I ordered two meals I received two trays of meat

Food was cold had to re heat in the oven which made the food taste funny lamb ribs where tough and rice was tasteless only thing I could consume was the salsa and salad and bread

Ordered Lamb Shish and Chicken Kofte, bread, salad, cacik and separate chilli sauce. Not many home delivery meals impress me, but this one certainly did! ALL delicious, fresh, generous portions, well packaged. Definitely on my re-order list! Thanks!

Restaurant was 5 minutes away from my location. Order was nearly 2 hours late. Repeatedly delayed. All Foods arrived cold. Unacceptable!

Oh I had grilled whole fish (sea bass) which is almost impossible to find even next to the sea! It was delicious, cooked perfectly 🤤 Although it's a Turkish restaurant, there is no beer, only soft drinks.

The Food is Fabulous. We can't wait to go back. I was so full when I left. The Staff are amazing. So caring. They kept asking us if we were OK. I think they were worried we didn't like the food. First time visiting after the change in ownership, came in on a weekend lunch not long after it had opened. We were the only people in there so it was a bit quiet but they were welcoming. Ordered a starter and a main each for price reference, they brought bread and hummus etc which was nice and tasted great. Chicken kofte was delicious, and a huge portion. My 10 year old was too full to finish his shawarma wrap, and they were happy to give us a takeaway box so he could take half home. Baclava along with the bill was a great touch!

Party of 6 for a Birthday Celebration 5.30pm 14 Aug ..This use to be Sultans Restaurant which we had visited many times before. Arrived and greeted by the Host and the Waitress Anna. Very quite but got busier. On negative although we sat far from the entrance near the cooking station but the draft from the open door made us fill Chilly. We ordered the mixed £75 platter a combination of Meats, Rice, Couscous and Salads.. Firstly we were served included Starters a Basket of Breads, Dips, Vine Stuff Leaves very tasty and wholesome.. We ordered a range of soft Drinks and with the Tip it all came to £99...Very Good Service, well cooked food and a friendly funny Host.. At the end the Host gave us some Traditional Turkish Dessert and Turkish Tea.. Anna gave us a large foil tray to take home the food left over.. It worked out at about £15 per Head but worth it..

The food was amazing, at a reasonable price and very filling! Anna and Himani were incredibly nice and helpful and they were very happy to assist with any questions we had. The music was very nice as well, upbeat and modern, just like the music I have in Greece! Absolutely great experience!

Just visited Saray Restaurant this evening with family. The manager was friendly, welcoming and great to talk with. He explained all of the menu to us and the ingredients. All of the staff are friendly and the restaurant was spotlessly clean. Drinks offered and served quick along with homemade breads & dips. Food was hot, fresh, tasty and very well presented. More breads offered along with drinks. Finished up with Turkish tea, baklava and very happy to pay the bill. Tip left for the staff as we were very happy. Look forward to returning soon. Food was average, and the price is not mirroring the quality of the used ingredients. Starters were just 3 dips and pita bread for 4 people. We were a group of 4 and we have been told to be quiter, on a Saturday evening. Because of this incident and the mediocre food do not believe that will return, hence the 2 stars. There are much better Turkish places to eat in coventry.

Food was delicious, didn't have to wait too long, friendly service. Particularly enjoyed the beef sambosa bun pastries, could have eaten 10 of those, but they only had 2 left! The most racist restaurant I've ever encountered, especially against Asians. It was a Saturday night, and I went out for dinner with my three British friends. I'm the only Asian person in the group. The manager, who was Turkish, suggested special menu items for my friends, but when it came to me, he suggested dog legs. This was beyond offensive and completely unacceptable. I've been living in the UK for years, and this is the first time I've experienced such blatant racism. This manager's behavior was not only deeply disappointing but also incredibly hurtful. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. A place that allows such racist behavior should not exist. This was one of the most unpleasant dining experiences I've ever had, and I urge others to stay away.

Really good experience at Saray. I eat Turkish food all the time and I can tell you this place won’t disappoint you. The food was fresh, tasty with good portion sizes. I loved the lahmachun, lentil soup and lamb iskender. The staff were very friendly. I would definitely come back here again.

I have eaten here twice this week. On both visits i was greated with a warm welcome. The retaurant is clean and the staff are polite. The food is freshly made and comes out quickly. The food tastes great and the complimentary bread, hummas and sauces are a nice touch. I have had the mixed kofte and also a mixed sharma. I will be back when next in Coventry

I just had dinner with my mum and sisters here. One of the staff members kept being rude to us, rolling his eyes every time we asked for something. The tone of voice he used every time he addressed us was not polite at all nor approachable. The food was really good and affordable as we ended up paying 15pounds each for a full dinner. Portions are quite big and filling. Too bad the service was so disappointing.

A Turkish restaurant serving Turkish food dishes and pies

Unpretentious Turkish restaurant amongst the barbershops of Fargo. Friendly service from a limited menu. Whatever you order you get a large tasty salad and a pile of lovely warm Turkish bread. Food is simple but delicious and well cooked plus there's vast amounts of it. No alcohol but BYO. Two people eat to the point of not being able to eat anymore for £30. Absolute bargain.

Service and atmosphere was great. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the food taste but that’s just my own personal opinion. Lamb chop were bland and overcooked Iskender was basically just doner kebab soaked in oil and bread. Chicken bheyti - the bread was way too much and the chicken quality wasn’t the best.
