Order delivered is not complete items as ordered.Easy excuse given,Driver forgot to pick up. Might be counter assistant was taking a nap near oven and driver forgot to pick up complete order. Can you show this on CCTV ?

Rude counter assistant staff .Need to be trained well (as per British standards).

Charged me for cheese on the burger and on the chips..... No cheese on burger... No cheese on chips.

Hi I’ve ordered a king size Doner kebab and the portion was really small. The portion of a king size was like a medium size in normal kebab shops take away. Anyway I went in and they had a change of staff not very welcoming and grumpy 😠. Don’t think I’ll go again

I’ve ordered from here a lot but they always only send 4 Borek even if I order 8. Just eat always refund the difference but it’s a pain to have to do it every time.

I went to Istanbul recently and had a pretty awful time. The food just wasn’t good—the grilled lamb and shish kebab tasted off, and I couldn’t eat them. I told the staff, but they kept insisting the food was fresh, which definitely didn’t match what I tasted. On top of that, I got overcharged. I left most of my meal on the table because it was just that bad. Not planning to go back there again.

Lamb diner meat very dry this time,such a shame.

I recently dined at Istanbul and was quite disappointed with my experience. The quality of the food was far below expectations; both the grilled lamb and shish kebab had an off-putting taste, making them inedible. Despite raising my concerns with the staff, they insisted the dishes were freshly prepared, which did not match the taste. Additionally, I was overcharged for my meal, further adding to my dissatisfaction. The combination of poor food quality and inadequate service resulted in a regrettable visit.

Kebab good for Saturday night, but not one of those You want eat over and over...

absolutely delicious, everything cooked to perfection. chilli sauce spicy and packed with flavour. Probably the most consistent restaurant on here, never had a bad meal! Always excellent and arrives hot and tasty.

I never normally complain but today’s meal wasn’t great. The meat was very over done and dry, the jalapeño poppers were over done and they missed off our sauce. I hope this is just an off day.

Unfortunately, the type of meat used this time is completely unpalatable. It looks old and has an odor and the taste of lamb which is very strong and very pungent. Perhaps that is why the discount on orders today was 40%. It is unfortunate that the difference between the taste of the meat this time is the opposite of last week when it was more than wonderful. Failure to maintain the same level of cooking meat prevents customers from repeating their orders, unfortunately

Got a delivery...lamb kebab was lovely...something unidentified so couldn't eat the rest !! Yuk....chicken kebab was covered in something pasty? We did order chilli sauce which came in a separate pot before...this seemed to taste like really really hot curry ...?? Disappointing.....hope this is a one off!!!

Great quality traditional food, you can even eat in at the back in the restaurant. Been eating here for years, and I’ve no intention of going elsewhere.

food was ok apart from the salad. the salad was disgusting and didn't seem fresh. Also, they only gave 1 tub of salad when I had ordered 2 different large kebabs. I think there is better out there. not sure that I would order again from here

There is a Persian guy who is always moody and miserable face and his service is really disappointing for the customer and I was regular Customer and I won’t ever going back again to this shop unless he’s not there. He just wants to send the customer out no matter if the customer is happy or not.

A little inconvenience from the delivery man as he went to the back door and called asking us to go pick up the order from the parking garage, even though last time it came from the front door as usual. Other than that, the order was amazing and tasted great as usual too. Many thanks to the amazing grill chefs

food is always exceptional. Always cooked to preference, fresh and extremely tasty. can't honestly fault it, the chicken shish is definitely my go to, the bbq flame taste with the added heat of the chilli sauce is beautiful. highly recommended

Absolutely the worst food I’ve had I wish I’d ordered from elsewhere the lady on the phone hadn’t a clue as to what I was ordering told her could you make sure the meat is cut fresh please it was like eating plastic. It’s not about the money but even when i rang back they were not interested & fobbed me off.

The kebab is as tasty and authentic as it was 30 years ago when I'd visit with my Dad as a Kid. Delicious original homemade chilli sauce. Friendly and welcoming service. And the place is spotless clean for dine in. 5* All day.

Very nice authentic Turkish kebab. Friend and I travelled to Coventry from Lincoln/Grimsby and never had a kebab as nice as this in our home county. Perfectly spiced and non greasy with quality pita bread salad and sauce.

On time, brilliantly cooked & completely warm and tastes. Really good.

Food never disappoints! Chicken shish is excellent, marinated chunks of delicious meat, cooked over a flame, lovely BBQ flame licked taste, served in a fresh pita, drenched in homemade chilli sauce, hot and spicy. You won’t regret eating this dish x

I ordered from uber eat, and the order took ages to be delivered. It took 2 hours to receive the food and it was cold

Delivery was on time, but quite a while after it left the takeaway. It also looked like it had tipped over in transit as it had leaked everywhere. This is the second time running that we have had an issue. Hopefully, next time things will have improved as otherwise it might be the last.
