Don’t waste your money if you want a ‘bottomless’ experience because this is not it. Such a shame because the food was great. What was supposed to be a nice birthday treat was ruined by the service. We waited with empty glasses so many times during the hour expecting a top up on our drinks, but it was like he was trying to avoid us so the bottomless hour would be over. To top it off we were asked “what’s wrong with you two?” by the waiter/ owner when we were just sitting minding our business chatting. I’m sure it’s great for a pre show bite to eat but I felt like we weren’t seen as respected paying customers because we had bought a voucher deal. Don’t offer it if you can’t deliver.

Booked a mini burger afternoon tea with ‘Bottomless’ Prosecco on Wowcher. I regular purchase this type of deal and this is the only occasion I have been disappointed. The mini burgers were truly mini and were able to select 3 each. We had to pay a lot of money for a small portion of chips that were not included. And had a choice of a Crispy Crème Donut each from a box. We were given a small glass and a half each of cheap Prosecco and despite sitting there for a long time with empty glasses in the gaze of the owner no more was forthcoming or even offered. Perhaps we should not have been so polite I have just seen on Wowcher that the same business is offering Chicken meals with Prosecco and realised that it is from the same cheap skate premises. Total waste of money!! Please check my other reviews on Tripadvisor to appreciate that this is an honest review and I rarely give such a low score.

Terrible booking system and extremely poor online customer services. Staff did not wish to help with the process of booking a table and would not respond to messages via the WhatsApp booking system after reading.

This is a fantastic choice for pre-Roundhouse food. Truly excellent burger and sweet potato fries. Very home made coleslaw. Not surprisingly , first class Camden brewing IPA on tap. Great food and drink!

Gave flexibility for arriving late after a long train journey. A great concept of different little burgers to choose from but that's where it ends. Our burgers were dry and made from the cheapest ingredients, the Hawaiian didn't have pineapple as described and was like eating rubber bands, the fish finger with special tomato relish, was a value fish finger and ketchup and the others were just as bad. We were made to feel we were trying to get something for nothing with our bottomless prosecco. We ordered a couple of sides which were overpriced, a few onion rings that came from a frozen value pack and worked out around 80p per ring and the chips were overpriced but the nicest part of our meal. Our burgers were presented on a slate cake stand, at the top were slices of cucumber, red pepper and carrot with a dip, these were dry and shrivelled and looked like it had sat out all day. We had to gather our own sauces and napkins. By the time we had paid the service charge, the hidden charge for using a Wowcher and a couple of sides it was an expensive meal for what it was and very disappointing. The music was very loud, it was difficult to talk and be heard, mostly heavy and fast-paced, not relaxing, if the playlist was thought-out to make you eat quickly and get out it worked. Very disappointing and not the start to our break that we anticipated, save your money and get a better burger in McDonald's.

Came down to London for the weekend. Burgers and milkshakes was an excellent idea! Service was spot on, you couldn't of looked after my allergies better! Plus burger in a salad leaf, extra crunchy! Sure to come back on our next visit

God this place is bad Rushed to the roundhouse from work starving hungry looking forward to some nice london food all day, we stop at burger place looks good and the burgers on the photos outside look big and tasty When we get inside we realise we've been conned this place doesnt sell big delicious burgers it sells tiny sh*te burgers literally black burnt burgers a 5th of the size of a normal burger basically children's party food They were the worst bugers I've ever eaten and I've eaten a lot of burgers Do not go in this place, one member of staff was nice behind the till, I asked for a BBQ burger he recommended Hawaii burger, this consisted of a bit of burnt meat and a burnt bun with a tiny bit of pineapple in it not sure where the BBQ was I asked for? We were given no sauses no napkins no water absolute joke Worst restaurant I've been to hands down they stole our money and served us garbage I'd rather a Mc Donald's for £4.99

Cheap buns with a bit of meat, very expensive for what you actually get for your money. Its just an expensive KFC

After leaving the hustle and bustle of Camden Lock we found respite in a terrific hamburger joint at the end of the long street, We had their mini burgers,cooked to perfection and excellent coffee.

I bought the Groupon for unlimited burgers a couple of months ago. I was very excited to go and try it out because of the variety of burgers and halal meat available. The day before visiting I called to find if there was any special booking required for the halal option and was told I could just turn up and they would have stock. My pregnant wife, 11 month old son and I then travelled 1 and half hours to try the burgers only to be told at the till that they had no halal food available. I explained to the guy at the counter that we had travelled far and called prior and in his defense he was apologetic but his only solution was to call me when the halal delivery came in. I found this very unhelpful as I don't live around the corner. There was also a manager/owner looking guy typing away on his laptop who didn't interject or look up. I'm not expecting miracles but a free drink or something would have gone a long way considering how far we'd travelled and we had called ahead. Poor customer service all round. We Won't be returning, which is a shame because I was scouting this place out to bring friend in the future.

We drove an hour to visit the restaurant as we couldn’t resist the dozen burger box. We ordered 2 boxes for the 3 of us which gave us 8 burgers each. This is about right if you have a big appetite. It’s good food but not the greatest burgers I’ve eaten - however for the novelty and pricing it’s spot on. I recommend the cluck me, duck me, and the classic. Well worth the trip to this restaurant with a group of friends to share a box. Lovely owner who took good care of us and gave us all a free drink. I’d give them an 8/10 overall but won’t rush back as it’s a little bit of a novelty location.
