I ordered a red pea soup and a fish fritter the lady told me that the 10 pound I have wasn't going to cover an extra quarter jerk chicken so I gave her my 10 pounds and she gave me back 1.50 even though my food only came to 7 pounds and she had charged me 8.50 for some reason and then when I asked her she Said she also charged me for the jerk chicken that she told me I didn't have enough for so she didn't give to me.. which I found very confusing but anyway I then tried my fish fritter which had no fish in it at all... was extremely oily to the point that that she had to wrap it in afew paper bags and when I questioned her why I only got 1.50 back as my food came to 7 she told me that she charged me for the jerk chicken too so she asked me if I wanted it and I said yes but you said I can't afford it.... I was soo confused but anyway I said I still wanted it so she gave me one that was just laying randomly on the chopping board already which was sooooo burnt I clsnt believe what she was giving me but I by that time felt so uncomfortable with the situation that I just wanted to leave so I took this very burnt chicken which nobody wld really want to eat, my colleagues laughed at how cremated it was and I just left it although I am upset at the waste of money and the bad experience. I wld never in my life go to this shop again.. I'd rather stay hungry... really disappointed.

We go here twice a week, love the scones. Best coffee for miles, scones are mega size, friendly staff. Nice light coffee shop, can have a good view outside. What's not to like 😍

Hicimos un pedido de catering para una fiesta de cumpleaños durante el fin de semana y nos quedamos muy impresionados. Los contacté un par de semanas antes y hablé con la encantadora Kim. Le dije lo que queríamos (cabra al curry, pollo frito, pollo frito y pescado) ella me respondió con un presupuesto muy rápido. Seguimos adelante y hicimos el pedido, se dejó en el lugar a tiempo y agradable y caliente. La comida sabía increíble y tuvo muchos cumplidos durante toda la noche. Muy impresionado y los volveré a usar... recomendaría encarecidamente : - )

PROS * Convenient street location access * Meaty and kosher * Places to sit but it seems to be a take away facility CONS * Mediocre tasting food * Uninterested minimally friendly (if at all) staff * Slow in-house service * Cost is not in line with at-best average quality of food, slow service and absence of ambience "I VISITED THIS PLACE"... ... because I had walked past it several times on Saturday, when it was closed. And to think that I walked all the way up Finchley Road from Green Road tube station to eat in this (at best) mediocre place. The staff people milling around were quite surprised to hear that I planned to eat there and not "take away." The process of ordering was slow and getting the basic overpriced meal was also slow (it's not like there were any other customers) and also, no one was coming in for or going out with take away orders. WOULD I GO THERE AGAIN? No WAS IT WORTH THE PRICE? No ADVICE I do not recommend this place

Pedí una entrega a domicilio a través de uber eats a las 9 PM del viernes, tenía un mensaje para decir que el conductor estaba recogiendo a las 9 . 40 solo para que el pedido sea cancelado a las 10 PM. Cuando llamé para preguntar qué había pasado dijeron que el conductor no había aparecido a pesar de que Uber come dijo que la comida se estaba recogiendo 20 minutos antes. ¡Entonces dijeron que no tenían la comida! Finalmente la mujer del teléfono cuestionó mi raza, a lo que le pregunté ¿qué tenía eso que ver con algo? Luego me colgó. No utilice este restaurante a menos que quiera sentirse decepcionado u ofendido.

The food was poor, the cod I had was grey, and the other meal was not warm enough. The Pepsi was like water and a door was left open and made the restaurant too cold.

Called in for a quick takeaway late afternoon and ordered a chicken pitta. Served within a couple of minutes, Loads of great succulent chicken filling in a lemon and herb sauce, absolutely delicious!

Went the other day for a turkey n cranberry. I used to get these all the time but haven’t been for some years. The two guys making sandwiches cheerfully ignored me for a couple of minutes while chatting with each other. They then eventually asked me what I wanted and started to screw up the order a couple of times while I had to repeat it. I then observed to them that there was virtually no turkey in the (£5.50) sandwich and was abruptly informed “that is the portion”. It was rubbish and not worth the money at all. Couple of thin slices of turkey. Not like the old days when these guys made proper sandwiches worth paying for.

Scam take your money and don’t give you food tell you it just eat and they do it all the time why use the app if you know it robs your customers you stil get the money and rob people off to just eat it disgusting even more when you know it happens and you don’t do nothing about it don’t waste your money here

The Pakefield Morrisons Cafe is like that in Cromer and others we have tried to eat in recently. They are dirty, under staffed, what staff they do have are gormless and not interested in having customers. They can never offer a full menu and often the equipment is out of action. Years ago these were very good value and under rated. Now they are to be avoided like the plague , dreadful depressing places. Do us all a favour Morrisons and close them down.

This is the third time we’ve eaten lunch here in the last few months, including an excellent Christmas meal. The staff have all been friendly and very helpful to any tweaks we’ve wanted to make to the menu. The food is tasty, like home cooked, with good portion sizes and presented well. The menu has lots of choice, with a good selection for non meat eaters. The cakes and puddings are a real high point, and yesterday there was an impressive three vegan selections and two gluten free. All of the above were a five star experience, but the toilets are really letting the place down, I can see from other reviews that this is something that is regularly raised, and yesterday when I told a friend we’d had a good meal, her response was “the food is great, but the toilets are awful”. This is NOT a cleaning issue; they are old, in a poor state of repair, and have an unpleasant smell, that all the cleaning in the world won’t put right. They need to be upgraded and decorated. It’s a shame because it is detracting from another wise very positive experience.

Simplemente no recibas las malas críticas. Llevamos años yendo a Ossies y vivimos fuera de la ciudad. Venimos especialmente para ello. La cabra era sublime. Tanta comida en el contenedor. No son tímidos con empacar. Nos sentamos a comer. El personal era amable. Feliz de darme más salsa para llevar mis sobras a casa. Como no podía comer todo. Mi marido tenía cola de buey con arroz y guisantes y estaba muy contento con ella. Ahora toman el pago con tarjeta, así como dinero en efectivo que es útil. Tuvimos algunas charlas encantadoras con otros clientes. Nunca hemos tenido una mala comida desde aquí. Si lo hubiéramos hecho. Seguro que no volveríamos. Creo que tratas a la gente como te gustaría que te trataran un poco de respeto y la cortesía va muy lejos. Recuerde que son algunos turnos largos que el personal está trabajando allí!

A walk around Tooting and Broadway markets led me to here. The look of the place, menu and staff, as well as the clientele reassured me I was making a good choice. Alas I was mistaken. When cooked with love and happiness Jamaican food can bring to life the humblest of ingredients. But not here. The jerk chicken was somehow extremely dry yet pink near the bone. It was seasoned less than a Sunday roast chicken, where was the heat and spice that good jerk should have, that attacks the taste buds? The goat curry was way more bone than meat, I mean there was literally dry bones with no meat upon them. The bones that contained meat yielded little reward from my picking them up and gnawing them. Maybe the most obvious sign of the sheer laziness and contempt for their diners was the plantain. It had obviously been prepared in another time. If the chef can't be arsed to chop up a plantain and fry it to order, maybe another job would suit them.
