Ellesmere Port Pizza & Kebab House in Cheshire West and Chester

Pizzas were dry n well over cooked. Offered the excuse that they were busy n then offered a lame apology. Avoid!!

Perfect place to eat! I highly recommend it it was actually delicious will definitely go back soon.

Always a good place for a feed in the town centre.

Gorge food but missing cheese when I called they said they would add to next order in future. Next order I added a comment and called restaurant but the cheese was a tiny portion in comparison to typical portions barely any.....I had paid for and not recieved next time Ill insist on money back. Love the food here just an off night normally 10/10x

From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the tone for what turned out to be an unforgettable meal. The menu offered a fantastic selection of kababs, each bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. I tried the mixed grill platter, which included a variety of meats, all juicy and tender, with just the right amount of seasoning. The lamb kababs, in particular, were a standout—so succulent and flavorful that I found myself savoring every bite.

They never make a mistake with an order. The Nice Kebab & Pizza House in Ellesmere Port would regularly leave off an item that I ordered. So I switched to this place. It’s always right and they’ve never been late. 5 stars for taste, and it gets a 5 star food hygiene rating too.

Food was disgusting wasn't fresh would not recommend at all

Second delivery we have had that's arrived stone cold & was inedible- so disappointing as takeaways aren't cheap anymore & we used to always order from here

Takeaway pizza chips not the best wouldn't recommend. I love a pizza base that's doughy and fresh these dosent seem that way. Also customer service not the best were not helpful at all we aren't usually in this area

After literally years of ordering every week on a sat,, & even with the reheated next day chips I kept ordering, I've always gave a tip 2 delivery people & they wer really good really nice, I no its a free garlic bread I don't ask 4 but y wud u send me wot looked like a badly burnt piece of toast, it tells me u don't care, gutted time 2 move on

Very friendly and efficient staff, but disappointing yet again that a modern take away doesn't accept card payment and this take away isn't alone in Ellesmere port unfortunately, the food was fine with good portions but wouldn't say it's the best in the port but on the other hand I've had far worse, hard to rate a kebab really as it's hardly Michelin 5 star cuisine is it !

Margarita is amazing. But my favourite pizza is garlic & cheese with pinapple onions and mushrooms 👌

Turkish run place they all speak Turkish while you are stood there then look at you with a grin very rude imo felt like I was in the heart of Turkey with the yapping they was doing food is sub par aswell the had a certificate on the wall with some sort of award with the date manually changed themselves I could see asif to keep it in date not the best of places I've been

Poor service, chicken undercooked causing severe food poisoning

Was really nice chicken for a large chicken kebab. However dropped a star due to no red salt on the chips and either another pitta or a nan would have been better. However top notch chicken.

This place use to be amazing. Lately food orders are never correct, only just warm when delivered and prices have gone up but portion sizes have not. Will be looking for somewhere different in future. Such a shame when we are regulars

Kebab was nice but I hadn't realised you had to opt for salad so a bit disappointing 3 x burger meals were bad, mrs left hers saying it was inedible. Won't be going back 👎🏻 £35 down the drain, takeout now more than ever need to keep standards up or the demand will decrease with poor food and slow delivery.

Chicken kebab was anemic and tasted lemony. There was hardly any salad. Chips were soggy. I was expecting better as I'd been told this place had won award, maybe it's changed ownership since.

After years of ordering from this place its time to give up. Last 3 orders were no where near quality used to be.they Had their chances. Firstly mid week orders were low standard then weekend got low as well... Food got low quality now, portions are smaller than used to be. Doner kebab is maked from low quality meat. I would have to look for another one. Delivery took them 2 hours on friday.

I have used this kebab house for many years, absoloutely faultless every time, food is delivered so fast but with this, the food does not suffer, always perfect, fresh and hot. My only disappointment is no card payment so when I am cashless we have too order elsewhere.

Called to make an order for delivery. they told me that they do not deliver to My Street because they’ve had problems with a resident in the past .what has that got to do with me ???so if a One particular takeaway serves bad food in Town does that mean all the takeaway is bad would’ve given Zero stars if possible

5 ⭐ for food but 1 ⭐ for customer service!! Very disappointed with the way my partner was spoken to this evening when he called to ask where the sauces were for his meal. We have always had good service and when we order the mixed kebab he ALWAYS has the sauces in separate pots. When making the order tonight I was involved in the conversation and at NO point was he asked if he wanted the sauces on his meat. This question has never been asked in the past and they have always been in separate pots. I could hear the way my partner was spoken to and he wasn't given the opportunity to speak at times. This left us feeling very unhappy and shocked by the attitude of the call.

Best kabab house not just in Ellesmere Port but everywhere 2 large chips that's me now an again get the kids Donna meat they love it

omg where do i start? absolute belting takeaway best in the port for its age. dems beef burgers though be dripping in juices full of flavour all down my chinny chin chins.fantastic let me tell you about the chips... there double dunked in that fryer? naahhhhh bithches there triple dunked. chicken kebabs who doesnt love a chicken kebab? well let me tell you, you will love theres. moister than you like and mad flavours. the must be driving round in f1 bangers because there delivery time is rapid and the food is always hotter than if i just wapped it out my own oven. customer service is out of this world they must be aliens. will forever be a customer till the day i die keep making absolute belter food. love you all xoxo

Always get great food here, never been disappointed. Had small and large orders for family get together (pre covid). Order always correct, friendly staff both in the shop and delivery. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Great prices too!

fancied a treat for tea so ordered some pizzas for delivery. guy on phone was helpful and confirmed total cost when ordering. food came 30 mins later and was hot/ fresh and very tastey. delivery driver Kev was really friendly and wished us a enjoyable meal. food it self was great as stated and we got a free garlic pizza. was £20 for 2 x 10 inch and 1 x 7 inch pizza

Ordered a kebab asked for garlic mayo and chilli sauce.. came with not even one but NO sauce. Disappointing as I had high expectations from the reviews.

Won awards how they do this i don't no went in opening time 3pm they had put kebab on spit and of course the meat on the out side of the kebab was hard from the day be4 .they should have taken this of and then cooked the meat . No just warmed it up on in to the pitta. Meat was hard . And well it went in the bin. Award winning may be for inferior kebabs!!!!!

Just ordered a wrap and it was by far the best wrap ive ever eaten from a takeaway! It was apsalutly huge! Would definitely recommend! My partner also ordered a kebab and that was also huge! Will definitely order from here again

absolutely disgusting sent children raw chips and undercooked food when rang up was spoke to rude and told to shut the f**k up went down to be told I planted the chips and I had told them I would smash food in there faces which I never and have all staff try to threaten me will be putting all over facebook reporting to council and trading standards and police for abuse

Really good. Not the cheapest, but everything was cooked really well. Paradise was closed so had to venture elsewhere. A good back up for sure but with kebabs I'm a minogamist!!!

They basically said we were lying about what pizza we had ordered (the only pizza the kids eat is pepperoni) because they know what was ordered and wouldn’t change it, so the kids had no pizza as they wouldn’t eat the one they sent. And they REFUSED to refund the money when I said I’ll bring all the food back as we weren’t happy just because they had sent a box of salad out!! I will never go back to this kebab house again and I am a VERY unhappy customer!!!!!!

We used to be a regular here but when I last ordered a couple of kebabs, the delivery guy actually apologised for the price!! The price had almost doubled with no warning. Stay away from this overpriced slum hole!

Best shop in Ellesmere Port. Best shop in the UK. No wonder they've won the 2017 award. Clean, tidy, friendly and consistent food regardless of the hour! Kebab is never good for you but this one is worth the calories.
