I usually go Nandos very often as my work has a partnership with them, my boss gave me a voucher which it can be used in any nandos in the uk. However this specific nandos when i went to order, the manager named “Sarah” was speaking with so much attitude which was no need saying they dont accept the voucher. I was explaining that i have been using it often but she didn’t want to listen to anything i have to say. She had absolutely ruined my day just with the way she was speaking to me, its crazy to see people dont enjoy their job and decide to treat customers this bad. By far THE worst nandos ive been to. I wouldnt recommend it what so ever. She also made my friend repeat her twice when the first she let her order the whole thing then she replies with “repeat your order” in a demanding way and with attitude, so disgusting.

Very sorry to give 3 stars for service especially as I love Nando’s and visit very frequently. I was with my 6 years old child on a table outside, I ordered 2 bottomless drinks and received 2 boiling hot glasses, presumably out of the dishwasher. I went to put in some ice to cool them but there was no ice on the machine, hence I asked at the till if I could have 2 not-hot glasses, I was told that all glasses are hot. Ok, understand. I see some smaller glasses for a different drink (plenty of them) and asked if I could have those instead but I was told that they are only for other drinks and she wasn’t allowed to give them out… which baffled me, since it’s bottomless drinks and they certainly could spare 2. Now, I am not really difficult but I’ve worked in restaurants myself for many years and first of all, I would not take hot glasses to a table, if I did I’d provide ice and if my customer would ask for help I’d go get the ice myself instead of telling the customer “there’s another machine downstairs, you can go there” well knowing the customer can’t leave the child alone. Great Service and food was on point. We arrived relatively late but we're not rushed to finish our meals. The waitress who seated us was very attentive as was the other team members. We had some great wine to accompany our food. I'll be back for sure next time I'm in town One downside was the washrooms these need to be cleaned on a regular basis. They were not clean at all

Most disappointing Nandos that I have visited so far. The place was very short staffed. Once we sat down we were told that there were no wings and most type of chicken had gone as well. There was no ketchup and the ice-cream machine was broken too. Food took quite a long to arrive.

The service at this place is just ridiculous. Half of the items on the menu weren’t even AVAILABLE!! They also messed up a simple chicken sandwich order with NO MAYO 3 TIMES IN A ROW!

A good Nandos restaurant, service was good but the down stairs space is not ideal, especially during summer but overall good.

I found it to be a bit pricey to be honest, The atmosphere was a little cramped and dark,but the guys serving were welcoming and helpful.

A fantastic spot for lunch or dinner! We often struggle to find a good place to eat when shopping on Oxford Street. Just last week, we discovered a nearby Nando's. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding.

Ussual Nandos, chicken a bit dry but it is common lately in most places l, nice location but very busy one.

Paulina told us to wait outside because we are causing a danger by waiting inside. She said that she’s the restaurant manager. They gave everyone a table but made us wait. Not what I expect from Nandos.

I don't recommend dining here at all. As a preference, I asked for the skin to be removed from my chicken. This was met with such resistance from a lady called Paulina. I can only assume she was the manager as she was dressed differently to the other staff. She then proceeded to tell me not to visit that branch again if I wanted something different that was on the menu. Her attitude was disgusting and I'll take my business to other Nando's where prefences are taken into account.

The worst experience of my daughter's life!!! She ate the peri-peri chicken and as soon as she left she started feeling sick to her stomach. She was very ill for two days, with stomach ache, nausea and vomiting. Never again at Nando's! Strongly not recommended!!!

The place is heaven for chicken lovers! Orders are fast and easy, staff is helpful. They also have heaters for the tables outside. Food was tasty, sides are good. I highly recommend chicken wings if you’re really hungry. Good stuff!

I wouldn’t have written this about a Nando’s but the service wasn’t great and the food was worse. I received a lukewarm sagres beer, when I asked for a cold one I was told “sorry we just stocked up” the guy was polite however if I was told there was no cold bottles available I would have had something else so maybe tell me before opening the bottle? Also when he told his Co worker at the till she laughed and then was glaring during my time here. Then I had received chicken with burn marks, not from the grill marks but burnt chicken stuck to the grill, I understand they close soon but the grill should be cleaned throughout the shift. Couldn’t finish it as the burnt taste. The guy in the red with glasses was pleasant however the place lacks in training and customer service.

It’s a Nando’s. Great food and drink at a reasonable price. The staff are always welcoming. The tables were clean and toilets were I’m a good state. Close to an underground tube station and a bus stop so public transport made it easy to get to.

I ordered the half hot chicken with garlic bread and coleslaw as sides. The staff were friendly and the food was good. Compared to other Nando’s locations I’ve visited, the plates and tables were much cleaner here. However, the restroom lacked toilet paper and wasn’t very clean.

Very rude blonde lady working today at 8.30pm. After walking 30 minutes, only to find out they decided to do take away only one hour and a half before they actually close down. If that was the case they should have changed it on google and add takeaway only. The expression on the lady's face when I told her it should be changed on google because I went there to eat in, not takeaway, she showed me very unpleasant expression on her face that showed disrespect. Disappointing service and atmosphere.

The toilets were discussing, tissue everyone dirty sinks wet on the floors, food was cold and chips tasted like they have been sitting there for hours, worst nando’s also ran out of loads of food couldent have what i wanted.

Friendly staff and great food! However, we did order our food extra mild and it came out medium, but it’s not the end of the world. For my first time at a Nando’s, the experience was pretty great! I will admit though, having to pay before you get the food is something new for me.

Food was average and barely warm. Toilets were absolutely disgusting. First Ladies cubicle I went in was vile, toilet was blocked full to brim and made me heave, second one also blocked and water all over floor, probably from overflow. Would not come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Nandos because of you and you deserve praise for you the service you give. There’s doing your job and there’s going above and beyond… You sir are the best! We went nondo's St Christopher's ,last week,The staff there were very kind, especially the ladies, she's name was fatima , she was very kind.

I just got severely ripped off at this place. Be very careful and ask for price of everything before you order.

Nandos is usually a good idea. Food was great and service speedy. Only gripe was the volume level of the music, which was loud and made conversation difficult

Nobel had a warm smile and comforting welcome where he sat me down where i wanted to sit. He explained how i can order very clearly and made my experience very smooth. Nobel and Pranaya were one of the sweetest services providers I have come across. Nobel was an amazing host and offered some personal service. I would definitely do go back to the restaurant for such an incredible host as Nobel and Pranaya as a server!!!

Ella and Sairam were absolute stars. They were so friendly and accommodating and really really made it an enjoyable experience for us. We came from South Africa and wanted to try NANDOS in the U.K. and we were really blown away by the amazing service and food. Would definitely come back to this Nandos just for Ella and Sairam

I came to this nandos around mid day , was greeted by a staff member who didn't know anything about customer service, there was a lady in a blue satin top at the till whos customer skills were atrocious she had a really bad look of attitude on her face and was very rude , I placed my order and the food was given by the same lady she literally threw the plate on the table. I was mortified at the behaviour off the staff. I always come to this nandos and I am greeted and seated nicely with a young man at the door and treated well by the staff however this time the service and overall experience was atrocious I would recommend speaking to the staff and management about customer service skills I understand it may be busy however there is no need for attitude from the team and to make customers like me feel this way

I tried coming here at about 3pm , they said they were closing for an hour due to kitchen problems , I came back by 4.30 pm they said they did not have a table for me , I am disabled and solo , yet they gave a table to a couple behind me , did not want to argue . But I agree with other reviewers the staff are Very arrogant . There are many cheap restaurants nearby , Give this Nando’s a miss .

I came from long way arrived at 9:14 and i was told that they closed by some one named Lazy while in google says closes at 10 PM, pls if u want to close at 9 PM just write it.

awful service, rude staff and disappointing downstairs area. we were seated downstairs which smelt like toilets, quite musky, humid with little to no circulation of air. service was slow, and staff wouldn't even wait to listen to our complaints and would start walking away before we got to finish our sentence. our food arrived 40 minutes after we ordered, whilst other customers that arrived 10 minutes after us would receive their orders. I would assume that if their order was small that it would make sense, but other tables were ordering whole chickens whilst we had ordered butterfly and thighs? after asking about where our food was, we got told a few minutes longer. our food finally arrived with practically no peri salt on both of our plates, and everything on our plate was lukewarm. i had to go upstairs to ask for more peri salt where the one of the workers very rudely told me that all the sauces i needed were downstairs, i didn't even get to say what i was asking for. i assume the food was ready on the side for a while. we had given up with complaining at this point so just ate our food and looked forward to leaving. it feels like the people that work there have no care towards customers and their satisfaction, as we weren't the only ones waiting 30+ min for our orders. we were approached multiple times with random plates of food after we had received ours, asking if it was ours. this happened to everyone seated downstairs. overall it wasn't a comfortable experience, the food and chicken was nice but service just needs to be worked on. i would also like to point out that whilst cleaning their tables, one of the workers wasn't looking at where they were spraying the disinfectant and actually sprayed it towards us and our food.

Sat downstairs and as soon as we went down there we all noticed that it smelled horrible. Like mouldy cabbage! Doesn’t really create a good atmosphere for a nice meal. Toilets were also disgusting.

It was okay. Nothing terrible and nothing amazing either. Some parts of my friends order wasn't correctly placed and it took having to talk to someone before they fixed the issue. They were flickering with the light here and there on the roof throughout the course of our meal as well. Everything overall is middle of the road during our experience here.

I cant belive that someone employed this lot. So rude, always had to wait for a table, they only.opened upstairs, so was hectic. There were always empty tables, but she always had virtual bookings. So how can u sit and tell customes that they hVe to wait for 45 min, while u see empty tables? But the worse is how u say it. She was mean and rude. Not impressed. This place is destined to close down. Otherwise the ood was good

Grilled halloumi is delicious specially with the chili jam dip Chicken is amazing and juicy The corn was very sweet and crispy Nandos never disappoints

This place is the worst Nando’s ever. The staff are aggressive and horrible. Screaming and talking smack about customers. The women called Ellie (manger) was swearing on the floor. Multiple tables were given raw chicken including myself and then was told it wasn’t raw. I am pregnant atm and when i explained that the chicken is raw and I don’t want to be difficult but what is going on in the kitchen. My concerns were meet with you’re lying and it’s not raw and that I’m copying other customers because the whole shop was complaining. I was not refunded my money and was met with attitude and disrespect. I waited 45 mins for my food being a table of one. I could write an essay about my experience and I will contact the GM of this place because the behaviour is horrible. Never go even if you’re starving.

I have been eating Nandos for years and I must say this is the best one I have ever had! The chicken was so flavourful and very juicy. I had a whole chicken with the Vusa xx hot spice and Peri Peri chips. The Vusa xx hot spice is very nice, but this is was more about the chicken. The Chicken was well cooked and not dry at all. Even after putting it in the fridge and warming it in the microwave the next day, it did not get dry at all. It’s still retained it’s juiciness! Please give the chef that made the chicken a raise 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾.

Two takeaway individual combo meals, 38 minutes, and the staff pretty much yelled at me when I pointed out it's been a half an hour already. Edit: having eaten and no longer hangry, have reconsidered my rating. The above did happen, but was a Friday night, they were busy, and the food ended up being delicious.

I don't often leave reviews, especially for franchises or chains, because a Nandos is a Nandos right? But this was by far the worst nandos I have ever been in. So incredibly slow. Sat waiting for 40 minutes after ordering. No cups brought over for bottomless drinks. Food left waiting and server's just standing around or spraying eachother with water so the food was cold by the time it got to the table. The food was taken back and cooked again but only after being told the food is left 'under a heat light so shouldn't be cold'. Which would be fine for a couple of minutes. But we'd seen our food sat waiting for 15. It didn't help that the door was left open constantly and with the weather being how it has been it was actually uncomfortable to sit there. The more recent reviews paint a picture not to be ignored! Wouldn't go back. Plenty of other places nearby with better food and service.

Food was good and we were seated fast. Only bad point is that we were served food at different times, probably 15 mins apart.

Это был самый ужасный и испорченный вечер моего пребывания в Лондоне.Во первых лист ожидания был никак заявленный 35-40 минут,а больше 1,5 часа.Какое же было наше удивление,когда нас все таки пропустили внутрь ,оказалось ,что практически все заведение было наполовину пустым.Нас посадили на нижнем этаже,при этом заказ надо было делать на верхнем этаже,на входе,где касса.Все претензии к девушке,которая брала заказ ,она же была ответственная за лист ожидания.Она была грубой и неприветливой,у нас не было опыта заказа в этом заведении.Она видела как мы затрудняемся и никак не пыталась нам помочь,а только закатывала глаза и смотрела с пренебрежением.Перый раз в Лондоне я увидела такое отношение к клиенту,она не должна работать с людьми.Дело было 2 января после 5 p.m.В итоге мы заказали не то что хотели,вечер был испорчен.Туда больше ни ногой….

We went to this branch the other day and every staff member was so friendly and helpful - especially Oyin who sat us down and the manager Ella despite clearly being so busy. You may be waiting a while for a table some peak times because of the location of the restaurant which is a given. There was a alteration with a bigger family at the entrance as the mother was shouting at the employees for not letting the party all wait inside for the table for an hour but then after they tried to explain they can’t wait inside just like everybody else is already doing in the queue before them as even our family had to wait - the lady then said the child has a disability after the manager made it clear they aren’t able to wait inside - so they offered for one of the adults to stay inside with the child despite there being no waiting area for the rest of them as clearly there was no physical space for that to happen - the customer still was being very aggressive towards the employees there who were keen to remain professional handling this issue & throughout our visit we realised the team there were having to deal with a lot of out of order behaviour with such a busy door - well done team for working so hard! it’s not easy to deal with people like that when you are simply doing your job.

Absolutely disgusting experience dining at this branch. Ableist staff and discriminatory to a neurodivergent child which resulted in them kicking out the mother and the child in the rain. I was stunned to hear what was said by staff and no adjustments were made for the child. This discrimination and behaviour must be reported at once and action should be taken. I do not recommend this branch to anyone at all.

The customer service at this place is utterly disgusting and ableist. they had kicked out a mother with her son whom was neurodivergent in front of me stating “take your disabled child elsewhere”. This type of behaviour should not be condoned by such a reputable businesses. disgusting behaviour, makes me sick in my stomach. would not recommend this branch to anyone at all

27.11.22. - my Family of 6 came in we were told to scan a code to wait in a long Que however one of my family members are disabled which means Customers with disability have the right to have adjustments made for them on the basis of their disability's, My parents informed this to one of the employees, who were then told they still have to wait outside my mother insisted and explained her situation then an a employer named Ella which I believe was the supervisor (blond hair, Long lash extensions) proceeded to shout at my mother telling her she was being 'rude' to her colleague,When all my mother was trying to do was fight for the rights her child has! She then went back and forth with my mom and said I quote 'you can go with your disabled child' which was completely out of pocket, not only were the staff being ableist the comment that this women made was an act of discriminated against a neurodivergent child.Never thought I would experienced such a terrible situation in a restaurant!
