As a solo female lunchtime diner, the staff were outstanding. They made me Feel welcome at the check in desk, gave me a corner table so I didn’t feel self conscious & treated me very kindly. My waiter was an extremely solicitous & polite young man; the food was really delicious (fishcake & chips), a nice crisp glass of rosé to compliment it, followed by a latte to finish & although trepidatious of going alone, I felt comfortable at all times. I was really impressed & would go again either solo or with family/friends.

Came in on a busy Saturday, had a few social plates that were delicious, the lovely waitress Maddy recommended the caliwings, and they didn't dissapoint!! Quick service with a smile and nice conversation throughout too. Will be back!!

So good to find an Everards Brewery pub in town with well kept, reasonably priced cask ale. There looks to be some fantastic, left-field bar snacks available if you’re here primarily to drink. Friendly, informative and efficient bar staff on hand surely have contributed to this pub being to the 2025 Good Beer Guide.

Half a chicken and chips was amazing! Juicy all the way through! Will definitely be back.

Very slow delivery service, food arrived almost cold. We were advised delivery would be 6.25 to 6.45 eventually arrived at 7.00. When sat down to eat the food was almost cold. Fortunately we have a hostess heated tray . The food tasted good as we had expected over the past 11 years that we have had and reviewed 5 stars in the past but not tonight, only one star. We have submitted highly rated reviews in the past and we are sorry to be submitting a poor review tonight. THIS IS NOT YOUR USUAL STANDARD. PLEASE DON'T LET YOUR REPUTATION SLIP.

Después de haber estado aquí varias veces antes, no esperaba nada sensacional, pero fue realmente una experiencia excelente. Nuestra camarera, Charlotte, fue atento, eficiente y servicial. Ella hizo que la experiencia culinaria fuera un placer. Los entrantes fueron bien recibidos por todos y los mejillones en filo fueron muy sabrosos. Los platos principales de cordero o salmón estaban perfectamente cocinados y muy bien presentados. El curso final - trío de postres eran excelentes. Nuestro agradecimiento a todos los estudiantes de cocina y personal de espera. Los felicitamos a todos. Muy recomendable

We've eaten here for along time but I must say I love the meat madras and my kids have always loved chicken tikka masala and its a great atmosphere too along with the friendly staff

Pagué por 2 bebidas para sentarse. Ambos llegaron en tazas para llevar. Incluso los pos tenían fotos de las bebidas que pedimos en tazas de porcelana para sentarse y tazas de papel para llevar. Me parece que es más conveniente para el personal servir todo en vasos de papel para evitar lavarse ... cuando usted está pagando probablemente pagando más para sentarse, entonces usted esperaría más que vasos de papel. En términos de bebidas, el chocolate caliente era como caliente en el mejor de los casos. El personal hizo mucho ruido y las conversaciones entre los clientes que atendían rugieron en toda la tienda. No es la mejor experiencia desafortunadamente.

Absolutamente me encanta ir a este lugar, la comida es excelente y el servicio prestado es muy personal (al menos para mí). El dueño es un barril de risas [no], solo bromas. Definitivamente muy recomendable. . . . . . .

I adore this place Angelica maddie Yolanda and Victoria couldn’t be more accommodating it’s my go to spot and I wouldn’t go anywhere else I never get tired of going to bank I couldn’t recommend it enough

Food was average but very overpriced. We got platers which were full of rice, not much meat.

Made a booking online for afternoon tea as it was our wedding anniversary (15/04/2025), whilst booking online website asked us for any special requests…so I requested halal option and also uploaded a photo of us so they would recognise us and greet us upon arrival as stated on their website. On upon arrival there was no one to greet us even though I uploaded a photo of us a waitress then arrived and took us to a table and pointed out that we can choose whichever table we wanted…that clearly meant that even though I made a booking online they didn’t really reserve a table for us nor was there anything to make it special (even though it was meant to be our anniversary). After sitting down they left us to it and after 5 minutes we ordered drinks…..the waitress then came after 20 minutes after the drinks arrived to take our order (even though the booking was made for afternoon tea). Once we ordered we waited for almost an hour for the afternoon tea….restaurant was completely empty other than 4 tables who were already served and eating. Once the afternoon tea arrived I was disappointed at how it arrived…oh my tea arrived before everything else which meant that it was going cold. The afternoon tea was served on a chopping board/cheese board and not on a cake stand as shown on their website. The sandwiches and cakes were horrible it all came straight out of the fridge and was rock hard. The sandwiches looked like they were bought from a supermarket and just cut up into small pieces. £80 and £20 for two drinks hit by a service charge of 10% on our bill which was not stated on the menu!! Waste of money. This was clearly not afternoon tea. Will definitely NOT be recommending this place to anyone.

Vinieron a tomar el té de la tarde y ciertamente reservaron a través de un cupón sobre vivir en redes sociales, pero no fue bueno, por decir lo menos. A pesar de que reservamos dos semanas antes no tenían registro de la reserva. Éramos las únicas personas en el restaurante y cuando le mostré al caballero el vale en mi teléfono parecía inseguro de ello y estaba muy preocupado si necesitábamos pagar un suplemento de £ 5 cada uno en lugar de comprobar su reserva. Volvió tres veces. Me había llevado a mi marido por su cumpleaños y fue extremadamente embarazoso! Nos ofrecieron un cóctel que era agradable, a pesar de que la imagen prometía una bebida gaseosa. Cuando la comida llegó después de una espera muy larga nos quedamos decepcionados. 1 . Se suponía que teníamos que haber presentado sándwiches abiertos como en la foto. Se nos presentó pan tan seco que se enrollaba en los bordes, que consistía, Atún mayo, queso y pepinillo, huevo y mayonesa y carne de res y rábano picante cortado en dedos. No es lo que pensábamos que serviría en algún lugar como el Hyatt; quizás más acorde con un café de la ciudad. El mismo cuchillo había sido utilizado para cortar todos los sándwiches, así que tuvimos que encurtirlos todos. Estaban vestidos con dos hojas. 2 . Los pasteles estaban bien, pero la pannacotta era líquida y no nos dieron una cuchara para comerlo. Tuvimos que verterlo en nuestras cucharas de té ya utilizadas con nuestras bebidas calientes. 3 . Los bollos estaban deliciosos y calientes, pero solo nos dieron crema y sin mermeladas. Tuvimos que esperar hasta encontrar a alguien y pedirlo. Parecían sorprendidos y dijeron ‘¿oh, tú también quieres mermelada? 4 . El té que tomé era bueno, pero mis maridos café se le sirvió negro (sin oferta de un café con leche, etc) y era terrible, él lo dejó. La única parte buena de la experiencia fue nuestra camarera que era dulce y se esforzó al máximo. En general, esta experiencia fue una vergüenza, ya que había tomado a mi marido como un regalo. Visitamos regularmente Qavali y el hotel du Vin cerca y son en comparación excepcional. La ironía es que llevé a toda mi familia a almorzar el día de Navidad y había contemplado a Aria. Nunca volvería a ir allí de nuevo basado en esta experiencia

I’ve ordered 2 soups, one of them was wrong one, 4 meatballs which I didn’t get, had to call them back for a few times for it and I had to wait another 40 mins to get them, the fries on the site was included but on the phone they said it’s not and I have to order them separately , I paid by card online then they cancelled the order, but they have taken the money, and then said I have to pay another £42 at the driver and for the first money that I paid I’ll get a refund. That’s how you lose your customers
