The BEST jerk in north west London! It doesn’t look great from the outside, but the food is top notch! Suggest ordering early to ensure they have everything you’d like (they normally sell out of patties!). It’s not always open for some reason but it’s a sure fire win for hubby and me on takeaway nights ❤️

We ate in here and the food was so good, cant stop thinking about it and can't wait to return. I had the rice and peas with jerk chicken and it was so good, the chicken just fell off the bone and the rice was just so good.

Disgusting food and disgusting customer service. Disgusting dodgy business of not taking unavailable items off their Just eat menu so they can call you to order something else for the money you paid. I ordered Hard Food and they sent some cheap white rice with 2 little bits of plantain instead and some bits of mac and cheese, like its someone's left over food dem send. Oxtails with ONE butter bean look pale and watery tasting >>AVOID!!

I’ve got take away from this restaurant many times and every time the food is good. My partner likes the Oxtail as it’s not spicy and I Love the jerk chicken. It tastes like it’s been on the BBQ and there’s plenty of gravy too (the most important for a northerner!). Home Delivery is quick too.

I’ve eaten from here twice now and never had any issues. The patties are really nice, the staff are extremely polite & the service was quick!

We asked for oxtail, rice and peas twice... We got oxtail and rice (not rice and peas) The food was not fresh and ended up in the bin. Sorry guys...

Terrible customer service, unnecessarily long waiting times, hygiene issues. Staff were incredibly rude when I questioned the wait of my food which was only one patty. I also witnessed flies hovering over the cooked meat. This restaurant has very poor customer service and I will not be eating or recommending this place to anyone in future. Following your response, I am not hiding behind a girls name the only reason I did that was because my current email account is not working therefore I had to use my parters email. I made it clear on the day that I would make a review regarding your poor customer service, therefore you know who I am. You stated in your response that I am the one with the issues, but as you see I am not the only person giving negative reviews regaarding your poor customer service, therefore it is clear it is you as a owner who is at fault. Your response to my complaint is invalid, the customer is always right and as a restaurant you should acknowledge that. I knew what I saw as I was in your restaurant for a considerable amount of time, waiting for my order by the counter. I have contacted the FSA (Food Standards Agency) regarding my concerns as your staff do not follow the correct protocol of food hygiene. Do not be surprised if you recieve a visit from them shortly.

New Kingston is a hidden gem. I have had there food at a family funeral and the good tasted amazing. So good I have booked to have them cater for my birthday party. The food is "sweet" and nice.

Ordered dinner via Ubereats. As soon as I opened it smelt off and tasted nasty. Called New Kingston to inform them and they were rude and nasty to me. Did not want to listen to what I had to say and took no responsibility or offer to give me another meal. Unbelievably the nastiest food I’ve had. Don’t go there.

Nasty, would not recommend, won't be back, owner not willing to take responsibility when serving a poor meal and will probably respond with more untruths, not the way you run a business
