The best restaurants serving Other european-cuisines food in England

Really gutted Got a 12in Meat Feast 12in G/Bread cheese I asked for mushrooms on G/bread and they got that right but sent a 9in meat feast instead called up in hopes another can be made and I’d collect but was told sold out of 12in dough get refund

Well where do we start, hadn't been to Brown's for a few years but we thought we would give it a go for a change. Once we were seated the waitress (who I presume was working her first ever day, as basic training of greeting the client with a smile seems to have been missed off) proceeded to take our orders. On ordering the starters which there was only a choice of two (lunch menu) we were told one wasn't available...not a big choice. We declined. In the meantime the drinks orders were taken , the waitress (trying her best with limited training) did not know what lagers or ciders were available !...anyway food ordered , I went for chicken with a spicy mayo, slaw and skin on fries....I got a KFC zinger tower burger.. and no slaw....menu description needs some improvements. Credit where credit is due the burger was tasty . My wife had the cheesecake....which was deconstructed a little too much. In todays competitive market you need to wow your customers in a good way. The place has potential but needs to up its game in a big way.... the tower burger was nice hence the 2 stars...

don't want refund I only like onions and tomatoes on kebab like I ordered also the falafel wrap was cold and borek were cold hard and greasy

Had a delicious dinner with my family here over the Easter weekend. Loved the pate, fish pie and fondant chocolat. The team were absolutely lovely and we were well looked after. Thank you!

Waiting 45 minutes for lunch is unacceptable.

Jackson was brilliant and after managing bars 20years I have not had a service from someone where I was left feeling satisfied. The man needs a raise and I would happily be served by this young man any day any time of the year. Keep up the good work Jackson

Comí 5 pm un domingo cuando el menú del brunch del domingo había terminado. Lo que quedaba era demasiado limitado para mis invitados vegetarianos. El servicio comenzó tan lentamente - 20 minutos para tomar una orden de bebidas, luego se puso un poco demasiado entusiasta con la botella de vertido a intervalos de 3 minutos. La comida estaba bien, pero recuerdo que este lugar solía tener mucho mejor cocina. Todavía tremendo aspecto y con excelentes vistas, aunque la mayoría de nosotros nos pusieron en el lado este, donde no se ve la puesta de sol tanto y no hay vista del Puente de la Torre.

Excellent hotel. The spa was 10/10 and the overall price was value for money. The restaurant was a bit expensive but that’s to be expected. I would definitely come back to the hotel, but would go elsewhere for dining.

Always a long waiting time for food. Service is non existent. Food is good. Counter staff is very nice
