The best restaurants serving Other european-cuisines food in North West

We ate a delicious Grilled Chicken Wrap and drank cider. The service was fast.

Visited a few dozen times. Quality depends on staff turnover around. Sometimes food is greasy and over cooked, other times fantastic. Lot of customers just drink, can see why. Last time I went the a male waiter just stared at me for a couple minutes, and kept giving long stares. Not sure if he thought he thought he knew me from somewhere or something weird, but nearly walked out. Food was well cooked, but portions small. Still hungry. Good for small appetites. Waiter kept giving funny looks as giving service. Asked for bill and he walked over with a charge machine and bill including a 10% service charge after spending over £110. Service charge should have a limit or not at all with their prices. Machine asked for gratuity after a huge service charge. Lol. He walked five feet with a couple plates and a bottle,and was being weird. Got busy and felt cramped, was awkward getting out being six feet four where I sat with ceiling decor hanging down and close seating. After we got a roast chicken sandwich from Sainsbury’s. No service charge and gratuity begging.

Highly recommended! Great service, friendly people, and pleasant conversations. What more could you need?

Had a wonderful meal with family and the staff were very attentive. Very good choice on the menu and all was cooked well. It was busy, which is a good sign and I assume that making a reservation would be necessary.

Visité este restaurante durante nuestra estancia en el fabuloso Titanic Hotel, sin embargo, la comida no era genial. Tomé el filete de solomillo de 8 onzas y mi esposa tomó el cordero. El restaurante tenía una buena sensación y decoración, pero lamentablemente la comida no está a la altura. Mi filete era algo que se encontraba en un pub de cadena por un bajo costo y la presentación muy pobre. El cordero era mejor, pero de nuevo no de gran calidad y algunos artículos salieron fríos. Mientras estábamos sentados en nuestra mesa, ambas sillas se rompieron y tampoco conseguí los cubiertos adecuados para mi bistec. Muy decepcionado

I understand people after a day shift want to get home on time however having tables on chairs, areas cordoned off and the general appearance of being closed an hour prior to closing time does not lend itself to an enjoyable or comfortable environment. Not what I expected from a so called big name in the industry. A more professional attitude needs to be instilled with the team here.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to one of the managers here, Laura, who provided excellent customer service for us when we visited yesterday. We mentioned that we have allergies to peanuts and pineapple, Laura took extra special care to make sure there are no traces of these in any of the food we ordered, and that there is no contamination of any kind caused by using the same grill for other food. She also made sure to come and check up on us every 5-10 mins to make sure everything is satisfactory. She definitely went above and beyond her responsibilities and we genuinely appreciated all the help.

Looking forward to a nice night away for our anniversary. Couldn't afford lots of money but the website mislead us into the standard of the room. I felt that as we had paid for the cheaper rooms we were given poorer quality. Got the impression it would be better quality than a chain hotel but our room wasn't any better. Staff were lovely and welcoming and the location was where we wanted. Somewhat disappointed by this stay.

The food is belter and the staff are polite

Order chicken platter, after 10 mins the guy told us they have run out of chicken. It's like a bird without wings. Instead of apologising or giving us something extra they swapped the order with boneless chicken, which was tiny. Sadly we went home hungry. Pathetic service, avoid if you can. This particular Nando's have a weird Manager. No regard for customers or their own mistake.
