There was no pitta bread with the kebab plus I order Taram and no pita husband said the chicken was dry and tasted bland

Chicken Shish was ok but Lamb Doner way over cooked and stone cold majority of it went straight in the bin disappointing after leaving a msg not to over cook.Not the usual Tuana standards.

Lovely food would definitely recommend but not enough sauces.

Best part of the day is yapping with the hot delivery driver with her hot food !

Mixed kebab came with shop pita, not Turkish bread. Turkish bread was rock hard & stale. Binned it. Extra rice for the kebab was missing. Mixed donor was enough meat for 2 people but measly portion of salad so only 1 person could have salad in their kebab pitta. “Veggie burger no salad no chips”: had salad and chips. Won’t order again.

Food was VERY basic and not restaurant standard. It was priced very reasonably, so I suppose you get what you paid for. Will definitely not order again.

The food as usual was good and hot

My order was late than estimated time. I’ve called the restaurant 3 times and each time they said it will be with you 10 mins and wanted to cancel but when i called to the cancellation number it said they are close and leave a message. After that called the restaurant again and they said it will be with you in a second 🙄 finally it was arrived after 45 mins than estimated time. Even the food taste wasn’t good especially rice and falafel.

Honestly, there wouldn't be much you can say about a wrap but this was epic. The chicken was so juicy and soft, but tasty and chargrilled, the salad was juicy but not soggy, with not too much onion and plenty of red cabbage. Genuinely the most satisfying, generous and home-made tasting wrap I've had!

Really nice and a good amount. A little on the salty side however which is why 4 ⭐️

The best food, trust me you won't be disappointed, Chicken Shish is the best and lamb ribs are absolutely amazing.

Ordered directly off their website at 8:30pm. No food over an hour later so I call to ask if the driver has left yet. Imagine the Lady on the phone rudely told me that they KNOW their website isn’t working even though they’ve taken my money and issued a receipt. So you’d think they’d either ask if I still want the food or ask how they can refund me and apologise right? Nope. This lady rudely told me I MIGHT get a refund. She said she needed to call the manager and then she’d call me back. Of course… I give it 30 minutes… no phone call, no refund… so I call back, get told the manager is not in and I won’t get a refund or a call back til the next day. So they left my whole family starving hungry, offered no apology, took my money and were down right rude throughout. Almost 24 hours later, still no phone call or refund still not in my account. Disgusting level of service to be honest, never seen anything like it

The food taste is not good. The Doner has a strong smell I asked for the sauced Doner and the taste was horrible.

Iskender was cold and congealed with no salad. Donner wrap was cold. Maybe different staff this time as my previous 2 orders were great.

Adana was a little under seasoned,lahmucun had too much salad in it, portion of rice was a little mean too

Ordered chicken wrap and lahmacun both Undercooked - crossed contamination at my table in addition dry cold chips and sloppy packed food, thanks but no thanks lost my appetite and good mood. Need i say more? Nah I’ll live it to the next customer

Bread was harder Dan my life it was crispy but old it was so hard I had to dip it in water it was so hard it almost broke my jaw

Rang the restaurant and they informed me that they were busy. It being a mother's say Sunday, I understand.

the worse food i ever eat🤢the chips were dry,soup so oily and the rest of the food is full of oil🤢🤢and the kebab was so dry like wood.why so many good reviews i have no idea...never again🤢🤢🤢

Says doner served with rice and salad, didn’t receive no rice. The doner meat tasted nothing like doner, it was hard dry, maybe from the day before, the taste was vile. Could not eat it. Same with the salad tasted off and from day before. Same with the lamb shish and kofthe kabab. And the chilli sauce was mostly vinegar, tasted nothing like chilli sauce. Very disappointed, was looking forward to it. I don’t think their a turkish restaurant. I have had many kababs from so many restaurants, never have I tasted doner meat this restaurant.I won’t be ordering again.

Sorry to say but need it to say so the restaurant make things better in future for other people so food was ok but they didn’t get the order right was missing but they did get it to us after I call the driver and she got it came back to bring the rest of the food after we already eat and my so. Even not eat as I gave him some of my food but thanks to the nice Lady driver that came back to us

VERY RUDE PEOPLE! The man started shouting at me because I didn’t understand his accent. It’s not my fault he can’t speak English properly. Food was also dry! Not worth it at all wouldn’t go there again!

The cardboard box tasted better than the kebab and chips which looked like it was cooked 3 weeks ago

Food was cold, due to your driver driving around for 20 mins. I am less than 5 mins from the restaurant! I left directions for your driver! It said food with driver, didn’t arrive so phoned restaurant. They said driver only left 5 mins ago. 15 mins later car pulls up from wrong direction! 2 women sat talking for 4 minutes then 1 got food from boot of car. Food was cold hat to microwave it! I AM JUST UP THE ROAD from restaurant! It does not in your wildest dreams take 20 mins to deliver! Shame about this, this is why I stopped using delivery services!

Ordered 2 lamb donners with sauce. Both came without sauce, wrap was hard for some reason. Lamb donner meat weren’t very nice.

We always order to this restaurant but today the kebab was dry and toasted and soaked in oil. Probably they just put all the old meat in the wrap. I know the difference coz I always order from them. Staff was good when I’m in the restaurant but delivery not great also the delivery took ages to arrived.

Ordered from Tuana The Turkish Restaurant for the very first time, because this is the only place I found that served something unprocessed. I was looking to find some unprocessed meat, just simple piece of meat and finally found it on offer here. I was not disappointed, it was unprocessed, it was decent, well prepared and tasted as something unprocessed but prepared from scratch. The meal overall was delicious, simple and whole goodness. I was really pleased with their soup too, there are not many places that make soup from scratch that tastes so amazing. I felt I was eating something really wholesome, original and genuine. It is so satisfactory to know that nothing is wasted, soup was amazing, really filling and calming in this rainy cold day! Just the place for me.

Food was hot, meat was fresh and not over cooked, back to the standard we expect, please keep it up. Not even going to moan about the extra chilli sauce ordered that wasn't delivered

NOT Happy, the kebab was perfect as usual and the fries always cook to perfection how ever this time the fries were RE-FRIED, me and my wifey couldn't eat them 2 portions of chips wasted

Food was delivered (only just) on time well wrapped up, but was completely cold and almost inedible. Sad because have had the same thing from them before a few times and it has been mostly good.

Use this restaurant all the time as it is one of my favourites but, last time I ordered it took 45 minutes to arrive and was cold, strangely my review did not appear on here. Ordered again and did not get a message to say when the food was on its way, so have no idea what time it left the restaurant, but again it arrived and was luke warm. Not sure if there has been a change of management but having enjoyed this restaurant for several years, I have become disappointed with the quality and quantity of food

Had a doner and Turkish Tea. Tasted amazing. Probably the best Doner I have had in the UK. Will definitely come here again and highly recommend. 5 stars

Chips was cold and very soggy food got very cold due to the delivery had to throw the food away not ordering again was a waste of money ordered 35 wroth of food and was very terrible and nasty

Food arrived half an hour late completely cold. No update about delivery till we called restaurant. Not recomended at all.

I’ve ordered many times and had really nice fresh tasty food. I’m really disappointed tonight, the lamb doner meat was cut thick and Chucky and it was dry and I believe over cooked. I also ordered chips which were not fresh and were recooked or over cooked. Tonight’s dinner was disappointing.

Not good at all. Wouldn't recommend it even to my enemies. The order came wrong and the food definitely was not fresh. Not worth the money at all and when complained they simply said 'ok get your refund from justeast'. So rude.

Tuana is my go to Turkish and chicken shish also the rice is faultless everytime,however the lamb doner is over cooked and dry unedable most times and this time 70% went straight in the bin ,i order always between 5 and 6pm so i don't expect this.Love this family restuarant but doner needs attention.

Half the order had leaked into the bag, just a mess and careless delivery. Doner was unbelievable oily, most of which had leaked into all the packaging. Half the wrap consisted of onions and smelled funny. Just generally poor quality and service. I shouldn't be cleaning up an oily mess when I order food.

Chicken not tender at all and probably a very old cut stock, lamb burnt, food arrived cold and on the top of that more than one hour late delivered. Food went to the bin after waiting over two hours. Will not order from here ever again.
