Brilliant service and great food as always

Good vibe, quick and friendly service, good quality food. Wobbly table but that never stopped me from eating before.

Nando's food is expensive but the quality of the food is not worth it, Nando's ordinary chips 🍟 was hard /garlic bread wasn't nice at all

I am only making this review for an undisciplined manager of yours! Just walked out of the branch after being humiliated by his behaviour. He kept moving us around and delaying our order! Not even a smile on his face!

Called up to order a food for 25 people as a collection as we had an event at the Apollo, called at 21:10 and the 'manager' refused to cook any food for us as it would take 30 mins and she wanted to close at 10, it would have given us plenty of time to collect the food and for the food to be cooked. We even did an online order and someone else picked up the phone and all you could hear was her shouting in the background that she wasnt cooking the food as she wanted to close at 10pm even though plenty of time to do that. Its pure laziness and terrible management, the order was over £300 and that should mean something to a venue and company. Pathetic.

I had a lunch gathering with my colleagues and tried this chain restaurant for the first time. I ordered a grilled chicken burger and a cloudy lemonade. The food quality was very average, and I was a bit disappointed with the spice level, as I ordered it hot spicy. I even added their extra hot spicy sauce from the table, but it didn’t meet my expectations either. I probably won’t return. However, it’s worth mentioning that the staff were very friendly.

We came here on a Sunday night before a concert. It was incredibly busy but that staff did get us seated pretty quick. Unfortunately food took quite a while and we had to go up and get our own glasses as they weren’t brought over when we ordered on the app. We ordered on the app because the queue to order was long. The food was fine but not super hot and my big Nandos bug bear is stingy on the chips and peri salt. Toilets were clean and facilities were good for drinks etc.

This is the very best chicken place in the western hemisphere. I love nandos and their sauces and everything. The perriperri sauce is great an every dish in this place is great. 6 stars!!!

The food was amazing!! The staff was amazing and attentive But what made my day was one member of staff(GIO) HE was the best member of staff I have dealt with. Polite respectful and so so helpful and attentive He genuinely made my day

I wanna show my gratitude to the three staff that did not let me starve. Hussain , Giovanni & Mioli. I am a regular at this branch and the whole staff were kind,polite, friendly ,helpful , professional. The food was always tasty the reason I’m coming back all the time. But this time , it was few minutes past 10pm and they were already cleaning, I am an emergency worker which means I was working till 7am with no food , thanks to the three members of staff I got my food for the 12 hours shift. Much appreciated 🙏

I was losing faith in nice people existing until I met Marwa, Aaron and Serge yesterday night. My friend in hospital really wanted Nando’s and even through they were shutting, they still made food after hearing about the situation. They were so sweet and understanding, I almost cried at their kindness. They also made the best Nando’s my friend has ever had! I will be praying for their happiness. Thank you again.

Excellent food! I wasn't sure if it would meet up with my experience at a different Nandos in London, but it was actually really good. The food was delicious. The only downside is that we had to wait quite long on our second visit, but they offered us free sides while we waited. I'm really impressed and highly recommend visiting.

Standard Nando’s grill, but sauces or the spicier side. Good ambience but service seemed tired.

I’m only giving this one Star due to location. My partner and I came here for lunch. The staff showed a complete lack of interest not all attentive. I ordered a Mediterranean salad . The Menu said , feta cheese, olives, tomatoes and cucumber. Sweet pickle. I had a bowl full of lettuce and a lot of dried olives, but not much of anything else. The chicken breast was about the size of a cream cracker . I was also a bit shocked that the young man opened up what looked like a pan draw, used the tongs to chuck two small pieces of chicken on the grill, how long they’ve been sat in the draw, who knows????, put me right off. I was asked if I enjoyed my meal. I said no, it’s just all lettuce. Two small cherry tomatoes cut in halves and two slices of cucumber, no sign of any sweet onion . £3.80 for a slice of chicken the size of a cracker, but sold as a chicken breast. As this was not enough a fight broke out, the chap was escorted from the premises very quickly well done to the manager. however one member of staff wanted to take him on outside until he was stopped. I assume by the manger who got in between them. I think maybe a bit more training is required here in this branch I will not be returning

A decent fast food place. Unfortunately not to the same level of the Nando outside of the UK. Still good but those who've been to Nandos outside of UK could be disappointed.

Solo meal but food was very tasty Abu the Manager was helpful 👌🏽 it is a self service style but I preferred it...

Service was good and staff were friendly and helpful. I ordered chicken wings and chips. The wings were dry. There wasn't enough seasoning, and chips were nice and coleslaw was nice.

Hardly any wait whatsoever even during peak times. The food was absolutely delicious and for some reason a bit more spicy than other nando's The service was also very kind and happy, clearly they get paid well.

Not good food like other Nandos in London Not a good service too

The environment is very nice, and the floor is high enough, making it comfortable to sit. The toilet is located on another floor, separate from the eating area, which is a very good decision. As for the food, there are quite a few choices, among which the chicken breasts are average and the chicken legs are okay. The main reason to eat here is to eat their sauces. Their sauces, ice water, and paper towels are also self-service, so you don’t have to consider tips when dining. It is recommended not to use their online system to order at your seat, but to order at the cashier, which is much simpler and more direct.

We stopped in for lunch and we were directed to a table and given menus. We assumed there was table service but after waiting a while to order, we gave up and went to the counter to order. They should have advised us what the process was at the time they seated us. We sat in front of where the food is served and saw plate after plate sitting under heat lamps with staff walking past and ignoring them. Sure enough our food was one of the ignored plates and when it finally arrived, the chicken and fries were barely warm. The restaurant was dirty and seemed overstaffed out back and understaffed in the dining area. Super disappointing as Nandos was a favourite of ours, but we won’t be returning to this store.

Went to Nandos for lunch whilst in the area. Food came out quickly but food wrongly labelled. When queried, they took it away and clearly just replaced the flag so who knows what was the truth. My sons food was meant to be a plain chicken breast, labelled as this but was quite spicy even for me! Not impressed and won't be back.

Nice and well-kept place, excellent chicken which can be enjoyed cooked in different ways and you can choose the degree of spiciness. The sauces are very good. The fried potatoes could be better. Still worth it for the peri-peri chicken

New review 2024 It's not as friendly as it used to be. Staff were more attentive in previous years. I had to overly explain why we needed more space with a party, including disabled people and babies. It was also quite a hassle to get access to the disabled toilet as they kept locking it even though the child was visibly disabled. We were told to go downstairs a few times. No understanding that disability can also be invisible despite this being written on the toilet door. He had crutches, and still, it didn't make a difference to be told to go downstairs. The food came quickly and was as expected. The staff were not rude. They just seemed to need educating in disability. Old review - pre-pandemic A very friendly place. Children are welcome. A good value for money. Order and pay at the till and then your food is brought to you. Refills on fizzy drinks, if you like them. If chicken is what is want Nandos is the perfect place. If you get a Nandos card, you can earn chillies which add up to give you rewards.

The charrasco burger was sweet, succulent and seasoned to perfection. This Nandos had the chicken on lock, however I can’t say the same about the sides and desserts. The corn on the cob was dry as hell and the mash had no soul. It was sloppy in the middle but had a sorta crust on the outside which can’t be right for mash potato - this ain’t no crème brûlée. The sauces as always pulled it back and made the sides worthwhile. Put simply, the dessert was poor, I got the mango ice cream and it had the icy almost crystallised texture, so I’m guessing it was defrosted and refrozen. The service wasn’t great in my opinion, had to ask for glasses for the drinks refill and the table still had plates and was dirty when we got seated. Nandos is known for its chicken and this place had slapping chicken but the sides, dessert, service and cleanliness simply weren’t up to scratch.

Environment with seating facilities, bathrooms and music. Tasty and well served food. Restaurant specializing in chicken of all flavors. Fair price! Suggestion: for us tourists, it is a little confusing to enter the bar and not have an explanation on how to order. My family and I spent a good few minutes at the table trying to figure out how to do it. Only later did we discover that we needed to place the order through the app and pay at the same time and that the order would arrive. Training employees to provide good service would be ideal.

They don't use fresh greens such as avocado and broccoli, expect something outdated, food doesn't come out on time.

We were shown to a dirty table, not a great start. We ordered and the food came before the drinks. When told we ordered drinks too, we were met with a very surly, rude waitress who said she "would check on it" for us. No apology, nothing. To top it off, the glasses were warm! The food was below average for Nando's. Everyone's corn was dry and old, my sunset burger was also dry and seriously lacking the chutney and melted cheese. The garlic churrasco burger was pretty good, apparently, so well done for that. Desserts came out late and at that point, we had consigned the meal to being a waste of time. Won't be returning to this branch.

Went to this branch for food with my children, we couldn't even get a table never mind order food due to them "needing to catch up with orders" loads of empty tables so not like they couldn't seat us but to be honest watching other people eat while we are unable to order ourselves doesnt create a happy experience

This restaurant is dirty the food was cold and the staff look sad. The toilets smell really bad of urine and all the windows are dirty. Wil not be returning here

Person who served us gave great customer service. However, everything else was poor....the food was cold, the chips were awful, sticky floors, flies around the table, dark lighting made the atmosphere downbeat, and you couldn't see very well. I wouldn't go back.

Lovely, relaxed atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Although it was a busy Friday eve we were pleased. But Nando's has always a limited range of food for a limited palate range. It's just a convenient place if you like chicken, and you're in a rush.

After waiting 25mins for a table we had to wait around 45 mins for the food to arrive and when it did it was cold, after telling the staff they reheated it and it tasted fine. Some of the staff seemed a little snappy at times and it seemed like they just wanted to go home

Nando's never disappoints! Their peri-peri chicken is always perfectly cooked with just the right amount of spice, and the sides are delicious too. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, and the service is always friendly and efficient. Whether you're dining in or getting takeaway, Nando's is a go-to spot for a satisfying and flavorful meal. Highly recommend trying their signature peri-peri sauce for an extra kick of flavor!

Smallest full chicken I ever had.

Can't argue with a good Nando's in terms of good quality food at fair price. But the atmosphere of this branch was awful. The doors were continually opening and closing. When asked if food was okay I said yes but we were freezing. One member of staff suggested putting on our coats. Not ideal!

fabulous food and quality. service and welcome was nice and waiting for as not too bad despite being busy. however - the staff was almost hovering over us the moment our means were served and before one of us was done - one of them came to ask if they could take the plate. the moment the other person in the party has had the last mount full - instantly returned to the table and took the plates - We asked if they wanted us to go before we finished our dinner. understanding that it’s a busy restaurant and not super fine dining- customer about still to have peace and quick to enjoy the super meals Nando’s in Hammersmith serve - and not feel like being rushed to eat it being an inconvenience to the staff.

Not welcomed or sat down at door, when server came they did not acknowledge us and walked off and just expected us to follow. One meal did not come out, server gave 2 excuses, 1. It did not go through to kitchen and 2. It got mixed up with someone elses meal, both of which i can happily accept and move on. However, the manager came out and her amazing excuse was that mushrooms take longer to cook... the meal arrived after everyone else finished their whole chicken means...shouldnt take that long. Called her out on the lie and all she offered was 1 free portion of halloumi, when they came out it looked like they were cooked and then thrown into water? Never in my life have i seen fried halloumi dripping in oil/water...

Nando's is usually great. Another customer must have scratched out part of the table number and turned a 25 into a 5. The waitress made us feel like it was our fault that she brought our cold, burnt food to the wrong table, even after I pointed it out, which I thought was very poor service. No one bothered to fix the table number. Only 3 stars because the service and good were fantastic the week before!

Went to see Freya Ridings Live. Went Nandos instead of Macdonalds. Food was very enjoyable. Really good that evening.

All of the staff was lovely! But James (he is/was new) really helped us more than any other Nando’s! Lilly was also amazing! Really friendly and made me laugh! Really lovely staff!

Bad experience never setting foot there again! I got half chicken thigh, they gave two 1/4 chicken thighs. One of them was fresh and soft. I had the first one, started eating the second one and it was so hard it was difficult to swallow. I asked for it to be Changed only for the manager to take it to be grilled and brought the same chicken back to me burnt. Like how horrible can a service be. I got up and left it there.!

You can’t really go wrong with a nice Nando’s meal. This was my first time at the Hammersmith Broadway branch. Very good location, right opp Hammersmith Tube station, also has a good vibe, excellent customer service, very quick to deal with issues. All in all it was good experience.

Bestellsystem über eine App, find ich persönlich nicht so gut. Wir haben Medium scharf bestellt und das war schon sehr scharf. Wenn man Gemüse und Fleisch einzeln bestellt sind die Portionen eher übersichtlich. Gut: man kann sich das Getränk jederzeit neu auffüllen.

Halumi sticks tasted like cardbord Apetizer and main course arrived together mashed potatoes were cold checken was ok but also not hot

Ordered Family Platter for tonight. Chicken dry and seems re-heated. Did not even give any sauces. Portions gone too small esp the spicy rice.

We really enjoyed the food. It was tasty and portions were big. The service was quick but not so friendly. The staff did not even greet us in or out of the restaurant. We felt that their only job was to tell us to order online and bring the food to us (we got cutlery, napkins, sauces etc ourselves).

The fire alarm kept going off whilst ordering. Once we’d ordered (too late to leave!) the whole restaurant filled with smoke. Our eyes were watering, people were coughing. Even some staff went outside for air. This continued for more than ten minutes. Eventually the smoke started clearing and our food began arriving. There were items missing which we flagged straight away. Took another ten mins to actually get the forgotten items. Wouldn’t return to this Nando’s!

Affordable place for grilled chicken food and roasted chicken. Soft drinks is bottomless and love their sauces!!! So delicious and goes well with everything!
