Siempre nos han gustado Magdalena vacaciones en diversas ciudades y han visitado este establecimiento antes. El servicio era bastante simpático pero muy lento hoy. En el lado positivo los pasteles eran encantadores, como el café. Sin duda merece la pena una parada después de una tarde de compras, pero quizás es necesario un entrenamiento poco personal en términos de velocidad y quizás la extraña sonrisa. Sólo un pensamiento!

El personal era muy poco profesional, más como una forma común de sexto de la habitación un lugar de trabajo. Cuando mi marido fue a realizar el pedido el servidor estaba tan ocupado con la hilaridad desde el 'cocina' que ella tenía que decir "lo siento no era de escuchar" y tuvo que realizar el pedido de nuevo! Tarta de chorizo y queso era repugnante: pasada pastelería, abrumadora cantidad de cebollas y eggy sabía demasiado. También tuvimos un pastel de terciopelo rojo para compartir y tan pronto como puse mi bifurcación sabía que estaba rancio. La guinda incluso probado. Nos lo tomamos y lo cambió por pastel de naranja y almendra, que no sabían bien preparado! Las bebidas estaban bien pero realmente decepcionante en general.

El café es muy agradable en este café de cómodas, pero el personal de la mañana del domingo no eran nada agradable o feliz de estar allí. Mesas sucias, no aclararon de nuestros clientes. Tres personas en, y alrededor de 8 mesas con bandejas/usan vasos, etc. justo a la izquierda. Personal vimos traer bebidas y comida a la mesa, y caminar pasado estas mesas sucias. Era como era bajo a una mesa. No agradable charlar con los clientes en el mostrador, sin mencionar entre ellos mismos. La puerta de la costa próxima estaba muy llena, pero la próxima vez.

Visited here with family. Drinks were ok but have had better in other places on the Maybird. Only 1 toilet so not good if you have young children. Difficult to get buggy in and out of entrance.

Better than other coffee shops on this scruffy out of town shopping site. Staff pleasant and prices average. Cake was fine cheese scone dry

Was ok , prices are about the same as your Nero, Starbucks etc.. man serving maybe he was French ( sorry not sure ) was polite and helpful but the girl who delivered the tray with drinks and muffins not so much she just plonked it down and slugged off. So for that I knocked it down to 3 stars .

Visited here with my family and the first thing that hit me was the price of the food £4.20 for a panini and a small one at that!! We decided against getting food and just got a couple of Latte's, mango frappe and 2 muffins. I had a choc and banana muffin and I have to say it was the worst muffin I've ever had, tasted no banana and was a few choc chips at the bottom. Mango frappe also a bit tasteless. The Latte's looked good but actually were cappuccino's way to much froth.. Probably wouldn't return as its way to expensive for what it is and the muffins.. awful.

This cafe is located in the slightly out-of-town shopping centre on the A3400. We walked from the town centre in about 10 to 15 minutes. It is a welcome addition as until recently there has been no where to have a snack or a light lunch in this area. It is necessary to order at the counter but they do then serve drinks and food at your table. It is a pleasant light and airy environment also some outside space.

Asked for water twice and not delivered. Took my little girl to the toilet and they took our food away. When I explained, the rude staff member brought back a tray with other people's dirty cups on it and didn't even offer an apology. Granted this was an accident but I would still expect a little apology or explanation. The food was not great either and massively over priced for what you get. Go to costa next door. Staff are so much nicer!

Great place to meet for lunch. Try the turkish flat bread. Really fresh and tasty ingredients. The muffins and coffee are very good too.

If I ever find myself being dragged around the (slightly) out of town retail units, I often stop in here. Great for tea and cake!

Sat her heaving a rubbish cup of tea from a dirty tea pot and mug . My mum is dairy free didn't have any muffins non out back but bit early in the day to run out ? No apology , only once have we actually managed to get a dairy free muffin . Staff need to learn how to smile and learn some costumer service skills , refused to scan my free hot drink card ?!?? Very unhelpful very rude dirty tables dirty cups ! Crap tea crap place don't recommend . And why do they make you feel so rushed to order ? Let me look at the god dam selection why the hurry . Must be home time ! Shocking

Actually we have only visited for coffee and snack as we live close but since mid last year changed from using Costa (next door) to Muffin Break as have some of our friends already. Well done management

Decided to pop in for lunch with my girlfriend whilst on the retail park. We each got a panini/flatbread for lunch and a muffin to share as it was only £1 having spent over £10. Our lunches were average - the tikka on my panini had way too many herbs in it to the point of being overpowering, whilst my girlfriends chicken flatbread, which I also tried, was a little on the bland side. Thankfully and perhaps unsurprisingly given the name of the establishment the muffin was much better. The muffin was moist, not too sweet and definitely a winner in both of our books. Would return for the muffins but not for their savory offerings.

Perfect in every way. We were recomended to try as an alternative to our usual visit to Costa, so glad we did. Quite reluctant as it looks abit drab from outside, but what a great surprise. Great welcome from all the staff; happy smiles and chat. Coffee great too - I mean really good. The muffins and food looked fantastic - will try next time. Will definitely be our first choice when visiting this part of town.

Great place for coffee and more! Very popular but very little waiting as they bring coffee to your table after you place your order, so no irritating waiting whilst the barista does what baristas do best! Love the cups and great tasting coffee and super friendly staff!

Visiting the May bird shopping centre in Stratford up on Avon called in for a coffee. The coffee was very good. I noticed they had a good range of cakes and pastries but resisted the temptation. Very nice friendly staff even bought our coffee to the table. well worth a visit.

Not only great coffee but very friendly and efficient staff. A welcome change to some of the larger coffee shop chains. Well worth a coffee stop.

We started our day here with a Bacon Roll & Coffee and a Muffin - great Coffee Quality and the Muffin was very yummy! The staff was very pleasant and everything was clean!

This new coffee shop is a delightful alternative to the ubiquitous Costas , Starbucks etc. Coffee is good, pastries outstanding, seats and environment comfortable, no mums with pushchairs (yet!), and if that wasn't enough, pleasant staff actually bring your coffee to you, instead of having to wait at the end of the counter! Now my favourite coffee stop!

This cafe is recently opened. Have found the service to be good and friendly. The range of muffins with flavours and extra are very good. The flat while is a great cup of coffee.

Where do I begin? The premises look good from the outside, one might even say inviting! The inside looked modern shabby chic.
