Very disappointed by the staff we just entered in the restaurant the short black guy with the glasses started shouting us may be you don’t know how to get in the restaurant the restaurant wasn’t busy no one was at the door so we just searching for someone he just realising it to me i don’t know how to enter how to order at nandos he needs training on polite behaviour and soft talks with the guest we came here to enjoy our family time please look into this worst experience at Nando’s first time, we have been to london O2 nandos their staff so nice even though it’s very busy all the time they are very nice my apologies buddy if you feel bad you need to be nice with everyone everybody’s deserve respect and love this is absolutely wrong.

The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food and drinks are, as always, outstanding!

When ordering online I made a mistake and when I went to collect the order, I mentioned about the mistake and Premilla was super nice and understanding about it. She sorted my order out and definitely exceeded my expectations. Best service ever at a Nandos.

Saloni was very welcoming in the front of the house, Good Food & Lovely ambience.

Really good experience here, staff were extremely polite and accommodating. They went the extra mile in helping my wife and newborn. Food was delicious and atmosphere was relaxed. Also it was halal, extra points there. Will go again.

Love a cheeky Nando’s, good food like always, bit pricey but worth the price. Did have one bad experience as me and my mates came into Nando’s (there was about 7 of us ) we got a table, looked at the menu,was going to order at the front desk but when I tried to pay with my card it didn’t work.instantly the woman (which didn’t speak really good English) said my card wasn’t working so I tried again and again still didn’t work but I had money on my account so I knew I had enough to pay but the woman was getting really agitated saying to hurry up so I said it’s not my card it’s the machine.she didn’t believe me she did not care and told me to go to the cash point to get money out at that point I got fed up so I tried one last time guess what it worked you should of seen her face! Same with happened with my mate the card machine didn’t work at that point we moved to the next till (as there were two of them) guess what that one work! So not happy with the service I was given.

Lady was rude . She asked about how our food was. We gave feedback which she didn't welcome. Why then ask for our view?

From the moment we stepped into nandos we was welcomed by the lovley hostess, Premilla she was so sweet and compliemented us when we came inside. She had such a postive and warm attitude we loved it, made our day!!

Absolutely far best place for food we've been so far. Great, tasty, fresh food prepered quickly, amazing and very helpful staff which made us feeling comfortable, sensible prices in clean, nice atmosphere. Would highly recommend and be coming back

Whats there not to like about Nandos - great food reasonably priced. Great location in the middle of town with plenty of tables. Loses one star only because the cashier promised me that they would add to my chilli count later (forgot to present my card on purchase) but never happened. Whether this was just lip service to keep me happy or an administration error I will never know now.

We visit this Nando’s every other week, normally we have no problems, However on this occasion the customer service we received was sub - standard to say the least. We found a large bone in the boneless thighs and nothing was done about it. Secondly we all ordered at the same time and we had to wait 40 minutes for my friends order arrive when we asked about his order nothing was done about it and the manager rudely ridiculed my friend in front of everyone saying his order was not on the screen when we had received an order confirmation Please fix these issues quickly

We always use this restaurant due to the fast service, spotless restaurant and extremely friendly & helpful staff! Clark was our server and he was brilliant!

We ordered our food through the website services and when it arrived (20 minutes later than the previously given time) one of our burgers had been missed out so my sons dinner was just missing… We called to see if they could deliver it and they said they ‘don’t have this option’ and all they could offer was a refund nothing additional, so now I have had to reorder the burger with additional small order and delivery funds! disappointing response, i felt we were not helped out at all

Halal confirmed ✅ Their staff is amazing always happy to help and got their smiles on! Food is amazing, never disappoints! Cutlery is worn out, please get new cutlery! The only flaw is the Garlic bread, you could make it a bit softer and easy to chew! :) Just hoping the price doesn’t increase again, increased a few times in the past few years!

We celebrated my mum and dads birthday and I have to say everything was amazing. What stands out about this Nandos to others was the customer service. Premilla, Meena and Saloni we're absolutely fantastic, they went out their way to make sure everything went smoothly. We had a massive order and they dealt with it efficiently and made sure we had everthing needed. Thank you for all your help ladies!

Latest encounter: Ignore my review below, this was my latest trip to this location. I feel like coming here is like flipping a coin. The service my second time around wasn’t really up to scratch I’m afraid. I must be fair in saying that nothing was overtly out of place. Perhaps my expectations were set to high with my last experience, but hey-ho we can’t win them all. I review Nando’s regularly on here, many of which vary each time I eat there. But this location is hands down the best I’ve eaten in so far. Nando’s, in the words of your auto reply to reviews, have hit the spot! Food 10/10 building was gorgeous to eat in and the service, oh the service! My partner asked what a particular sauce was like and your team were so knowledgeable, even offering to replace the meal if he didn’t like it. Honestly we wanted to spend longer here, but we just opted to come back again and again. What an amazing team!

Never had an issue when I've visited this nandos. Food is always nice, place is always clean and the staff friendly

News had broken that Nando's had some new items on the menu and as a weekly visitor to the Coventry City Centre branch , this certainly peaked my interest. For the most part, most of the new menu items didn't really appeal, however the offering of a nandos style gravy and soft whipped ice cream got the taste buds dancing like they were at a 90s rave. Thursday came and off I went to indulge in some Portuguese poultry madness. I ordered chicken thighs with a side of creamy mash and some chips dusted with peri salt. In addition to this I opted for the gravy. The main elements didn't disappoint and were what Ive come to expect of Nandos. The gravy offered a depth of flavor with just the right consiatency. Gravy itself is synonymous with a carvery/Sunday roast so the juxtaposition of this with grilled chicken was the kind of remix that would make David Guetta proud. It was a culinary concept that caused crazy confusion. With the main course demolished, we swiftly moved onto order the ice cream. I ordered mine in a little Baskin Robbins type tub/bowl and was a little confused when the waitress delivered a cone. I was told that they had stopped serving ice cream in a pot despite clearly offering it on the website. I asked the waitresses to check, she returned moments later with a beaming smile and a little tub. Her hard work and my perseverance paid off. If Manchester united worked as well as a team as me and the waitress, they'd be a more successful club. I got up, albeit in a slightly labored fashion, clearly weighed down by my belly and the food I'd just devoured and served myself some ice cream. My initial reaction was that I was underwhelmed. It bore a striking similarity to the frozen yogurt I'd had weeks earlier. The skeptic in me believing it to be the exact the same thing, I mean it even had the same grainy texture and a very faint vanilla flavor. Alas, I had been let down. With that being said, it was a perfectly serviceable experience on the whole. The food was good, the restaurant clean and the staff friendly. On reflection, I'd like to say a massive thank you to the waitress who initially bought over the cone. Upon doing so, she revealed that it was the first time she'd served a cone. I was genuinely overwhelmed to share this moment in her catering career. Bravo, well done you.

We had a send off dinner for a colleague, and Nandos was able to host all 30+ of us with good food and enough space. It was a nice experience

I didn't know quite what to expect having not been to a Nando's before, so was very interested to see what it was like. I went with a large group of friends and arrived early so that we could get seated in the absence of being able to book. The staff were amaxingly helpful, putting some tables together for us and making it all nice for us. By the time all our party had arrived, the place was heaving, not a spare seat - but they still managed to produce our food within minutes and very lovely it was too.

got some food delivered from this nandos and it was dry and horrible. Tried making a complaint and been chasing them ever since still have not heard back. Nothing good about there food and will be my last.

This is my daughter’s All time favorite food chain. Can’t get wrong health wise, quality wise and quantity wise.

Went for a meal last Wednesday, it’s Monday today and I still have food poisoning from the churrasco garlic chicken burger. Also the peri mac and cheese has nothing peri about it, just normal mac and cheese which wasn’t that tasty. Never had a Nando’s do this to me so quite disappointed

It was great. The staff were attentive without being over the top. The food arrived quickly and was great. I ordered online whilst sitting in the restaurant it seemed a little weird but worked very well.

It would have been nice to have been offered a choice of table. The atmosphere was loud and noisy in the main seating area, next to the kitchen. The food was hot and tasted good. We had only a few interactions with staff which was weird. What was received well, was a good bye from the guy at the door.

Came here for a quick bite to eat on a night out. The place is quite big and is just a typical Nandos, you know what you are getting. Food was nice and as expected, there was a queue at the till to pay and order which does seem to get busy at times, so they could do with another staff member to help when it's busy, but the place is clean seems well run and the food came out in a reasonable time. Staff are all nice, a good place to visit.

Great food (as spicy as you can wish for!!), with a nice cozy ambience. Some of it is self service such as getting the sauce, napkins, cutlery, etc. but given the rush hour the food was served in a short time. There is often a queue for getting seated on weekends. Good experience overall.

Beware of wet menus with dried food on them, a dead fly at the bottom of the malt vinegar jar, and very watered down Coca-Cola. Also, the rainbow slaw says it has a tangy mustard but it showed up dry, no sauce at all, and with a spicy dry rub sprinkled on top. Not at all what I wanted. My advice? Find a well-managed Nandos and skip this location.

Worst meal I've had in a long time. Dry overcooked chicken all for an extortionate price. Cook something similar yourself. It'll be far nicer and won't be anywhere near as expensive. Very disappointed

I liked the atmosphere in the restaurant. It was a bit crowded on a Sunday afternoon, but we -a family of four- didn't have to wait long to be seated. The staff were friendly. But the food was just OK . We ordered butterfly chicken , Sunset burger, Peri-salted chips, grilled cheese and two kids burger meals. Apart from the Peri-salted fries, none of the items tasted exceptionally good . They were just OK. I would say McD or burger king serve better tasting burgers. The bun tasted too sweet and cheap. It is a shame that the butterfly chicken comes without any salad with it. You can always add sides for an additional price, but at least a piece of tomato would have made it a worthy food for the price. It is an OK place to go if you want to eat out in a restaurant with good ambience and do not care much about the taste.

Nando’s have started reducing portion size as well.

I hadn't been for years, and I took my niece today (her first visit). Service was really good and very thorough regarding allergies. Food was served really quickly after ordering. Niece really enjoyed her peri-tamar chicken, I enjoyed a hot butterfly breast, and we shared a few sides. It's not somewhere I'm in a rush to go back to but the food is OK for the price. The restaurant is looking a bit dated but was clean. However, I picked up four different forks before I found a clean one. Toilets are a little tight, not very well kept, and didn't flush. Accessibility - there is disabled access and a disabled toilet near the front of the restaurant.

Food quality is always great and the service is good. However the portions have got smaller but prices have increased which is a bit of a disappointment. I used to go more regular but because of this it is more a treat now as there are more cheaper options available.

Had a beautiful meal for my son’s birthday and Lim looked after us all very well. Even managed to surprise my son with a cake we brought in and was very enthusiastic and entertaining whilst singing. He has left a warm and welcoming feeling and I’d gladly come back in future.

I regularly come into Nandos and get served by Lim. He is really lovely and very polite and provides the best service. He always makes sure we are okay and don’t need anything else. It's been 10 years since I went to a nandos so wasn't sure what to expect. But the chicken was quite tasty which my brain wasn't sure about 😄 service was standard, atmosphere was ok as expected with lots of young people in. Would recommend for a filling meal that's pricier than your KFC, burger king, etc

Very busy today. Manager was very nice and helpful in finding me a table with good lighting. Had half chicken lemon and herb with chips and macho peas. Perfect in every way. Staff very friendly as always.

First time to Coventry, and a group of us went to Nando's they were very welcoming and friendly. After we were seated, one more person was added to our group, and it was no problem changing our seating. Something happened that i dont often see. A man came in and was picking from the leftovers on the table, and the cashier spotted him and told him not to eat it and went and got him fresh chips from the kitchen. Best service.
