A hidden gem! Fantastic food and outstanding service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The menu offers two vegan options, noodles or a chickpea curry. I have stayed here at least five times in the last six months and the noodles have NEVER been available so the only vegan option is an over priced 'ping' meal. It's really not acceptable that a restaurant offers only one plant based meal on its menu. I'm sure the chefs have the talent to improve on this. I have previously commented on the lack of oat milk at breakfast. It did improve but alas, they are back to their old ways. Only the slightly cheaper soya milk was available and even then, I had to ask for it.

Stayed at the hotel so decided to get a convenient dinner fix downstairs at this bar. Had their Peri Peri Chicken and Crispy Duck Roll for starters, and then Roast Thyme Chicken and Vegan Fried Noodles for mains. I honestly thought this was a rather delightful meal, a fusion of international tastes. The noodles (it was big enough to share, the picture was taken after we split it) were even fried with gochujang, a spicy Korean sauce (if you know your Korean food), which gave it an extra kick and layer of taste. Perhaps because it was a Sunday night, it ended up being a nice, quiet, and cozy atmosphere even while the rugby game was on TV. The waiter was also extremely helpful and patient, he was always checking in on us to see how we found our food and if we needed anything else.

Usually when you stay in a Crowne Plaza you get a great restaurant , but this is the exception. I’ve dined here 4 times in the last 2 weeks and now decided it’s time to move on. Service is so slow, food moderate and atmosphere like the moon. Sorry guys but IHG need a mystery guest in here soon!

Voy a este bar de vez en cuando, pero en cualquier momento estoy ahí siempre hay algo raro. Así que este es el martes 28 de mayo y hay 2 bares y no hay mucha gente. Mi foto muestra que había terminado una copa de vino y las dos licitaciones de la barra no pudieron quitar la copa de vino ni el paquete de papas fritas vacío. Y pasaron por más de 10 veces. De lo contrario, ambas ofertas de bar son alegres y eficientes, pero hay mucho espacio para mejorar. Fue alrededor de las 7 pm cuando surgió una cola, principalmente para el café Starbucks. Sin duda, un gran lugar para el café y el lugar muy muy decente. Al final del día me fui antes de que retiraran la basura.

Located inside the Crowne Plaza Ealing, it's a good option for anyone staying at the hotel. The restaurant has good atmosphere with a modern feel. The place feels spacious and the mood was quiet. The waiting staff were also pleasant. I ordered from the specials menu and hade the pan seared breaded pork escalope, served with grilled apple , mustard potatoes puree and creamy Savoy cabbage (pictured). The food was well presented, had a range of different flavours and was actually quite filling. A hearty, winter meal. Priced at £14.85 (including the £1.35 service charge) this was great value for a meal in a London hotel. Food from the main menu was priced higher but the specials menu which appears to change weekly had good options. The IHG website also had an offer for hotel guests of free glass of wine with lunch or dinner at this restaurant. On check-in at the hotel, I was advised I just needed to show my phone (with screenshot of the promotion). However whilst at the restaurant, the waiter told me I needed to give him a print out from the reception. I then had to walk up two flights of stairs to between when the wine and the food was served to get this printout by emailing the screenshot to the reception. This felt very convoluted and unnecessary. And being honest, the house white wine was not as good as the wines in the club lounge. That said, having a hearty tasteful meal and glass of wine for under £15 in a London hotel is excellent value. I'd therefore recommend this place to anyone.

La caballa para el desayuno cada día era deliciosa, como el besugo a cenar. El servicio era estupendo, muy atento y educado.

Ich war im Hotel für eine Nacht während einer Geschäftsreise und habe Abends dort auch eine Kleinigkeit gegessen. Es war in Ordnung, es gab keine anspruchsvolle Küche aber der Burger war lecker und der Wein den ich im Anschluss an der Bar getrunken habe war auch absolut ok. Es ist nichts was ich weiter empfehlen würde, wer allerdings im Hotel ist kann hier auch durchaus den Abend verbringen. Es gibt gemütlich Sitzecken und man hat Gesellschaft (sonst ist in dieser Gegend nicht wirklich viel los:-) Unter einer Brasserie verstehe ich allerdings etwas anderes;-)

De acuerdo con otras críticas, creo que parte del problema aquí es demasiado muchos diferentes menús (yo también tenía 3) y generalmente no había ningún sentido de identidad al menú - mal pensados y juntas. Sin duda alguna es caro, pero supongo que eso es algo que se espera en un restaurante de hotel, pero el principal problema era la calidad. El primer plato era una sopa bastante básico pero por desgracia estaba muy salada. Como otro comentarista, me fui para el principal pollo chili y lo hacemos eco de muchos de los temas, era insípida, el pollo sabía casi como pollo reformado y estoy bastante seguro de que había sido dificultarse la consistencia como era bastante desagradable. El plato era también casi la mitad hecha de pimientos rojos y amarillos en un enfermizo dulce y salsa de nuevo demasiado salada. Por desgracia, la calidad de la comida todo decepcionante alrededor. El servicio es razonable, no demasiado intrusivo y eficiente. No es genial que servicio final es 9. 30:00 h. El chico que sirve en el bar era muy agradable, aunque muy amable y servicial. En resumen, no comería allí por desgracia y probablemente el impacto si elegí el hotel de nuevo, ya que no hay un montón de restaurantes en poca distancia.

I think there were three separate menus to choose from, with multiple international styles of cuisine. In the end I went for the chilli chicken with egg fried rice. I found it rather bland and the chicken a bit texture less. still filled a hole and my colleagues enjoyed thei choices. Service a but random but reasonable value.

Take 7 meals (6 Breakfast and a set dinner) during our exchange tour. The waiters and waitresses are friendly and helpful. The manager is absolutely friendly, a nice gentleman from HK. Our tour get 16 members, most of them felt satisfactory. Food is worthy, especially nice for Asians(Chinese, Japanese). A convenient and nice choice. Recommended

This place is my second home as been here for a while now. The staff are fantastic and everyone knows you by name and nothing is an effort to help me. Food is excellent and always in time. It is always clean and tidy and never any problem getting a table. Big choice on the menu and will always acomadate any requests. The staff are very friendly and will always be there if you ever need any help.

Am in the restaurant and arrived at 12:30 with my wife. As we were sitting on the bar the waitress said "it is not possible to sit on the bar". Upon questioning her the reason why she failed to explain and let us sit. Meanwhile another customer was seated nearby. She did not know the soup of the day and could not explain what pork medallion was. She had to bring another waitress to explain. In short she couldn't understand English. Having ordered our food we were then told the dining area was fully booked and our table was set away from the dining room ...an area for light food and earlier we were given a table in the bar area. It is now 13:45 and there is nobody in the fully booked area and we are done and paid our bill. In short extremely poor service and customer care for a highly rated hotel internationally. Otherwise we enjoyed our duck and pork medallions which was superb. It's 13:49 and we are sadly leaving.

I phoned the restaurant on the 12th December to book a table for 3 at 18.30 hours as we were booked in the hotel. I checked in and asked them to confirm my booking, we were told there was no table as there was a party on. I was really angry the manager said he would sort it. He came back to tell me that it was not possible to dine in the restaurant but a table had been reserved for us in the bar. I double checked as we had a child with us. I was reassured that a table was booked and though we would eat in the bar it was the restaurant menu. No apology! We arrive at the bar where they had removed most of the menus, bar menus, very different to the restaurant menu. There was no reserved table either- liar. The food was very good but it was not a restaurant menu it was bar food. Frankly I am sick of big hotel chains such as this treating customers with such disregard. They are only interested in cashing in on drunken Christmas party goers. Well thank you Crowne Plaza you well and truly spoilt a special treat, hope you are happy because I am not.

I ate here while staying at the the hotel. The food is good and there is a decent selection of items. I found the staff friendly and helpful. It also offers breakfast for hotel guests with a nice selection of cereals, pastries, fruit and cooked breakfast. It is also open from 6am for those of us on business who have to get to the office early.

I stayed in the hotel for the weekend and ate in the Brasserie for breakfast and a evening meal. The food was gorgeous, very delicious. Great value for money and I thought the prices were reasonable for London prices. Nice atmosphere and helpful and friendly staff. Great range of food on the menu for people who like to try something different to those that like the more traditional food. Worth a visit. Hats off to the chef.

Ate here during our stay on the 7th and 9th June 2016. Had different items from the menu on both evenings and they were well prepared and very good. They do not restrict your choice from either the bar menu or the restuarant and you can mix and match. Very nice touch. When the hotel is busy, the area has a nice buzz about it. The staff are very good and look after you well.

Good food pitty that they took the rumpsteak of the menu..Wine list is good and great place to have a hotel dinner ..Coming home if you stay here more often . Newton it was a pleasure to get served by you again .. till next time

I had two evening meals and both were good quality and nicely presented. The service was excellent however I think the menu is a bit pricey!

Restaurant adjacent to Bar; has two menus, one Bar menu that can also be taken in restaurant and other A la Carte. I found the Bar menu perfectly adequate with a good "Bangers & Mash" for around £!2.00. Same price as Gin & Tonic though !

Tried the Indian buffet during recent stay @ £18 the food quality is very good, unfortunately the choice is very limited. It wouldn`t be difficult to greatly improve by including bahgees, mushrooms, for example. Or alternatively reducing price to a more reasonable £10 - £12

I dont tend to eat here in the evening as work always seems to get in the way . I mainly use this for breakfast .Staff are polite and efficient and guide you to seating quickly .Breakfast is a buffet affair and for me wanting a quick in and out is very good , quite a selection of food available and specials always available cooked to order.Price is a bit expensive £17.50 so make sure you get your money worth , or go with continental which is a bit cheaper .The restaurant is very nice and airy and had been upgraded in recent years (used to have a swirl carpet which sent my head funny)

The staff in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner were very friendly and they paid extra attention to my special gluten-free, diary/lactose-free, sugar-free eating needs, preparing food not on the standard menu. They always made sure I'm satisfied with my meals.

Had dinner there twice. Hamburger first time and sirloin steak second time. Nice selection of food and quite good cooking too! Very comfortable seating.

As said in the title, fabulous food, well cooked to order, presentation gorgeous, and desserts, yummmmmy!!!!!! Service is attentive and friendly. Ambiance was relaxing and spotless....plenty of choice as well. Book a table you will not be let down.

stayed here during notting hill carnival with my girlfriend..restaurant had a quiet ambience.. waiter didnt understand usso he had to call someone else and she didnt understand the menu so she went in the kitchen to ask the chefs.. food came out after 20-25 mins given that there were only 3 tables.. food was okay but overall will not return back

Ładne wnętrze restauracji i baru. To także miejsce, gdzie rano jadłem śniadanie. Jedzenie było dobre, choć nie było żadnych zaskakujących/ciekawych pozycji w menu. Właściwie to, co można zjeść w pubie. Bardzo miła i sprawna obsługa.

It was a late bar in the hotel, we went down for a drink after the concert at Wembley Stadium. The Carling lager shandy my husband had tasted odd, perhaps the lemonade, i had a Kopperberg cider, both drinks cost approx £6 each, plus another £4 for a packet of inedible crisps and a kitkat, very expensive trip to the bar

Difficult area to find a decent restaurant. The starter salad was just a plate of rocket with some slices of cucumber, no dressing etc. The burger was totally overdone and the fries were square entire potatoes. Low quality of food was partly compensated by the friendly service, but still...

Me and my boyfriend were looking for somewhere to eat on valentines day away from the area we live in. Staying in the nearby Wembley Plaza hotel we booked a reservation to eat at 8pm, this restaurant was recommended by the 'Toptable' website/app.On arrival we were directed downstairs through the hotel to the restaurant, as we entered we saw that the entire place was empty. There was a lovely waitress who greeted us within a few minutes of us looking around. The place looks stunning and we received excellent service. As I didn't understand much of the menu I opted for a starter of Quail and my partner got rabbit ravioli, which were both very pleasant and presented beautifully. For mains I went for Lamb, and my partner for Chicken. I couldn't quote you for the actual meal but I didn't particularly like mine at all. My partner enjoyed his thoroughly.I would recommend the chips with garlic mayonnaise that comes as an extra (about £3)!After 4 drinks (Spirit and mixers) and 2 starters and 2 mains our bill came to somewhere around £69 which seemed reasonable, considering the food quality and service. I wouldn't come back here, simply because I didn't enjoy my main course, and have been slightly put off by the lack of atmosphere. However I would recommend this restaurant to anybody looking to enjoy a quiet meal in a pleasant romantic atmosphere.

I was invited to this hotel for dinner with a guest.The poor woman was mortified with the service we received and actually apologized to me for bringing me to such an appalling restaruant.I'd would describe the food and a fusion between nouvelle cuisine: very pretty looking and insubstantial but very highly priced and bland pub grub. My main course of Rack and Rump of Lamb consisted of two trimmed lamb cutlets about 1/2 an inch thick and around 4 ounces of lamb perched on a chunk of plain potato, @ £20.00+ vegetables were available @ £3.95 a serving and we had to squeeze the information out of the waiter that in order to have a full meal we would indeed have to spend the extra 8 quid.The poor servings didn't do the lyrical menu justice what so ever. Green beans and Shallots @ £3.95 turned out to be Green beans garnished with a smattering of tiny diced onion which may or may not have been shallots, quite frankly it was immaterial.That is once they had turned up after the kitchen had managed to serve the wrong order in the rush to cover the other 3 tables that were occupied. Then when we hungrily turned to the dessert menu in the hope of further sustinance we were told that while we had patiently waited for our order to be corrected, the kitchen had closed a full 12 minutes before we had finished our main course and that only coffee was now available.After making our dissatisfaction known, somehow the chefs were recalled to duty to produce a finale to our disapointing experience. Luckily that was worth waiting for.I'll look with interest as to what positive spin the PR man from the hotel is going to add as a response to this. Whatever it is, it will probably be as inventive as their hugely disapointing menu.
