Doesn’t even deserve one star, been here twice and the service is terrible , food took forever to come parts of my order was missing , this happened the second time I came as well

Came here regularly when it first opened in the early 90's and was also the first in the UK. Hasn't lost its taste nor service. Took me back to my early 20's...

Don't do takeaway unless you are prepared to wait for a literal hour, get ignored while waiting right there and see how the staff just doesn't give a damn if you try to be assertive or give any sort of feedback. Come on, at least say that you've got a bazillion orders, don't add to the dumpster fire.

Waited 50 mins for a takeaway, staff wouldn't bother apologising or explaining the situation.

It took 55 minutes to get out takeaway order, zero explanation or warning from the staff, would not recommend

Cold grilled chicken ? Not sure how that works out also service is very slow

Nowadays you can get a nice salad and wraps, not just standard Nando's offers.

Good location. Friendly staff. Service is quick. The chicken is delicious. Affordable prices. This branch was the first in the UK as I was told and totally worth a visit. Highly recommended.

I ordered take out & got home. I checked my food. The corn on the cob did not look fresh at all. The chips hard and did not taste fresh, and don't get me started on the chicken. How can you make chicken so dry? I don't recommend this one.

Good quality food. Restaurant has gone through a refurbishment and this is a great improvement.

Living in the area 10 years but first time to Nando’s, and the first UK Nando’s at that!

I placed a bet on the Grand National just for fun and took the betting slip with me to Nando’s, where I enjoyed my lunch. Unfortunately, I accidentally left the slip there and only realized it after discovering I had won later in the day. When I returned to search for the slip, Cecilia was incredibly helpful, even searching through the bins to help me find it. I later went to the betting shop, which had a record of my purchase and paid out my winnings. I returned to Nando’s to thank Cecilia for her kindness, and it turned out she had continued searching, eventually finding the ticket and safely placing it under the till for me. Her act of kindness was truly touching. It’s also a great Nando’s!

The first Nando's to open in England, and it was very nice.

Nandos is always good and special!!! I think it is the best option for eating and sharing time with friends and family. We order many items such as olives, humous, chicken wings, lemon and herbs, chicken liver peritamer, loaded chips peritamer, and macaroni cheese. For dessert, we order the pudding. It's a new dessert. For drinks cold te rubro peach and sagres. The drinks were perfect cold. I enjoyed my beer a lot. The chicken was perfect cooked, and the liver was delicious. The macaroni cheese was exquisite. The olive with its reach savoury was perfect with my sagres. I really love to eat at Nandos. It's healthy, fresh food. The customer service, as always, was amazing. The cashier Tini was very kind and friendly, and the manager CC,( its initial of her namebadge) made us feel like we were with our family in our house. The environment was very nice, the restaurant was beautiful and the music was at the perfect volume. ❤️ Ealing Common Nandos.

Rafael was extremely generous. I ordered 1/2 Chicken Extra Hot and wanted 2 breast pieces and he simply sorted it out for me no questions asked. Always been my favourite Nandos and still will be. Thanks Rafael!

Yanis the Manager was extremely rude and absolutely useless. My delivery order went missing on route (happens often when using the website to order a delivery) and I was explaining the situation, he just passed the phone to a colleague while I was mid-sentence before I could even finish. If you don’t like working with the public or lack the skill DO NOT WORK WITH THE PUBLIC!

The whole chicken was very small (it said it was for 2 to 3 people but far from it). The corn we were served was pathetic (skinny corn and dry) as if it had been in the kitchen for ages. Peri peri chips were not properly peri peri chips (it was just regular chips and some peri peri seasoning on top). On top of that, the prices have increased along with inflation I assume. Very disappointed and will not come again. The presentation of the food was also pathetic.

First time in London and first time at any of the Nando's. I had nice experience. The chicken I ordered was juicy and spicy 🔥 the mash could have been better but the chips were good. The place was small but cozy. The host and the lady taking orders were professional and very nice to the customers , brilliant at their jobs!

Definitely one of the better nando's around. Unfortunately at nando's these days I find the quality of the food varies quite a bit - sometimes it's full of flavour and hot, other times it's dry and barely warm. Here I would say it's better than most, I usually come when it's not so busy though, which helps.

This site is the first Nando's restaurant that opened in the UK! I've been to this Nando's quite a lot, for eating in and taking out. The staff are all super nice, they're very polite and helpful. The food is great and always well prepared.

Nando’s Ealing Common do not manage their deliveries very well at all. The 1st time I ordered from them, the driver got lost and arrived late, despite the address being clearly marked. The 2nd time I ordered a few months later, the delivery didn’t arrive at all, and I had to request a refund. Furthermore, they are no help when you call them. Instead of investigating what happened, they just redirect you to deliveroo.

Somehow a piece of history as this is the first Nandos in UK !! A pity that the seating area has been reduced to create an area dedicated to the takeaway orders. At busy time you might have to wait quite a long time to get a table - in the evening it gets less busy after 8.30pm. Staff really tries to be friendly and helpful but that does not prevent the long wait. Otherwise, the chicken is really good and perfectly cooked.

Their service is really really really good! I went there for 3 times and every time the manager did the staffs are friendly attitude, take care! Once time I bring my friend to try here and it’s his first time to try Nando, that’s already very late time and my friend want to try a dessert but the store nearly close, the staff and manager bring one to let him try and didn’t show any bad attitude, I’m really appreciated! About the food, me and my friend try more more nando after, and we feel the same that this one the chicken is the best! The meat taste fresh and won’t be over cooked.

Customer service was excellent. Staff were very professional and respectful. However, the sweet potato wedges were flavourless and very undercooked. Not worth the money. My pitta fino was nice.

Terrible service today. I asked the staff if they do nhs blue light card, I showed them my ID and they said they do not accept that as it is not “NHS” however there are other services that qualify you to have a blue light card which I told them. When food arrived the chicken was dry and burnt, I asked to have my food changed and when the so called manager brought the food she was very rude. Won’t be coming here again.

My third time here when the Ealing Bond Street branch is closed and I just have to vent. The worst nandos by far and its totally preventable. The chicken is so dry, lettuce in my wrap is old, halloumi is black burned and the chips are so undercooked I have to do them in the airfryer again. Sort it out guys, it's an abomination! The other Ealing branch is 10/10 and gets it right every time.

Much better food and atmosphere in here compared to the Ealing Broadway Nando’s. We visited both of these during this half term and found the experience much better here. It’s less busy and the food is always perfect.

Terrible service. The food has been delivered to a wrong address. Called Nando’s and they say we can not do anything about it , called Deliveroo. It is impossible to contact Deliveroo. No one does anything about it. Someone had enjoy with their free food on my expense!!!! Never again!!!

Standard Nandos experience. Pleasant enough staff and timely food preparation. Quite a small interior adjacent to the tube station.

The usual Nando's experience, no better - no worse. Staff pleasant particularly the Asian staff member who took our order and kept checking on us throughout dinner.

Food was good as usual but two young lads in their tonight Aaron and another young lad on the shop floor, didnt catch his name but was wearing a black t-shirt and hat. So very polite and helpful, manners were fantastic and that for me is everything, we need more people like these two young lads, Two great members of staff there!! All the best J

Good stuff, took a little longer then expected to bring out the food.

Chips was not well cooked, the lady's toilet was filthy, and there was water dripping from the ceiling.but service was excellent.

Worst nandos in the area was told to take a seat waiting to be seen no-one came then was told to go to till or scan from table .

The service was bad Food was dry Table for 5 how wrong was we never going back waste of time and money Julian was so unprofessional Apparently was the manager we left our food after complaining and he told us would you like a takeaway bag to take to dry disgusting food home what a joke !!!!!!

Wir waren an einem Montagabend dort. Die Bedienung war freundlich und man durfte sein Getränk so oft füllen, wie man wollte! Das Chicken war sehr gut. Im Salat hatte es meiner Meinung mach viel zu viel Essig:( Der Burger war etwas klein aber gut. Sie Preise sind der Hammer! Leider ist das Essen ziemlich fettig und es gibt keine gesunden Alternativen.

The garlic bread was stone and the chips were stone cold.. they also missed one of the drinks...

I have been to many Nando's in my time, I would even consider myself a veteran. Tried out Ealing Common Nando's and I was really surprised how good it was! It's a bit smaller than other Nando's and the music is quieter (which I liked because I could speak to my friend better) but the service and the rate in which the food comes was 10/10. It was VERY fast - in under 5 minutes it was with us. A special shout-out to Navi for the very friendly service and fixing any issues with our orders in lightning speed. Solid Nando's, will go again for sure.

Great food!! Wir waren wirklich zufrieden und sind sogar in mehrere Nandos Filialen in unserem Urlaub gegangen. Getränke dürfen sofern einmal bezahlt jederzeit aufgefüllt werden ! Gläser sind zudem auch noch sehr groß! Eine tolle Geste, da das Essen auch wirklich recht scharf ist . PeriPeri Chicken ist wirklich so lecker - wir vermissen Nandos in Deutschland!

The first UK Nando’s, and also a pretty decent one. Gets busy here sometimes but the place is nice. Great place for lunch and dinner.

Return to Ealing Common branch after quite a few years. Think it was one of just a few Nando's at that time. Have to say we enjoyed our half chicken (which was lovely and moist) with chips, rice and coleslaw. Its a bit bijou but I rate it as my best Nando's experience in recent years. Staff were very friendly and unlike nearby Ealing Broadway there was no enforced online ordering and happy to provide paper menu for face to face counter ordering. Male and female toilets available (ladies not so clean and one out of order). Definitely worth a small trek down the road for this branch.
