The food was ok. We asked for chutney and were told that they would charge extra for chutney. When we asked for tea, they refused to make it as they were busy. Everything we asked for they had a problem and refused. They don’t care about their customers.

We visited this place for a quick bite after shopping. Unfortunately not much was available. There was no South Indian available. We asked for Tea, and were told that tea was out of stock. We had crispy bhajias which were below average. Ordered passion fruit juice, which again had a weird artificial colour.

We have been coming to this restaurant for over 15 years and over the last year the standards have significantly dipped. The service has become very lousy; the waitresses stand around in groups chatting and ignore customers. When they come to give the plates they dump them on the table and expect us to distribute it amongst ourselves, this would be fine it I wasn’t paying the 10% mandatory service charge. Portion sizes have decreased coupled with the prices for all items increasing. The staff always seat people in cramped tables to increase the number of people they can serve, this leaves hardly any space to move the dishes around the table or eat without constantly hitting people’s elbows and fighting for leg room. No matter how many people are in your party expect to be given seating to 2-3 people less, for eg if there are 6 of you expect to be given a 4 seater table. Management is very stingy with the water giving 1 or 2 500ml water bottles between 4 people. It is to such an extent that you have to beg for another bottle when you have completed one, much rather they give water in jugs like they used to. On the positive side the food remains unique and very tasty, however that does not outweigh the negatives mentioned above.

We did order for takeaway but totally test lesss Khoya kaju masala there is no kaju and gravy is so liquidi

Lovely little cafe. No nonsense honest tasty traditional Indian street food, without the fuss and frills. Have visited this place several times and never disappoints. Best Indian tea around and I've tried many others in London, but this one wins hands down.

I only went there as they are vegetarian. staff talk when you ask for your food. staff and the owners or should i say managers laugh at us. our kids had been waiting there for 1 hour and others were being served. I think only because they might be of Indian origin and not me. But my message to them is i know Indian languages. they made fun of our way of talking and my protest fell on deaf hears. best is i wont go to such cheap roadside restaurants. I am pretty sure the staff was abusing us but who cares. be careful when you go there and specially if you go with a child. these people are heartless.

I don’t know what to say every one wants to run a business and make it to the top, but this place has failed, I use to have a shop opposite so many years ago and we had to be on our toes for repeat customers

I have visited this restaurant over 30 times and there have been very few occasions that the staff have not been rude to either myself or to other customers in the restaurant. I have seen and many of my friends who have visited the restaurant have also seen that they put more time and effort and are more polite when serving white customers than the other indians in the restaurant. Although the food is tasty, they have overcharged us many times. The waiters are very friendly and as helpful as can be but the people who own the restaurant and answer the phone have a very bad attitude. If you are going to visit the restaurant be sure to check the double check the bill before paying.

I don't understand all these negative reviews! Myself and my partner regularly visit Rose for a delicious meal (veg Kohlapuri, soya Keema & Koya kaju are our favourites) and have been ordering takeaways during lockdown. The orders are always correct (no onion or garlic) and the food is absolutely lovely. It is a simple canteen style restaurant, the portions are huge and staff are nice & respectful. My partner has been coming here for 18 years and it never disappoints!

Hopefully the takeout business is keeping it going but surprised how empty at lunchtime on weekday. Suited us as helps with social distancing and no delay in service. Food good. A bit pricey compared to Wembley.

I cook and eat a lot of Indian and especially like South Indian cuisine. The choice of well over 100 dishes here is superb and the imagination and variety of dishes are sublime. This cafe style restaurant is one of the best I have been too and resembles closely my eating experiences in India.

I can't believe I just had the worst possible experience ever at the Rose Restaurant. The lady whom I think is the owner of the Restaurant was extremely rude and aggressive which made our whole experience unpleasant and somewhat distasteful. A number of customers had expressed the same opinion and felt sorry the way in which we were spoken to. The staff members too were extremely dismissive and condescending.

Have been eating at this restaurant for over 5 years. Don't be fooled by the 'feel' of the basic standards of the place as you walk in. The food served is delicous at all times and the portions served are the best in North London. What can be improved however is the service which is sometimes thrifty to say the least.

I think a lot of the reviewers below are going to rose thinking that it’s an upmarket restaurant and hence leaving disappointed. Looking at the simple place and the reasonable prices it is clearly more like a quick service cafe. The food and place is pretty basic so if you take that on board before you sit down you will soon realize what really matters is that they serve a wide range of tasty vegetarian dishes, the food comes out quickly and the bill is reasonable too. What’s not to like? Ps try out the puri bhaji, dahi puri, bhajia and uttapum.

I’m only giving this one star because there is NO OPTION to give a ZERO!!! We ordered a takeaway and when we got home, found that it was not what we had ordered or paid for. The waitress had said it was ours. When we rang to complain of the mistake, we were told that no..we could not return the order or exchange it for the order that we had paid for!! That we had stolen this order that the waitress had said was ours!! We would have to pay again for what we had ordered!! The attitude of the management was absolutely appalling, completely unacceptable and very rude!! Please AVOID this place!!!

Horrible service and attitude. Had lunch, ordered take out, they gave us the wrong take out —we called to complain and they accused us of STEALING the food!! No matter that they handed us the wrong order and that the order was substantially less then what we ended up with. Would NEVER recommend or ever visit again. Worst customer service we have ever encountered. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs!!

We ordered Chilli paneer and fried rice today. The take away was delivered to me by a waiting staff who seemed to have the burden of the whole world with a gloomy face. The guy at the counter was busy talking on the phone and asked me four times why I was there. So this is about the service. And as for the food, the chilli paneer was full of capsicum and onions and we had to look for some traces of paneer in it. The rice was even worst. Full of everything that you would find in a kitchen..kind of mix vegetables which was not even cooked properly. For this garbage they charged £ 14. Useless. Absolutely disppointed. A Never to go again place in my list.

It’s all quite basic but food does seem fresh. The fried bindi was nice and lovely garlic naan. Found the curry same flavour as the aloo gobi. The dosa was not as crispy as we expected. It got busy as it was a Sunday lunch time. Staff not that friendly but service was okay. Food quality okay and reasonable but really more like a canteen.

Pedí una Faluda que era cálida, la primera vez para todo. La comida que salió fue goteos y grumos, nos llegaron algunas cosas que ni siquiera pedimos. La gente se quejaba y luego se iban. Luego se limpiaron las mesas y los siguientes clientes llegaron lo más rápido posible. Lo mismo sucedió de nuevo: los nuevos clientes se quejaron. Gerente la dama solo se lleva el dinero. Parece el dueño. Se mantuvo apagando el aire acondicionado cuando hacía calor, dijo ella para ahorrar dinero.

We, my bf and I went to Rose resturaunt on Friday afternoon for lunch. We ordered masala rotla, sabji and gor (molasses). I could not believe the portion of gor was so small. We ordered second portion. I told the owner at the time of paying as only the family members of owner collect money, no other emplyees ever handle money, I had been there before. The owner (lady) immediately shouted back and said, “what do you expect with only 50 pence. I told her that I expect that one portion is at least enough for one rotla. But I have seen their attitude quite bad in the past.

My mum went to this restaurant with her friends for lunch they seemed to like it. So I decided to get some ‘crispy bhajias’. Unfortunately, I went when they just opened up - 12 midday. Took them home, looking forward to them. They were tough to bite into. I believe they were leftovers from previous day as it only took less than 10 mins to prepare. £6 for thinly sliced fried potatoes.

Went to Rose with family of 9 to celebrate my mum's wedding anniversary. We order3d various food and beverage items. However, food came out in a very haphazard way, some people got meals, come didn't. Some items didn't come until we were ready to leave. We raised complain with manager / owner, but he simply ignored complaint. We won't be coming here again! Good food, but shockingly poor service!

We came on a Friday night for a family dinner and despite the restaurant being half empty, the service was horrendous. Some food came straight away, however we waited 45mins+ for the remainder, with some drinks coming after starters. Despite constantly reminding both the waiters and management during our wait, we were given every excuse under the sun, and they laughed it off.

Al llegar nos dijeron 7 minutos más ya que el medu vada aún no estaba listo. 10 minutos más tarde nos dijeron nuevamente que el idli no estaba listo, así que otros 10 minutos más. Esto fue porque el chef estaba almorzando a las 5 pm! ! Si bien entendemos que todos necesitan comer, no puede decirle a un cliente que su pedido llega tarde porque no puede administrar su negocio. En total después de 60 minutos salimos sin nada! Por cierto, si sus hijos tienen alergias, ¡no use sus sillas altas que están sucias! !

Fab meal with family. We ordered garlic mogo, crispy corn, chilli paneer, aloo papdri chaat, crispy bhajia, methi palak and rotlo. Food was quick and tasty, staff very helpful. 10/10 for price!

We were most disappointed with the dishes we had ordered. The portions are very generous but none of the dishes tasted fresh or were memorable in any way.

Ordered chickpeas for takeaway and it was as if the chef opened a can of tomatoes added that to a saucepan then put some chickpeas was very watery. Will not use them again. They need to improve their food. Expensive and not nice.

This is a really good indian veg restaurant, the food quality is quite high and the prices are ok. But be careful with the spicy dishes!!! Recommended.

We went there with 7 adults and 5 kids. The seating was a bit cramped and the seats slippery on the tiles. The ambiance was a bit chaotic mostly due to the number of kids (our and others).

We went here for a quick bite to eat with my family of 4 on a Sunday evening. We went around 6pm in the hope of getting served quite quickly as it would be before the evening rush hour. Luckily the place was fairly quiet and we immediately got a table.Within minutes we had ordered some starters and our mains too but asked for the mains (dhosas) to be brought out after our starters. We ordered 3 starters between the 4 of us (2 adults + 2 kids). To our disappointment the waiter advised us that they were unable to serve us a dish of "Crispy bhindi Chatpatti ". We were advised that they were not serving this particular dish that evening so instead we ordered something else.The drinks came swiftly whilst we eagerly awaited the starters. Around 30 minutes later, there were no signs of the starters and the restaurant was starting to fill up too. Thankfully a few minutes later, we saw the waiters bring out some starters and we braced ourselves to start eating as we were all quite hungry! To our disappointment, the starters that came out were not for our table and instead went to the table besides us. Note that the large group had come around 15 minutes after us. To our disappointment, a couple of the dishes that they were served with were the same items that we had ordered. To make matters worse, we noticed that they had also been served with 2 dishes of the Crispy bhindi Chatpatti which we were told was not being served that evening.We straight away called our waiter and asked him what was going on with our food and pointed out that others were being served before us despite having placed their order several minutes after we did. Furthermore, we pointed out that they were served the Bhindi Chatpatti, altough he had told us that they did not have that dish available! To that he said that he didn't want to tell us that it would take a while to prepare so advised us that it was unavailable! Although disappointed, i refused his offer to add the item to our order as we had already ordered enough. I asked him to chase up the other starters that we were still awaiting. He finally did and they came out several minutes later, and along with our mains that we had specifically asked for after the starters!We send the mains back to keep warm whilst we ate the starters. Eventually we asked for the mains again and were expecting them to be cold but surprisingly they were hot. Perhaps they served ours that were made earlier to another table!?Anyway, during all the waiting, in addition to the waiter, we had also flagged the delays to the owners son who was helping the waiters. Disappointingly, there was no proper apology from either the waiters or the owners, no acknowledgement of the delays, nor was there any offer of goodwill although we waiting almost 50 minutes for our food (starters) to be served and noticed other customers getting theirs before ours although we ordered before them.We have eaten in this place a few times but last time was over a year back and we stopped going to Rose as on many occasions had experienced a poor service and to be honest, for what you pay, the taste of the food isn't the best either. Having not been for quite a while, we thought we would give it a try again as we were in the area, but still the same poor service with not so great food (perhaps the reasonable portion sizes make up for the poor taste). Wont be going there again in a rush.Hope the review helps, but of course, every experience is unique so please do try yourselves if you are desperate - you might get lucky!

Advise people if you are in group of 5 and more the service is very poor.Order your food and the food will come but no plates will be given to you .Have to ask them to bring the plates and the excuse they are been washed and there are very busy. in 15 people they think the staff can not handle.We order food and some of the items were given to us, IE onions, Goore Ghee, unless you keeping asking for this and they get very annoyed and say that they are busy will bring in minute .It used to be very nice place to have family dinner not any more.They do not believe ibn saying sorry for the delay .THIS WAS DURING WEEKDAY AND TIME 8.00PM

I was taken to this restaurant by my good friend. Although it's not a fine dining type of restaurant but the food they serve is very good. They have vast varieties of items all vegetarian. They can cook according to your dietary requirements. Worth going again

This is one restaurant I go back to again and again. The food, service and quality is brilliant. If your looking for a posh surrounding then don't go here but if you want a full belly with authentic Indian food then go. The chilli paneer, aloo papdi chaat and mogo are amazing. We have visited this place on Sunday 14/5/2017 for lunch. It was a bit quiet and tranquil place. We have order 7 dishes all together, I must say the portion they provided, was big compared to other places we have been. One down side is the plates, glasses or jug of water or fresh juice was not very clean, one can see the finger marks and food marks clearly. The test of the dishes were good and staff was helpful.

We visited this place on Thursday evening of 06 April 2017 around 8:45 pm as we really liked Indo-Chinese here. You will be amazed to know what kind of service they cater... they told "WE ARE SHUTTING DOWN AS THERE ARE NOT MANY CUSTOMERS " when we got annoyed then they told "THE CHINESE CHEF HAS LEFT FOR THE DAY AS HE HAS TO GO FOR WEDDING"... we were like whoa what did they say... i mean really this kind of service wherein the hoarding says closes at 10:00.Then what is the point of hoarding...this is not home wherein you can declare kitchen closed... they need to have back up plan and not close the restaurant... never ever will visit this place where they insult customers like this... rubbish service

Always drove past this restaurant for years but never tasted their food. Decided to have a meal with the family. Restaurant was empty at around 6pm, bearing in mind we went on a weekday.Sat down, the waiter gave us a menu and the amount of variety of food they have, it was hard to choose. We ordered masala mogo (cassava), chilli paneer, crispy bhajia and hara bhara kebab in naan bread.The food is freshly prepared. The food was very tasty and full of flavour. The hara bhara kebab was very filling and tasty. I am not sure how busy they get during the weekends and what type of service they would provide when they are busy. We received a good service on this day as it was not that busy. Give it try.

Cafe style restaurant, with awesome vegetarian food. Laid back and unpretentious, nice people, inexpensive and generous food servings. Don't be put off by the outside or the surrounding area. This is Indian, asian food at it's best. Masala dosa is killer, I've never had better. Chilli paneer with celery and spring onions...TICK. Potatoe bahjia (not quite Maru's of Ealing road, standard, they're of legendery status)...but, TICK, they're damn good. And the onion bahjia, Mmmm...Mango lassi, good; falooda, good; masala chai good. I could go on, but you get the picture. I've been dozens of times and never been disappointed. It could be the best value, best tasting vegetarian in London...Honest! Oh, and did I mention how class the food is?

Families, children, couples from all nook and corner come here to spend their evenings. If you are in search of authentic indian food, THIS is the perfect place within your budget......Ideal location - Public transport is readily available, the kingsbury tube station is just a few steps....near aldi stores, opposite to fruit and vegetable shops and close to the roe green park......I am a regular customer of this eating place. A wonderful way to spend your day.....Eat once, and experience yourself

This low key vegetarian place in kingsbury is immensely popular, but unfortunately its difficult to see why. They have a wide ranging menu but when we went various items were not available, most notably veg sheekh kebabs. Their chilli paneer sis ruined by the overpowering taste of celery, it just tastes wrong! The staff are generally competent but made a couple of minor mistakes. In conclusion a dissapointing visit given the numerous recommendations.

We did not have good experience having dinner at Rose.1. The waiter was in hurry to take the order and did not inform us about the quantity in each item so we ended up ordering double than what we expected.2. We found the Manchurian balls too soggy and not full done in Vegetable Manchurian.3. Hakka noodles were also very bland.On the plus side, the orange juice was really fresh and Paneer Chilly was good as well.But I don't think we got what we expected. Quantity was generous, it's good if you are very hungry and don't care much about taste then it's very reasonable place to eat but I know Vegetable Manchurian/Hakka Noodles can be made ten times better than what we were served. so due to the taste and quality of food, I would say I won't visit it again.

Whenever we visit north west London we make sure that we eat at The Rose restaurant in Kingsbury. What it lacks in decor and polish, it more than makes up for with wonderful authentic food, an extensive menu, helpful staff and rock bottom prices. An added bonus for me is that it is possible to order many dishes without garlic or onions. As we have severe allergies to these it normally makes eating at an Indian restaurant almost impossible - which is a tragedy as we love the food. The Rose menu also makes it clear which items include nuts, dairy and wheat products. It is an indication that the cooking is good and authentic as it The Rose well used by the local Indian community.We just wish that we lived closer to Kingsbury so that we could go more often!

What greets you upon approach to the front door is a very relaxed 3 on the Food Safety rating, thus the scene was set for the rest of the evenings dining. My fellow diner found a hair embedded into her pathoora, which unsurprisingly put her off the rest of her meal. I ventured on but also came to a point where forcing the bland tasting masala dosa (only after asking them to heat everything to a safe bacteria killing temperature) down my neck was causing more grief than enjoyable eating experience. The portion sizes were plentiful and we even took a doggy bag home, which went straight into the bin to avoid any next day intestinal aggravation. A random 10% is added to the end of your bill for no apparent reason to complete the final pièce de résistance.Rose vegetarian managed to extend the experience further as I discovered a nice oil stain on my grey chinos when I returned home, probably from their grotty, uncomfortable wooden furniture.

A place that will be a surprise and a delight to anyone visiting it.This restaurant offers a very wide and varied menu of authentic Indian food.Caters for all the regions of India [Gujarat, Punjab, South Indian ] and Indo-Chinese varieties.Some of the dishes are worth dying for , and once tasted you will keep coming back.

Have visited this restaurant and took food away for dinner from here many times. The portions are generous and the taste of the food is delicious. On the negative side, I must say that it is difficult to get the attention of the staff when we require service. Aside from this, the food always arrives quickly and is always very nice. Four star rating.

I remember rise used to be great and food was really tasty But after having bad experience I stop going for few years and thought let try and again with the family Some of the food was OK and most with no seasoning We changed one dish but we were so hungry we just ate and left quickly Wish they go back to the old rose again where we used to enjoy going all the timeBut now many new good vegetarians restaurants around

We took family members who were visiting the UK. They wanted to Eat home cooked food with authentic taste. They and us throughly enjoyed all the good we had. The service from all the staff was fantastic and could not have looked after us any better. Would highly recommend if you are looking for authentic Gujarati food.

Afternoon buffet thali.Both enjoyed it,very authentic with friendly service.Not a great deal of dishes on offer (thali)but lots more on the menu.would recommend it if in the area.

Ordered basic take away staff and found to be tasty and fresh. Good service. They charge 50c extra for card pay less than 10 £ bill which looks very cheap to me. Otherwise a very good place.

Visited to this restaurant to have Masala dosa, first of all potatoes inside dosa are rotten smells and dosa price is expensive is okay but at payment counter charge extra 10% surcharge? this is very disappointed. I think SARAVANA BHAVAN IS WAY MUCH BETTER THEN THIS.

Would only really go here if I was in the area at the time and was hungry at lunchtime. Massive menu - big selection of dishes. Food is ok. It'll do for a casual lunch. I've been twice now. Service is non existent, the plates did look old (as someone else mentioned).

Was here for a lunch buffet it was ok ish. Nothing special about this place to make you to go back for it or recommend it to anybody.

If you want pure veg Indian food the best place in London.You can get all types of maharashtrian,Gujrati,Punjabi & South Indian items,but they have sweet sambar.

We like the taste of all the food that we have tried so far.masala mogo,man chau soup,chole bhature very delicious. The portions are quite big . service wise we don't expect much, we mostly get take aways from Rose because it can be noisy sometimes.please change those plates they are soo old now, your customers deserve better.

Visited Rose restaurant few years ago and never went back as it was expensive and not that great food.. But visited again after those years and surprisingly the food is very good, the portions are huge, service is quick.. But I found it still a bit expensive.. But overall v good..

I had an unscheduled stop here as I was passing by in Kingsbury.... Very busy when I arrived, but was greeted quickly. Food was great as was the service. Reasonable price - will definitely be coming back!

Manager (late middle-aged woman) very rude, both verbally & physically (deliberately bumping into chair). Overcharged . Not first time this woman has behaved this way.

We went on a Saturday at 7pm - service was very slow. Indian tea took 30 minutes. Starters only half arrived, rest was not served. Various requests made but they failed to serve - although many dishes came out that we did not order!! We requested a glass 4 time and it did not arrive. Food that come was edible but overall experience was inexcusable.

After having read through the various critiques of this restaurant I feel it appropriate to share my own experiences.“Awful food and Worst service ever I have experienced” - clearly you've not been to India“ok food” - what does this even mean?“Cockroaches” - proof is still pending to be seen?“Not worth it” - how so? have you ever seen this place quiet even on a weekday?Many people (namely the above) have slandered this restaurant without good reason - a shame when pure vegetarian restaurants are so difficult to come by.Every time we have been there with family and friends there has been a mixture of brilliant food and also "average dishes" - if every dish on the menu (which I may add has around 250 items) were made to perfection then this place would be Michelin-starred!Service - if you go to this place on a Saturday night then you should expect to wait - they turn out double the amount of orders on takeaways than eat in - does it really harm us to wait an extra 10 or 15 minutes? Take a KitKat with you!Food - range of food available - North Indian, Punjabi, Gujarati, South Indian & Indo-Chinese. The depth and flavour to some dishes is remarkable - as if almost home-made quality - others will be mediocre - my suggestion would be to come here repeatedly and try what you find to be per your needs. If you are looking for reliable food without the tummy issue in the morning then give it a go - what have you got to lose apart from a few rolls of toilet paper?Atmosphere - this is not a lounge or a bar - it is a traditional Indian cafe-style restaurant. Don't expect the waiter to take your coat or pull your chair. The seats are basic and so are the tables so to are the glasses.Bottom line - if your sole objective is to eat then go to this place - if not, then there are plenty of other places on the same road to serve your requirements.

Simple Food. Reasonable Price. Terrible Service.Quality of food is good and simple; compared the prices are Reasonable. Service has lot to be desired. If I need a change from other places, I would go there again but not on a special occasion. Ambiance is simple Cafe like. A good meeting spot.

The restaurant is pure vegitsrian resturant. It serves South Indian , Chinese ,North Indian and special needs food can be preapared if you give them enough notice.It also caters for Jains .

The food is great. There is a huge choice on the menu. The portions are quite big. The staff are friendly.

Curries simply amazing. Chinese exquisite.dosas also very nice. They make their own paneer !! I was impressed. (best food in town) I think they have around 8 chefs in the kitchen!!!

I went with my friends to have a nice peacefull dinner but with the customer service I was offerd I feel so disappointed and the food was not good either too oily and tasteless.

I went with family after hearing good reviews but left disappointed. I ordered chinese noodles. it has too much oil in it.

As a vegetarian it is always special to find a restaurant that really cares about veggie food, no goats cheese tablets here and hooray for that! I stopped in Watford and put veggie food into the web and Rose cam up 8 miles away so I had a drive and found it, this is another that does not look great from out side and has rather a cafe feel internally ( no airs or graces) but the food was great and lots of different things I had not heard of.The menu you is Indo-Chinesse and vast 8 or 9 pages in fact, the vast majority of diners were Asian on the evening I was there and that is always a good sign, Masalla Dosa seemed very popular but beware it was huge!I had hot and sour soup to start and it lived up to its name, really nice, and then had Kadhi Paneer and Bombay potatoes with a Chapati all excellent.The staff were helpful and friendly and the owner very chatty and knowledgable about veggie food.I will go again!!

Come hungry, you will not be disappointed, if vegetarian food always tasted like this I could give up meat. However the staff let the place down, they seem to be doing you a favour. There are no table cloths and flock wallpaper here it is very much a family place perhaps a bit noisy but always busy. The lunchtime buffet is very good.

...and the quantity of a takeaway. You can say that if you are 4 people going and ordering 4 different dishes, there will be a lot of food left uneaten on the table, unless you are all not good eaters. Even if you are, I think you will be stretching it a bit too much. Ambience is non existent and service is an obligation on customers. Indian Chinese is excellent.

If you are expecting a half-full sleepy restaurant with over attentive waiters, you will be disappointed. This is a vibrant, busy canteen/cafe style restaurant with a great variety of generous, excellent quality and value dishes. It's the first place in the UK that truly reminds me of visits to Mumbai and Calcutta. We are already planning what to try on our next visit.

We have been to the restaurant few times as it's quite local and the food is quite good. But every time I go the level of service is going down. I tried calling them atleast 30 times to book the table in advance the last time we were planning to go but no one picked up. When we went there and asked got a very rude reply from the owner himself saying, we have generally been very busy lately so we decided to not take any booking in advance. Well if you have decided that then please say that on your website. Because the waiting was of atleast 30 minutes, we asked for take away and the man goes it will take 1 hour for your take away to be ready ? We ended up walking out and going to a much better place. If you are after good quantity food with horrible service and a dirty place then you can go for it !!
