I dined at Nandoās in Cheshire Oaks and had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was vibrant, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I enjoyed the peri-peri chicken, which was juicy and flavorful, complemented perfectly by the garlic bread and spicy rice. The restaurant was clean and offered a great variety on the menu. Iāll definitely be back for more!

me and my sister took my Mum out for a nice meal for her birthday, and she'd always wanted to go to visit Oliver's with my Dad, whom is no longer with us, so for her birthday we wanted to treat her. Well, never again........ after we were seated, we were offered drinks and they came, everything was fine, until then the staff all disappeared from the floor (I say all - they had 4 members of staff including the one behind the bar, with 2 large birthday parties going on) we finally found a waitress to take our order, she did, minus asking how I would like my steak cooked. we then waited an hour before chasing where our food was, to be told it was the next out the kitchen - to then be informed, it wasn't even put into the kitchen, as the waitress was new - so it was being cooked then ... no apology, nothing.... no offer of another FOC drink while we waited.... Whilst we were waiting for our food, the entertainment started, which even for me was very loud, I could not hear my sister next to me, never mind my elderly mother across the table. when the food did arrive, the taste was amazing and I cannot fault them for that, but the service sadly let it down, we were being looked at, as if it was our fault we had to chase our food, we had no apology, no offer of anything to make up for their mistake and left the establishment extremely angry. I appreciate one, the waitress could of been new to the role, but if so she could of said or at least should of been supported by a senior staff member. The senior member of staff was extremely rude and confrontational from the minute we chased how long are food would be. I would not recommend to any one.

Called in for lunch with my son who is a profession chef, I'm always nervous taking him out for something to eat for obvious reasons! The venue serves food in both the bar and a much nicer restaurant area which a lovely young lady seated us in. I ordered the cheese pie with homemade baked beans and my son had the seabass which he said was excellent, phew! I was equally happy with my meal, everything was really well cooked and the service was spot on, bill very reasonable. The only issue I had was dogs being allowed into an area where food is served although to be fair it was unclear if this is just the bar or the whole venue. Excellent experience and highly recommended if you dont mind sharing your eating space with dogs.

Stayed here with my husband and daughter for a weekend. Check in was quick and easy. We booked a family room which was perfectly clean and tastefully decorated. The room was huge with wooden beams and very comfortable beds, tea/coffee making facilities and everything you need for a pleasant stay. The pub was lovely within a peaceful setting with friendly staff. The breakfast was really good with plenty of options. We also had our evening meal there both nights and the food again was very tasty and well presented. Again lots of choice. Beer garden with play area was a real bonus for our little girl. Their was even a live band on the Saturday night which was great. Would definitely stay here again and would love to return.

We had a lovely meal last night - great choices, well presented and good value for money. Food was clearly cooked to order, was hot and fresh. A limited but different choice of desserts. Good range of wines at a reasonable price per bottle. There were only a small number of diners but I would expect to see more if people make the effort to share the plus points of the place

Amazing room to eat in and service was excellent . Thatās where the good ends . Food very under whelming . Mackerel starter very small and just ok . Ham hock good size and decent quality . Mains of bass , mashed potato tasted like shop bought and very firm . Pork chop a bit tough and needed a steak knife to cut . Desserts very very poor. Banana cake clearly microwaved as chewy and hard on the edges and the cherry parfait still frozen . Would not have a main meal here again .

We live 10 minutes away from here and we thought we would give it a try for early dinner Sunday evening. It's hidden away and not advertised but we checked it out online and felt it was reasonably priced and a "hidden gem". It is a beautiful Country house set in lovely grounds. We expected it to be quiet at 6 o'clock on a Sunday evening but it was very busy. We felt we were one of the youngest there and we are 60! The food was just ok but the service was shocking! There were TWO very young girls running the bar, the tables, the reception area (taking payments and assumingly seeing to the hotel guests). They were not trained very well and were literally "strolling" around with no sense of urgency. They looked and sounded very bored and obviously didn't want to be there. One brought desserts to a table opposite but didn't think to take our plates away, and we had finished our meal 20 minutes earlier. I asked for another drink but didn't get it, we were not offered the dessert menu until we had got fed up waiting, so we didn't have one. The carrots were cold, but the "Port Diane" was good. We will give it another go, as they were advertising for staff (which they obviously need urgently).

I am a regular customer at the Titanic hotel. Itās a fantastic environment however the cost of an evening meal is very low.compared with other competitors on the the Liverpool water front. Ā£18 .50p is not a lot of money for fish and chips. Some times the meal is exceptional some times it is very poor. John Riley Regular customer.

Absolutely gorgeous food here, visited a very busy place today but soon shown to a table. You order at the counter but served pretty quickly, we did wait awhile for our food but boy was it worth waiting for. Chilli chicken flatbread and gnocchi with cauliflower blue cheese & peashoots both absolutely delicious and shared banana walnut & salted caramel cake. A must visit for imaginative food.

Lovely setting and very airy, comfortable seating and tables. The menu choice was varied but I felt a little over priced for what it was. Donāt get me wrong the quality of food and service was excellent. However, as a business traveller my clients stipulate a price cap on subsistence rates. I struggled to have a starter or dessert, main course and one drink within a fairly generous allowance. The food is great but this is not an āupmarketā restaurant. Maybe need to review pricing against local area, venue and typical guests. But no complaints about quality of food, service or setting.
