Haven't been here for about 2 years, it used to be a firm favourite when I spent more time in NW London. Always loved it but feel that something has changed. The shakshuka which used to be brilliant was quite bland in comparison. I sat outside so it was served in tin foil rather than the frying pan used in the past. Salad came in a small plastic container. Useless wooden cutlery when you are paying almost £15 for a Shaksuka is a joke !! I presume they don't like washing up as even the drink was in a disposable plastic cup. 10pc service charge when you queue and order yourself is also cheeky. My partner had the Sabich which she really enjoyed. The location is very pleasant.

Honestly best shakshuka I've had! Apparently cooked for many hours! The falafel also incredibly tasty and crispy. Staff very friendly and gave great food recommendations! Lovely atmosphere

It’s good cafe in a good place. But checked the menus it seems a bit expensive for such a cafe in a park. So have not eaten there but should be good food then for the prices.

Food was ok but for the price we really didn’t feel it was worth what we ordered. Mains are around £15 for just a pita with no chips or side salad. Also for my son who is gluten intolerant and veggie we found the kids menu didn’t cater to him and they were at all flexible around this and a £15 adult meal is a bit excessive for a toddler. Cafe and service was nice, but Not sure we’ll be back.

5 Stars - A Hidden Gem! We visited Sunny Hill Cafe on a bank holiday Monday and despite it being busy, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. It was our first time trying Middle Eastern cuisine, and we feel so lucky to have chosen this place for the experience! Every single team member made us feel right at home, and the service was absolutely brilliant. One of the staff recommended the Shakshuka, and we absolutely loved it — such rich flavors and beautifully presented. They also have a great selection of vegetarian options, which was a big plus. I can honestly say this visit made us fall in love with Middle Eastern cuisine. I’m sure every dish on the menu is just as delicious. This place is an absolute must-visit, and we’re already looking forward to coming back soon!

Situado en el parque cerca de la entrada de Watford Way. Aparcamiento limitado en el sitio, pero disponible en las calles antes y después de la entrada del parque. Era el Día de las Madres y el Café estaba absolutamente agitado, con una larga cola de espera atendiendo mesas afuera. Afortunadamente habíamos reservado y nuestra mesa reservada estaba dentro Incluso dentro estaba empacado. Teniendo en cuenta el número de comensales dentro y fuera del servicio era excepcional. Los pedidos de comida y bebida fueron rápidamente tomados y ejecutados. El personal era amable, con caras sonrientes, haciendo frente muy bien. Lovely place overseeing a park. Great ambience and warm & friendly staff. The shakshuka is fabulous! The simple pita bread is done with great skill,wonderfully fresh and delicious. Even simple salad is fresh and crisp, wonderfully refreshing for a hot afternoon. Certainly our best meal for the past 3 days in London. Hope to be able to visit again someday!

Cosy cabin style cafe with lovely view of the park and surrounded by trees. The staff were very kind and welcoming and the Shakshouka was delicious! Very fast service too!

Such a beautiful cafe. It’s so cosy inside with beautiful views of the park. The sunny hill tea was like an immune boost and all the food was fresh, homemade and delicious. Staff are always so kind and friendly!

We absolutely enjoyed our brunch of shakshuka with herbs, sabich sandwich, hommous with ful beans and 2 cups of americano coffee with warmed milk. The service was warm and efficient, the cafe comfortable and inviting with a range of easy listening music. Joyful! What else can I say? We'll be back for breakfast tomorrow!

Hidden gem of a café with fantastic service and great food, my son had an Oreo hot chocolate which was very special and the chicken schnitzel wrap came with a delicious side of pickles. All set in a cozy wood cabin - highly recommend!

What a NICE 'find'. We had visited RAF museum and were looking for a nearby restaurant. Sunny Hill was a great surprise - all of dishes were great, as was the service (the waiter was very knowledgeable and helped guide our choices). Even though we live 15 miles away, we'll find an excuse to return.

I absolutely adore this café! It's such a fantastic spot in Sunny Hill. The food is scrumptious—I'm especially fond of the hummus and falafel. They offer an awesome selection of drinks too. Plus, the atmosphere is the best part! You can sit outside and soak in the gorgeous view of the park while being close to nature. It’s just a wonderful place to relax!

Amazing, family run café inside Sunny Hill Park serving everything from smoothies, juices, teas, coffees and hot chocolates to pita wraps and ice-cream as well as a fantastic shakshuka breakfast. Highly recommended 10/10

Can’t believe I have only just discovered this hidden gem. The food is 10/10 and the service 11/10. Will definitely be returning frequently, the place is fantastic.

I recently visited Sunny Hill Cafe in Hendon’s Sunny Hill Park and loved their Falafel and Shakshuka—it’s easily the best I’ve had in London. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were friendly. The Arabic coffee was amazing, the food and park setting made it a wonderful experience. Highly recommend for Mediterranean food lovers.

There is a second first time for everything, and especially for this amazing place! Because I we were blown away twice (and probably again) by the sabich and limonana. Also, they serve the best hummus I ever tasted. 😊 The staff is friendly and eager to do a great job! Thank you guys and until next time 😉 Additional: came here 2 years after our first visit and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Still great food and The guys here are amazing. Thanks again.

Breakfast section offers enough options for all tastes. Whether you want scrambled or poached eggs, they will be served with a salat and perfectly toasted sourdough bread. My joice was Breakfast skillet, and it is the best breakfast I ever had in London! Location in the park add extra value to this great experience, as you can also enjoy the view while you enjoy these delicious meals 😊

If you like aubergines, get the Sabich in pita. I absolutely loved it. The pickles on the side (cauliflower, cabbage and onions) reminded me of the ones my grandmother used to make for us. Highly recommend!!

This is hands down one of the best places to eat in London. Food is phenomenal. Shakshuka is the best you’ll get outside of Israel. The service is incredible and all staff are so friendly and accommodating. The menu options are varied and everything we have had there is delicious. It is like being long transported to a tel aviv streetside cafe in an alpine chalet in the middle of Hendon and it is truly a wonderful place. Now where else I want to go for brunch!

The location is lovely as it is inside the park and has a nice terrace for sunny days. The food was good and also the service.

Got the Kosher Beef hotdog with halloumi fries & it was hands down the best hotdog I’ve ever had, tasted delicious 🤤…also got the cookies and cream ice cream 🍦 which was 10/10 too, will definitely be returning to try other things on the menu.
