves an experience. Play room upstairs is a nice place to relax and let kids have fun :)

We have frequented this pub many times before when visiting relatives. Last night the christmas dinner was extremely disappointing. The potatoes and carrots were cold, the brussels and parsnips were hard and the pigs in blankets a complete no show (until I asked for them!) They eventually arrived piping hot when we had almost finished the meal which made me wonder if they were cooked only when we asked. Whilst I appreciate that there are lots of items to bring together on the plate surely the minimum requirement is that the food is hot and edible.

Held our daughter's 5th birthday here at the weekend and it was excellent. I was a little concerned having read a few less tha complimentary reviews but we had a very positive experience. The staff were lovely and very attentive. We had a party that included glitter tatoos, party buffet amd character appearance. There was so much food in the buffet and was actually fairly decent quality - the children loved it and parents finished off the leftovers. They dealt with all the party bags and invitations too. Very easy party, just showed up let the children go off in the very safe and well enclosed play apparatus and left all the cleaning up behind. Thank you for a stress free and.most enjoyable afternoon. Our daughter had a lovely time.

Came with a group of friends for drinks on a Tuesday evening. Only a few other folk in the bar. Staff are really friendly. Place itself is an ok place for a drink. Has a pool table. Probably would return.

Went for lunch with friends. Sharing platter excellent. Minute steak cooked just as requested. Very quick delivery of food.

We went here Saturday lunchtime. Ipswich were playing football at home but we still managed to get a table.. lots of tables were reserved but no one appeared to be sitting at them. We did eventually found a table. The menu has changed since the last time I visited and there is now a lot less choice. I had the the 5oz Gammon and swapped my chips for a jacket at £5.99 it was ok, in my opinion the gammon was a little overlooked and therefore very tough. It did come with peas, half a tomato and a pineapple ring. My partner had the classic burger. I asked to swap his fries for sweet potato because they are the same price on the menu under sides at £2.99 each - see photo I've uploaded but she did no and I'd have to pay an extra £1.50. This is ridiculous and I didn't pay the extra! His meal came to £6.99 and came with fries and coleslaw which he left after a couple of mouth falls as it wasn't great. We had a pint of cider and regular coke that came to just over £17. The drinks were served in flimsy plastic cups - it was like being at a kidsparty.. we weren't offered anything different. Apparently because it's a football day they were serving all drinks in plastic. This was before the game.There was a couple of ladies going around cleaning the tables and tending to customers. They were lovely and very helpful. I can't say I'll hurry to return for the food or the plastic cups!

We arrived at 6 pm we ordered the children liver pate which was out of stock, we ordered the roast of the day not available, ordered the baked potato not available at 6pm. I then settled on a chicken burger without the chips because I knew they would be those awful frozen ones. The young girl behind the bar was polite and embarrassed, that she could not supply what was on the menu, and was very apologetic. My husband ordered the gamon, which was extremely salty but was just about edible, the staff were efficient and Curtis at all times.

8 of us piled in early Friday evening. Place was very quiet and staff were a bit thin on the ground.Order off the 2 for £10 menu which is good value and to be fair the food was really good. Came pretty quick and all at same time. The pie was a particular hit.Good selection of beers etc and good prices. Ideal place to start a night out!

There is always a long wait to get in the staff don't even say sorry I will just be a minute as they are doing two jobs at once, the place don't get tidy up while your there tablets are dirty no one walks round to pick up balls that has come from play area, and to end this I went to the counter to buy my granddaughter a piece of cake little slice £2.50 and the worse was getting her drink they WASHED up a plastic cup that some one had just used, I said your kidding me your not giveing me that cup for her to reply well yes if you still want the drink I think no way and had to buy a bottle which cost a arm and a leg. Think twice before going here.

I went for a meal this evening with my partner I ordered a curry and was served rock hard nann bread ... my partner ordered the cod and chips and was enjoying it until he started the fish and got a mouth full of bones! This used to be good never returning if serving food like that!

The staff are super friendly, and the meals are perfect for the price! No complaints. I would suggest this place to anyone looking for a good friendly environment and great value for money.

The welcome was excellent, service and food and drinks all ditto, the only thing letting you down at this venue is signs to the venue

Staff are very welcoming, good seating all throughout the restaurant and nice food. I feel there could be more vegetarian options, but the food itself is very nice and i would highly recommend this place.

Massive bar queue, was then ignored once I got to the end of it. Ran out of ice. Apart from that, bit of a hole with sticky tables. Ewe.

i called 10 mins before leaving wanting to book quick for a afternoon, i didn't need to book i can go straight down what a bonus, polite staff, great prices for the quality. i was brought out a muffin by the kitchen manager for my birthday secretly but the cover was blown by my friend at the table but the thought was lovely :). i must recommend the 20z steak beautifully cooked lovely chips, my partner had the Foot long hot-dog even my mouth was going when i saw that my friends had the Chicken new yorker & the Scampi both well presented and cooked lovely. I will recommending and using more regularly.

We tried to visit for lunch but on arrival there were notices up to say the kitchen was closed, this is probably the fourth time we have tried to eat here recently and had the same problem. The only reason we keep trying is due to the play area they have.

I took my wife and family for a meal to celebrate mothers day ,,the food was average . my son had a burger which wasn't cooked properly . we waited for 20 minutes to order drinks and desserts but in the end gave up as no sign of being served .. then had to wait at least another ten minutes to pay the bill ..serious lack of staff .. very very poor ...the place looked tatty toilets were dirty all in all plenty of much better places to visit in Ipswich ..i certainly wont be going there again ..

Excellent service and good quality food Kids loved play area and brilliant selection of goods We had the Mother's Day meal and truly was brilliant and well worth the money and if you go you must have a chocolate sundae! They are awesome but you must save a lot of room as massive!!!!!

Attended a children's party here. I have never been so disgusted. It was too hot, it stank of excrement, and was filthy. Surfaces and the floor were sticky, there was food all over the floor. I would not return here. Soft play centres aren't wonderful, but if you can, go to snakes and ladders instead. This should be avoided at all cost, and I would not trust the food they serve based on how grim the place is. I left and rejoiced at leaving, it was awful. If I could give zero stars I would.

It was a pleasant experience, although the food could have been a bit better with regards to chips being undercooked. Staff were very nice

We went here at lunch time and recieved, quick, friendly and efficient service. The food was cheap and although the portions are fairly small, the food was tasty and filling. I was in a group so the over all atmosphere was good. Its often difficult for disabled people to get seated in such places but there was no problem here. The people who served us went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be going back.

I came just to the Wacky Warehouse for a birthday party with my daughter!It's disgusting!! The dust/dirt on the pipes in the soft play area is shocking! The "bar" area is just as dirty I ordered 2 teas and the cups were so dirty I had to point this out for them to be swapped.The fridge was dirty, there was dried spilt milk all in the bottom...The 2 ladies working the party were nice enough, however they both looked like their uniforms hadn't been washed in a week! One of them had her trousers so low down her bum was on show if she bent over.This is not a place to take children it's filthy the place either needs a proper refurb and deep clean or it needs to be closed down, I definitely wouldn't go to the pub just on the strength of visiting the play area because of how dirty it was. Considering the amount of nice restaurants there are in the vicinity I'm surprised it gets any business at all, but at the same time it's clearly missing out on a lot of potential custom.
