The manager Fabien was really polite and kind and provided my sister and I with 10/10 customer service, he made our Nando’s experience really memorable.

I've visited a couple of Nandos in the West Midlands but this one is my favourite. I'm a regular and known by face (and order lol) at this point but no matter the time/day I've come food was always good, staff was always lovely and helpful and I've genuinely never had a bad experience here.

Food was relatively quick to arrive once ordered but ordering took forever as there was a hold up with one person's order. Would be good to download the app to save queueing up. Down side to Nandos is they don't serve hot drinks. Always need a hot drink after a meal. Stsff werr lovely.

Premilla was absolutely amazing, so kind and attentive, can’t recommend coming here enough! Thank you Premilla!!

An hour wait for food - awful service

The food was delicious and arrived not long after we ordered. The service from Premilla was excellent and friendly.

Our server was Lim, he was absolutely lovely and so hospitable from start to finish. He is a real asset to this branch, thank you Lim☺️

I’ve written two previous reviews on this particular location where I said it was like “flipping a coin” - I can now firmly say the coin is face down and not turning back. I speak to you currently from the central area within your restaurant, it’s an area which is crammed with people and it’s all the doing of one petulant male manager. This store is gargantuan, three medium areas for eating, surely on a less the busy Monday out, people would be spread across the location, that is not the case. When people arrive, this man seats everyone in one small middle area, it’s loud and less than private. I watched on at this man thinking ‘is he only doing this to me?’ The answer is a resounding no, as I saw him time and an again lead people to this area with a purposeful, if not cartoonishly sinister walk. On one such occasion he tried to convince two people that the area was a lovely and warm place to sit, despite being sat next to a cold fire exit, moments later the couple asked another waiter if they could be sat elsewhere. As the two people hovered over to a new table, the manager watched on, he was seething. The message I have to this manager? You have a large, bustling store, however, for onlookers it looks less than popular. My recommendation? Ask people on a less than busy day where they’d like to be sat, it gives the customer more control and makes them feel like Nando’s is a place of their choice. At the moment, though, the only choices the customers are making is what chicken they want on their plate and the right timing to move when this controlling manager isn’t looking.

Wonderful friendly service- Lim is an attentive and helpful guy... food was fresh, flavourful and hot.

Order came as expected and I enjoyed my meal

No compramos comida para llevar muy a menudo, y nunca hemos tenido un nandos así que pensamos en darnos un capricho. ¡Nunca más! Toda la comida que debería haber estado caliente era fría como piedra. Pedimos dos hamburguesas Sunset, una con pechuga de pollo, otra con muslos. Solo apareció la pechuga de pollo, y había una hoja de lechuga y no había pepinillo rojo en ella. En lugar de otra hamburguesa con muslos, solo tenemos los muslos. Las porciones eran pequeñas. La ensalada de tomate tenía 3 rodajas de tomate en ella un tomate cherry y 2 pequeños guantes de pepino, y la salchicha arcoíris apenas tenía mayo. ¡Creo que la pechuga de pollo y los muslos se le salieron a una niña de un día! Las patatas estaban empapadas. 66 libras, incluida la entrega. Estafa absoluta. ¡Prefiero un Maccies, o ir al chippy!

I always come to this nandos and the manager premilla is very friendly and has the best customer service, she suggested the mango ice cream which was absolutely delicious. This is the best nandos ive been to

Ordered through the app and didn’t receive the chicken I ordered.

We ordered our food, we were waiting in a line of like 3 ppl which took 10 minutes, then we waited for our food for 40 minutes, turns out the food didn't go through the system, we waited another 20 minutes for food, only thing we got for compensation was mild fries which had way too much seasoning, when the food came it was burnt, taste of charcoal on my tounge with every bite, chicken was soft however, so that's the only positive. We ordered 10 and 5 wings and 2 chips (3 after compensation) which all cost 30 Pound, they also tax you lile 20% which is crazy. Lowest experience I've had in ages, The flavour quickly faded and the chicken fell apart, couldn't be tapered. Restaurant was Massively bad, wouldn't reccomend.

Solid as always, exactly what u expect in going to Nandos. Never can really go wrong with it.

This was a superb restaurant for dining, welcoming us with the black and white colour scheme accompanied by multi-coloured balls near the entrance! The interior is very nice and staff were friendly, refillable drinks machine was efficiently working too. I had a very tasty Pitta with Peri-Salted Fries and a glass of Coca Cola, situated at a very clean table!

My recent visit to Nando’s Coventry City was a disaster from start to finish. The front-of-house staff were shockingly rude from the outset, which set a terrible tone. After being seated, we scanned the QR code and placed our order online. We then waited over half an hour with no sign of our food, only to discover, after we asked, that the system was down and our order had never gone through. Why seat customers at all if you can’t process orders? To make matters worse, when I asked to cancel the order, I was informed I couldn’t receive a refund because the system was still down. So, I ended up leaving empty-handed and out of pocket. The entire experience was abysmal, unprofessional, disorganised, and completely lacking in customer care. I certainly won’t be returning.

Me and my friend came to dine in, after getting out food we saw that there was stuff missing waitress lin and manager premillae was so lovely and helped us get the right order they was so lovely and service was 5/5 big thank you to them

The Nando's here is cosy and less crowded on weekdays. As always, the food is amazing.

Nandos Coventry was a vibrant and friendly restaurant. All the staff I spoke with were very helpful, and above all, the service was fast, and the food was just as you would expect from Nando's. 5-stars all-round!

Boicotear a estos charlatanes. Han arruinado nuestra Navidad. Visitamos Nandos en Coventry el 17 / 12 / 24 después del trabajo para nuestra cena de Navidad. Éramos 10, pero ellos optaron por amontonarnos en una mesa donde luchamos por levantar los codos para comer. Sin embargo, lo peor estaba por venir. Su menú es fraudulento. Un par de nosotros pedimos la mitad de pollo con lados. Lo que vino a la mesa fue 2 patas de pollo glorificadas con media docena de papas fritas. Con la adición de un vaso de Coca-Cola, nos cobraron la escandalosa cantidad de £ 18. Tuve que entrar en un McDonalds de camino a casa ya que todavía tenía hambre. Los nandos son conocidos por su precio escandaloso extorsivo, porciones pequeñas y pollo glorificado. Son una estafa total. Evita Nandos a toda costa.

Quite overpriced especially the drinks. Some of the sides are spot on though. The chicken wings are underrated.

Food is decent usually but last few times it hasn't been as good. Flavourless chicken, and cold mash with ice particles inside. The music is always very loud which makes the whole experience less enjoyable.

Delicious halaal chicken! Prompt service! Usually have to wait to be seated but it's definitely worth the wait.

Been to many nandos in the UK but this place had the best customer service ever. Premila was so welcoming and happy to serve us. This young lady is so energetic and hard working. She is definitely the star of the Nandos. Should make her the regional manager.

Today I was serviced by manager Stewart at Coventry city centre Nando’s I only asked for student discount which I ha. but he was extremely rude I felt very poor customer service I always go to Nando’s I’ve never felt that way the way he made feel like today . I love Nando’s but it’s was unfortunate customer service hope Nando’s management take action against this manager thank you

Had a fantastic experience at Nando's! The food was delicious as always, but the highlight of our visit was the amazing service from Premilla. She was friendly, attentive, and made great menu suggestions. Our order was served promptly, and she checked in to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this location for both the food and the excellent service!

Person who took our order got it wrong. Explained to a member of staff that appeared experienced that first person got our order wrong he basically said we still have to pay to correct our order and see what we do with what was incorrectly given to us. He said if i want i can eat the spicey mac and cheese that was meant to be for a 16 month old baby. Really disappointed with the service we received today! Service was appalling!!!!!!!!

Very disappointed by the staff we just entered in the restaurant the short black guy with the glasses started shouting us may be you don’t know how to get in the restaurant the restaurant wasn’t busy no one was at the door so we just searching for someone he just realising it to me i don’t know how to enter how to order at nandos he needs training on polite behaviour and soft talks with the guest we came here to enjoy our family time please look into this worst experience at Nando’s first time, we have been to london O2 nandos their staff so nice even though it’s very busy all the time they are very nice my apologies buddy if you feel bad you need to be nice with everyone everybody’s deserve respect and love this is absolutely wrong.

Really good experience here, staff were extremely polite and accommodating. They went the extra mile in helping my wife and newborn. Food was delicious and atmosphere was relaxed. Also it was halal, extra points there. Will go again.

Love a cheeky Nando’s, good food like always, bit pricey but worth the price. Did have one bad experience as me and my mates came into Nando’s (there was about 7 of us ) we got a table, looked at the menu,was going to order at the front desk but when I tried to pay with my card it didn’t work.instantly the woman (which didn’t speak really good English) said my card wasn’t working so I tried again and again still didn’t work but I had money on my account so I knew I had enough to pay but the woman was getting really agitated saying to hurry up so I said it’s not my card it’s the machine.she didn’t believe me she did not care and told me to go to the cash point to get money out at that point I got fed up so I tried one last time guess what it worked you should of seen her face! Same with happened with my mate the card machine didn’t work at that point we moved to the next till (as there were two of them) guess what that one work! So not happy with the service I was given.

Lady was rude . She asked about how our food was. We gave feedback which she didn't welcome. Why then ask for our view?

From the moment we stepped into nandos we was welcomed by the lovley hostess, Premilla she was so sweet and compliemented us when we came inside. She had such a postive and warm attitude we loved it, made our day!!

Absolutely far best place for food we've been so far. Great, tasty, fresh food prepered quickly, amazing and very helpful staff which made us feeling comfortable, sensible prices in clean, nice atmosphere. Would highly recommend and be coming back

Whats there not to like about Nandos - great food reasonably priced. Great location in the middle of town with plenty of tables. Loses one star only because the cashier promised me that they would add to my chilli count later (forgot to present my card on purchase) but never happened. Whether this was just lip service to keep me happy or an administration error I will never know now.

We always use this restaurant due to the fast service, spotless restaurant and extremely friendly & helpful staff! Clark was our server and he was brilliant!

We visit this Nando’s every other week, normally we have no problems, However on this occasion the customer service we received was sub - standard to say the least. We found a large bone in the boneless thighs and nothing was done about it. Secondly we all ordered at the same time and we had to wait 40 minutes for my friends order arrive when we asked about his order nothing was done about it and the manager rudely ridiculed my friend in front of everyone saying his order was not on the screen when we had received an order confirmation Please fix these issues quickly

We ordered our food through the website services and when it arrived (20 minutes later than the previously given time) one of our burgers had been missed out so my sons dinner was just missing… We called to see if they could deliver it and they said they ‘don’t have this option’ and all they could offer was a refund nothing additional, so now I have had to reorder the burger with additional small order and delivery funds! disappointing response, i felt we were not helped out at all

Halal confirmed ✅ Their staff is amazing always happy to help and got their smiles on! Food is amazing, never disappoints! Cutlery is worn out, please get new cutlery! The only flaw is the Garlic bread, you could make it a bit softer and easy to chew! :) Just hoping the price doesn’t increase again, increased a few times in the past few years!

We celebrated my mum and dads birthday and I have to say everything was amazing. What stands out about this Nandos to others was the customer service. Premilla, Meena and Saloni we're absolutely fantastic, they went out their way to make sure everything went smoothly. We had a massive order and they dealt with it efficiently and made sure we had everthing needed. Thank you for all your help ladies!

News had broken that Nando's had some new items on the menu and as a weekly visitor to the Coventry City Centre branch , this certainly peaked my interest. For the most part, most of the new menu items didn't really appeal, however the offering of a nandos style gravy and soft whipped ice cream got the taste buds dancing like they were at a 90s rave. Thursday came and off I went to indulge in some Portuguese poultry madness. I ordered chicken thighs with a side of creamy mash and some chips dusted with peri salt. In addition to this I opted for the gravy. The main elements didn't disappoint and were what Ive come to expect of Nandos. The gravy offered a depth of flavor with just the right consiatency. Gravy itself is synonymous with a carvery/Sunday roast so the juxtaposition of this with grilled chicken was the kind of remix that would make David Guetta proud. It was a culinary concept that caused crazy confusion. With the main course demolished, we swiftly moved onto order the ice cream. I ordered mine in a little Baskin Robbins type tub/bowl and was a little confused when the waitress delivered a cone. I was told that they had stopped serving ice cream in a pot despite clearly offering it on the website. I asked the waitresses to check, she returned moments later with a beaming smile and a little tub. Her hard work and my perseverance paid off. If Manchester united worked as well as a team as me and the waitress, they'd be a more successful club. I got up, albeit in a slightly labored fashion, clearly weighed down by my belly and the food I'd just devoured and served myself some ice cream. My initial reaction was that I was underwhelmed. It bore a striking similarity to the frozen yogurt I'd had weeks earlier. The skeptic in me believing it to be the exact the same thing, I mean it even had the same grainy texture and a very faint vanilla flavor. Alas, I had been let down. With that being said, it was a perfectly serviceable experience on the whole. The food was good, the restaurant clean and the staff friendly. On reflection, I'd like to say a massive thank you to the waitress who initially bought over the cone. Upon doing so, she revealed that it was the first time she'd served a cone. I was genuinely overwhelmed to share this moment in her catering career. Bravo, well done you.

We had a send off dinner for a colleague, and Nandos was able to host all 30+ of us with good food and enough space. It was a nice experience

Great food , I asked for Gluten Free

I didn't know quite what to expect having not been to a Nando's before, so was very interested to see what it was like. I went with a large group of friends and arrived early so that we could get seated in the absence of being able to book. The staff were amaxingly helpful, putting some tables together for us and making it all nice for us. By the time all our party had arrived, the place was heaving, not a spare seat - but they still managed to produce our food within minutes and very lovely it was too.

got some food delivered from this nandos and it was dry and horrible. Tried making a complaint and been chasing them ever since still have not heard back. Nothing good about there food and will be my last.

This is my daughter’s All time favorite food chain. Can’t get wrong health wise, quality wise and quantity wise.
