Great lunchtime meal. Went for the set menu, 2 courses. Exemplary service. Variety of dishes between the two of us. Finished off with tea and coffee.

Eran platos muy extravagantes, y encontramos que algunos de ellos tenían mucho que hacer, demasiado de hecho, no estaba seguro de a dónde estaban tratando de ir. This is a sweet restaurant tucked off the main track along the front of Dartmouth but really worth a visit or two! We had read previous reviews and decided to book for a set lunch. See pics of menu the day we were there. The front of house staff were great but quite busy but amazingly helpful and cheerful. We had delicious sourdough and butter, followed by some small but again tasty little canapés. I had the Brixham crab, and my partner had the beetroot (a really interesting and flavoursome starter). The crab was only white crabmeat which appeals to me, it looked incredibly pretty. i then had monkfish and my partner had the beef. The monkfish was perfectly fine but the beef was a slightly more exciting dish in the sense of contrasts of flavours - both were nicely presented and good. The desserts I cannot remember my partners but mine was a strawberry and meringues which was a pretty desert to finish with. There was a nice atmosphere and clearly locals are regulars here - quietly rightly.

We enjoyed a superb meal here, of truly delicious and imaginative food. As it was the Dart Music Festival, there was also a very talented guitarist to entertain us. The only downside was the food took a while to arrive, as the restaurant was fully booked that evening. I am sure that will improve. Nonetheless, we would dine there again.

We had REM's provide a buffet for 30 of our family and friends the night before our wedding at Upper House in Hayfield, and it was absolutely fantastic! They arrived and set everything out for us, provided all the crockery and plates, we didn’t have to do anything, Gareth and his team took care of it all! Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and clearly homemade with care. The spread included a stunning dressed salmon, delicious potato salad, amazing fish and seafood platters, and generous deli boards — all of it was a huge hit with our guests and there was more than enough food for everyone! The quality and flavour were exceptional, and it really set the tone for a special weekend. To top it all off, they even came back the next day to collect the dirty pots, which was such a thoughtful and helpful touch. We couldn’t recommend REM's more highly! Unfortunately, it was devoured by our guests before I got chance to photograph it!

Came here for afternoon tea and it was pure perfection. The location can't be beat and the food was incredible. But on top of it all the service was the best of any restaurant I've ever been at

A great cafe right 9on the beach slightly west of the King Alfred Leisure cente. Dog friendly and an ideal location. O. A warm sunny day. Plenty of seating. A choice of a variety of hot and cold drinks with a choice of snacks. friendly service

One of the best restaurant meals we have had for many months. Excellent service, imaginative cuisine, and relaxed ambience. Not cheap but absolutely value for money. Recommended and must book.

Solo he estado por un café los alimentos caros no les pagarían precios, así que tomé un café allí, fui a pagarlo, decía en el menú £ 2. 60 para pagar. Cuando el caballero labraba, era de 3 libras. 20 , cuando pregunté por qué dijo que cobran 60 peniques por la leche, me negué a pagar eso, así que se lo quitó, también es tarjeta solamente y personalmente prefiero pagar en efectivo, los cafés bien, pero hay lugares más baratos, bastante un gerente, ya sea cucharas por ejemplo así que tiendo a ir a esos lugares y aceptan efectivo a diferencia de Nordie así que para evitar ir allí.

A damn fine restaurant. We went 2 nights in a row. Staff were great and friendly — atmosphere was nice and quiet as we went during the week. Our favourite dishes were the confit potatoes 🥔, baby squid 🦑 and burrata 🧀. This will be our new regular place when whenever we visit Bristol again. Thanks Met!

Lovely setting. Charming interior as well as charismatic and charming host. Prix D’Ami lunch for two which was delightful. Thoroughly enjoyable and well worth visiting.

Popped in following a walk around the riverside, and so pleased I did. This place is a little gem, with lovely food, good coffee, and a friendly team. I had an Americano and the caramelised onion, walnut, and feta pancake - delicious! I'd highly recommend giving this place a try.

Average kebab nothing special, cash only for some reason no signage they dont tell you this when you order definitely need to step into 21st century
