Great restaurant as the staff are superb. Christian the server who greeted and served us was top drawer. Just a a good lad, doing a good job. Great to see when on a busy shift.

Yet again, Nando's does it again, with tasty food and great service. Still has to be rated as the most consistent food brand around, apart from the one in Cheshire Oaks.

We’ve had the best experience this evening at Salford Quay’s Nando’s. In particular, I need to mention Edward who has gone above and beyond to make our experience the best. We’re off to see a show at The Lowry, and this has been the best start to our evening! Cannot recommend enough! Thank you! 🤩

Edward is an absolute gem. We watched first hand (we sat at the entrance) as he handled long queues to the restaurant during rush hour. He never dropped down his level of professionalism and served everyone with a smile and positive attitude. Top stars!

We was in Manchester from London for a corrie visit weekend, and on the Monday we decided to visit nandos here and so glad we did. The food was great n cooked to perfection but what made it great was the service we received as a family. Kyle was lovely and warm and helpful. Also a big special mention for Ellie, I had to ask her name towards the end of our meal. Her attention to detail and her outstanding service was really lovely to receive and she will go very far, definitely management material im sure. I can't recommend this nandos enough for the genuine warmth n friendliness we received from Kyle and Ellie, also from 2 other members of staff (we didn't know their names) well done salford quays nandos- best service we have ever had in 1 of your restaurants.

Absolute delightful experience. This place has good seating arrangements, which can accommodate more ppl hence the wait time is reasonable. Staffs are polite and friendly, serving is pretty fast. As always they served delicious food, chickpea burger with spicy chips is my favourite. This place is slightly near to the parking lot and next to the quay side mall.

We were greeted with a smile when we walked in by Edward. He was very kind and caring. He resolved an issue with the food straight away and was constantly checking up on us about our food. 10/10 service Thank you Edward

Manager Sam is an credit to Nandos Salford. Professional and hard working. I watched Sam work non stop to service us customers with a smile on her face. I had a slight issue with my food order, but the manager promptly resolved it. The customer service was excellent, and the staff were very respectful.

I frequently visit Nando’s media city, and wanted to give a big shoutout to Sam (who is one of the managers), she always has a smile on her face and makes you feel super welcome. There have been countless occasions where she has gone above and beyond to ensure I’m happy with the meal. Keep up the good work, Sam! 👏🏽

You can’t go wrong with a Nando’s, they’ve mastered the recipe and most times I go they have it spot on. I was served by a friendly server called Edward, very nice and made the dine out experience even better. I even noticed that he was managing every thing around him in a calm manner, certainly could see him as a team lead/manager. We initially wanted to eat after watching a Lowry show but it was incredibly busy as Nandos seemed to be first choice for many. I didn’t want to feel rushed so instead I walked around for hour before looping back at about 1pm. Service and food was great (thanks to Edward and the chefs) which is why I don’t mind waiting at all, always satisfied when leaving. As popular as Nando’s is, this particular place would certainly benefit from knowing the public Lowry show schedule so that they have more staff working around these hours. The show I went to runs at 11am and 2pm every day for 11 days but there is a different play that shows at these times as well, so as expected there will be a surge of people coming to dining establishments after a show. To balance out the work load and ensure there are enough staff members working during these busy hours, I would advise more staff as I noticed there were some people who walked off to other places when the wait for a table would be too long here, big factor being low staff.

Come here a lot and the staff are always absolutely superb. If you stop by ask for Edward, the guy's puns are on point 🤌

Nando's not good anymore, we know what we get when we want to eat in a budget nationwide chain, but a while ago this place will get you a decent meal, yesterday was beyond disappointing, leaving a feeling of, we don't care anymore, we are here for the profit, and profit margin it's a problem this days with the current cost of produce and everything else. Our food took way too long to get to our table, when arrived...it felt like it was under the hot lights at the pass for 20 minutes, soggy chips, lukewarm, dry quarter chicken I have ever seen, really small, I thought I was having pigeon. The chicken burger same story, dry tough chicken, 2 chicken thighs, one small and the other one I refuse to believe that there's such a small chicken in this world, all looked absolutely sad and ridiculous in the plate. Only if you own personally a place serving food like this you will feel ashamed of what you have achieved, chains don't care because people keep coming for more, my humble advice would be, don't fall asleep as bigger companies have failed after years of success

Reasonable price, free refills on drinks, staff were friendly will definitely be going back.

Large takeaway order for 30 people the team were fantastic and accommodating and went out of their way to help and ensure we had everything we needed. Big shout out the management team on the day (chap and lady sorry forgot your names) were very helpful and polite!

My husband and I went to Nando’s for a meal on Saturday lunchtime before going to the theatre. It was a very tasty meal and the service was excellent, the young staff members looked after us and made sure we had a great experience we are both in our 80s and really appreciated their care and attention.

We visited last night and were sat down quickly into a table that fitted more than 3 of us so not cramped onto a small table. The food and drinks were delivered quickly and the plates were taken away promptly. They checked on us to see if the meal was ok. Having eaten the mains I cocked up the order for desert and managed to reorder all the mains again. Sam (who I think was the shift manager) quickly dealt with it and got it all refunded. Great service when mistakes happen

An amazing place to come and eat. Very comfortable and extremely friendly staff, Phil in particular made our visit wonderful, he went the extra mile simply because we chatted and I mentioned I had a busy day and was tired. As a manager, personally taking care of your customers is top-level customer service and deserves to be recognised. The entire staff team were great, I only caught Phil and Lucy's names but everyone deserves the praise, the food was fantastic, the place was clean and tidy, the atmosphere was friendly and multiple staff members came to take care of any of our needs. We will absolutely be back as soon as we're able.

I love coming here because of the location and who doesn’t love a Nando’s. The food at this location isn’t the best but it’s made up for by Kaz. She’s so lovely every single time I come in without fail. She probably wouldn’t remember my face so I know she’s like this with everyone. People like this keep businesses going!

Stumbled across the place a couple of years ago when looking for somewhere to eat before the football. The service was excellent along with the food as well. Can highly recommend a visit, been a couple of time's since our first visit also. Excellent!

Where do i start…. The little boy from Clifton has done it again!!! I had the pleasure of being served by Zion at Nandos, and I must say, it was an exceptional dining experience. From the moment we were seated until the last bite, Zion provided top-notch service. Their attention to detail, warm demeanor, and extensive knowledge of the menu elevated our meal to new heights. They anticipated our needs, offered insightful recommendations, and ensured that every aspect of our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. It’s always a good idea nando’s!

food was nice… however when we ordered our sides came out 20 minutes before our chicken. We complained about this and was told management would come speak to us about it however he never did. We were only given an apology and by the time our chicken came out our sides were cold. Very disappointing.

Picked up my order and was greeted by Sam at the front of house. She was extremely helpful and kind, made my day when picking up my food. The woman deserves a payrise :)

I visited here yesterday, they were steadily busy, I mean nothing crazy! Not every table full! And the service was ridiculous! The staff looked at you mindlessly when you came in, not even a smile. No attitude of wanting to help. We then proceeded to wait about half an hour for one main, which is no biggie I understand, I work in the industry myself. My friends main then took another 20 minutes to come out, and it was only when I went up to complain that they brought it. No check backs, even though we had already complained. The food was FREEZING!!! The burger wasn’t even how I ordered it! At the point my friend had got her food we had 10 minutes before the car park ran out!! So we couldn’t even finish it as it took them 50 MINUTES to bring her main. No compensation, I want our bloody money back!!!

We visited Nando’s for quick meal before Black Pumas concert. The food was good, three of us had vegetarian options. These were nice wraps and burger. Drinks were served quickly. There was good friendly busy atmosphere in there too. Christian the server was exceptional. He was what we remember the most! He was lovely. We would recommend and will return hopefully.

Overall nice enough very clean however there was a staff member who complained to our teacher as we our students, the staff member in question got our order wrong multiple times so obviously we would be a bit annoyed the other staff were nice

Stayed in premier inn media city 5 mins walk away , staff friendly and welcoming , seated quickly , and food arrived and was very nice .

2 weeks in a row we've been here and the orders have come out at least half an hour apart, the staff are far too busy sorting takeaway/delivery orders to even care that the people in the restaurant are sat waiting for food.

Food was great 👍 If you want to find some spicy chicken, this is the perfect place to go.

We got turned away and told it’s over 1 hour wait because tables need to be cleared and cleaned. I understand they were busy but turning away custom because staff haven’t cleared a table is very poor management.

Our server Sam was great as always. We’ve been a few times and always come back because of how welcoming she is. Food is great and comes quickly, can’t ask for much more.

We had a lovely welcome when we arrived and were given the option of several tables. We ordered on the app and it was pretty easy. My friend had the chicken burger and I ordered the Rainbow bowl. My friend loved hers , but I was not fussed on mine, just personal taste. Throughout our time there, the staff were friendly and helpful.

I was served by Christian and he made me feel like my dad owned Nando’s. Paid a lot of attention & care to my partner and our experience. I was shocked to find out he’s not a manager but trust me, he deserves a pay rise or a few days off to say the least

The food was absolutely gorgeous , I had previously attended the afternoon for a quick bite, spoke with the staff very friendly couldn't do enough, spoke to one gent James, the name will forever stick with me James is a manager and he is an absolute gem. He supplied me a direct number and I booked a table of 7, turned up early he welcomed me and my colleagues, took my order as we was in a mad rush. Food arrived extremely quick. Gave us the option of eating what was already done and he would bring the rest over. For a nandos this hands down is the absolute best. James talked through the allergy list (never been done before in any other restaurants) and attended to us at his earliest convenience to make sure we had everything and if we needed anything. James the manager, from the NHS crew who attended thank you for looking after us

We regularly visit Nando’s in Salford on our way home from the gym as a little treat. Food is always great and the staff are so lovely and friendly, Josh served us today and he was great and even sat us on our favourite table! Can’t wait to return ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Clearly didn’t want a table of 12 in which included 6 children. Member of staff was rude. Was plenty of room but said it would definitely be a minimum of 45 minutes for a table. Poor 👎🏼 Drove 20 minutes down the road to Nando’s Middlebrook and they couldn’t be more accommodating despite being far busier than Nando’s at The Lowry. Maybe the girl should pop down to Horwich for some training!

Have ordered a takeaway from here twice and both times we have been missing several items and it is near impossible to get money back, staff need to be checking the bags before giving them to the drivers!

One of the best nandos I have visited in the UK. The food was good as usual, the best part was the ambience. Tax was not inclusive on the menu. It's one of the best choices of a budget friendly fine dine in the media city quays

They didn’t fulfill what we ordered and plus it was 50 minutes late. Asked for a refund but then they said it will come 3-5 working days later. No choice but to wait for it. Terrible experience, inexperienced staff. Didn’t even give us any complimentary 15/12/23 2:30pm - 4:00 pm

63 of use went today and I was blown away how friendly the managers and staff were. If you want a corporate event then this is the place to go. We pre-ordered, they were brilliant at arranging menus and orders in advance. When we arrived we were seated promptly and nothing was too much trouble. Food was delicious and plentiful and the staff really amenable. Great value and super value, see you again next Christmas x

Have always enjoyed the food at Nando’s and have never been disappointed until last night. After ordering our food and drinks via the QR code on the table as directed we were given our drinks in good time but had quite a wait for the food. Where we were seated we had a good view of the serving area and noticed there were so many food plates mounting up but not being taken to tables. When our food was eventually served to us some said it didn’t taste good, mine was dried out as if it had been kept under the heat for way too long. The brocolli however was cold , tasteless and looked different to the other servings of brocolli around the table. I asked if my dinner could be changed due the chicken and mash being dried out and the broccoli just looking sad. I was given a dirty look by the server and saw her rolling her eyes to another member - I received what looked just like the original food ages later but at that stage was just so hungry I’d have eaten anything. It was not like any of the Nando’s I’ve had previously. I’d describe the service as chaotic and slow and it slightly marred our family get together.

We dined in, the food was beautiful, the staff were lovely, helpful and courteous and we enjoyed it all very much. I would definitely recommend Nandos Salford Quays, or any other Nandos if they're all like that.

Not a great nandos. Staff very unobservant. Really tricky to get their attention, too busy chatting to each other. When I suggested to the manager that there was something wrong with my food he just said "it's fine" and walked away. Chicken portion was a bit smaller than other nandos I've been to.

I ordered takeaway, spent over £50, then I got half a chicken the leg was so dry the skin was stuck, and not chewable, when I tried to make a complaint it wouldn't let me. The person I spoke to on the helpline of the app was so rude. Never ordering from there again.

We are regular visitors at this Nando’s but felt compelled to write a review this evening due to the fantastic customer service we received from Ava. The food and atmosphere at this particular Nando’s is great, but this evening we felt Ava went above and beyond to check on us, our experience, our food and also encouraged us to try something new: the frozen cocktails, which we really enjoyed. Will definitely be back, as it’s in my opinion the best Nando’s restaurant in town, with its waterside location and generally an ample availability of tables and a quick service.

Our food had sat too long. Chips and corn cob were cold. You could see they were preoccupied preparing all the takeaway food. You don’t get a good discount for NHS anymore. I’m not going back. And we’re farting like troupers this morning.

So let me begin this with you by explaining how me and my mother (who was with me at the time) got to this magical place in the first place. We had just finished a trip to the War Museum near the same location and I had a load of fun and then I decided that I wanted to have a walk around Manchester taking all the sights and views and have a proper good time. Then I thought to myself i’m getting a bit hungry I say, and we tried looking around at the menu variety of restaurants but Nando’s came to my mind immediately. This was my first time ever try Nando’s and I wanted to hopefully have it be an experience for me to remember. By the time I exit the building after enjoying my meal I am delighted to say that it was indeed a experience and memory that I will treasure for the rest of my life. The first second I walked in I was absolutely astonished with the beautiful decor and I have never seen such a more beautiful restaurant in a very very long time so instantly at a thumbs up for me. When we walked into book a table the staff are quickly to respond to us and were polite and friendly in every way possible overjoyed to help and assist their customers and respectful to everyone including the restaurant as everywhere I looked it was pristine and clean to the highest degree. My mother and I sat down and I ordered a quarter chicken with chips and some corn on the cob and my mother ordered some chips on their own. Our order was booked in and as I looked over I could astonishingly see that all the food in this restaurant was cooked straight in front of us and cooked to order so that’s another thumbs up for me and it’s proudly showing the quality and consistency with all the food that comes out of that open kitchen. A few minutes later our food arrived and then I requested if I could please have some medium hot sauce the waiter was quick to respond and the source was with me in less than a minute. I talked in to the chips and OMG they had to be some of the best chips that I had ever had in my life crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside and piping hot all the way through no cold fries here! Then I munched on the corn on the cob perfectly cooked sweet juicy what more could you want with some fresh corn on the cob? And then I dug into the start of the show the quarter of a chicken and I decided to immediately go in with the hot sauce I took my first bite and Lord in heaven I was in heaven itself! The chicken was juicy tender flavorful perfectly cooked and moist and the child flavour from when they were doing it on the grill complements the hot sauce and the spices absolutely perfectly. I’m also delighted to say that my mother enjoyed her chips too and whilst I chugged down on some cola she happily enjoyed a nice bottle of cold beer. Safe to say that this was a beautiful introduction into the wonderful world that is of Nando’s chicken and let it be known that I will be back here in the future to devour your amazing food once again! - Shea
