Really great food and friendly staff

Ordered from lowestoft papajohn through just eat, restaurant cancelled my order because they only deliver in a 3 mile radio and they can't deliver to carlton colville but the drivers are from just eat so to me that made no sense just seemed odd!

Person on the phone was helpful. Quick delivery. Wonderful pizzas.

Been down to the store to make an order for the family, the guy behind the counter was really helpful when going through the deals, as we didn't really know what we wanted, first time at the place. Didn't catch the chaps name but I'm sure he said he was the assistant manager. Couldn't have been more helpful.

Collection was fast the staff very helpful food was tasty and hot

Stood in shop for over 5 mins being ignored, when we were served assistant was less that helpful. Deals on website different to in shop and ended up sitting in the shop ordering ourselves what the assistant said we couldn't have if we ordered over the counter. We seemed more of a nuisance than a valued customer. On a positive note good to see that the excessive bird excrement is no longer an issue outside the shop.

Last 2 or 3 times online tracker has said it has been delivered but still waiting 15-20 minutes after for it to actually get here despite what is said when we have called or checked online.

Not the greatest of pizzas 🍕 unfortunately, lack of cheese on all 3 pizzas we ordered and very dry to eat. Unfortunately I can’t recommend, also phoned to ask how long our delivery will take for the chap to start laughing on the other end of the phone. Sorry but Not the best. 🫤

Over priced and VERY under whelmed!!! Will not go again. Even with a 40% discount. Four 10" pizzas cost £52 wtvf!!! There was barely any toppings. Strangely they were very generous with black olives on one of the pizzas they got the order wrong!!

Everything we ordered tasted disgusting, food poisoning all around, not what we expected. I will just stick with domino’s next time, never had any problems with them.

What a shambles, apparently cooked and ready to go in 20 mins but my food must off took a tour of my town then to surprise when I checked the tracker and it said it had been delivered and we were sat foodless for a further 10-15 mins, food was warm but very chewy and greasy 🤢 definitely won't be ordering again

Very very very slow.. they charge an extra £1 sometimes more for it to be delivered and it takes over 30 minutes to get a driver to do the delivery then about 55 minutes for the food to arrive when it is literally 5 minutes down the road. This had led beyond the store closing time and very disappointed. Contacted the store and all I got was oh it is now on its way to you.. after 25 minutes of it stating on the app that it is with the driver 🤔. Been about a year since last purchased from this location and it has reminded me why. Pizza was not fresh when arrived. Very chewy and hard. £25.50 straight in the bin!!

Just had my first Papa John's pizza in 6 years - double pepperoni XXL with dips made in front of us by the delightful and skillful Demi - excellent pizza surpassed by her superb, friendly service. Thank you very much, we will be back!

Being away from home with work it's so nice to be greeted by a friendly face or two after a long day. Demmy, Craig and Ahkil are a cracking team and not only sent me off with a lovely pizza but a big ol smile as well. Thanks gang!

Tried to order a pizza for collection. Was told I couldn't pay cash when I picked it up as they have to many food thefts.. I'm baffled..

Very hot and fresh with good toppings but I do find they tend to undercook the pizzas and they don’t cut them too well. They taste great still.

I ordered my family pizza at 1822 today to be delivered by 1915, it has been on "preparing your order" the entire time and now it says they've closed and no one is answering the phone. I am absolutely appalled by this service, who in the right mind closes shop when you confirmed an order over an hour and a half before your closing time AND TAKE THEIR MONEY!!! I should have listened to the previous reviews, don't make the same mistake I did. I wish I could put no stars for everything!

Abject. Slow. Unresponsive. How Papa John's have not called in this franchise I have no idea.

Do not use this pizza place use next doors

This was my first time ordering from Papa Johns and the food was awful. The pizza was dry, and 2 black hairs were found on one of them. One member of the party ordered a VEGAN pizza, of which she found random scraps of beef on. We are wondering if there is a huge issue with cross contamination going on inside the kitchen. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Ordered pizza for myself and my friends earlier this month. Started eating it and it was dry and tasteless. Following this we found multiple black hairs in the pizza and was put off completely. Would never order here again, worst pizza ever.

Waited over an hour and a half for our food, called the restaurant multiple times and they kept saying it would be 5 minutes! Food arrived cold worst experience ever! Garlic sauce was like butter, disgusting

Worst Pizza ever! X large with less topping than on a small pizza and the toppings there were are tasteless! Absolute waste of money. Tried two different restaurants now and both were terrible...

Pizza here is disgusting. Tried it once, it was nasty Dry and flavourless. Thought I'd try it again as it might have been a one off. On the second occasion, it was still like dry cardboard. Haven't been back and definitely can't recommend.

Don’t waste your time. Order never arrived after waiting over an hour and a half. Called Lowestoft branch and might as well spoken to honey boo boo. Apparently it was waiting to be delivered, even though the app stated it had been delivered…..Hmm! Was told it would be another 45 minutes because all drivers had gone home…. Biggest load of mozzarella I’ve ever heard.

Let down - apparently Haven won’t allow their drivers on site so we had to go to the entrance to collect the food. Ok not the drivers fault but he should have rung me before he left his last drop as we were all in our pyjamas. Food was then basically cold by the time we got it back. Plus they forgot my ice cream which just added insult to injury.

PapaJohns have seen the climate crisis and decided the best option is to put up dangerous netting to stop Red Listed Kittiwakes nesting in nest site they would have been returning to for years ! Go to Dominos instead

I won't be eating at any branch. Shameful behaviour at Lowestoft branch. Netting over the nest site of Red List endangered Kittiwake.

Dirty Filthy place inside and out . something wrong with the oven half pizza wasn't cooked the other half burnt

Don't buy pizza from this pappa johns they have place netting on the side of their building stopping a rare bird from nesting on a site they've used for years and years so no chicks this year #boycottpapajohns

First and last time of ordering from this company. After 3 slices pizza was only warm - garlic dip was like melted butter - never again. Domino's are far better - delivered within 5 minutes and piping hot. Spend a little more and get a decent meal. Driver was not covid compliant- no mask worn.

Fabulous vegan options, butternut squash base is delicious helpful staff. Can't fault!

Rang up almost 1 hour after ordering and after it said the pizzas had been delivered over 15 minutes ago to be told they haven't even started making them yet. No apology or offer of a side as a good will gesture just that the tracker isn't accurate.

Only had an issue with order tracking once, which stated our food was with us prior to us actually receiving delivery, however staff in store were very professional and reassured us our food had only just been dispatched. Our order was all present and correct and piping on on arrival, as always. Consistently great food, pleasant staff and quick delivery. We'll be back!

Yet again disappointing. 3rd time in a row there’s been a “problem with the app” which after 30 minutes says the order is with you and enjoy, when in fact it’s not for a good further hour. I suspect this is something to do with internal targets but don’t know for sure. This 3 times is over a course of 6 months. On every call to the store they give us the excuse of the app. When food finally arrives you can tell it was cooked an hour ago and has lost all forms of heat. On 2 of the orders there has been missing or wrong pizzas which they ask to leave and come and collect, can only hope and pray they don’t then take these to the correct delivery address with the current pandemic going on.

Best pizzas ever! We’ve ordered from Papa John’s several times over the last few months and every time the pizzas have been utterly delicious. New favourite is the vegan pizza - even though we’re not vegans (or vegetarians). Delivery has always been on time and the drivers very friendly. Look out for the amazing deals too.

Ordered pizza for delivery at 6.30. No show. So after several phone calls to a very rude man, finally received at 9.40. Not much good when you need to be at work at 10pm.

Food is amazing order it online and when I arrived it was waiting for me to collect it and it was still warm. The staff are very polite and the website is easy to use

The food was good but they didn't give us any sauces, it was kinda cold and they gave us the wrong ice cream which none of us like.

Had a good pizza from this place. Staff were nice and let me know how long the wait time was and there are always offers on to bring the price down. Nice selection of toppings and I can really recommend the festive pizza! Still not the cheapest and not the crispiest either but really not bad for a chain.

Ordered through the just eat app, food arrived quickly, portion sizes were good and delivery driver was polite. Food was undercooked. The wedges were almost raw. They scrimpt on the additional toppings. Was very disappointed as other reviews are excellent. I wont be going back

Dangerous and very rude driver. Another time we placed an order on the app and it said 15 minutes. When I got there I was told 5 minutes. Half an hour later I got the pizzas. Please don't tell us 15 minutes on the app and make us wait 35 minutes when we get there!

Ordered via the Papa John's app, once past the initial complications of the ordering process to get the best deals (had to be done thought app) it was very straight forward. Pizza was very good and very tasty. The best bit was that it was all joined up...Ordered via the app, got email confirmation after payment, PJ's says that all online orders are ready within 15 mins - it was, I walked in gave my name and walked out within a minute. Only given 4 stars at this stage as the payment part of the app was not working to connect with pingit or the like. Other than that top job, will order again.

No BBQ sauce on a BBQ chicken pizza, just normal tomato pizza sauce, staff stood around chatting, obviously to much time on their hands, perhaps some lessons in different sauces would be a good idea. Give them a miss folks
