I didn't actually purchase any food from this takeaway place , my car had actually broken down outside the shop and I asked to use their toilet which they kindly let me , many places wouldn't have done this , so thank you 🙂

I make this negative review with sincere regret. I live in Bridgeroad and order food from this place every week. I was very disappointed after going to their brunch today. There is a young man working there whose speech or food serving is very disgusting. He speaks to us rudely again and again. I would like to draw the attention of the owner of the said establishment that he should provide good quality distributors by abandoning such officials. Good luck to them.

Orderd food and it never showed up rang them and they said that they was making it two hours have passed and have rung and they are ignoring my calls don’t order from here they will scam u out of money

The most awful takeaway I've had not only can they not read notes on the order it was cold chicken skinny ribs and soggy chips all round bad. I saw alot of negative reviews but thought they can't be that bad 😂😂 I was so wrong........ Fix up lads

food was absolutely gorgeous it was hot well flavoured the chicken on the kebab was tasty not alot of donor meat but just enough thank you for you hard work to get food at 12.30at night that is such good quality is rare keep up the great work oh and the delivery lady was really pleasant and polite couldn't ask for a better experience

Went online on google to see opening and closing times says it closes 3am when ringing them they was mouthy on the phone, saying they was closing but i could still order from just eat. when ordering i wanted to pay by cash they said was fine, have always been a regular at this takeaway i will. no longer use them in future. (customers are always right)

Very dissapointing! I ordered a jacket potato with tuna mayo. When it arrived it was so dry there was no mayo at all or butter in potato it was just a dry shrivelled potato with a cheap can of tuna chucked on top. Poorly presented & tasted awful this went straight in the bin it was Inedible. I won't be ordering from here again!

Ordered a pizza from here yesterday evening and was up the entire night being sick, won't be using the take away again!!

Ordered tonight for the first time, food was good and on time, it was late night on a week day so didn't expect perfect cuisine but it was nice food. Could of had more meat but I can't complain, I was hungry, it filled me up. Other reviews seem a bit deluded. It's a dirty doner! Tho mine was a king or mixed.... Story is, it is what it is. I'd order again.

Chicken doner looked nice. Ordered chicken doner with chips. Chips fried quickly, chicken not sliced but given from already sliced stock. Not good, no taste. I should have checked the reviews before walking in.

My food taisted so trash, it was so hard and cold i couldnt eat it, my food was missing aswel. The driver was miserable and scruffy, he left the bag on my door handle and when i opened the door the food fell. Very disappointed in this place this was the first and last time eating here. Very trashey food.😒

I would like to say that I just ordered a mixed kebab and I got barely anything with the kebab I'd like a refund because you should get what you asked for

Ordered from here as it was the only place that was open at the time. I wish I hadn't of bothered. I ordered a donner meat, chips and cheese for £7.50. I was impressed with the price, but that's as far as it goes. The donner meat was dry and inedible. It had even started to curl and discolour from how dry it was. And the chips were so greasy, it was like downing a bottle of oil. Being a cheap takeaway, I didn't expect much, but is it too much to ask to have something edible? Definitely won't be returning.

Got a Chicken Meal deal (2 Fried Chicken, 2 ribs, Chips and Gravy) for £8.80 to take away with the only thing being decent was the Chips. Chicken was fatty, greasy and pretty bland and the gravy was a standard gravy mix you get in the supermarket so not worth it. Probably better going to KFC a few meters away but that branch isn’t the best hence I’m looked for alternatives. The ribs was awful very dried up and chewy and I couldn’t identify them at first as they were long and twig like (Jokingly thought it was dog or something) but kinda figured out it’s probably lamb.

Food took ages to arrive and when it did it was dry and cold. Absolutely disgusting.

Arrived quickly but no salad on my Kebab? Rang up and promised salad still not here. Value for money is so important now. Will order from different place next time.

Ordered a delivery at about 12:15 I called him up, he said it’s on its way and it never came, never going to here again I tried calling up again and it shuts at 1 and he won’t answer, so disappointing!

Unfortunately the food I received on my visit to the shop wasn't great, the chicken was dry and tough, and the potatoes were hard with no flavour. It was a shame because the chicken kebab food I had picked up was very nice

Food was stone cold and ruined by having the sauces squirted all over the food so everything was covered and tasted of just the sauce maybe deliberate to mask the fact it was burnt black in places !!! Rang to tell the restaurant only to be told could I wait 10mins as the boss wasn’t available then just hung up on me ! Had a few deliveries from here recently and I was sceptical due to the reviews however I cannot fault it. The best pizza I have eaten in a while. Have put extra stuff in on a few occasions. Hot wings are amazing. Would recommend.

Food took over 2 hours for a couple of meat and chips and a couple of pizzas. Phoned 3 times to get fobbed off. Food was obviously cold when it finally arrived. Thankfully we ordered on just eat and got a refund

Used to be the best Kebabs in Lowestoft, kebab was OK but not impressed with the size, felt ripped off paying £7.30p for what would be small kebab in most shops on Lowestoft, won't be returning.

Meat was anemic’ no chips ‘ rice was bland / old. Onion rings were soggy and fell apart .Only thing that was nice was the cans of coke . This one goes on my list of not to order again

Love it, we've ordered lots of different things from there from pizza, kebab and jacket potatoes. We've had deliveries from them several times and they've been earlier than expected, never longer than an hour and a half. Last couple of times we've collected in less than 20 minutes, our order was bigger yesterday so we had to wait a little while

We ordered food from here on Christmas Eve that was never delivered, phoned them to complain about this and no refund or apology was given. We were told to contact just eat who said they couldn’t help us because the complaint was made after 48hours (because the restaurant was closed when we tried to ring them over Christmas) we rung them 9 times the night our food wasn’t delivered and were ignored. So we have paid for something we never received and cannot get a refund. Shocking service, rude on the phone when I tried to explain the situation.

I just order chicken wings and wedges and got sent chicken strips as a substitute. No phone call, apology or anything after calling them. Also the garlic sauce had more mayonnaise than garlic. Had to cook myself something to fill me up so £20+ quid wasted.....Ordered from these for years but will NOT be going back!

Order arrived 35 minutes after stated time. Part of the order was missing. Called immediately to tell them that 2 pieces of chicken were not with the delivery. They were very apologetic on the phone and said they’d get the missing chicken out to me as quick as possible. As I started eating, I began to wish the whole order had been missing, as what was delivered was cold and limp. 25 minutes after I had finished eating, 3 pieces of chicken arrived. Turned out to be the best part of the whole meal! Plenty of meat on the fully cooked, hot breast portions - and the reason why I’ve given 2 stars instead of 1. I usually use another local take-away, but since their prices have increased by over 20% because of service and delivery charges, thought I would give my money to somewhere else. In summary: I will try others before using this one again.

Absolute rip off. I just ordered a cheese burger meal deal . Chips were awful 2 different types of them frenchbfrench friesgfries I think and normal ones . Some cooked and some not . Burger was okay lacking in sauce but edible . Meal deal says £5.40 - with can of drink I bought an extra can of drink as I was thirsty at time - £8.10 I was charged. . several people in the take away at the time so I was too embarrassed to say about the price but at-home I did check the latest menu for prices and I can clearly see I was ripped off. Won't be bothering with that take away again

First and last time we would use this place staff ok, kebab was rank, was really hungry as well, I'm used to kebab shops in London would knock spots off this place, very disappointing

The most amazing kebab shop! Myself and my dad are Nhs workers -nurse and paramedic. The owner gave us a huge nhs discount which was so kind and even gave us free dips! The best kebab I've ever had and the nicest shop owner! X

Ordered a lamb shish salad and chips with chilli sauce , got an overcooked lamb bits so salty inedible ,threw it away ,health and safety going to be contacted in the morning, shame really

Not impressed at all!! Paid £6.90 for a kofte kebab and it looks disgusting!! A couple of pieces chucked into a kebab! It took over an hour to do this! Wow. Won't be going here again 😡

Staff seem more interested if a woman in the shop. My meal was left on a cold side while waiting for something else. Females food waiting is put on a heated shelf. arrogant staff never to return. One time visit only for me. Wish zero feed back was possible.

Oh dear. Couple of muppets behind the counter. Didn't seem that interested & had more interaction from the delivery driver. Was really disappointed with the food & even more disappointed with the mould on the pitta bread. With that said I wont be going back.

Food was raw and the mushrooms looked anaemic.

If I could rate it with zero stars I would.. Don’t even bother ordering from them.. I order from them on just eat.. my food was delivered to the wrong address for starters even though it specified on the notes of where to deliver it and a phone call to clarify then it eventually turned up 30 mins after it was taken to the wrong house, the houses are 2 mins apart from each other, when it turned up it was stone cold so I refused the food and sent it back and went up to the restaurant myself to try solve the issue, they refused to refund me for the food I never had and claimed it was just eats problem not theirs I was then told on just eat it’s the restaurants problem so on and so on, overall the place want nothing but your money they don’t care about the quality of your food or customer service if you are not satisfied as they are rude and aggressive when you ask them to solve the issue Keep well clear

If I could leave no stars I would. This place is disgusting in every sense. We ordered nearly £30 worth of food. Chips we ordered weren’t even a full portion and had a random chicken nugget in (we had no chicken nuggets with our order). The chicken nugget was pink inside which we checked after noticing our chicken in the mixed kebab we ordered was pink. Not only was the food raw, it was cold, not full portions and honestly looked like it was left overs removed from the bin. All the food was cold. We paid in cash. Did not receive garlic bread which was paid for. Food arrived 15 minutes later than it should of. Phoned up to ask about our garlic bread and complain about the other food, workers couldn’t care less. Just kept saying they’d been busy and that they’ll deliver the garlic bread in 40 minutes. We told them we don’t care about the garlic bread after noticing we had raw food. Please for your health, never eat here. Don’t trust any of the food. All of ours contaminated by raw food.

I really wish I could give a zero rating. Ordered a take away from here. In my chips I had a random chicken nugget which we hadn’t ordered chicken nuggets, I’ll also say it was pink inside which we only checked after noticing all the chicken in our mixed kebab was pink. Left items off our order and driver never came back to deliver even though we paid. Phoned up to complain and they hung up on us. Disgusting food, generally thought it came out of the bin. Disgusting customer service and really not worth your money. Please go somewhere else for your health.

The pizza had mold on the bottom and tasted stale. The burger was cold and one side of the burger was cooked thoroughly the other side undercooked and I ordered a portion of mushrooms which was full of brown oil which spilt as I opened it.

If there was a choice to give negative stars I would have! Food turned up after an hour. Wasn’t a complete order. Food was cold, the eclairs I ordered were covered in mould and the use by dates removed. Disgusting! I called to tell them they were mouldy and they weren’t even shocked! Shocking place. It’s a shame you can’t give negative stars. Dry tasteless chicken, soggy onion rings. I used to order from here but stopped after a cold and wrong order but ordered here by mistake on just eat and regret everything. Threw it in the bin and ordered from somewhere else. Who puts mayo on the cheese instead of chicken anyway! 😡

1 star as you are unable to give no stars. Food was rubbish, it was once a nice place to eat but no longer. Down to kings kebabs I guess.

I really don't like leaving a bad review and if you look at my posted reviews you'll see I tend not to. I try to understand how hard running a business can be but I have to point out my take home delivery chicken from this place was horrid. It was a Saturday evening and a largely anticipated tv program was keeping many people at home, so I can understand the 90 minutes for the food to arrive. However a place called chick king needs to sell quality chicken if nothing else. It was cold, dry and had very little taste. Honestly the worst takeaway meal I've ever had. I won't order from these again and hope somebody reads this review before making the same mistake

There was a number of things wrong with this chick king and I would not recommend anyone to order from the Lowestoft branch; 1. They were late with the delivery and had no apology 2. They got the order wrong and added items that were not ordered 3. The chicken looked like it has been hit by a semi 4. The food was cold 5. Didn't have a simple water

Waited 40 mins over delivery time and wasn’t even warm when got to me. Normally perfect when gonin for collection but slacking big time on delivery

Usually have good service from here but not tonight. Ordered off just eat, and my partner asked for me to put a note to have his kebab meat thin and crispy. It arrived and my chicken was fine (I've always found their chicken to be the tastiest). My partners kebab however was thick, grey and soggy. Safe to say he wasn't happy. He rang them up and told them we had only literally had it delivered. He was looking for it to be replaced by some kebab meat to his liking. He explained to the person on the phone that he had previous experiences with other kebab shops where they put the meat on the grill to crisp it up. The guy on the phone said that we never specified that we wanted it cooked on the grill, we never said it had to be on the grill, just wanted it crispy. He didn't seem overly bothered and he wouldn't replace it so £4 was wasted as neither of us wanted to eat grey soggy meat. My partner ended up going to Lola's kitchen in the end and they were more than happy to cook it to his liking :)

Friendly crew who remember me every time - even tho I'm not super regular - they serve the Largest and Tastiest Large Chicken Kebabs in Suffolk ( in my experience) .Can't get more Salad, Chicken and Pitta for £6.50.

Last night when I ordered it was the Best chicken fillet burger I've ever eaten in my life !! N trust me I've eaten a lot of them .. definitely order again !!

Terrible I got a pot of gravy without the chips and a burger that had two tops and no bottom a small piece of bacon in the "bun" tiny amount of sauce don't waste your time will never order from there again.!
