Food is functional for buy and go in an airport, the coffee is slightly bland but again, this is a no fuss place, as expected.

Located in Heathrow Terminal 4 departures. Big branch. Americano was fine. Good selection of sandwiches, soups, pastries, drinks and more. Service was efficient. If you want a coffee or a bite to eat before a flight, then yes.

The staff I want to mention actually worka for the airport (in a pink t-shirt with Heathrow logo) - her anme is Flora. After I just sat down with my dinner, I saw a family of 3 came and squeezed at a small table of 2. I offered to swap table with them. When I lifted my tray, the soup spoon dropped on the floor, I saw this lady in the Heathrow pink t-shirt and thought she works for Prey so I asked if she can help me to grab a soup spoon as I am on my own and not convenient to leave anyting unattended. She smiled and nodded. Ahe cam back with the spoon and told me actually she doesn't work for Pret and said:"don't worry, I am on my break and getting a coffee anyway, here is your spoon". I blashed and apologiesed to her. She was still smiling and saied" don't worry, I'm hapoy to help" and she came back with a small muffin said:" I took an extra muffin for you, enjoy" True hospitality from heart. Thank you Flora!!! You made the start of the long trip ahead so memorable.

Terrible service staff. A totally useless bunch of staff. I was waiting in the queue waiting for service. A couple ahead of me got their service and the staff walked away. Replacement staff started serving other customers in the next lane and I was left waiting there. I didn't come there for a freebie. I was a paying customer. Thanks Pret a manger..you've lost a customer for good. I hope this review is read by some of the senior management and the staff are given some customer service training. I didn't expect this from this chain of cafes. Absolutely disgusted at the behaviour of the staff

Very long wait time. Either less staff. Coffee was goood. Helped me get over the tiring travel for the last 4 days.

I have been served by a very rude Easter European barista with dark long messy hair, who looked like just worked up. When I changed my order start throwing cups around and speaking loudly in his luggage serving other passengers and keeping me waiting for a long time. My parents were really upset seeing this. I will never spend a penny there again. I recommend going to Costa just minutes away, the service is much better. By the way. I cancelled my subscription because of this incident

Like those in the city it was clean with good selections of food with fast check out lines. Crowding can be a problem at times. Seating is comfortable with outlets nearby in some places for charging.

Early morning flight, and our usual stop off for drinks and food. Egg mayo and bacon roll, almond croissant and two drinks, at a reasonable price of less than £10. Service was fast and polite, a d there is a dedicated seating area with tables.

Quick and professional service; good range of Sandwiches, excelent coffee (of course), but most important friendly and efficient staff. Particularly I need to talk about a member of staff who works at Pret a manger Heathrow terminal 2. His name is Nydan.. For his continued & consistent 5 star service he deserves recognition. He is the nicest, happy person I have ever been served by. I really hope he gets to hear about this as staff like him are hard to come by. Thank you

Back flying from terminal 5, and feeling hungry we came here again. No seats inside due to lockdown,but we sat next door in the waiting area,and enjoyed our food. Fast and polite service,good prices,and will come again.

Only place it was open during COVID Lock down in airport for us to eat something. It was really good to find at least something was, in fact, open.

An early morning tea stop before a flight,and it was nice to pick up a peppermint tea and sit in comfort for less than £2.

Passing through LHR, stopped off at Pret A Manger for a Smoked Salmon salad and vanilla cafe latte. Quick service with attention paid to Covid-19 precautions. One to remember next time i'm passing through.

The quality of the sandwiches are always good the Pret A Manger. Their staffs are always helpful and the service is always excellent.

We were in a rush to get some food before our departure. We know this chain, it has decent food. They do not offer a very large selection of sandwiches but the ones they have are quite good. I have digestive problems and cannot tolerate onions. I chose cheese toast. On the description near the sandwich onions were not mentioned. I was really upset. Had to throw away the toast and did not dare to buy anything else.

Just on a transit between flights and fast efficient service for a nice fresh sandwich. Recommend the felafel on rye.

As were from Australia, this isn’t a brand that we’re familiar with. Our daughter has an anaphylactic peanut allergy and the staff here were outstanding in helping us to select safe food for her. Of course, the great EU food labeling requirements also helped!We had just come from a 5 hour flight, followed by a 6 hour sit, then a 17 hour flight - and we then had a 9 hour sir at LHR before our final leg to Zagreb. So, needless to say, we were tired and in need to some healthy food. Pret A Manger did a great job of it, and it was really tasty. They had good coffee, great tea, fresh toasties, fresh fruit salad and loads of juice selections. The seating was comfy and it gave us somewhere to sit for a while before wandering the terminal. And I have to say that the prices were a fraction of those at Australian airports, too! In Perth we had to pay AU$15 (£8) per wrap, at Pret A Manger they were less than £4. And the drinks were easily as cheap! We will definitely be stopping there on our epic return journey.

MEMBER OF STAFF WAS VERY RUDE, I believe they are one of the managers at work. During my lunch break I left in a rush leaving my rubbish on the table. As soon as I got up to leave he stopped me and said I needed to clear up of myself. Knowing I worked for TED BAKER he then went to my manager and reported me not picking up rubbish. Made a huge deal about itHE PURPOSELY MADE ME LOOK BAD IN MY STORE AS IF I WAS NOT A HUMAN BEING AND CANNOT MAKE MISTAKES.HONESTLY, NOT WORTH GOING AT ALL THE PLACE IS SO SMALL, THE STAFF ARE SO SLOW AT SERVING YO.U. Would recommend you to go to Eat or Cafe Nero, Boots or even WHSmith.

Always good veggie options without the poor added ingredients. Tasty, healthy, pretty decent price wise. However, Pret, I'm surprised you are still using plastic spoons! Sorry to be fickle but was just a bit surprised on a recent visit especially when like for like food places are stepping up to going plastic free. Come on we can do this!

There was not much choice, so my mum and I decided to just eat here before my flight to America. We shared a cheese and tomato croissant and tuna Niçoise salad. Both were just okay. I wouldn’t order either again. I got a pecan slice as a little dessert treat and it was truly delicious - I would order it again.

Usual products to take away or eat in. Had simple Almond croissant and hot chocolate. Croissant fresh. Local staff from terminal getting stuff which is a good sign. Useful location as just dropped off a family member for departures and it was close.

Been here several times before and we had a light breakfast here this morning. Good choice of hot/cold food. Service is very efficient. The food and coffee we had was good. Can’t fault the Heathrow Terminal 5 Pret.

Seriously? The cashier and barista at Pret A Manger at Heathrow Airport T4 made fun of my asian mum and called her "Chink" when she was ordering a coffee.

The egg and bacon sandwich was delicious and hot. Some of the items were out on the shelf but it was a busy time and there was an employee taking inventory. Prices were also reasonable which is a nice find in an airport.

So you know what you are getting at Pret, the food wasn’t an issue. We are in the queue on a busy Saturday in July and the staff member that was serving our queue just disappeared as it was the end of their shift. In fact two staff did this leaving the customers having to go to another assistant which is fine, but when there’s a long queue of customers at each of their points of service isn’t great. I had a very abusive man shout at me for queue jumping, bald, old and ugly you know the type...little did he know I’d been stood there patiently for 10 mins waiting to be served. This isn’t good enough Pret. Someone should have taken over from the staff whose shift had finished rather than leaving customers being left standing like idiots and being abused by other customers. We’ll go elsewhere next time.

This is a nice place to get a decent meal at a reasonable price. The menu is wide and all the items are healthy. Hence very suitable specially while travelling. Highly recommended to try while travelling in Heathrow.

OK we got some food but it is an odd shape shop. We managed to eat standing at one of the little stand only tables. I would like to see more on ingrediants as some fillings are a bit odd.

Smaller portions than at other branches and paper cups even if you sit in. I’m a Pret fan but this is not up to standard.

Happy always with their coffee, bi]ut the winning point here was that one of the staff saw me wandering around trying to find a water fill in Terminal 5 and stopped me, and asked me if she could fill it for me. Well done lass.

Terminal 4 does not have that many good food options compared to other terminals. Although this is a big branch with a lot of seating and spacious, their food options were very limited. It was only 19:00 and they did not have much at all. I wanted a light snack (protein pot) and they only had the egg option with spinach leaves. Staff quite friendly. Service fast. Usual Pret offering. You know what you will get. Sandwiches, salads, pastries, soup, fruit, sweet treats and snacks to name a few. There is also a big range of cold and hot drinks. Caters well for vegans. I think being such a busy airport and big branch, they need to have a bigger selection. I was in T3 recently where the branch was smaller but had loads more food options. Maybe it would be different earlier in the day but 19:00 is not late.

Didn't want to go for a regular dinner, so found this one for a quick bite. Salad and soup were very good.

Worth every penny to have quality vegetarian food while travelling. Staff at T5 were friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and nutritious. Worth a a try!

My only grumble would be the queuing system needs to improve. The food choices are always good, Looks like they have had a recent upgrade of seating. Just need their staff to spend less time chatting and focus on serving customers.

Stopped at Pret whilst in T3 and was pleased to see they managed the queues fast and efficiently. Good selection of sandwiches + porridge at breakfast. Seating in front and to the side. The branch is a little out of the way given cure to building work, so a little quieter today.

We enjoyed breakfast muffins and pastries, fruit and coffee during our recent layover at Heathrow. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced.

The particular Pret A Manger branch I visited was in London Heathrow terminal 4 (turn left after security and head towards gate 6). Usual Pret fare of sandwiches, salads, soups, and hot and cold drinks. I went for the excellent Smoky Chorizo Chicken soup and a melon and blueberry fruit pot. An great non heavy pre-flight option if you don't fancy a full restaurant meal, and good value at well under a tenner ! Worth checking out.

Been to Heathrow airport and while in the waiting area tried Pret a manger for a sandwich, dessert and a mango banana smoothie and to my surprise the 3 of them were very tasty, very fresh and amazingly delicious... recommended.

There are many places to eat at Heathrow, mostly overpriced. This is one of the better places as they do have a good variety of reasonably healthy things. They are always clean and tidy and give good service in such a busy atmosphere. I always use cash that way I know what they are charging me.

I bought a cup of coffee-Late at opposite gate 1B and paid with my touch card, then later I found they charged me £13.50. No customer service to write, customers be cautious.

I didn't feel very well with my stomach but thanks to a pair of Pret a Manger hot vegetable soups before borading on the play, I recover and feel better for only te pounds! Thanks, a cheap and quality solution, if necessary!

Pret A Manger is a franchise café’s in several Heathrow Terminals. We visited the one in Terminal Three.

Sandwiches were fresh and full, and tea was good too. Nice and clean to sit in. We were asked if we were eating in or out . Little did we know we were being charged more for eating in. You can' t tell this is our first visit to this chain.

Called in for snack and drinks before a long haul flight. Prefer Pret over the likes of Costa. Much better coffee. Good seating area and clean. Efficient service and staff were making sure all spick and span.

Very fresh food and if you don't see what you want, just ask. They will do their best to help you. I always shop here before a flight. Take it on board with me as plane food is awful. Good place to sit back and relax with a coffee and something good to eat before your flight.

Grubby tables filthy floor in Terminal 5. Food great as ever . But the grubbiness made me lose my appetite.

Stopped off for a cup of organic tea in terminal 3. the Tea was so weak it was like hot water with milk. Asked for another tea bag, was told you'll have to buy another one !!! Absolutely no idea whatsoever.

M review is for Terminal 5 Departures. We had a sandwich lunch while our flight was delayed. Good value compared to Munich airport! The bins were overflowing with rubbish and all of the nearby USB charging stations were broken.

I went to the Pret at T5 and had a Golden Tumeric drink with a delicious Victorian sponge cake. Lines were long, but worth it.

Dropped my drink on the way to my table and within seconds a member of staff appeared with paper towels and cleaned up the mess I'd made, before bringing me another cup of tea on the house! Before I left another staff member came over to clear my tray away, she gave me my receipt and cup lid which I would otherwise have left behind. They really went the extra mile for me. Airports can be stressful places but this kind and helpful service made all the difference.

After returning from Japan, really brings home the poor service and shoddy presentation of our eateries. Grabbed a sandwich and coffee from Pret, it's a challenge in itself to get near the sandwiches as the are constantly refilled, the cashier could not have been more disinterested if she tried! Dirty floors and tables, all round not impressed.

I came to buy a sandwich for my flight. As a vegetarian, my options were rather limited, but I did find a cheddar sandwich that looked good. And it should have been good, right? That's what Pret specialise in - fresh good food, right? No such luck. The bread was all soggy. No matter how good the ingredients are, soggy bread just ruins the whole experience. I have eaten in Pret in London many times, and this was a real let-down.

No tuvimos mucho tiempo para comer antes de nuestro vuelo, y esta perfecto. La comida es fresca y buena, y el servicio era eficiente. - nos sentamos a buenos asientos y mesas limpias. Excelente aperitivo pre-vuelo, y hacen una sopa diaria que está calentándose y saludable.

Tuesday evening 24th January and we were in Terminal 4, Heathrow, awaiting the departure of our Jet Airways flight to Mumbai. We had visited the 2 bars there, The Prince of Wales and The Commission. We had hoped to eat in either one of them before boarding, but were not overly impressed with the food being served and the menus were not the most inviting. So we ended up here, at least we knew the food would be freshly made on the day and good quality.We visited at 19.20 were a bit surprised as some of the chiller/display cabinets were empty and closed, as result there was limited choice, although it was not due to close till 22.00.We chose Cracking egg salad £1.99 and chicken & avocado £3.49, which were very tasty and filling.Plus points, nice sandwiches not overly priced. Downside limited choice and disinterested staff, as result average review.

This place never disappoints it's always consistently good, with an excellent selection of good food. I will keep coming back, keep up the amazing food production!

Nell'attesa del volo abbiamo preso alcune cose qui per cenare. Ottimi davvero sia i sandwich che i panini, dove si nota la scelta di ingredienti di qualità e per quanto possibile genuini. Buona scelta di frutta e dolci. Molto buoni gli infusi, soprattuto quello al gusto peppermint. Prezzi davvero modici.

When I arrive at Heathrow Airport (LHR) I usually have to transfer from T3 to T5 and then have to run to catch my plane to Scotland. But come hell or high-water I can still find precious moments to go to Pret and grab one of their fantastic egg and tomato sandwiches. Yes, my Mother made great egg & tomato sandwiches but Pret's version are superb!When I am leaving the UK to return to Florida, once again it is back to Pret in mT3 for yet another E & T sandwich! And if the plane is delayed, well back I go again!....and I wonder why I put weight on!! Oh and by the way, they do serve 'healthy' breakfasts which my wife usually has - oatmeal or a quinoa salad.....Congrats to whoever makes these fab sambos!....and congrats to the serving staff. Now, can we make the place a bit larger in T3......a bit cramped

Crazy business people, like me, are in airport terminals at the crack of dawn. How fantastic to meet a professional, energised, efficient and customer focused team at 5.30am to serve you a breakfast of orange juice, normally excellent Pret coffee and a fresh pain au raisin - and all for under six pounds. A bargain in my eyes. Thank you team for making these crazy early mornings more human.

Always good value healthy snacks and great coffee. Often use the one at Gunwharf Quays Portsmouth as well. Pleased to find it at Heathrow

Tijdens het wachten op m'n aansluitende vlucht heb ik hier een sandwich en een cappuccino gehaald. Het broodje smaakte zeer goed, de koffie was ok. Naar mijn mening was de melk te heet gemaakt. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goed.

I had a Philly Steak Toast here, which was awesome! The taste was really good and tasted similar to what we get in real Philadelphia. Place was cool, you can dine there or take away. They do coffee too.

I'm waiting for my flight at Heathrow airport so I headed to this place to have a coffee...it's a good coffee shop...I've tried it before...reasonable prices compared to other cafes and restaurants at Heathrow...0.99 £ a regular American coffee...3.15£ a brie cheese sandwich and many other sandwiches and snacks...highly recommended....

I love pret a manager here and all over London. They have great sandwiches, juices, bars, everything you need. It is truly a great place to get a quick snack and proceed to your flight.

Decent coffee for a pound, qualify vegetarian offerings, and lots of room to sit. What's not to like? Their food is always fresh, and they change offerings daily. No leftovers allowed, so when they run out of something, that's it until tomorrow. This is a good thing, as food never sits out for long. Love this chain!

I wish we had this chain in the US. The food is clean, yummy and quick. Good coffee too!! I had a prochuttio baggette sandwich with basil which was delicious. We have such a long layover I may get another one!

I did not have high expectations of the food quality I was going to find here (as I was at the airport after all), I have to say I was happily surprised. The food was really good and tasty! I just loved it. I recommend this place, since it's not that expensive and again, the food is great!
