The Pakefield Morrisons Cafe is like that in Cromer and others we have tried to eat in recently. They are dirty, under staffed, what staff they do have are gormless and not interested in having customers. They can never offer a full menu and often the equipment is out of action. Years ago these were very good value and under rated. Now they are to be avoided like the plague , dreadful depressing places. Do us all a favour Morrisons and close them down.

Told an 35 min wait (place was empty). We said this was fine as we had an hour and half spare. We sat and waited for 70 mins for 2 fry ups. Absolutely shocked that no one seemed to care or rush our order after going up to chase it. Could see all the fry up food hot holding under heat lamps so was they waiting for the chicken to hatch the egg in the back. Won’t be returning.

The staff seemed completely surprised we were there… it was like something from the twilight zone… with the completely awkward girl at the til seeming to think that everything we ordered might be a problem .. to the cooking staff behind banging pans aggressively shouting out’ tell them all the wait will be over half an hour’… goodness me .. what an experience.. a cafe that was surprised to get customers and cooks who wanted them all to go away… how do they get away with this honestly?

Went for car wash no obvious sign to say pay at car wash so trooped to petrol station shop to pay only to be told you don't pay in shop you tap at car wash (so no cash allowed?) Then after paying at car wash after trooping back the program said it was running but on driving car inside it didn't start. The usual forward/stop digital sign didn't work. Trooped back to shop to tell them where I was met by a passive aggressive grumpy woman who kept tutting and saying it will work as soon as she walks over there. On the way she was rude when I explained I had tried to reposition car for sensors but it obviously had a fault. Then she was rude telling me to drive in. Then after she fiddled with the computer control display it worked. I told her the signs weren't working before but she said she didn't believe me and it was all my fault and I drove in too quickly. I have never ever been so rudely spoken to and patronised that I don't know how a car wash works by staff at a supermarket petrol station this woman should not be customer facing and Morrisons should be ashamed that they have staff who think its OK to blame their faulty equipment on customers and be outrageously rude about it. The guy behind me waiting next in line said he came the day before and it was faulty and needed engineer and new part so I think the rude angry patronising woman was taking it out on her employers customers ...not ok..not right...disgusted...

We visited the ‘Cafe’ in Morrison’s Lowestoft and order from the breakfast menu. I’m sad to report that the bacon rolls were awful. The rolls were half buttered and the bacon was undercooked. If you like well buttered, crispy bacon, it would be worth mentioning it when you place your order. However the beans on toast and vegetarian breakfast were presented nicely and cooked perfectly. The staff were nice and friendly.

I was at Morrisons today, fairly empty but only 3 tills open hence a 25 minute wait in a queue while our cashier talked and talked to the customers, not bothering at all about the very long queue which included quite elderly people who had to stand all that time. I will make sure I never have that cashier again.

A well placed supermarket with snack meals, good parking and road fuel, other useful retail outlets nearby as well.

I stopped here with my partner today for a late lunch after doing the shopping. We opted for the two mains for £8.49 deal, which we thought was reasonable and both ordered the All Day Breakfast Brunch, which consisted of 2 bacon rashers, 2 eggs (scrambled or fried), 2 sausages, beans, half a tomato, mushrooms and chips. They were very accommodating for substitutions, with me swapping out the tomato and mushrooms and ordering an extra piece of bacon and extra chips and my partner swapping beans and tomato for extra mushrooms and extra bacon. The seating area resembled that of a slightly more updated school canteen, complete with table numbers, customer notice signs scattered across the walls, and staff that were dressed in fairly generic hygiene gear. The person that designed this cafe really didn’t put too much thought into its location, because being seated right within earshot of the self service machines was enough to drive anyone insane. “IF YOU HAVE A MORRISON’S MORE CARD, PLEASE SCAN IT NOW” is now ingrained within my mind. Once the food arrived, it was fairly standard looking for a supermarket cafe; dumped carelessly on the plate and full to the brim. While the food was edible and to anyone’s standard ‘alright’, it certainly was by no means the most amazing plate of food I’ve ever eaten. Everything just tasted the same, as if it had been cooked in the same pan. Adding ketchup and salt was the only way I could save myself from getting bored half way through eating it. I couldn’t fault the service though, the man who took our order was great and very accommodating. All in all, I probably would stop here again if I was hungry enough. We left with full bellies, so I can’t complain there.

Coffee machine is dispensing 75% of a full cup and is warm to say the least! I have been mentioning this problem to Managers and staff for over 9 months plus! No solution or exclamation whatsoever!!! I can understand why the discount grocery store chains (two of them) are whipping the top 4 chain stores in every respect! Let the buyer beware!

So good, so cheap, so much. All staff are quick and lovely. I've been going there every other day, for a year, for my lunch break, makes me look forward to a 9 hour shift where I get an hour for lunch. Never a bad word.

For £6 you can't beat the Big Daddy Breakfast. 3 sausages, 2 eggs, 3 hash browns, pile of mushrooms, beans, black pudding, grilled tomato, pile of bacon and fried bread. If you order at the till they will gladly substitute anything you don't want. Excellent breakfast and massive.

While waiting for another store to open, I decided to try for the first time a supermarket breakfast I decided on the big daddy less eggs and black pudding these items were compensated with extra bacon, mushrooms and complimentary toast, the toast would have been extra otherwise, also a coffee. The main point of the review, did it taste alright?, and yes it did the sausages are the balancing point when reviewing and the oddity here they looked like those cheap catering sausages and probably were, however they tasted very nice! To conclude it was a good value plateful and if there is a repeat visit I’ll opt for the smaller breakfast, and based on the above along with the friendly and confident staff I would happily revisit.

Stopped lunch time on Friday 31st March 2023, I was sceptical as there was no chippy smell, ordered chips, and had to wait for a very surly man-who said nothing-to put a few chips in the frier. There was a sense of foreboding as I was the only customer at lunchtime, and no chips frying or ready🤔 After eagerly awaiting my chips, I adorned them with salt and vinegar and took them to the car. The ‘chips’ were absolutely disgusting, with 25% being black inside the chip. There was no ‘chip taste’ and we have eaten at many chippies in Lowestoft with no previous issues These were either frozen/reconstituted and we put them in the bin. This business is in need of an in-depth viability assessment, and indeed, whether this man should be working with the public. Without doubt, the worst chips my wife and I have ever experienced
