I had a fantastic experience at Nando’s, and I want to give a special shoutout to Dili Raj. From the moment we walked in, Dili made us feel welcome with a warm smile and attentive service. He was knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations and ensuring our orders were just right. Dili’s friendly demeanor and quick responses made our meal even more enjoyable. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and truly cares about the customers. I highly recommend visiting this Nando’s and hoping you get served by Dili Raj!

The food is still good but the service has declined terribly. The menu was unclear, in terms of what items came with some of the dishes, & the staff were clearly untrained as they had to keep going off to check & find answers. Once the food was ordered it took almost an hour to arrive, & it wasn't busy! The food itself was good but they need to sort out the service levels to get back to the excellent standards they use to deliver.

I’ve been having Nandos at least once a month for over 15 years and today I can honestly say was my worst experience. No one greeted my sister and I. We had to seat ourselves, which was a task as most of the tables were dirty from previous guests. I went to the till and ordered as I wanted to specify what piece of chicken I wanted, the man at the till was welcoming and polite. We then had to wait 35 minutes for our food. When the food came it was stone cold, I was in disbelief that they presented us with that cold food. We sent our food back and was given fresh sides but the chicken was just drenched in more sauce reheated for a few seconds and handed back to us. We sent it back again. We sat with our sides as we waited for the chicken. By this time we had already lost our appetite having to sit surrounded by tables with leftover food. We were not asked how the food as we usually are. We still had our red stick on our table at the end of our meal. Terrible experience and a big waste of money. Quite disappointing as we visited her last week and our host Blossom was lovely but they were clearly extremely under staffed today. I won’t be back.

Weekday booking, on a Monday evening, there were guests but the place was hardly full, plenty of empty tables. Still it took ages to take and serve our orders, or let us pay the bill. Food was fresh but only warm, not hot, took forever to receive at the table. Wanted to choose a drink from the specials, by 6 pm they ran out of both mulled wine and cider, which is surprising given it's their specialty being offered on top of the menu, so had to choose something different. The decoration and atmosphere is very nice especially now that we're getting close to Christmas, but the service wasn't the best, and the food wasn't that good either (neither portion size, temperature or taste) what we paid for it. Was ok for one visit but would think twice before booking again to be honest.

Amazing Fondue! As a French person who visits the French alps every year (Megeve) I’ve had my fair share of fondues! And let me tell you this place felt like I was back home. The minute you walk in there is the cozy smell of wonderful cheeses, and you’re ready to dip into the fondue. I ordered the moite-moite one which I 100% recommend it comes with unlimited bread and potatoes to dip with. Fondue arrived fast, service was great.

A Truly Disastrous Dining Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I have traveled extensively across the world, dining in numerous countries and I can confidently say that my experience today at Hush Restaurant in Holborn was the worst I’ve ever had. We arrived with two separate groups, my group of six and my staff in a group of three, each with separate reservations. To our shock, we were told that one of our tables could not be accommodated because they had given it away to two walk-in parties. Despite our reservations, they prioritised walk-ins over us, leaving my staff stranded with no table. Once seated, the nightmare continued. The food took an unreasonably long time to arrive, with no communication from the staff to explain the delays. When we inquired, we were simply told, “let me check,” and we were left in the dark for the rest of the meal. The service throughout was abysmal, slow, inattentive and completely unprofessional. When we finally managed to speak with the manager, we were met with excuses about being short staffed and having someone call in sick. To add insult to injury, when we expressed our dissatisfaction at the end of our meal, the manager’s response was, “What do you expect me to do? I’m trying my best. Write to HR if you have a problem.” This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable. I strongly urge anyone considering dining at Hush in Holborn to reconsider. There are countless other restaurants in London that value their customers and provide the service you deserve this is not one of them. Avoid this place at all costs.

Very relaxing basement restaurant. Waiter (owner?) was friendly and helpful. Food was very tasty - a lot of fried food, but that was our choices! Wine was perhaps a bit basic and overpriced. Excellent place for a central London lunch near Piccadilly Circus if you don't want Asian food.
