The food was amazing - I would highly recommend the apricot tart and mackerel. The service was great - and they made some very good suggestions. It's on the list and I will be back! :)

Returned here after first visiting 2 years ago. Was just as perfect as my first experience. Actually couldn’t fault it. Service was efficient and friendly but not intrusive, food and drink delicious and atmosphere very relaxed. This place is a real hidden gem in n London. Will be back. Thanks for a great experience!

We visited Leroy on Wednesday night for dinner. Despite arriving early, we were promptly taken to our table. The restaurant is relatively small but servers did a great job of distributing guests across the room. We ordered a glass of delicious Greek white wine while perusing the menu. We were advised to go for 2 appetisers, 1 or 2 starters and 2 mains. We chose devilled eggs, rabbit and pickled hazelnut croquettes, chicory, Gorgonzola and walnuts and Cornish monkfish and guinea fowl for mains. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we order a whole bottle of wine to lengthen the experience. The food was delicious, with chicory and monkfish being our favourites. We would happily recommend Leroy to others, if you’re thinking of going, just do it!

Nice vibes in this Shoreditch restaurant! Staff is incredibly nice and the dining room is small and cozy. You can see the chefs at work from the table or eat at the counter. Each dish was beautifully made but what we love the mostre were the cappelletti!! We ordered them twice!

I came in last minute asking for a spot at the counter and they greeted me very kindly. The food was all delicious, only wish I came more hungry to try more. It also came very quickly so I was able to be in and out quickly.

Fantastic value lunch. Two choices in each category. The quality of the food and ingredients is second to none. Inventive dishes, laid back ambiance and attentive service. Would definitely recommend.

Did the £35 lunch menu- limited choice and the meat choice was squirrel which was a first. Was absolutely gorgeous, stunning sweet flavour. Washed down with a fantstic sparkling Chenin Blanc (thought they'd brought over the wrong wine initially!!). Excellent value and I will return for dinner based on this visit. Absolutely loved this place! The food was quality and I tried dishes I perhaps wouldn’t have tried before, for example the eel Caesar salad! The service was also fantastic, from start to finish we have a faultless time. The chocolate dessert was amazing and one of the best desserts I have had in ages. Whole concept of sharing food was really special so you can taste more. Will definitely head back here when next in London!! Top tip.. try the chocolate dessert!

The food was great - but I'll never go back to this restaurant again. The service was unlike anything I've ever (not) had. I asked the waitress for a recommendation on the menu and she said she had no idea and that the menu changes daily so how would she possibly know? Then getting info out of her was challenging at best. Another customer and her had a fight in front of our table (we were at the counter). No apology from the waitress. Three of the 5 courses were plonked in front of us with not even a smile by way of explanation of the dish. It's supposed to be a wine bar - no help in selecting wines. Just "these are the ones we like - my palate is different to yours so just pick what you like". Seriously - I've had better service at fast food joints.

Late business dinner, we found a table without a reservation, the service was friendly and efficient, and the food was really good. Genuine ingredients, "simple" but tasty dishes. Nice vibe.

I had lunch here with my daughter last Wednesday. A superb meal all round. The place has a really friendly, informal and buzzy vibe. The service was impeccable. And, most importantly, the food was amazing. We had the minestrone, followed by guinea fowl. Both dishes bursting with flavour, and very cleverly put together. And a delicious wine from Tenerife to go with it. The restaurant certainly deserves its Michelin star and is very good value (two courses for £29, three for £32). I’ll remember this meal for a very long time, and hope to come back soon.

We were at Leroy last night with friends and had a fantastic dinner. The restaurant was full and buzzy. The food was even better than the last time. Sweetbreads to die for. The wine suggestions from the sommelier worked perfectly with our small plates. The scallop crudo with blood orange was innovative and delicious. Front of house staff were informative and attentive but not in your face. The laid back unstuffy atmosphere is perfect, we enjoyed the choice of vinyl records being played. The young chefs all looked happy in the kitchen whilst banging out tasty dishes. Definitely recommended. Goes from strength to strength.
