Pizza Time in Waveney

Food was perfect 👌 crispy chicken poppers and as always the tastiest pizza 🍕 Quality food everytime!

Normally decent, but recieved the tiniest portion of spicy mushrooms ive ever seen. frankly embarrassing. food was 30 minutes late.

Double buttermilk chicken breast burger turned out to be 4 chicken strips in a bun. Grilled chicken loaded fried turned out to be beef. o

Had the wrong pizza turn up, phoned them to say i didn't receive the seafood pizza i asked for, they sent me another replacement pizza still wrong, spoke to the driver he phoned them and they said they would send me another pizza but hasn't turned up and paid £15 not happy.

Food took an hour and 45 mins to arrive, told Just Eat it hadn’t arrived and as soon as we told them it said it was on its way. Unfortunately the food arrived stone cold.

They forgot my chips with my burger meal. Sent my chips back out quickly also gave me a free slice of cake which was a really good gesture, excellent customer service. Food was all fresh and great as always.

halloumi wrap had 3 skinny halloumi fries n very little veggies or salad, what there was tasted good but filling was skimpy

Crossiants burnt on the outside and not cooked in the middle won’t be ordering again

Chips are just cheap frozen ones . Milk shake is a total rip off DO NOT BUY Mike was like milk with some stuff you normally put ontop of ice cream . And that’s not a smash burger on the menu coz that’s NOT how you make one . The ONLY good thing here was the driver !

Shocking customer service Food took 1.5 hours when 45 mins was estimated and it's a 5 min drive away Called them after an hour, got told it was on its way Called them again after another 15 mins and line was constantly busy Definitely not ordering again

Since when are cupcakes brownies????? I didn’t pay for cupcakes, not particularly happy with that. Otherwise the loaded fries are pretty good as always.

Toppings very bitty not very large ingredients so all merged into a dry mush.

The milkshakes were lovely. But the cookies arrived burnt to a crisp & the banoffee pie was still frozen. Such ends of the spectrum we had to laugh. Wouldn’t order again.

Ordered the Tex Mex Platter but was missing the jalapeño cream cheese, curly fries and 3 bbq wings. Looked at previous reviews and much the same of missing food. Pizza was ok but nothing special. Would not recommend or use again.

donner meat was cold and over cooked the chips were soggie and dont label the shalkes so hard to tell which was choc and breno wont be back a big dissapointment for what i spent

I got 2 kinder bueno milkshakes almost £5 and it tasted like it was just chocolate milkbwith peanut m&ms on top was very disappointed usually they are good. I have ordered from here a few times. But not sure if i will again.

Burger was in edible, chewy and tasted off, both sets of chips were cold and chewy. Also asked for no tomato or gherkins and seemed to have got twice as much

Biggest pizza I’ve found in town!

The bacon on the loaded fries could be cooked a bit more and the cheese could of been melted. The milkshakes was nice but couldn't really taste the biscof in either of them.

Brownie bites appeared to be shop brought and were burnt and didn’t come with the biscuit crumb as advertised . Two milk shakes tasted the exact same despite ordering different flavours.

We have been waiting for our food and still been waiting after the restaurant has told us twice it was on its way to us and it’s still not been delivered to us.

Left on my door step and was frozen and I got cookies instead of brownies and only 4 instead of 6

Milkshake claimed to have real Strawberry pieces and icecream, was made with milk and strawberry sauce, watery and not nice. Brownies were 3 mouthfuls of burnt, cheap shop bought rubbish which were charged at £5. Waste of £22 and that was with 20% off!

the burger I ordered was under cooked and still pink in the middle, was meant to get a bubblegum slush but it was more like bubblegum squash a lil ice, I used to order from this place but I doubt I will now

Pizza come with no sauce on base just cheese! Wraps come with no sauce no salad and dry doner meat! Wedges didn’t come in a box and were all wet and stuck to paper Same with onion rings. NEVER WILL I ORDER AGAIN

An amazing service this place does. The food is top-notch. Would highly recommend for a night out. One of the best takeaways in town I ordered my favourite burger, the bbc (beef, bacon, and chicken), and garlic bread

the food was delicious and the order was late but I got a free piece of chocolate cake so to be honest I'm not complaining they made it up with the chocolate cake and the food was bussin.

Ignore the bad reviews always order from here the food is next level street food at its best. Great value my favourite place in Lowestoft wow the wings the burgers just yum and donner meat the only place that knows how to make donner crispy and best flavour

This place used to be great, but over the last year has gotten worse. Delivery takes forever and food is always cold. Couple of times there was a small error but nothing that stopped us eating it. Tonight the loaded fries were completely opposite of what I ordered and so spicy I couldn't eat them. I called for a replacement, after 5 mins of the guy trying to find my order, he told me he couldn't do anything as I had opened the order. Mistakes happen but a total refusal to rectify it, not cool

Although most ofbthe order arrived on time, a pizza was missing. on calling the resturant they said they would call me back and 30 mins later I still didn't hear anything.

Missed item rang straight away to then wait over an hour to still not receive the missing item.

The delivery was well over an hour late and the food was cold. Very disappointed

We always use these. Our order was wrong once we called them up and was quick to replace an item although we was still missing something. I left a little note explaining this and when we got our next order it was all there plus our other order plus desserts and a bottle of drink!!! They didn’t have to do that!!! Thanks guys much appreciated 👍🏽

I collected my dessert 40 mins ago, it’s still frozen. Phoned them, they didn’t care/understand.

Milk shake open and split all in bag and was hot and incorrect one sent

No communication from the restaurant on when food would arrive. Tried to call over 15 times and it never went through. Food was lucewarm on arrive and definitely not reminiscent of the first time I ordered. Spent over £40 to be utterly disappointed. A sad end to a great holiday.

The order took over an hour and a half to get to us. Unable to contact the restaurant at all. The food delivered was wrong. Not a great experience at all. Rather they just cancelled the order than make us wait almost 2 hours.

Food was not prepared properly…chips were cold, dips were popped and pizza covered in dip, and pizzas were screwed up in the corner of the box…contacted store and was told they had no more topping and were closing…all food went in the bin and was left with no dinner and out of pocket

food tasted cheap and overcooked, not the usual standard for pizza time. Disappointed

I was hesitant to order a burger and fries from here, however the menu says the burger meal includes coleslaw, onion rings, chips and a drink. Mine only came with fries and a drink. Also, specifically ordered from here because of the Biscoff croissants but they must have been out as they gave me a banana pie instead. While I appreciated the effort, I would have preferred a call or text first, so I could choose another item or a refund. Disappointed, sorry :-(

Completely missed 12” pizza called and they phoned the driver while I was still on the phone l, said he forgotten it be 5min well it’s now 45min and i cant call restaurant always engaged and still no pizza

The vegetarian deluxe was missing pineapple, the BBQ pizza not sure what was bbq about it? Seems like they just chucked on left overs as both pizzas had things on that’s wasn’t on the list?

Food was lovely spot on and delivery driver was very friendly and pleasant

I regularly order from here and normally it’s so good! I ordered lotus biscoff croissants but they sent 2 other desserts instead. I rang them and they said they had ran out of croissants. Would have liked to know before ordering they were out of stock of at least been told they’ve been replaced. My daughter was devastated

Never got the food ended up going to sleep I would like the whole thing refunded

absolutely disgusting, Pizza had NO base sauce, the BBQ sauce we requested or tomato like a standard pizza....when we opened the box, the pizza was just in one corner and was just a squashed mess, had 2 mouthfuls and it went in the bin!!........NEVER AGAIN!

The milkshake was pointless, was half full and they put cream in it which again pointless in a delivery. Burger was decent as usually though 🔥

The burger was so good I wish it had of been bigger (not a criticism) shake was good to according to my daughter. Will order again.

I ordtiredered a chicken pizza with extra mushrooms &sweetcorn. I didn't order chips.only got 5 mushrooms & that burnt red hot chicken was so looking forward to my 7inch pizza I know its late but why ?

Ordered 3 pizzas, all had no sauce and tasted terrible, ending up in the bin. Also ordered a beef burger which tasted of doner kebab; awful. Complained to JustEat who said it was acceptable, useless bunch. Only plus was the delivery driver who was polite and friendly.

Not a good experience at all. Ordered food bearing in mind never had food from here before. However me and my wife fancied something they offered. After ordering it gives you the normal timescale of 45-1hr wait. Fine no problem. An hour went past and no sign of food. Refreshed the app and it said food was delivered. Called the restaurant and was advised food is on its way. Waiting a further 30 mins for food to get here. When it arrived the food was barely warm. I would write more if I could

Food quality today wasn't the best. The "fresh buttermilk chicken burger" was just one of the pack of 10 frozen chicken breasts. Disappointed usually really good-tasting quality food from here.

I’ve gotta be up for work at 5am just wanted to eat my food then get some shut eye, the food still hasn’t been delivered. I can understand that your restaurant isn’t exactly round the corner but maybe in future you could make better estimation for the delivery times

seems like this takeaway has new owners as the chicken burger was not a fresh homemade chicken breast but a frozen burger. shame as the old ones were amazing. looks like it's moved from Kessingland to a new premises as well??

i want to say thank you last time I ordered I didn't get any dips and paid for too so I left a message and they gave me an extra 4 dips and a cheese cake so thank you also all the food we ordered was really good chips were crispy not soggy chicken cooked perfectly and garlic bread 4pcs is my favourite and the beef loaded fries were really good too.
