This is a functional cafe, it has no charm but the tea and cake were fine. They use paper cups with plastic tops which I was not impressed with. So I would not visit again until this has changed. Staff were grumpy.

We have been to the museum and restaurant a number of times and both are very good. The menu has a Middle Eastern bent which is to be expected.

The museum is a delight in every way, for all ages, and the cafe has a spectacular selection of food.

everything tasty and fresh. A wider range of food would be nice. open bright space. Enjoyed the hummus and olives. Amazing array of loose teas.

The food on offer was very limited - the bagel was, supposedly, toasted but you would never have known and the coffee was so horrible it was undrinkable - we left everything - what a waste of money. I would return to the museum but definitely not to the café.

This is a small little cafe within the Jewish Museum. We were served by a pleasant lady and the service was fast. It serves items such as bagels and cakes. We had smoked salmon and cream cheese bagels and they were fresh and delicious. At £3.50 each they were good value. Tables and cutlery were very clean. Nice cafe!

My wife, daughter and I had lunch here. It was a truly bad choice. At least two thirds of the items on the menu were not available and what we had was dire. Naomi said that it was the worse meal she has ever had. Most of the so called couscous and chickpea salad was left on the plates.

A modern café with the usual cakes and biscuits to accompany coffee. There are daily specials served at lunchtime. Good seating and a pleasant atmosphere.

Well lit, upbeat and good value for the money. Kosher. Sandwiches were large and well made. Soup was also interesting and good. Wife says the pita bread is "fabulous," and she knows her pita. Worth going out of your way.

Tempting cakes, soup and light lunch, coffees and teas of various kinds at fairly reasonable prices in pleasant setting with natural light coming from rooflight in smallish space. Service at your table. Good. Nice way to relax at the end of visit.

This is a small cafe and very well run. We arrived mid-morning and were able to have an early lunch (delicious soups and drinks). The value for money seemed good with reasonably priced options.

O museu é interessante, mas o café deixa bastante a desejar. O atendimento é gentil mas os cafés não são bons e as comidas (tanto doces como os salgados) bastante inssosos.Não recomendo, após a visita há locais melhores nas redondezas.

Interesting little cafe on ground floor of Jewish Museum. I had a slice of carrot cake which contained too much nutmeg waand s too dry. Plus a cup of mocha. Nothing to write home about.

Charming chatty people, 4 or so lovely cakes to choose from - I was not in a savoury mood so did not look at these but there was a good long list. And absolutely wonderful coffee.

It's really worthwhile to order a selection of lighter dishes, or starters, and share them. It makes for a really good dining experience at the Giraffe. Have also tried the breakfast, and that was really very good.

Excellent food here. If I say this up front, I know that I won’t forget to say it! Ask any ethnic foodie, and they will tell you that when they go out to eat food from their own ethnic heritage, the key thing they ask is whether the food they eat is better than they cook at home, whether it is tastier than Mum’s Sunday best, whether they can get the full restaurant experience. Roger’s kitchen ticks all of the boxes. Throughout the menu, there are modern twists and manifestations of traditional West Indian favourites. This should keep Caribbean heritage people happy! But the menu is targeted at food lovers from every ethnic group. Indeed, the seafood soup itself would have graced ‘The Ivy’. The starters are varied. The mains, fish, chicken, meat, flavoursome, perfectly cooked and excellently presented. The service is attentive. Roger’s kitchen is actually quite new, being on the site of a previous Caribbean restaurant, the Mango Room, but also now appears popular in its own right. We came to eat here as a family, we have been back with friends. And we will definitely be back again. Great food, great value. There is not an independent Caribbean restaurant in London that we would rather eat at. Roger’s Kitchen offers excellent modern Caribbean cuisine for the West Indian, British and International foodie. If you are travelling to London for a week, put Roger’s Kitchen on your “must eat here” list. 5 Stars.

I've been to this place twice now and can't fault the food. You get a large plate of delicious food. First time I had the jerk chicken roast, with all the trimmings. 2nd visit I had their vegetarian dish which was so nice. Will continue to visit and try other items on the menu. Pity they don't do jerk pork. My only criticism is they put a time limit on your time there. Puts pressure on eating your food quickly.
