Lovely aesthetic inside however I was disappointed with our experience during bottomless brunch. The staff seemed reluctant to let us order more drinks, and we only managed to have four in total, which falls short compared to other places where we've had up to 10 drinks. Additionally, the breakfast was subpar with overcooked bacon. Plus the choice of only 2 different cocktails was a shame. Overall, not the enjoyable brunch we were hoping for. For £80 I certainly didn’t feel like we got our moneys worth.

We popped in last week and there must have been a large meeting as there were lots of people at the door on laptops. I assume the manager came over and assured us it was fine to come in and was the epitome of warmth. We went and sat down and waiting quite a while before some woman nastily barked WHAT DO YOU want I said I’d like a menu please I’m not sure she then just repeated at a higher volume WHAT DO YOU WANT I said a drink she rolled her eyes and said coffee ? I got up and left extremely nasty I’d give one star but the man who greeted us and left his meeting to tell us they were open at 11 didn’t Deserve that

I had a great time at Motley Manchester. The small plates are well worth the money, but a few are better than others. I especially liked the chorizo arancini, as the spicy kick was lovely. The drinks were also good value for money. The only faults I could say were that it was cold near the window and that there was a bit of a wait for the drinks. The draft was easily sorted out and it was quite busy so all in all it was good service. I would come again, maybe next time for karaoke.

Breakfast in this hotel was horrendous! We walked in no greeting , “just getting the card machine “ was our greeting! Toaster not working ! All of the breakfast was cold ! No sugar at the coffee machine ! £16 per person what a shame !

Went for bottomless brunch here with friends to celebrate some of our birthdays and it was such a lovely experience from start to finish! The staff went above and beyond and made the experience so enjoyable! The food and drinks were all amazing and the service was next level! The staff even let us stay well beyond our set time and didn’t try to push us out. They even gave us all a free shot and sang happy birthday! Would highly recommend to everyone to go here and we will definitely be back!

Overpriced, chav bar. Places initially looks OK bu the staff are snotty when they have no right to be and bar was an absolute mess. £28 for 2 weak, watered down cocktails that you can literally get over the road for a fiver each. Never to return and place needs closing down. Sticking bar prices for a terrible venue.

Absolutely AWFUL!! Cocktails half full, looked like they’d been drank out of! Can’t believe they were even brought to the table like that. 5 out of 6 dishes were served cold. Chewy cold beef. Disgusting. Wrote an email to them regarding our experience and heard nothing back. That was 3 weeks ago. Stay away from this restaurant! Extremely disappointing.

I booked a private dining room months in advance and paid £200 deposit for our son's birthday celebrations. The room was booked from 3pm. On arrival, I asked if we needed to order drinks from the bar and was told no, as part of the private dining, we would receive service direct to the room for both drinks and food. At one point, a couple of ladies not with our party were brought into our room. When the drinks order was taken, we waited 40 mins for the drinks to arrive. The food order was taken and when that arrived, it was luck warm, a couple of the pieces of the salt and pepper chicken starter were raw, these were left on the plate and shown to the manager. My daughter who was 7 months pregnant ordered the katsu chicken curry, the chicken was pink and under cooked, luckily she cut into this before trying and didn't eat the meal. In the time we were there, drinks orders were taken and never arrived. In 5 hours, we had 4 drinks served, the rest of the time was being ignored and waiting. The only positive to the afternoon was the time we had together as a family. After several apologies from the Manager, the bill was reduced by half. As I said to him, I would rather pay the whole bill and have enjoyed the experience (food/drinks) than have such an awful experience. One that will not be repeated as we won't be visiting again and wouldn't recommend anyone using the private dining at this venue. You just get ignored, out of sight.....

The service was comically bad. Very confused and unbelievably slow. We were the first to arrive for lunch, yet we were waiting for our food even after other tables had eaten theirs, paid, and left. It was particularly galling that when we raised this with the management, they said that they would "check with the kitchen". We complained multiple times and still food arrived incomplete. At one point we were brought a cocktail we hadn't ordered and the waiter was annoyed when we rejected it. I suspect he had never worked in a restaurant before today, or indeed held any other paid employment. Eventually we were given a 50% discount on the entire lunch but it really beggars belief that it took 2 hours to get a one-course meal for 5. I have the impression that the waiter completely failed to deliver the order to the kitchen snd had tried to reconstitute it from memory. Unbelievable.

I was worried by some poor reviews on Trip Advisor but having enjoyed the similar restaurant in printworks (pre 20121) and one in Blackpool we wanted to go. It was very good. The grandkids (1 vegetarian the other a fussy eater) had a great time and my wife and I both enjoyed our food.

Ordered using just eat. Have been waiting almost two hours for a drink and a cookie dough and some macarons. No update or anything delivery time keeps getting pushed further and further. Can’t contact them as they don’t have any means to contact them online and no phone number is available. Really disappointed with the lack of any customer service. Ordered this as a treat for myself as I can’t cook due to illness and am very let down.

WOW...My 1st time here today, I had a full English and a cappuccino...firstly on arrival the lovely lady Messi, was very friendly and seemed to really care about giving the customer a fabulous experience here. The food was amazing,huge plate, gorgeous bacon,no fat and the best sausages I've had in years....it was faultless and presented beautifully. My cappuccino was in a BIG mug and it was hot,frothy and amazing 🤩 totally a fabulous experience,I really enjoyed the food. Thank you Chef.... *I would like to say that good food is good food, the best feature was the service and attention given to me from Messi, it wasn't just me. Every single person that came through the door while I was there,was welcomed, asked how they were and all made to feel special* That for me is why I will be returning.👍😍👏 HIGHLY RECOMMEND DIDSBURY CORAL... HUGE thanks to Messi 🤩💯
