I cannot recommend this place enough! The pizzas and pastas are so fresh and tasty. By far the best Italian in Richmond 🍕 🍝

Very impressive in every respect from a chain that has had to put up with a lot of bad press (deserved) in recent months. The price was fair at just over £8 for great coffee - a cappuccino and a flat white - to the impressive speed of service. There’s no bespoke Pret seating just grab your purchase and go. The airport is a cattle market and there’s little pleasure being here so decent coffee helps. A lot of the UK has snow and ice today but London escaped, just rain.

Had to wait 45min for 4 chicken wings and garlic bread. When I chase after 20 min I was told effectively to sit down and shut up. When I complain after 45 mins I was then classed as rude and was refused further service. Enter at your own peril.

We arrived here on a Tuesday evening around 5.30 with no booking, this did not seem a problem, the place was empty. We were shown to a table for two and had the most relaxing and enjoyable dining experience. All the waiting staff were superb and honestly, in my reviews generally, I tend not to mention staff by name. Having said that Victoria was a star and could not do enough for us. She helped make the evening the fantastic dining experience it was and was still very attentive as the restaurant filled up later into the evening. We did not feel pushed like they wanted to get us out and fill the table again and rarely have I felt so relaxed in London. We will certainly be back again for such amazing food and incredible service.

El servicio es excelente, muy cálido, amable, bien informado y eficiente, aunque comenzaron a luchar un poco una vez que el restaurante estaba lleno. El menú necesitaba mucha explicación. Parte de la comida era excelente, pero parte de ella no alcanzó la marca, aunque estoy seguro de que se debe al gusto personal. Las mesas están demasiado juntas, ya que es un establecimiento pequeño, por lo que casi toca codos con completos extraños. La gran pregunta es si volvería y después de algunas deliberaciones la respuesta es no, definitivamente hay mejores restaurantes por ahí.

We served by Mary on the Sunday 11/05/2025 after 15:00pm. The food was amazing and Mary came across very warm, welcoming and professional. She served us drinks with a friendly smile. Because of Mary we would definitely come again and recommend to friends & family.

Mis cuñados estuvieron despiertos unos días y eligieron este restaurante. Cuando llegamos tuvimos una bienvenida muy cálida. Yo había tomado tapas antes, pero no lo habían hecho elegimos 5 tapas diferentes y se les aconsejó que probablemente necesitaríamos 6 platos entre 3 de nosotros, esto era bastante adecuado para nuestros apetitos. La comida era buena y sabrosa y bien presentada. Un menú pequeño pero suficiente para la mayoría de los paladares. Sin duda me gustaría ir de nuevo.

Posiblemente el peor restaurante en el que he estado. Reservado utilizando mi cena de lujo para dos vales - costando £ 69 y se le dio a elegir entre dos platos de un menú muy muy limitado con un costo de £ 25 por persona. Las opciones de menú fueron vergonzosas - mains - una ensalada vegetariana, pescado con papas fritas o milanesa de pollo con ensalada. Opté por el pollo y era básicamente un nugget de pollo grande. Insípido y grasiento. Un restaurante italiano sin pizza o pasta disponible? Y no, no puedes cambiar por eso. El restaurante estaba en un hotel, la comida nada como las imágenes del sitio web - ciertamente no el cóctel de moda de lujo y el bar de martini que implica. No hay ambiente, pocos clientes y no hay un restaurante de cualquier herencia italiana que pueda ver. El abandono de la cocina. No hay cerveza de barril disponible. ¡Y la comida de lujo viene con agua! Así que compra un vale y luego pide desde un menú que cuesta menos que el total del vale... pide desde un menú de basura. Fantástica comida y un gran ambiente. Nos han escuchado algunas veces y cada vez la comida es excelente, y el personal es extremadamente servicial y amable. recomiendo el Kebab Mixto o el Pollo Capadocia

Visited here on Friday evening and it totally exceeded my expectations. Could not fault the service we received at all, everybody serving was super friendly and professional. Took the time to go through appropriate dishes for my allergies too. The brown butter yoghurt was absolutely sublime we ordered two portions! All of the food was gorgeous and I would recommend to anybody. Really lovely atmosphere and I loved the decor in the restaurant. Thanks for making my friends birthday dinner so fab!
