Nice taste but the size to the price is just a joke you can buy 3 times bigger kebab in most of the other restaurants for half the price

Adam served me and was very hospitable and kind, took a lot of care and consideration in the service. The food is always done well and tasty.

I had an incredible experience at Nando’s, thanks to the outstanding service from the manager, Anto. From the moment we walked in, Anto made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our visit was memorable. Her attention to detail, warm personality, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Anto was attentive without being intrusive, always making sure everything was to our liking and quickly resolving any minor issues that arose. It’s clear they lead by example, as the entire team was friendly, efficient, and seemed genuinely happy to be there, which made the atmosphere even better. Great food on our first day in Shrewsbury. Went back twice. Staff very helpful, beautifully decorated and great selection of food on the menu. Also went back for cider again the next day. Well worth a visit. Would love to stay in the hotel next time rooms look amazing on the website. Definitely pop in

Chicken Livers and Coleslaw were lovely but the chips were cold because they waited too long on the kitchen counter before serving.

A review of our meal at Rabot on 7th January 2023 - booked via OpenTable in September 2022 . hmmm where to start ... Well as the restaurant apparently closed in September and Open Table elected not to advise us. So as the booking experience was appallingly bad And the meal was non-existent I cannot really review or recommend somewhere I was sadly not able to go can I?! OpenTable asking for a review for the booking we were unable to enjoy was the invisible icing on a non-existent cake.

Great food, large portions. Iskender kebab was lovely and great value for money.

Food good as usual unfortunately the management have decided to add 10 percent service charge onto bill without notifying the customer. We had to ask for it to be removed which was embarrassing and spoilt our night. We like to leave a tip but do not want to be dictated too about the amount. Due to this new policy we will not be returning.

Very poor meal. Full of grease and frozen chips. Not presented well. This is one of the worst pub meals I have ever had .
