We haven’t had a takeaway from Sultan, since pre-Covid, we were very disappointed and from another review, it reads as though there has been new owners in the mean time. My husband & daughter chose chicken korma and both were disappointed, my husband said he wouldn’t have known it was a korma and my daughter didn’t eat it as she said it wasn’t like any korma she had eaten before and was too perfumey. I had chosen a chicken biriani which I found too spicy and I agree with another review I read that the vegetable curry sauce was made using a packet of frozen veg- diced carrots, corn, green beans & broad beans. We also had Bombay Aloo & mushroom Bhaji. Delivery was earlier than estimated and the food was hot. We found it to be overpriced when compared to the quality of the food.

Great beers at great prices, best around. Great place for watching sports as 3 screens and an excellent Duke box. All staff are fantastic, friendly and make you feel very welcome.

Tried to go on a Sunday. Discovered that is not allowed for children. Something that I was not even aware that is possible nowadays 🤷

There was no pitta bread with the kebab plus I order Taram and no pita husband said the chicken was dry and tasted bland

Nice ambience, good food and very attentive staff. Haven't been often as I moved away but anyways somewhere I'd recommend.

We made a last minute booking based on the online photos and menu. The environment was fine and it was nice to see dogs being welcomed. Nearly £10 for a medium glass of red wine. £22 for a gluten free pizza that looked very much like it was a well known shop bought base. Crudely presented. As a chef I don’t know how they had the gaul to send it out as a 4 year old could have created better. I had a ‘normal pizza’. As pizzas are such a key part of the menu, silly me expected a handmade bubbly base and gastro toppings. Sadly not. Light covering of pizza base and toppings, which I had to spread around to cover the base. I think I paid the bargain price of £17 for that. Side order of chips. Not home made. Looked and tasted like oven chips and were soggy. Coffee was ok. Service charge was a cheek based on the poor food quality and unjustified prices. Should have read Trip Advisor first! Won’t be back. Waste of £75.

Very disappointed with a price tag Of £110 per person and £55 for children the food was underwhelming with hard roast potatoes half a parsnip and half a carrot and I doubt the cabbage was cooked the chef needs some training

It was my birthday yesterday and we mentioned it in the booking details, but staff absolutely ignored that. Food is basic, I can cook that at home. Thanks for the worst birthday ever.

The food was absolutely delicious and honestly the best food I've had in London. Not only was the food delicious but the service is absolute perfection. They were accommodating, kind and super understanding. I recommend this place to anyone since its an absolute Gem!🌟
