Just not worth it, find other fast food. London it's just expensive.

The seating is crowded and the lady who took my order decided on what was I going to eat she did not get my order correctly and I ended up with a boiled chicken breast burger no flavor at all!!

2025 update - polite , friendly staff and quick service New review 2024 It's not as friendly as it used to be. Staff were more attentive in previous years. I had to overly explain why we needed more space with a party, including disabled people and babies. It was also quite a hassle to get access to the disabled toilet as they kept locking it even though the child was visibly disabled. We were told to go downstairs a few times. No understanding that disability can also be invisible despite this being written on the toilet door. He had crutches, and still, it didn't make a difference to be told to go downstairs. The food came quickly and was as expected. The staff were not rude. They just seemed to need educating in disability. Old review - pre-pandemic A very friendly place. Children are welcome. A good value for money. Order and pay at the till and then your food is brought to you. Refills on fizzy drinks, if you like them. If chicken is what is want Nandos is the perfect place. If you get a Nandos card, you can earn chillies which add up to give you rewards.

For a chain restaurant, its hamburgers are not as good as other brands, but its grilled chicken is delicious and the price is in the middle. This restaurant is located at the intersection and is easy to find. The toilets are in the basement and there are also partial toilets on the G floor.

The chicken tastes so succulent as well as the food in general. I started to come here to dine for a quick meal now and again alone. Could not wait for someone to join! Whether with friends or just yourself, I highly recommend coming to Nandos in Hammersmith.

Bangin service, well nice staff

I think Nandos needs to review what a half chicken is because my half chicken sizes are becoming incrementally smaller as time goes on, with the 1/2 meal losing value for me now. Half of what I had today was bone. It was more like a 1/4 chicken.

Service lacked a lot of care. No introduction upon seating, no explaining the order system, no "would you like a drink?". Was very confused as we sat around waiting to order with staff (noone explained it was a QR system). Was hardly that busy to warrant a cold entrance from staff, so poor start to the visit. Tried to order items from the physical menu via the QR, but they weren't on the website menu. Tried to ask a member of staff how I could order that item, whether it was available yet, etc.. They did not give any clear response on where we could order with a human being, and just said they would go check - disappeared for the whole hour we were there. Table next to us got the items we had asked the staff about at the end of our visit, so it appears they were available and noone bothered to respond to us. One upside was one attentive member of staff. Mithul was very kind and checked in on us regularly during our visit. Nando's food is good but I would not go back to this branch again.

Nando’s Hammersmith Broadway (female Worker Poor Attitude) I went there on my own birthday feb 5th I had the best experience the worker he was such a nice non judgemental person brings out the best in customers even if they were having a bad day He even sang happy birthday to me Went there again on 27th March to a family birthday, 4 adults and an elderly demented friend. First I notice this female worker staring at us impatiently while we were trying to get our order right at the counter, she later saw us with a closed champagne and got very judgemental she looked rude, don’t know if it’s because she overheard that the Sainsbury worker left part of the security tag on the champagne my demented friend went Beserk inside Nandos because of that mishap Sainsbury worker did (We came into Nando’s straight from Sainsburys I will also be making a complaint to Sainsburys king Street in due course. I visited the Sainsbury on 27 approximately 7 pm the customer services person clipped the security tag but left it hanging on the Champagne bottle and my friend got upset inside Nando’s so someone must have judged me as your worker just came straight to me telling me they do not serve champagne, her attitude was nasty tell that woman I paid for my champagne at Sainsburys she should get her facts right first when she overhears something or when someone informs her of something, I noticed she started staring like someone possessed while we were trying to get the order right. What caused her nasty attitude was my dementia friend talking about Sainsbury worker should have thrown away the champagne tag after clipping it she left it on the bottle as I said I will make a complaint to Sainsbury in due course. Sorry if I am sticking up for my right because we ourselves as human beings is not perfect but people should get their facts right! (Maybe I should just sit back and let them judge me.) Friendly staff, great food but wasn't so busy when we went,

Terrible service but lovely food. You need to wait to be seated, which when they are moderately busy can take time for them to even acknowledge you. But not major. You need to scan the QR code on the tables. I haven't been to a Nandos for years, so didn't know. I asked really politely if we could order a bottle of wine to the table, and got rudely shut down as to the fact "there's the code to order". Once we'd ordered the food it came pretty quickly despite the place becoming really busy. I went to get the cutlery and couldn't find any forks. So I asked the lady politely if there were any forks please. "They're in the dishwasher" was the response I got. No apology or an "I'll bring them out as soon as they are done" or anything, and she just walked off. I did get a bit cross then and turned to my colleague to say, wow, I could read her mind?! ....which is out of character for me to be honest. I'm the one that normally gets trampled on when trying to get on a train and will let people barge through in a queue whilst I smile politely. But I thought the service here was poor at this point. We ate half the dinner with the spoon, which wasn't as bad as I thought it would be (diamond shoes too tight and all that). She did bring out the forks in the end. The food was really nice. It hasn't put me off Nandos but I certainly would go back to this one again due to the service though, which is a shame as it is conveniently place near Hammersmith Station.

When I go to London. I can't help but go there at least once... I love it...

Overall, a pleasant experience for 14 of us who visited last Sunday. Food was great and service was very prompt too. We were served by 'Diba' (Sorry if misspelled) who made sure to check in on us now and then and also accommodated our requests including being seated together outside in the sunshine. We had a great time - thank you!

Of all Nandos are not expected standards of Nandos good name and reputation

Ive been to a few Nando’s lately and this place was nice. Food was as promised and staff polite and efficient. One of my group of friends didn’t have his food delivered on time but the staff were all on it as soon as they realised and it was delivered promptly. Atmosphere was ok although felt a little hollow with table next to entrance.

Disappointed by this Nandos in Hammersmith I mostly order half a chicken, hot. This one had absolutely no seasoning on it at all. I have never experienced this before, mentioned this to the staff but they were friendly but didn't really know what to say or do. They did ask, if I wanted another one, but as I was in a rush I declined. Hopefully management will take note of these comments

We enter the restaurant at 9:35 p.m., place the order through their online platform, pay and are served around 9:45 p.m. At 9:55 p.m. one of the waiters comes, asks us if everything is okay and then tells us that the place closes at 10 p.m. They don't even let us finish dinner, plus they are quite rude, removing things halfway from the table and wearing rather sloppy clothing. I don't recommend it at all.

We went to the restaurant for dinner and entered at 9.15pm. They explained to us how to order since it goes through an application. Like every human being, you don't order in 2 minutes. We placed the order at 9.30pm and it took them a while to bring it. At 9.55pm, in the middle of eating, they rushed us because they were closing the place. It is something that is notified when you are going to order. During the rest of the dinner the boys did nothing but rush us and were very rude, in fact, they were constantly surrounding the table. Quite unpleasant staff. It is not a place that I would recommend. The food is not that good.

Lovely store but the blonde haired woman was eager to take our plates away from us whilst eating. This happened more than once..

The best part of the menu here are the flexible and variety options. The chicken taste good with all kinds of different sauces that you can try. The staffs are friendly, the dining room is warm and welcoming. Overall it’s a good experience!

What a tasty chicken! We had the offer for two people with a chicken, some sides and drinks and it was totally worth it! The chicken was juicy inside and crispy outside. The sides were nice as well. The drinks are self-service and you can refill. There is a sauce - bar where you can choose among a great variety of sauces. There, you will also find cutleries, napkins etc. Next to the Hammersmith station, easily accessible.

Great place to eat. Chips were ok, but not what we asked for as they were meant to have peri salt but got handed a sachet and still had to pay as if my order was correct. The bean pitta was Luke warm and not what I ordered as I wanted it 'hot' but came bland instead and was directed to the separate sauces to help myself. If you not going to serve what we expect with the detail order, and you had to pay for the service. Would you be happy.

I went there with my grandmother not too long ago, the atmosphere is so cozy and the staff are super polite. My grandma doesn’t speak English so one of the staff opted in to translate for her. So amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

WORST NANDOS I HAVE EVER EATEN!!!! This place served us COLD CHICKEN and chips and when me and my sister asked for it to be heatened up they weren’t able to?? I am only making this review for an undisciplined manager of yours! Just walked out of the branch after being humiliated by his behaviour. He kept moving us around and delaying our order! Not even a smile on his face!

Called up to order a food for 25 people as a collection as we had an event at the Apollo, called at 21:10 and the 'manager' refused to cook any food for us as it would take 30 mins and she wanted to close at 10, it would have given us plenty of time to collect the food and for the food to be cooked. We even did an online order and someone else picked up the phone and all you could hear was her shouting in the background that she wasnt cooking the food as she wanted to close at 10pm even though plenty of time to do that. Its pure laziness and terrible management, the order was over £300 and that should mean something to a venue and company. Pathetic.

I had a lunch gathering with my colleagues and tried this chain restaurant for the first time. I ordered a grilled chicken burger and a cloudy lemonade. The food quality was very average, and I was a bit disappointed with the spice level, as I ordered it hot spicy. I even added their extra hot spicy sauce from the table, but it didn’t meet my expectations either. I probably won’t return. However, it’s worth mentioning that the staff were very friendly.

We came here on a Sunday night before a concert. It was incredibly busy but that staff did get us seated pretty quick. Unfortunately food took quite a while and we had to go up and get our own glasses as they weren’t brought over when we ordered on the app. We ordered on the app because the queue to order was long. The food was fine but not super hot and my big Nandos bug bear is stingy on the chips and peri salt. Toilets were clean and facilities were good for drinks etc.

This is the very best chicken place in the western hemisphere. I love nandos and their sauces and everything. The perriperri sauce is great an every dish in this place is great. 6 stars!!!

I wanna show my gratitude to the three staff that did not let me starve. Hussain , Giovanni & Mioli. I am a regular at this branch and the whole staff were kind,polite, friendly ,helpful , professional. The food was always tasty the reason I’m coming back all the time. But this time , it was few minutes past 10pm and they were already cleaning, I am an emergency worker which means I was working till 7am with no food , thanks to the three members of staff I got my food for the 12 hours shift. Much appreciated 🙏

I was losing faith in nice people existing until I met Marwa, Aaron and Serge yesterday night. My friend in hospital really wanted Nando’s and even through they were shutting, they still made food after hearing about the situation. They were so sweet and understanding, I almost cried at their kindness. They also made the best Nando’s my friend has ever had! I will be praying for their happiness. Thank you again.

Excellent food! I wasn't sure if it would meet up with my experience at a different Nandos in London, but it was actually really good. The food was delicious. The only downside is that we had to wait quite long on our second visit, but they offered us free sides while we waited. I'm really impressed and highly recommend visiting.

Standard Nando’s grill, but sauces or the spicier side. Good ambience but service seemed tired.

Solo le estoy dando una estrella debido a la ubicación. Mi compañero y yo vinimos a almorzar. El personal mostró una completa falta de interés no todos atentos. Pedí una ensalada mediterránea. El Menú decía , queso feta, aceitunas, tomates y pepino. Encurtido dulce. Tenía un cuenco lleno de lechuga y un montón de aceitunas secas, pero no mucho de nada más. La pechuga de pollo era del tamaño de una galleta salada. También me sorprendió un poco que el joven abriera lo que parecía un sorteo de sartenes, usara las pinzas para arrojar dos pequeños trozos de pollo a la parrilla, cuánto tiempo llevan sentados en el sorteo, ¿quién sabe? ? ? , me dejo enseguida. Me preguntaron si disfruté de mi comida. Dije que no, es solo lechuga. Dos tomates cherry pequeños cortados por la mitad y dos rodajas de pepino, sin rastro de cebolla dulce. 80 para una rodaja de pollo del tamaño de una galleta, pero se vende como una pechuga de pollo. Como esto no fue suficiente, el tipo fue escoltado fuera de las instalaciones muy rápidamente bien hecho al gerente, sin embargo, un miembro del personal quería llevarlo afuera hasta que lo detuvieran. Supongo que por el pesebre que se metió entre ellos. Creo que tal vez se requiere un poco más de entrenamiento aquí en esta rama No voy a volver.

A decent fast food place. Unfortunately not to the same level of the Nando outside of the UK. Still good but those who've been to Nandos outside of UK could be disappointed.

Service was good and staff were friendly and helpful. I ordered chicken wings and chips. The wings were dry. There wasn't enough seasoning, and chips were nice and coleslaw was nice.

Not good food like other Nandos in London Not a good service too

The environment is very nice, and the floor is high enough, making it comfortable to sit. The toilet is located on another floor, separate from the eating area, which is a very good decision. As for the food, there are quite a few choices, among which the chicken breasts are average and the chicken legs are okay. The main reason to eat here is to eat their sauces. Their sauces, ice water, and paper towels are also self-service, so you don’t have to consider tips when dining. It is recommended not to use their online system to order at your seat, but to order at the cashier, which is much simpler and more direct.

Paramos para almorzar y nos dirigieron a una mesa y nos dieron menús. Supusimos que había servicio de mesa, pero después de esperar un poco para pedir, nos rendimos y fuimos al mostrador a pedir. Deberían habernos aconsejado cuál era el proceso en el momento en que nos sentaron. Nos sentamos frente a donde se sirve la comida y vimos plato tras plato sentados bajo lámparas de calor con el personal caminando e ignorándolos. Claro que nuestra comida era uno de los platos ignorados y cuando finalmente llegó, el pollo y las patatas fritas apenas estaban calientes. El restaurante estaba sucio y parecía tener demasiado personal atrás y poco personal en el comedor. Super decepcionante ya que Nandos era uno de nuestros favoritos, pero no volveremos a esta tienda.

Fui a Nandos para almorzar mientras estaba en la zona. La comida salió rápidamente pero la etiquetaron erróneamente. Cuando se les preguntó, se lo llevaron y claramente simplemente reemplazaron la bandera, así que quién sabe cuál era la verdad. La comida de mis hijos estaba destinada a ser una simple pechuga de pollo, etiquetado como esto, pero era bastante picante incluso para mí! No impresionado y no volverá.

The charrasco burger was sweet, succulent and seasoned to perfection. This Nandos had the chicken on lock, however I can’t say the same about the sides and desserts. The corn on the cob was dry as hell and the mash had no soul. It was sloppy in the middle but had a sorta crust on the outside which can’t be right for mash potato - this ain’t no crème brûlée. The sauces as always pulled it back and made the sides worthwhile. Put simply, the dessert was poor, I got the mango ice cream and it had the icy almost crystallised texture, so I’m guessing it was defrosted and refrozen. The service wasn’t great in my opinion, had to ask for glasses for the drinks refill and the table still had plates and was dirty when we got seated. Nandos is known for its chicken and this place had slapping chicken but the sides, dessert, service and cleanliness simply weren’t up to scratch.

Environment with seating facilities, bathrooms and music. Tasty and well served food. Restaurant specializing in chicken of all flavors. Fair price! Suggestion: for us tourists, it is a little confusing to enter the bar and not have an explanation on how to order. My family and I spent a good few minutes at the table trying to figure out how to do it. Only later did we discover that we needed to place the order through the app and pay at the same time and that the order would arrive. Training employees to provide good service would be ideal.

They don't use fresh greens such as avocado and broccoli, expect something outdated, food doesn't come out on time.

We were shown to a dirty table, not a great start. We ordered and the food came before the drinks. When told we ordered drinks too, we were met with a very surly, rude waitress who said she "would check on it" for us. No apology, nothing. To top it off, the glasses were warm! The food was below average for Nando's. Everyone's corn was dry and old, my sunset burger was also dry and seriously lacking the chutney and melted cheese. The garlic churrasco burger was pretty good, apparently, so well done for that. Desserts came out late and at that point, we had consigned the meal to being a waste of time. Won't be returning to this branch.

Went to this branch for food with my children, we couldn't even get a table never mind order food due to them "needing to catch up with orders" loads of empty tables so not like they couldn't seat us but to be honest watching other people eat while we are unable to order ourselves doesnt create a happy experience

This restaurant is dirty the food was cold and the staff look sad. The toilets smell really bad of urine and all the windows are dirty. Wil not be returning here

Person who served us gave great customer service. However, everything else was poor....the food was cold, the chips were awful, sticky floors, flies around the table, dark lighting made the atmosphere downbeat, and you couldn't see very well. I wouldn't go back.
