My food is 30 mins late my milkshake everywhere

Left on my door step and was frozen and I got cookies instead of brownies and only 4 instead of 6

Milkshake claimed to have real Strawberry pieces and icecream, was made with milk and strawberry sauce, watery and not nice. Brownies were 3 mouthfuls of burnt, cheap shop bought rubbish which were charged at £5. Waste of £22 and that was with 20% off!

shame about delivery delay but food was amazing will have to go collect next time tho

the burger I ordered was under cooked and still pink in the middle, was meant to get a bubblegum slush but it was more like bubblegum squash a lil ice, I used to order from this place but I doubt I will now

Pizza come with no sauce on base just cheese! Wraps come with no sauce no salad and dry doner meat! Wedges didn’t come in a box and were all wet and stuck to paper Same with onion rings. NEVER WILL I ORDER AGAIN

the food was delicious and the order was late but I got a free piece of chocolate cake so to be honest I'm not complaining they made it up with the chocolate cake and the food was bussin.

15 inch pizza is only 13 inch that’s a lot of pizza missing

Ignore the bad reviews always order from here the food is next level street food at its best. Great value my favourite place in Lowestoft wow the wings the burgers just yum and donner meat the only place that knows how to make donner crispy and best flavour

Although most ofbthe order arrived on time, a pizza was missing. on calling the resturant they said they would call me back and 30 mins later I still didn't hear anything.

This place used to be great, but over the last year has gotten worse. Delivery takes forever and food is always cold. Couple of times there was a small error but nothing that stopped us eating it. Tonight the loaded fries were completely opposite of what I ordered and so spicy I couldn't eat them. I called for a replacement, after 5 mins of the guy trying to find my order, he told me he couldn't do anything as I had opened the order. Mistakes happen but a total refusal to rectify it, not cool

Missed item rang straight away to then wait over an hour to still not receive the missing item.

Was late but lovely people delivering and at the restaurant 🫶🏻 so happily waited

The delivery was well over an hour late and the food was cold. Very disappointed

We always use these. Our order was wrong once we called them up and was quick to replace an item although we was still missing something. I left a little note explaining this and when we got our next order it was all there plus our other order plus desserts and a bottle of drink!!! They didn’t have to do that!!! Thanks guys much appreciated 👍🏽

I collected my dessert 40 mins ago, it’s still frozen. Phoned them, they didn’t care/understand.

Milk shake open and split all in bag and was hot and incorrect one sent

The order took over an hour and a half to get to us. Unable to contact the restaurant at all. The food delivered was wrong. Not a great experience at all. Rather they just cancelled the order than make us wait almost 2 hours.

No communication from the restaurant on when food would arrive. Tried to call over 15 times and it never went through. Food was lucewarm on arrive and definitely not reminiscent of the first time I ordered. Spent over £40 to be utterly disappointed. A sad end to a great holiday.

Food was not prepared properly…chips were cold, dips were popped and pizza covered in dip, and pizzas were screwed up in the corner of the box…contacted store and was told they had no more topping and were closing…all food went in the bin and was left with no dinner and out of pocket

food tasted cheap and overcooked, not the usual standard for pizza time. Disappointed

Completely missed 12” pizza called and they phoned the driver while I was still on the phone l, said he forgotten it be 5min well it’s now 45min and i cant call restaurant always engaged and still no pizza

I was hesitant to order a burger and fries from here, however the menu says the burger meal includes coleslaw, onion rings, chips and a drink. Mine only came with fries and a drink. Also, specifically ordered from here because of the Biscoff croissants but they must have been out as they gave me a banana pie instead. While I appreciated the effort, I would have preferred a call or text first, so I could choose another item or a refund. Disappointed, sorry :-(

The vegetarian deluxe was missing pineapple, the BBQ pizza not sure what was bbq about it? Seems like they just chucked on left overs as both pizzas had things on that’s wasn’t on the list?

Food was lovely spot on and delivery driver was very friendly and pleasant

I regularly order from here and normally it’s so good! I ordered lotus biscoff croissants but they sent 2 other desserts instead. I rang them and they said they had ran out of croissants. Would have liked to know before ordering they were out of stock of at least been told they’ve been replaced. My daughter was devastated

Never got the food ended up going to sleep I would like the whole thing refunded

The pizza was nice. All other food was over cooked/burnt. Delivery took 1.5 hours.

absolutely disgusting, Pizza had NO base sauce, the BBQ sauce we requested or tomato like a standard pizza....when we opened the box, the pizza was just in one corner and was just a squashed mess, had 2 mouthfuls and it went in the bin!!........NEVER AGAIN!

The milkshake was pointless, was half full and they put cream in it which again pointless in a delivery. Burger was decent as usually though 🔥

The burger was so good I wish it had of been bigger (not a criticism) shake was good to according to my daughter. Will order again.

An amazing service this place does. The food is top-notch. Would highly recommend for a night out. One of the best takeaways in town I ordered my favourite burger, the bbc (beef, bacon, and chicken), and garlic bread

I ordtiredered a chicken pizza with extra mushrooms &sweetcorn. I didn't order chips.only got 5 mushrooms & that burnt red hot chicken was so looking forward to my 7inch pizza I know its late but why ?

Ordered 3 pizzas, all had no sauce and tasted terrible, ending up in the bin. Also ordered a beef burger which tasted of doner kebab; awful. Complained to JustEat who said it was acceptable, useless bunch. Only plus was the delivery driver who was polite and friendly.

Not a good experience at all. Ordered food bearing in mind never had food from here before. However me and my wife fancied something they offered. After ordering it gives you the normal timescale of 45-1hr wait. Fine no problem. An hour went past and no sign of food. Refreshed the app and it said food was delivered. Called the restaurant and was advised food is on its way. Waiting a further 30 mins for food to get here. When it arrived the food was barely warm. I would write more if I could

Food quality today wasn't the best. The "fresh buttermilk chicken burger" was just one of the pack of 10 frozen chicken breasts. Disappointed usually really good-tasting quality food from here.

I’ve gotta be up for work at 5am just wanted to eat my food then get some shut eye, the food still hasn’t been delivered. I can understand that your restaurant isn’t exactly round the corner but maybe in future you could make better estimation for the delivery times

seems like this takeaway has new owners as the chicken burger was not a fresh homemade chicken breast but a frozen burger. shame as the old ones were amazing. looks like it's moved from Kessingland to a new premises as well??

i want to say thank you last time I ordered I didn't get any dips and paid for too so I left a message and they gave me an extra 4 dips and a cheese cake so thank you also all the food we ordered was really good chips were crispy not soggy chicken cooked perfectly and garlic bread 4pcs is my favourite and the beef loaded fries were really good too.

We ordered from here today pizza was chewy and flat had no flavour keep in mind I ordered this for my family to eat and enjoy it’s our first time will not be ordering again very disappointed. Getting straight to the point I ordered a kids beef burger meal it had no description but as a kids meal u expect cheese and sauce nothing else but instead it had really hot spicy sauce leaving my kids mouth in pain and when we called up the person over the phone hanged up!! Bad place bad customer service!!

deadest food I’ve ever eaten in my life

i don't know what happened, whether u got a new chef of management change, but the food quality has massively dropped, and the prices have actually increased lol, it used to be £7.50 for loaded fries, big pizza box full of skin on chips, lots of toppings, delicious, expensive but delicious. now I've ordered 4-5 times in the la month or so and the chips are always terrible, £8.49 now for less than half of what u got before, tiny fries now, always cooked to much making them hard. Disappointed.

pizza turned up late and completely burnt the chips had some red stuff on which were cold tried to call the place no answer tried again no answer what am i suppose to do!

burger sauce is very spicy, despite not being advertised as such. food arrived cold despite arriving on time. chips were very bland and tasteless. once I wiped the spicy sauce off the burger, heated it up, and added ketchup, it was nice.

The pizza is disgusting! It’s cold and like cardboard! Plus it was late am very annoyed you should be ashamed! Second time now Iv had something from you and it’s been a disappointment

Food was delivered within the estimated time (just), but the driver was very apologetic. Burgers were awesome, loaded fries were pretty decent just a little overcooked.

Firstly I phoned the restaurant to be told rudely the food was on the way! I live 10mins drive away from the restaurant and it took over 20 mins to get here! I phoned the restaurant again thankfully wasn’t spoken to rudely this time and my food finally turned up but now by the time it had it been over 20mins!

First time I’ve ever ordered was lovely

Wasn’t happy with the order payed £10 for a the smallest burger which had no taste the milkshakes don’t taste like what they are advertised as, the icecream was all melted and over all wasn’t enjoyable. Won’t be ordering again, but off a let down.

Due between 18:45 and 19:05. On its way according to the app at 19:00. Called the restaurant at 19:45 and they said they pressed ‘on its way’ by accident. Food finally arrived at 20:00 and was luke warm
